With that said, let's go to theshow.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
So today we're going to be talking about our
self-love journeys I know thatoftentimes we forget about our
self-care and to even go deeperinto that self-love path, and so
that's what we're really goingto focus on today, knowing that
we just had Valentine's Day andoftentimes it's a day for love,
to celebrate love, and I want toinvite you all to remember our

(06:00):
own self-love, as the deepestrelationship that we can have is
with ourselves.
And when we can truly love allthe spaces and places of our
being, all of our insecurities, all of those dark places, all of
our shadows, then we can reallyilluminate the rest of our life

(06:20):
.
We can accept who we are.
It's not about necessarilypushing away the darkness life.
We can accept who we are.
It's not about necessarilypushing away the darkness.
It's about embracing it as partof who we are and loving us,
loving yourselves anyway, lovingyourselves for all of your
flaws, all of your imperfections, and and saying fully a yes to
you, knowing that you arecreated in this divine source,

(06:42):
energy, and with that you'reworthy.
You're worthy to be fully lovedand embraced for who you are.
I'm here from sunny Florida.
It's actually kind of cloudytoday, but it was amazing.
Yesterday we had a beautifulmid 80 degree weather.
The sun was like seeing my skin.
It was so, so lovely to be outand about.

(07:06):
We were at this, this smalllittle lake, like to me it felt
more like a pond because I'mfrom Bozeman, montana, but it
was where, like the, we had thisdrum circle going and the
drumming was happening.
That really felt very earthyand I was dancing barefoot and
there was this beautiful breezeand the sunshine was kissing my

(07:26):
skin and I was just like, andthere was the lake, and I just
felt like all four elements werecompletely playing in my energy
.
And so it was so lovely, likewhat an act of self-love just to
recognize that you can be onewith nature and be one with
yourself and really let go ofany kind of monkey mind.

(07:46):
And I think that's where a lotof this self-care starts is that
?
And self-love is when we'rerecognizing that we're talking
down about ourselves, voice inour head that oftentimes is
caught up with our inner child, our inner child wounds that

(08:06):
we've experienced of negativeself-talk and that clutter in
our mind of always constantlythinking and judging and
betraying ourselves ultimatelyof of our self-love that we're
inherently worthy of.
And so it's been really aninteresting process over the
many, many years of doing myself-healing work, of

(08:30):
recognizing when those negativethought processes come in and
being able to shut them down.
We call that thought catchingand, at moon rising, where we
can recognize, having theawareness is always the first
step of healing.
And being able to have thatawareness that you are talking
down on yourself Is this the wayyou would talk to a child or

(08:51):
your best friend?
If the answer is no, then weneed to kind of be able to catch
those thoughts and give ourbodies, our minds, something
else to appreciate, right?
So if we can turn those around, that's a really great first
step of acting in a way ofself-love.
So for this post-Valentine'sDay, I would love to know what

(09:16):
your self-talk is like, what youare choosing to say yes, to
Talk.
What's one thing you can say toyourself that's going to light
you up, that's gonna make youfeel like to yourself.
That's going to light you up,that's going to make you feel
like you're in an expansiveenergy.
And let's start with that.
Like oftentimes, the verybeginning of the day, I used to
get on my phone and instantlystart scrolling, checking

(09:37):
messages, checking email andthat energy of I've got things
to do and the very start of themorning was dysregulating.
It would encourage my energy toget into a flow of go, go, go,
do, do, do, must, must, must, should, should, should.
And oftentimes, when I activelystarted my day with something

(10:03):
else a morning meditation, somemorning movement, listening to
my morning gratitude playlist, like those things help me go.
Everything is in flow.
I'm in flow with the divine andin flow with the universe.
And how can I increase that?
How can I invite more of thatin?
Because when we are out ofalignment, then it feels like

(10:26):
we're working and operating fromour logical mind, and our
logical mind is where all thoseshoulds come in and we're we're
playing on the autopilot of oursubconscious and and that can be
, that can be a struggle,whereas oftentimes I might.
My workday might not look likethe average person's workday
because it's like well, do Ifeel good?

(10:47):
Why would I work if I don'tfeel good?
Because my work is my passion, right, like you guys are my
passion.
I love teaching, I love to bepresent with my community, and
so if I'm in a go, go, go,should, should, should, must,
must, must energy, you're allgoing to feel that, whereas if I

(11:08):
show up in my alignment, myexpansive energy, my, I love all
of me, I love all of you.
I can see myself and my divinelight, and I can see you and
your divine light.
Then you're going to radiatethat, right, you're going to
feel that, and I'm much morelikely to put out content that's
going to feel good rather thanI have to or I should.

