Your brain tells you to be furious, scared, or ashamed and then your body follows. But what if those reactions aren’t “just who you are,” and what if you could turn down the emotional charge in minutes?

We sit down with Stacey Nye, co-creator of the F.I.X Code, to unpack a simple, repeatable emotional clearing process that Stacey says works for everyone from CEOs and sales teams to school staff, moms, and five-year olds. Stacey shares her own path from an Olympic-family upbringing and decades in high-stakes global event operations to a breaking point marked by trauma, betrayal, and a season where self-help stopped working. Then a referral led her to Daniel Flear and a method that felt like guided meditation, spirituality, and practical psychology colliding, with fast relief that made old memories feel neutral.

We get specific about how the F.I.X Code works, what “F.I.X” stands for, and the single “magic question” that reveals the emotion really driving your stress, anxiety, or shutdown. We also talk about why people sometimes think it didn’t work, how layered feelings can sit on the same event, and what it looks like when triggers show up but you feel oddly unbothered. If you’re looking for anxiety relief, trauma support tools, emotional healing, mindset coaching, or a practical mental health routine that fits real life, you’ll take away a clear framework and a next step.

If this conversation hits home, share it with someone who’s carrying too much, subscribe for more, and leave a review so more people can find the show. What’s the one feeling you’d want to clear first?

Speaker (01:52):
I'm so excited to talk to you.
It's been like almost twoweeks.
And so today we have on Roger24th, and we have Stacy Nye.
So you are the co-creator of aum, it's called the fixed code.

(02:12):
And so do you teach leaders, organizations, coach like you
coach, or is it more likeindividuals?

Speaker 1 (02:22):
It's both.
So this can be used incorporations for sales teams for
HR departments, and you'lllearn how to do this.
It can be put into schoolsystems where like the librarian
and the secretary know thefixed code, and then kids can
come to the library or to thefront desk to get a fixed code,
you know, uh healing because itit takes a couple minutes.

(02:42):
You try it.
But it's very non-invasive,it's very relaxed.
Children love it.
Uh, but yeah, this can be doneat any level.
Uh, my clients are everythingfrom CEOs to you know
five-year-olds.
We teach people this again froma corporate level right down to
moms and and healthcare workersand that kind of thing.

(03:03):
Um, and being part of the thepeople that learned how to do
this are practitioners, thehealing practitioners,
transformational healers, um,therapists, that kind of thing.
They they love this technique.
But there's so many ways thatyou can experience this
technique where you can be, youcan learn how to do this, you
could, or you could become aclient.
You take me up on our on our uhcomplimentary session, which is

(03:26):
you go to our website at thefixpo.com and you can go through
the opt-in, then go through alittle questionnaire, and then
pick a practitioner and try thiscomplimentary for you know,
it's it's free.
So uh everything that we talkedabout today, you're gonna all
be able to try it if you if youwish.

Speaker (03:42):
Perfect.
So let's backtrack to the verybeginning of Stacey Nye.
So I like to find out like thebeginning and like how did you
start this?
What's your background?
Is this something that justfell on your lap?
Is it something that youstudied for many, many years?
So let's start from thebeginning.
Sure.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
So I was born into a very high-performing, very uh
in-service family, uh, OlympicGame family.
So both my parents were a partof the Olympic Games in the 70s,
76 Olympics.
They they were part of theOlympics before I was born in
the 60s.
But yeah, like I was born intoan Olympic family.
I was born in Montreal and thethe the Olympics were in 76,

(04:22):
we're in Montreal.
So my playground was theOlympic Stadium, the Athletes
Village.
And I saw all of it before itwas even a building.
It was just like land-breakingstuff, like with the shovels.
And we, you know, as as I grewup, I watched all this thing
build around me.
And because of the level of ofhow my parents were involved in
it, I was involved in in, youknow, sitting in the corner or

(04:45):
whatever, you know, coloring, but listening to some of the
most amazing minds build at theoperational level, the sporting
venues, the the ethics, theservices that the athletes were
going to be provided, all ofthese things.
So I fell in love with it.
And like my developmental yearwas around excellence and
creating excellence forexcellence.

(05:07):
So it's kind of lined up with Ithink my personality became my
personality.
I don't know, but I absolutelyloved what my parents did.
And when I was 16, my fatherasked me if I wanted to go to
Scotland with him.
Because at the time he was thepresident of the Commonwealth
Games Federation, and in 1986,the Commonwealth Games were in
Scotland, and he said, Would youlike, you know, to go this

(05:29):
being your summer job?
And I'm like, Yeah, because wehad been trapped all over the
world as kids.
We do one summer with Olympics, one summer with Panamps, one
summer with Commonwealth, andthen we'd all have some off.
But that was my life.
Like we got swept all over theworld to all of these amazing
events.
So when I was 16 and my dadasked me to go into work, and I
was like, Yes, Lee.

