"He Will Tell You What Is to Come"

On the last night before the cross, Jesus spent His remaining hours telling eleven men what was coming. He told them plainly: you will weep, you will be scattered, your grief will turn to joy — and no one will take that joy from you.
In this message, Pastor Eddie walks through John 16 and shows how Jesus prepared His disciples emotionally, spiritually, and practically for what lay ahead — then promised that His Spirit would keep doing the same work in every generation after.
Pastor Eddie unpacks the promise of the Counselor, the Father revealed, the scattering Jesus foresaw and forgave, grief that turns into joy, the open door of prayer, and the peace Christ offers in the middle of trouble. Along the way he offers a simple invitation: ask the Spirit for wisdom about the season in front of you — what to prepare for, and whom to pray for.
Bring a pen and paper. Write down your concerns. Then wait and listen. He is speaking, and He is telling you of what is to come.