(11:30):
This goes back to the be, dohave model.
I'm going to be radiant, I'mgoing to be expressive, I'm
going to be expansive and then, from that be place, I'm going to
do the things and then I'mgoing to have the abundance in
my life, right, whereas mostpeople operate from a place of
do B, like do have B model, where they have to do all of the

(11:53):
things to get the stuff andthen they'll be happy, or then
they'll be expansive.
And it doesn't work that way.
That's the way our culture andsociety has trained us Like do
the work, get the house, get thejob, get the, get the car, get
the stuff, and then you'll behappy, and it and it's the

(12:13):
opposite is so, so true, muchmore truer and much more
validating to go.
I'm going to embody happiness,I'm going to embody joy, I'm
going to embody expansiveness.
I'm going to embody my fullnessof who I am and all those
aspects, and then from thatplace I'm going to have the, the
excitement, I'm going to havethe connections, I'm going to

(12:34):
have the experiences that I want, and then I get it, then I,
then I, and it comes later right, like so, recognizing which
energy we're starting our day inis an act of self-love, and so
for Valentine's day, it's been areally interesting journey.
If you're following me onFacebook, if you're following me
on Instagram, which I highlyrecommend, go over to moon

(12:56):
rising shamanic Institute.
You can follow me on mypersonal fan page on Facebook If
you'd like.
It's just Christine Renee, andover the last, probably like two
months now, you can really seethe self-love journey that
unfolded for myself.
I had released a pretty heavyrelationship and really stepped

(13:18):
into.
I radically want to self-loveme because I recognize the
places and spaces in thatrelationship highlighted my
insecurities because they weremy insecurities, right, this is
me taking a radicalresponsibility of my own energy,
of going.
Where do I not love myself?
Or am I making myself small?
That needs to be fully loved onso that I can be in my

(13:43):
expansive state, so I can have abeautiful, healthy relationship
, right?
And so, when we come to a placeof recognizing it's time, it's
time to radically step intoself-responsibility, into
self-love, into the fullness ofwho we are, things can start to
shift.
And so, recognizing that therewas a piece of this that was a

(14:06):
releasing of, I needed to toexperience the emotional
intensity, I needed toexperience where those cords
were so that I could recognizethem and release them, that I
was shedding, like, it was likea snake shedding old skin, and I
love that.
During this time period, we alsostepped into the Chinese new

(14:26):
year, the year of the snake.
We went from moving from thedragon energy into the snake
energy and recognizing that, aswe move into the snake, this is
the year for releasing, toletting go and to fully feeling
that Kundalini rising energy, that fullness of our energy
potential.
And what does that look likefor us?

(14:47):
What does that look like foryou?
Right?
And so when we experience thisrecognition of I'm shedding skin
, I'm releasing, we can do itlike baby steps and for me, I
want to dive full in, like whenI make an intention, I'm all the
way there.
And I want to be all the waythere because I don't see it for

(15:12):
myself Now.
It might be different for you,but for me it very much feels
like why wait If I can recognizein my, my body and my
experience of something thatfeels small or depleted, I want
to lean in all of the way to go.
I don't want to drag this outLike I remember being in Japan a

(15:36):
few years ago and I was, I waswe, I was with Hakoton Inamoto
for Reiki pilgrimage and youknow he's this 80 plus year old,
pure land Buddhist monk who isa Reiki master and you know he's
been practicing for decadesupon decades.
And someone in our tourist, ourpilgrimage group, asked him you

(15:58):
know how do you handle grief?
And his response was so simple.
His response was so that of aBuddhist monk that I cherish
that wisdom.
And he said take 10 days, don'tlet it go on beyond 10 days,
like experience the intensity ofall of the emotion as deeply as
you can for 10 days and thenlet it go, and that.

(16:22):
That to me it's, that's extreme.
But I can take the 21 days offeeling all of the deepest
feelings and really let them toexpress and move through my body
and let the waves come, like Ithink oftentimes when we have
really strong emotions, we think, okay, I did that, I did the

(16:42):
thing and now I should feelbetter.
And it comes again and againand again, and it comes in waves
and each wave feels less, butthen there could be a trigger
that comes, that shows up, thatmakes a big tidal wave show up,
right.
And so how are we flowingthrough our emotions with the
intention of letting them go?
Like giving yourself acontainer.