(05:50):
And uh I loved it.
I fell absolutely head overheels in love with the world of
all of it.
And I asked him if I could dothis for a living, and his
response was, oh, Stevie, there's no money in in amateur
sport, like we all do this forvolunteer.
I'm like, oh.
And I thought, I'm doing this.
And I said, Dad, I I hopeyou're okay with this, but I'm

(06:10):
gonna figure out how to do thisfor a living.
Like I want to do.
So he was like, see, I've neverstopped you before.
You know, like we think big, sowhatever you want, go get.
And I did.
I turned it into like a 20-yearcareer, almost a 25-year career
of bombing around the world, working on the Olympic Games,
Pan Am Games, Caulwalk Games, and um, and also very large
international events for otherindustries.

(06:32):
Like I did the InternationalAIDS conference uh when I was 26
or something.
Like I I just loved theplatform of global impact and
glow and supporting globalissues and causes uh for
amazing, brilliant people.
I've never stopped doing that.
Yeah.

Speaker (06:48):
That's awesome.
So what what did you do?
Like, what was your like role?

Speaker 1 (06:53):
Your A lot of different things, which was
awesome, but always in like theoperation side of things, like
step by step by step.
Like, we gotta get all themedia over here.
Like, how do we do that?
And I'm like, okay, let mefigure that out, or I'll I'll
sort something out.
Or so it was always like reallyusing my brain to solve a big
problem into like one or twosteps.

(07:13):
So, in hindsight, sitting hereat 57 years old now, looking
back over my life, all of thattime, as much fun as it was, I
was being trained and forged.
My mind was being forged, myheart was being forged in a way
that the moment I met Daniel, who is the creator and founder,

(07:34):
like he's the one that createdthe technique.
I just figured out what he did,and now I'm gonna teach it for
the world.
But he remembered it, like itis a genius.
Um, but I was being forged forthat moment that when I met the
technique and Daniel, I knew Iwas in the presence of
excellence.
And when I met Daniel, I was amess, I was brokenhearted,

(07:56):
betrayed.
My marriage had ended of 20years of like something I never
thought would end.
You know, like you know what Imean, like I it just everything
was just coming at me.
And I said there was anincident back in twenty two
thousand and two that thatstarted a whole heap of terror.
It was it was a trauma, like itwas a nice trauma, like without

(08:18):
question.
Like there was, there was itwas chaos.
Um, and I lost a lot thatnight.
And I uh I didn't have oneskill, not one skill to help me
through that terror because Ihad never experienced anything
like that kind of trauma.
I lived a pretty awesome, carefree unicorn life, right?
Like I I mean I had been hurtin life in the past, I'd been

(08:40):
betrayed by boyfriends, likewhatever, like shit happened.
Not like this night.
This night scared the crap outof me, and I it it I I didn't it
broke me in ways I didn't knowI could be broken.
Um, and I called I basically Icould hear hell literally
screaming in.
Like I could hear it, it wasterrifying, and I didn't know

(09:02):
how to get out of it, so I justpretended it didn't happen.
Well, we all know that touchwas up to us, right?
So I was unraveling on theinside, but holding it together
on the outside.
I had a little person to takecare of.
I was a mom.
I had a marriage, I owned a bigbusiness.
Uh I owned a gymnastics club, and I it was, you know, seven

(09:23):
days a week, 14 hours a day, everything from gymnastics to
moms and tots and prenatal andbirthday parties.
Like it was a big job and hugeresponsibility.
So I didn't have time to fallapart.
And I know that a lot of womenfeel that way, especially in my
age group.
It's like suck it up, cupcake, let's go.
Like, we did not talk about howwe felt, but we like our 40s

(09:44):
were like, so what?
Big deal, gotta go.
So we didn't talk about ourfeelings.
That just wasn't my age group.
Uh, we supported each otherthrough crap, and we, you know,
everybody drank a lot of redwine and said, Yeah, you got a
couple or whatever, you know, like stay back to you.
But there was no like, not likenow.
And but I I met the fixed codewhen I was 40, which was pretty

(10:05):
damn cool because um my son wasfive at the time, and I'm now I
I met Daniel 45 eight to a sevenwhen I got after I got
separated.
And it was kind of like aspiritual time in that I got
separated about 10 days laterwas New Year's Eve.
I'm lying in bed, I'm readingthis book, which I swore was

(10:25):
gonna be my last damn book ofwhatever self-help is.
I'm like, I'm done, I'm done.
None of this worked on me.
I don't know what everybodyelse is talking about.
They, I guess it works forthem, but I'm the anomaly.
I'm the one that just cannotfigure it out.
I cannot get back the shit.
So I was lying there on NewYear's Eve, like just tears.
My tool was soaked, and justlike, please, God, help me.

