Nicole Mahoney owns two companies, and Break the Ice is a marketing agency that works exclusively in the travel and tourism space. They have clients all across the country, a few international, but primarily in the Northeast and US based and they specialize in public relations strategy and digital marketing.

Nicole also has her own podcast, Destination On The Left which she's been doing for seven years, "...speaking with people all literally all over the world from all segments of the tourism industry, which is really exciting for me and helps kind of expand my knowledge and my team's knowledge and of course our listeners knowledge of everything that's happening in travel and tourism."
