Phil Sarpong is a clinical psychologist, academic coach, and mentor who integrates mind, body, and spirit in his approach to growth and wellbeing. Born in Accra, Ghana, and raised in the United States, he earned a degree in neuroscience from Indiana University and a master’s in health sciences from Boston University before completing his doctorate in clinical psychology.
With experience as a clinical informatics specialist and a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, Phil bridges mental health, movement, and lifestyle medicine. His work focuses on practical, movement-based approaches, such as walk-and-talk therapy, to help people build confidence, resilience, and sustainable change.