(10:48):
And I read the last chapter ofthis book that I said, I'm never
reading another damn book.
I'm done.
I am done.
And this last chapter said,There are people that are coming
to the planet that are going tobe able to help this emotional
chaos that is on our planetright now.
And I remember I did, Iliterally did this.
I looked up and I pointed myfinger and I said, Please, God,

(11:11):
let one of those people findsome sleeve.
And 45 days later, no shit, Imet Daniel.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
And he did, and he was one of those people that
could help all of this emotionalchaos disappear in the in the
physical body and theunconscious mind.
And I don't know whether thatwas like a prompt, like a
spiritual prompt of like, getready, sweet artist, your life's
about to change.
I don't know.
But um, I went to bed thatnight with a little bit of hope,

(11:37):
going, okay, like maybe thereare people out there, and I did
just ask a really big favor.
Like, please let one of thosepeople find me.
And about 43 days later, uh uhone of the moms from the gym,
uh, she was one of my coaches'moms.
So she came in and she knockedon my door at the gym, and I've
got my son sleeping on thecouch, and um, she knocked on my

(11:58):
office door, and I'm in therecrying in the dark, and she
said, Hey Sweetie, I um, I hopeyou don't mind.
I made you this appointment onFriday with this guy that I
actually went to high schoolwith, and I ran into him at a
spiritual affair last weekend,um, like this huge crowd of like
street show thing.
And she goes, He did this workwith me, like this woo-hoo shit.

(12:19):
But it was like so freakingawesome, and it worked.
And I'm like, okay, like that'scool, good for you, kind of
thing.
Like, what is she telling methis for?
And then she said, I hope youdon't mind, but I was telling
him about you because you knoweverybody and you're a really
good connector, and you know, you help people, and it's kind
of what you do.
And I'm like, I found a dude.
So she said, I booked you anappointment, I've paid for it,
you know.

(12:39):
Like, so uh, but she said, Ireally want you to meet him, and
I I think that you really beable to kind of promote him and
help him or whatever.
And I'm like, sure.
Meanwhile, I'm sitting backgoing, Oh my gosh, if this man
can help me, like, how coolwould that be?
Like, wow.
So I actually had hope on thisFriday morning.
I dropped a little went off atschool.
I'm now driving to thisappointment, and I'm thinking to

(12:59):
myself, if this guy makes medrink tote pee and it works, I'm
investing in tote pee.
That's hilarious.
The same way I wish that whenmy son was born, I'd known about
the ketchup thing.
I would have been amultimillionaire now from the
bottles of ketchup I bought overmy overdone life trying.
But it would be like that.
Like, if this, if this, if thisworked, I will do anything to

(13:22):
keep getting better.
So I met Daniel.
I didn't even know his name bythis fact.
Like I walked in and it wasjust the look of like, and
again, there was like kind of aspiritual moment between the two
of us, but it was just like, whoa.
And then I burst into tearsbecause I was super sad.
He was like, Oh my gosh, sat medown, he did the work five
minutes, as you know, it doesn'ttake very long.

(13:43):
So I'm now sitting there, goshmessed.
My mind is on fire.
It is like, what just freakinghappened?
That was awesome.
Okay, that was wanting inmotion.
That's magic, that's science,that's spiritual.
What the heck just happened tome?
Wow, I knew I was in thepresence of excellence, and I
was like, thank you.

(14:04):
Oh my gosh, thank you.
And because I knew it worked.
Five minutes, I knew this thingworked.
And then I went and shut mymouth off and said, I don't know
what you just did, but I'mgonna figure it out and I'm
gonna teach the world how to dothis.

Speaker (14:16):
So right away you knew, like in your heart, like this
is it.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
I knew I knew that everybody, especially women,
every I feel like I said, I'mgonna teach every woman how to
do this, and I meant it becauseit's moms, it's daughters, it's
ma it's grandmother, it'severything.
And I feel like men, I loveyou, I do, but it is the women
that are nurturing and and thequeens of this planet right now,
and we're all rising.

(14:40):
And I just feel like girls,it's on us, and we and we got
this, like this, we got this.
So I did.
I became a client of Daniel's,and he saved my life.
He's this technique and hisattention to me in in this
quadrant of emotional workchanged my life, saved my life.
And then I asked him to teachit to me because if you could

(15:03):
teach me, and again, like we forthe first couple of years,
while I was his client and I wasfiguring out and asking him all
this stuff, he would say to me,Stacey, you do know you are
gonna be one of the leadingexperts in this in our field.
And I'm like, No, no, no, no,no, no.
I am not a healer, I am not anyof these things.
No, I'm no, I'm good.
I will create the course, Iwill do all sorts of really cool

(15:25):
things, but I'm never gonnachange it.
And he would laugh at me, likestraight in my face.
He would laugh at me.
Well, here we are.
Here we are, all these yearslater, and I absolutely love it.

