I really enjoyed this episode because his story flows so well. Ryan talks about his time in the open shops, how he grew into the labor movement, and how he is changing policy now.

Jerame talks about how he got into the labor movement and why LBGTQ rights are important to him. We dive in to his amazing backstory and his fight.
