I'm Jennifer. I'm.
Ashley and we have something exciting for you.
Yeah, so we're making this like a little mini episode to lead
into some exciting stuff. So you guys are aware that we
had AJ and Melina on our podcast.
Gosh, Ashley feels like last year but it.

Was a while ago. It was a while ago, but AJ very
graciously asked Ashley and I tobe on the Centurion's Path
podcast. And so we got the opportunity to
do that. And so that has been released.
It's episode 23. And so we would just love that.

We just get to talk about our experiences as therapists, our
experiences as kids of cops and I don't know, I really enjoyed
and honored to be on their podcast so.
Absolutely right. So we're just we are going to
substitute our release in sayingthat we want all of our

listeners to go to them, right. So the release is technically
still there. It's a new episode to all of you
hopefully or if you're already following then that's amazing.
But it is a new episode. We're just asking you to go
check them out and to go listen to to that one that we're both
on. And I think it was AI mean it
was a really powerful fun experience a little bit I have
to say I have to say is loud andoutgoing, knowing and obnoxious

as I am in this one. I was nervous guys it.
Was the little like it was a lotof moving parts and I was really
excited to get to do it. But I can definitely feel that a
little bit. And I'm probably stuttered
through what I was trying to say.
But we're getting more invites to be a part of other podcasts,
which we really appreciate. You know, it's so funny, I in a

little bit of a podcast drought right now, and so I think it's
great when this happens for people, right?
We are all caught up on the podcasts that you listen all the
time to and you get to go check out something different.
So you go hear our voices. Different podcasts.
So yeah, I just think too, it's super important.
Like one thing that I've come tolearn in this field is there's

(02:15):
not a lot of us, believe it or not, it's becoming much more, I
think just talked about and wellknown, but we're still a small
community and something that I will forever stress because
unfortunately, I've run into theother side of it, but I'm not
even going to focus on that. But I will forever stress
supporting each other and comingtogether to work together for
the common goal, right? And that is to help all of our
first responders and their families, for people who give it

(02:36):
all, for us to give it back to them, right?
And so I think it's so beautifulthat they were willing to be on
ours. We went on theirs.
And there's nothing more than I want than for us to support them
and have our followers go followthem as well.
Like, let's do this together, right?
We can learn from each other. I mean, I definitely am a
believer in rising waters, raiseall boats.

(02:57):
That's not the right thing. But you know, there's
opportunity out here for everybody.
Like there's no need to, you know, push elbows and say like
there's community is about like making room in space.
And so I think that's beautifully said.
And especially I think, you know, reflecting in a
conversation that I've had recently and just how important

(03:18):
we are as family members of first responders and how, you
know, we've talked on here a lotabout feeling kind of like the
invisible, You know, what's the word I want to use, you know,
part of a first responders life.You know, we're not the ones
that have a badge on our chest and we're not the ones
responding to calls. And yet, you know, we are still

(03:39):
a part of of the aftershock of those experiences and things
like that. So I don't know.
I think it's great that we're getting the word out about when
the call hits home to another platform.