Speaker (15:35):
So so you envisioned yourself just being behind the
scenes, like just helping himwith his craft, not being the
main person doing it.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
Absolutely, yeah, yeah.
I am not the I I will doanything to not be on stage.
I will, oh my gosh, I will, Ilike, I am not a public person.
I am so private, I am so quiet,I don't reveal my gushy thought
like that.
I my ugly like the mat.
To be doing all of this took alot to get me out of my comfort

(16:09):
zone.
She gets like, so I would haveI absolutely had the fear of
putting myself out there, thefear of of being like
mortifyingly beyond and bearing.
The fear of saying somethingdown, the fear of looking like
I'm a fraud.
I don't know, like there was ahundred of them.
Because this was so out of myelement.
This was so like not my naturalstate.
My natural is behind thescenes, you know, cute pair of

(16:32):
jeans, let's go.
Like I am in the backgroundover there.
So, and loving every minute ofit.
Uh, but yeah, this has put mecenter stage up front, and it
for many years it took my breathaway, but I had to keep working
through because I was beingasked whether it was by spirit,
by God, by the world, I don'tknow, was you fucked to share

(16:54):
this?
You have to keep getting outthere and and putting this out
there, and I had to walk throughmy tears.
And the fixed code did thatwith me.
Like the time I got afraid orwhatever, felt uncomfortable or
was freaking out, uh, the fixedcode helped and it was gone
every single time.
And my life has changedcompletely.
Um, I'm not nervous about doingthis at all.

(17:14):
I do like like I I think youwere on my fourth podcast today,
and I have one more to go.
Like I did this for a limit.
I speak to people, I share thiswith people, I love what I do.
Um, and I can back this up allday long because it works.

Speaker (17:29):
I love how God just he'll pick us up and throw us in
something, and it's like, no,why?

Speaker 1 (17:36):
I didn't want this.
I love it though.
I don't believe it won't.
Yeah.
And he and God says that to me,which is really cool because
uh, you know, many people askme, like, does this ever end?
Like, do you ever just like getto a spot where you just feel
fabulous?
I'm like, I get to the end offeel fabulous all the time, and
then I am asked to do somethingnew, like oh, like, okay, next
level.
And I'm honored to do itbecause I do have courage to do

(17:59):
it because I have a fixed code.
Like the fixed code gives mecourage because no matter what
I'm feeling, no matter hownervous I am or whatever it is,
the fixed code will, it's gonein five minutes.
It's just identifying a newfear or a new level of something
because I'm at a frequency I'venever been in before.
I've never been this high, I'venever been this like exposed,
I've never been this um loud orwhatever it is.

(18:22):
You know, when you talk to oneperson, it's what it's one way.
And then now I'm being asked totalk to ten people, and then so
that was like a you know, getting over to talking to ten
people.
Then it was asking me to speakto a hundred people.
It's like, oh so and then itwas I want you to speak to a
thousand people.
It's like, and now I'm speakingto ten thousand, like just in
the podcast that I've donetoday, the reach will come close

(18:45):
to a hundred thousand peoplejust of my work today.
So I am being asked to bebigger and and do more in
service to humanity, to helppeople with their with anxiety,
with depression, with whateveris is hurting them.
And this technique helps withall those things, no matter how
you're feeling.
And then it's training people, amazing people, to do this work

(19:09):
to then back this up for peoplelike the more people we have
doing this as a tech as apractitioner, the more people we
could help do this.
You know, not everybody's gonnawant to learn how to do this.
I totally got that at thebeginning.
I did not want to learn how todo this.
It was like nothing.
Um, but but not having it, Ican't even imagine not having
the face code in my life.

(19:30):
And whether that is being aclient, because I'm still a
client, I I Daniel still doeswork with me, like, but teaching
it is such a pleasure, it'ssuch an honor.
And the people that I meet arejust incredible, and they are
amazing healers.
So I just get to like add in.
I'm just like the the cherry onthe top of everything they're
already doing.
So I that I feel veryprivileged that.

(19:50):
We also have all of thepractitioners that are waiting
for anybody to just click thebutton and get a complimentary
session.
Like they're they're doing thisfor free.
They're volunteering theirtimes to pay it forward because
they know how valuable this istoo.
So any of your listeners can goto the website at the
psychixo.com and book acomplimentary session.
And then there's all the otherfun courses that you can do,

(20:12):
which is like breaking out ofthe maze and ignite your passion
of purpose, and like there'sjust so much fun courses, too,
that you're not learning how todo this, but you are learning
about you, and and the coursesask you big questions that are
stopping you from the light thatyou want in whatever area.
And then you the courses arenot expensive because the goal

(20:35):
is that you spend the money onbooking a practitioner to go
through the course with you toback up and support the healing
that goes with the course.
So we have something foreverybody, like you know, any
any way you want to play withthat, so you get to play.
I just have a lot of questions.
I have a lot of questions.

Speaker (20:50):
Okay, so so my first one is does fix stand for
something?
Because it's the way it'sspelled is f dot i dot x.
So what does that stand for?

