The month of March is National Nutrition Month, so we wanted to feature some CAF spouses who used their OUTCAN posting as a time to really focus on their health, physical activity and nutrition. Today’s guest is Biba. From escaping East Germany and being a part of that History, to obtaining her decades long dream of Canadian Citizenship, to representing Canada along with her husband and daughter in Tampa, Florida on OUTCAN, to becoming the "strong in all ways" gladiator woman she is right now.