(17:03):
And so, for my experience, Ireally gave myself a container,
a container of 21 days, which Ibelieve is where we can do our
celestial work.
When we're working in the fifth, sixth dimensional arena, it
takes 21 days to reallyalchemize it and bring it into
3D reality.
And so, when we are working onthis level of I'm doing all of

(17:28):
this spiritual work, we needthat integration period of
really allowing it to come downinto our physical reality.
And so I had created somereally beautiful boundaries in
my life to honor the 21 days ofmy radical self-care journey and
that container.

(17:48):
There was times that there, that21 day boundary was broken and
it was triggering, and thenhaving to reaffirm boundary
again.
This is my boundary.
I'm no long, I'm not availablefor this conversation, this
interaction, whatever it may be,and so that part of that is
self-love, like we need to knowwhen we are in alignment to have

(18:11):
flexible boundaries and when itit's.
No, this is a firm boundary.
I'm not open to allowing thisenergy, and right now I'm
holding this as a sacredcontainer for my work, and so
that that, in and of itself, wasa really good lesson of like
okay, this thing, this energy, came in, but this is my sacred

(18:32):
space.
I don't want this, this isn'tokay.
And to be able to recognize that, oh, that's a boundary I'd set
and they crossed it Right, andso reaffirming, clearing out,
resetting those boundaries is areally important practice.
So, recognizing the people inyour life that are honoring your

(18:54):
boundaries, reflecting back, like I see your boundaries, I'm
respecting your boundaries.
Let me know how this feels, as,as as we navigate this, that
you're, you're in your, yourceremonial space, and, and you
know the the most importantpeople in my life that I reached
out to when this was going onreally was like Christine, that

(19:16):
was crossing a boundary.
You set the boundary, theycrossed it, like, what are you
going to do?
Right?
And so it was really lovely tohave people in my life that were
respecting my boundaries, honoring my boundaries and
affirming my boundaries, myboundaries.
And so, when we are enteringinto a dedicated timeframe of

(19:36):
our self-love, it's amazing togo.
What feels good today?
What do I need to do today?
To love myself more and toreally give permission to do it
fully?
And you know, I feel, at thesame time, just immensely
grateful for the work that I do,the container that I have my,

(20:00):
my home life, where, if I wantto go, do an hour long ceremony,
I can like.
I have that the capacity.
You know I don't have toddlersin my house right now.
I don't.
I have a teenager but like he'svery self-sufficient, I've got
a preteen who you know is veryhonoring and oftentimes will
will do these activities with me.

(20:21):
You know, if I say I'm going tobe making a Yoni steam bath and
I need to pick out herbs, she'll be like she'll get on her
witchy attitude and be like, yeah, let's pick out some herbs
for your Yoni.
Like she's get really into it.
So I'm one and really blessedthat like my home container and
in and of itself is reallysupportive for this work.
And then my closest friends andfamily are also really honoring

(20:46):
of this work and so recognizingand honoring, like those people
in your life that will hold youup, is super important to to
the process and just witnessingthat you can have that level of
gratitude for the people in yourlife so that when you go into
these sacred ceremonies you knowthat the boundary of the

(21:09):
ceremony itself will be honoredand respected.
So if I'm doing an emotionalrelease exercise or if I'm doing
a Yoni steam, or if I'm doing ahome energy clearing or
whatever it may be, that thatspace in which I'm entering into
to do that type of work isgoing to be honored and
respected and not interrupted,right?
So how can you feel into yourself-love practices and going?

(21:34):
Here's the container.
This is what I need.
I need privacy, I need space, Ineed integration time.
Afterwards, I need it to bequiet.
I what?
What is it that you can expressand vocalize to to really show
people?
This is what I, my desire is,this is what my fears are.
This is what my fears are.
This is what my boundaries areLike, though that container is

(21:57):
really important to the process.
So know that, even though Imight have a list of things that
I, you know, quote unquotecompleted over my 21 days, it
doesn't necessarily need to looklike yours, and it was done
with such intention, and everyday I wasn't really sure what
the energy was going to call for, so I might start out my day

(22:19):
with a tuning in of sorts of acalling in my guides, my support
team, my helpers, and thenfeeling in what, what is today
asking for, and so part of theprocess is slowing down enough
to ask those questions Like howare we honoring, recognizing,
what do I need today?