Speaker 1 (21:00):
It does.
It's it so the F is for queer, which is Daniel's last name.
The Daniel Flear, so the F isfor queer.
The I is for the intuition thatyou and I had when we were
doing the technique.
We were in flow, we were inrapport, right?
I knew I was in harmony, youbecame in harmony, and then we
were in rapport and we did thework.

(21:21):
So that's the I, it's theintuition, whether that's
telepathic, whether that'sthrough our hearts, whatever it
is, but it happens in thetechnique.
It happens.
The intuition costs, and thenthere's the F, which is for the
extraction, which is what wedid.
And then code is the name ofthe code that we did with you,
whatever that was.

(21:41):
So the to find the code part ofthe technique.
I will ask your listenersbecause I did this with you.
I asked you the magic question, and you gave me an answer, and
that's what we did the work on.
So here we go magic question.
Biggest problem you have inyour life right now when you
think about It and nobody needsto tell me what it is, which is

(22:02):
really cool.
You don't have to exposeyourself or tell me anything to
be able to help.
But when you think about that, how does it make you feel?
If you could put it in one ortwo words, what would it be?
And whatever your answer is iswhat you can do with a
practitioner.
Go through the go through thego to the website and go through
the the the littlequestionnaire, book a
practitioner, and you get tobook two.

(22:23):
Like you get to try it twicefor complimentary.
Because I want you to findsomeone that you jive with, and
they will ask you the magicquestion, just like I just did.
Whatever you answer is whatyou're gonna get the work done.
And the work feels like aguided meditation, and it just
takes a couple minutes.
And as you know, it's veryrelaxing, it's very, it's
non-invasive, like there's nocreepy moments or anything like
that.
It's just very smooth, and um,and it will help, it will you'll

(22:47):
feel better.

Speaker (22:48):
It was, it's actually very interesting.
So we did it two weeks ago, andit was what five minutes less
than that, and then the rest ofthe time we were I was crying
and you were talking me throughit.
Um, but it's so funny becausethat day, you know, I went to
yoga, I felt good, like I wasn'tthinking about anything

(23:08):
negative.
And then when you posed thatquestion, at first I was like,
well, no, everything's goinggreat in my life.
There's nothing, but then it'slike, no, let's be honest.
Yes, there is something.
And so that immediately um cameup.
And then you, you know, you youmade me go back in time to a
place where, you know, like itstirs up emotions.
So it was interesting how Ifelt amazing.

(23:31):
But then when you are beinghonest with yourself, if you're
truly being honest withyourself, that's why it works.
Because it's like, okay, yeah,we can pretend we're just
bopping around the world andlife just all happy-go-lucky,
but there's always somethingthat we've buried or or
something that stems from a longtime ago that affects how we
interact with people today.

(23:52):
And even though I got verylike, I got, I think the reason
I I started crying because I gotvery like tight in the chest
and like reliving that memoryand like where this all started.
So, like, yes, where wherewhere I am today all started
like way over like what30-something years ago?
And just putting myself back inthat place caused like so much

(24:14):
anxiety.
But once I let it go, it wasactually quite fascinating.
I think the the tears were it'slike, oh my gosh, I'm I'm
releasing this.

Speaker 1 (24:22):
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, like when I do one cryinglike that, it's a total
release.
Yeah, like your body's going,oh yeah.
When my son is little, hewould, you know, people would
say to him, What so what doesyour mom do for a living now
that the back is club is closed?
Because I close that down andstart doing this.
Okay.
And he would say, Oh, she makespeople cry.

Speaker (24:39):
Yeah.
Well, you made me cry.
You you do that, but it's butit's good stuff.
I think crying is therapeutic.
I mean, it is, just let it out.
And it's interesting how thingshave popped up since then that
would it's funny because like mybrain is saying you should be
very upset about this.
Like your heart should beracing and like your stomach

(25:01):
should be tying, you should beso upset right now, like
thinking about it or talkingabout it.
And and it's been multipletimes.
It wasn't what like literallythe next day something popped up
on Facebook that would havepissed me off.
You know, like the memory.
And I'm like, why is thismemory coming up?
And it didn't make me upset.
I was just kind of like, okay,it it's it was it it and I

(25:22):
wanted to get mad, but I but Ibut I didn't.
So and then a few things havehappened since then.
Yeah, and and you did saythings are gonna come up that
you're just gonna feel sounbothered.
And it's true.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
It really can imagine you did one.
Yeah, I only did one.
That was it.
And imagine doing like five orlike other stuff that bugs you.
It's like it's it it is itchanges our lives.
I met Daniel and this techniquesaved my life.
It changed my life, it itprofoundly moved me to not
feeling all of those horriblethings.
I no longer felt that night.

(25:58):
I no longer felt betrayed, I nolonger felt hurt, I no longer
felt sad, I no longer feltabandoned, I no longer felt
terrified.
And when you add all of thatup, you feel freedom.
You felt freedom after one.
Yeah.
Imagine what like an eight-weeksession would be, you know,
like like an eight-pack wouldbe.

(26:19):
And I would say that eight halfhours or four, one hour, your
life will change.
It it will absolutelycompletely change.

Speaker (26:27):
Another question that I have about uh the fixed coat is
like, is it for is it foranybody?
Because like for mespecifically, I I've read a ton
of books, self-help books, Ilistened to all the podcasts,
okay, maybe not all, but like, you know, those I'm all about
figuring out how I tick, why Itick, letting go of the past,

(26:48):
all of those things.
Do you have to have any of thatin order for this to work?
Or can you just like just Ihaven't done anything to better
myself?
I haven't done anything to fixanything.
You can just show up as youare.
Okay.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
Absolutely.
I was just like, I'm done.
One, I'm done trying.
And I would done a couple ofstuff, but it was just like it
didn't work.
Yeah.
Which was why I was like, I'mnot doing this anymore.
I'm not gonna waste my timetrying because everybody else
seems to be able to figure itout and I can't.
Like, whatever.
And the moment I meant thefixed code, that was it.
It was over.
Now I work with everything fromfive-year-olds to 95 year olds.

(27:21):
Some of my very favoriteclients are scenery.
I had this woman, God love, andagain, I have so many stories.
Like I, you know, over theseover the last 16 years, I've had
hundreds and hundreds andhundreds of clients.
Um, and I used to do it uh inan office.
So they would come to theoffice, and I would have this
one little little lady, oldlady, I think she was about age

(27:42):
seven, that's a long time, tenyears ago now, and she would she
had a uh walker.
And I think I had known hermaybe three sessions before
that, and she'd always broughther walker and her husband
dropped her off in the truck andthe whole thing and helped her
in every time, and you know, kind of like a farming couple
when they own the farm, youknow.
Anyways, she we did thisparticular extraction, I can't
remember what it was, but in herin our session, she and again,

(28:05):
none of these women had everdone healing modalities or
anything like that.
Like they're in their eight.
And one person found out aboutit, and then they told all their
friends.
So now I've got this whole slewof tea paper holes coming to my
house.
They loved it, and the husbandsloved it because they were
like, I don't know what you'redoing to our wives, but they are
calm, relaxed, chill, nervous,you know.

(28:26):
But this particular woman umcame in with a roller, all good,
and we did the work, and shegot up and walked out of the
office, went into got jumpedinto the truck, went home, got
jumped out of the car, got in,walked up the stairs, did her
thing, was cooking dinner, andthe husband really didn't know
kind of like what to do.
He was like, What's happeninghere?

(28:47):
So he eventually said, I'm justgonna um, I'm just gonna, you
know, go to the store wheneverand he came back to my house
because of course I have herwalker.
She had completely forgottenher walker, and I wasn't gonna
say anything because I waswatching a miracle kind of
thing, going, holy smokes.
And he came back and he just Iopened the door and I kind of
handed him the the water, and hejust threw his arms around me

(29:08):
and the tears were coming downhis face.
He goes, I don't know what youdid, but I am forever grateful.
Like, wow, she is this she'slike she's she's 30 again.
He's like, she's just kind oflike dancing around the house
and just like totally great.
That's how this worked.
I don't know how or what whatwas attached to keeping her from
walking or whatever it was, butmiracles like this happen all

(29:29):
the time in our world.
All the practitioners can talkabout it, I can talk about it,
like it just happens.
So this changes our lives, yeah, and it changes it quickly,
and you absolutely do not haveto have any background in
knowing anything about anythingto be able for this to work.
Yeah, I love that.
Like I said, I work with fiveyear olds, we call it magic.

Speaker (29:46):
Um so, so is the whole time because I know you said you
have like 30-minute sessions, hour sessions as well.
Is there any talk therapy atall, or is it just going through
that same process each day?
It depends.
Okay, yeah.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
The people that the people that book an hour tend to
like a little bit of talking, like they need to sit back with
me a little bit, getfamiliarized, you know what I
mean?
Like, and they want to beheard, right?
They want to like tell a littlebit of a story.
And I let them because themoment I hear the the the code,
the parasitic program, I'm like,oh, can you think of anything?
Oh, can you feel that?

(30:20):
They're like, oh, I can.
I'm like, what would you callthat?
And they're like ashamed.
I'm like, oh, you want to getrid of that?
And they're like, okay, sothat's it, and then we get rid
of it.
So I do have a lot of clientsthat will kind of talk until I
find it, and then I find it andwe get rid of it.
And that's just the rhythm.
Um, some people, like my execsand all those guys, like the
sporting guy, like the highperformance guys and all that,

(30:42):
they're like, they text me tosay, lose them a shit.
And I'm like, okay, okay.
And I text them the question, biggest problem you have in your
life right now, when you thinkabout it, how does it make you
feel?
They text me the answer, I'mlike, okay, call me.
And they call me and it's allover five minutes, and they get
on the journey.
That's it.
Like they and that's the clientthat they have me on a retainer
where they can just text me andI work with them.

(31:03):
And the only time I'm notavailable is if I'm on a plane,
which I'm on a lot, uh, and I'mon airplane mode, or I'm asleep
because I'm in a different timezone or whatever.
And I spend a lot of time indifferent time zones, but yeah,
like I'm pre-available, all ofthat.

Speaker (31:16):
It have you ever found that it didn't work on somebody?

Speaker 1 (31:20):
Never, never.

Speaker (31:21):
It works on anybody.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
No, no, what people what'll happen is it's let's
pretend the code is um hurt.
So I do hurt with them, andthen they call me a week later,
and they're like, Yeah, I don'tthink it worked.
I'm like, okay, jump on.
So I'll either jump on a phonecall or on a Zoom, and I'm like,
okay, let me ask you, can youthink of anything in your past
now that when you think about itmakes you feel hurt?

(31:42):
And they're like, Oh, no, butI'm really, I'm really freaking
mad.
And I'm like, okay, close youreyes.
And but it feels and it'sattached to the same event.
So they're thinking about thesame event, but it's a different
feeling.
Because they've been hurt by itfor so many years, that was
their default feeling.
That but so, but it's gone.
So they think it's the same, but they're not, which then we

(32:05):
just clear pissed off orwhatever it is.
And then they look at me andgo, damn, that's good.
Now we look at the event andthey really can't feel it.
Because sometimes there's likemany uh feelings attached to the
same event.
Sometimes I can work an hourwith somebody on the exact same
event.
They keep thinking about thesame event, but it's every
single time a different feeling.
And by the time they walk outthe door, that entire event is

(32:28):
totally neutral, which is how wework with post-traumatic stress
or or you know, disasters orlike like shock, you know, like
something like that.
We just keeping our way throughthe same event.
The goal is for it to becompletely neutral, which is
what Gian did with me.
My trauma was is now completelyneutral, I was very quickly.
It took about two weeks for meto get through a trauma that I

(32:49):
couldn't breathe when it whenwhen it was like I was always in
it.
I couldn't get out of thetrauma.
Yeah.

Speaker (32:55):
Yeah, no, I can totally relate to that to that.
Cause like I said earlier, it'sit's like you you're expecting
this these emotions, and thenwhen they didn't come, it's
like, well, what's going on?
I should be really pissed offright now.

Speaker 1 (33:07):
Where is that emotion?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And your body's not going, didnot go through that, right?
So it's not texting, it's notpulling your power or your
energy.
It didn't come up into yourmind until the stories start,
right?
Like you didn't start yellingand screaming in your head or
coming up with knees orwhatever.
Um, and you just move on.
Talk about intellectualfreedom, right?

(33:30):
Like you get your mind backbecause you're not spending all
this time that's not, and it'snot pulling from your physical
box.
How cool is that?
And and and you had one, likeyou know, you dive in and and
and you know, kind of like do apackage or you know, you get a
bunch done.
You your life changes.
It it just has to because youdon't feel that way anymore, and
now you don't feel that wayabout all sorts of different

(33:52):
things.

Speaker (33:53):
I might need I know I might need to buy a few packages
because it it's one of thosethings, like you said, it
happened, it was one time onefor one event.
However, like you said, a lotof my things are attached to the
one to a few things fromchildhood that I'm just like you
think they're gone untilsomething comes up, and then you
realize it's not really gone.

(34:13):
So yeah, yeah.
That would be super helpful.
No, absolutely.
So, yes, please, please pick meup on it for sure.
What is like with all of this, what is your main because I was
looking on your Facebook and Ilove your videos because you're
the the reason I started thispodcast, and you said in the
beginning, you know, sorry, men,but women, like I agree, like
women this podcast and bringingpeople on here as guests is to

(34:36):
make us better versions of whowe are because we do carry so
much in this world and we areleaders and just we if we're not
healthy, then people around usare just like, what the F?
Like what like husbands andchildren?
And so I I I believe in all ofthis.
I believe in us being healthyand just purging, and and so a

(34:59):
lot of your videos are aboutthese kinds of things, about
your intuition and like get outof your own way.
So, what is like your mainmessage for for women, for
people?

Speaker 1 (35:10):
Oh, well, learn how to do this or start doing this
as part of like your mentalhealth routine, like brushing
your teeth.
Check in where you are.
If you have something runningyou and you're asking the magic
question and you've got afeeling there, or you're finding
yourself pissed off, hurt, hurt, or ashamed, or whatever
this is, click the buttons andget rid of it.

(35:30):
Go to theTrixypo.com, try thisfor free.
If you like it, book sessions, take action because this is so
fast in that you will you willdrop the crap in your head so
that you can be present withyour kids, be present with your
husband, not be screaming atthem in your head.
Like we should never be thatpissed off about shoes not put

(35:54):
in the right place in front ofall.

Speaker (35:56):
I wish I would have met you like um 20 years ago when I
I had to I had to work throughthat on my own with zero help.
I'm like, I can't be a monsterall the time over some dumb
shit, like you know, the forknot being put in the sink or in
the dishwasher.
So I've overcome that, but itwas really, really hard.
So this helps with all of thattoo.

(36:19):
All of it.

Speaker 1 (36:20):
Like, absolutely.
Like, I love teaching moms howto do this because they they're
not they're not in this to do itas a practitioner type thing,
or they're in this for theirkids, as their husband and their
family friends, and like youstick around with your
girlfriends on Friday night andyou do the fixed code with them.
What a change because you fixthe moms, you fix the kids.
Oh, yeah.
You fix the mom, the husbandsare like, I don't know what's
going on, but I'm not messingwith this.

(36:41):
This is good, they're happy, she's happy, and just keeps
getting better then like this isa promise.
Life just keeps getting better.
So it's like one person out ofall the group learns how to do
this, and the whole group getsbetter, all the kids get better,
and it's just it's justsomething awesome to have in
your back pocket.
And if you don't want to learnit, then get a practitioner and

(37:02):
just blast through your shit sothat it doesn't control you
anymore.
And that is what I love.
Like that's what saved me.
The technique was that I got toleave all the crap behind me,
and I never ever look backbecause it's not who I am.
Not I'm not designed to feellike crap all the time, you know
what I mean?
And being a mom and having thislike my child who's now 22, 23

(37:25):
almost, he's been doing thefixed code.
He's he does not know a micwithout the fixed code.
He's been doing this since hewas five or six years old.
He's had a fixed code in hislife.
So any horrible feeling that hehas ever had, he's been able to
be the fixed code, has beenable to remove it.
And so he's never sat infeeling bullied, or sat in
anger, or sat in hurt for anylonger than it took him to text

(37:48):
me, take him on from calling, orget in the car after school.
And he jumps in the car and hewould tell me right away,
Bonnie, can you do the fixedcode with me?
I feel bullied.
And I'm like, You got it,buddy, close your eyes and I'm
doing the fix in five minutes.
He no longer felt bullied, andhe never felt bullied again.
You know what I mean?
Like, where as in most homes, this is an ongoing, never-ending
feeling that a child has tokeep going through, parents have

(38:09):
to keep spinning down, theygotta go to the school, they
gotta do all sorts of things.
Where with the fixed books,it's five minutes.
So I love teaching mods how todo this because it is 100% off
the charts empowering.
And you get to like helpeverybody a lot.
And I love also teachingpractitioners because I know
that they're gonna learn thisand then they're gonna share it
with all of their people, including their family and
friends and their kids, but alsotheir their clients, they're

(38:32):
coming to Let's Book Health.
So it's just it's anever-ending gift.
It's just like we just pay itforward, and everybody that we
help feel better really quickly,though.

Speaker (38:43):
Well, thank you, Stacy.
Um, is there anything else?
Anything else that we haven'tcovered that you would want to
share?

Speaker 1 (38:50):
Just that it's not your fault if you're feeling
crappy.
It has nothing to do with whatwhat you've done or anything
like that.
It's not your fault how youfeel.
It's these things, it's theseparasitic programs that are
running the show, that aretaxing your physical body and
making you crazy in your head.
And the fixed code can stopthat immediately.
Um it just does.

(39:10):
And so please click the button, try this, get help if you you
know, like we're here to help.
We're here to serve anybodythat needs help.
And it's okay to ask for help.
Like, yeah.

Speaker (39:22):
Thefixcode.com is where we can find everything about
the fixed code.
That's right.
Thank you so much, Stacey.
I I I have a strong feeling I'mgonna need your services this
year.
Because there's a few things,there's a few things that I just
need to let go of.
And not saying that, like yousaid earlier, things are always

(39:44):
gonna pop up, but I have to getrid of these last few things
that are just it's like oldbaggage, just just it has to go.
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (39:51):
Yeah, and it's not coming forward with us.
Like that's the thing.
We're we're moving into a newearth, we're moving into a new
frequency on this planet.
So let's and the way we getthere is by clearing this stuff,
getting rid of the oldfrequencies, the lower frequency
to move into a higherfrequency.
Yeah, like that's we're alsohere for that.
Helping people get lighter sothat they can move into the
higher frequency and go throughascension.

Speaker (40:13):
Well, I appreciate you coming on.
It's been a pleasure.
I love doing this two weeksago, and I'm gonna keep your
number.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
Leave it.
Email me anytime, probably inmy channel anytime.
You got the link.

Speaker (40:26):
All right, thanks, Stacey.
Thanks for coming on.
All right, you too.
See you all bye.
I'll leave you all with this.
You will overcome what you arefighting through.
You will find energy.
And one day this struggle won'tfeel as strong as it does now.