(22:39):
Some days I was like I need theEpsom salt baths and I think
it's so funny that so often wewe see on social media that a
bath and chocolate cake isn'tself self-care or self-love, and
I'm like it absolutely can be.
It might not be that everysingle day, but it can
definitely be part of theprocess of just nourishing your

(22:59):
body with foods that it enjoysand taking the time to relax and
let your nervous systemregulate to a point where you're
feeling supported, right sooftentimes it's really
interesting to watch Right sooftentimes it's really

(23:36):
interesting to watch what yournervous system is doing through
this process, because as youstep into like for myself, a 21
day container of radicalself-love it was so is basically
when your nervous system thinksthat it's under severe attack.
Like there's the level ofanxiety, the overwhelm, the
panic attacks, like it was.
Every time I try to lie down,my nervous system was so
dysregulated Like I, my heartwould start racing, my breath
would quicken and it felt like Iwas about to have a panic

(23:57):
attack, and that went on for afew weeks prior to me entering
into.
Okay, it's time, this is reallyI'd be on time.
Like I waited too long to do it,which is really what created me
to say yes, fully to me, like Iwanted to go all the way into
the self-love process of andthat's why I use the term

(24:21):
radical Like it wasn't just okay, I'm gonna do a bath every once
in a while and maybe, you know,do some incense and journaling
Like it was way beyond that, because I wanted a radical shift
.
I wanted a radical shift in myenergy.
I wanted a radical healing formy nervous system, my emotions,

(24:42):
and to really find a place inspace within myself, of saying
yes to love fully and completelyRight.
And so when, when we know thatwe are divinely worthy of the
time, the energy that it takesto do this type of work, you're
showering yourself in thisawareness that you are divine,
you are worthy of being embracedin this way, and it becomes a

(25:07):
co-collaborative process with ahigher source, with divine
intelligence.
And that's why it doesn'tnecessarily need to be mapped
out day by day for 21 days, likeif that's going to help your
nervous system, yeah, lean intoit.
And there's also times andplaces and spaces which I really
enjoy not having a standardizedprocedure of what self-love

(25:30):
looks like it can be differentevery single day and recognizing
what pushes in on thoseboundaries and what pushes in on
your life of going.
Is this making me feelcontracted, like am I going in
small, or is this making me feelexpansive and that contraction
needs energy to match it?

(25:50):
Like I really found, like themore I felt like days in which I
wanted to turn internal and goreally small and make be small
and feel small was when I neededto choose something even more
radical, like an emotionalrelease exercise.
So you're probably thinkingwhat, what the heck is that,
christine?
So an emotional release exerciseceremony is when there is a

(26:14):
somatic intention to release themotions out of your body, and
so I do a seven set series ofdifferent exercises to really
engage the motions of anger, ofsadness, of anything that feels
stuck within your body to torelease it.
So there's a screamingexercises, there's a stomping

(26:37):
and punching exercise, there's athrusting exercise, and that
really helps release anystagnant sexual energy or sexual
trauma energy.
There's a tantrum Talk aboutyour inner child really being
able to be witnessed because atoddler.
They have no, no filter onappropriate behavior and when

(27:01):
there are two right Like so, ifthey have an emotion, they fully
express it through their bodyand then an instant later they
can be laughing and gigglingagain because they processed
whatever was heavy for them.
And so by doing this emotionalrelease ceremony, you're
embodying that energy of I'mgoing to take whatever is going
on in me and fully expressing it.

(27:23):
I'm going to be flailing aroundon the floor, screaming if I
need to, yelling, pounding, whatever it may be, and it's an
opportunity for any of thatemotion that's been stagnant or
held on tight to fully escape, fully release.
And so by doing this, you'reallowing your body and its

(27:44):
nervous system to have an exitstrategy of some of that that
tense energy, so that you cancome back into balance.
So the aftercare is superimportant.
So if you're screaming andyelling and stomping and like
having these big physical bodyprocesses, the aftercare is
important.
So is the beginning care, likegoing into it with intention,

(28:07):
going into it with thiscontainer of like I'm not to be
disturbed, to like let theprocess be because it's a loud
process, like I'm really gladthat I have really good
insulation in my walls becausemy neighbors didn't hear me
Right.
And then the aftercare isreally being gentle on yourself,
holding yourself, huggingyourself, loving on yourself,

(28:31):
having good, healthy nourishment, drinking the tea.
I've seen and witnessed peopledo this, this exercise where
they completely lose their voicefor days at a time.
Because it can.
It depends on what's going on,what's being held in your system
, to fully let it go, fullyrelease it, and then come into a
place of gentleness.
And what does that look likefor you?
How can you hold yourself?
Maybe this is when the Epsomsalt bath is going to be super

(28:55):
important, because you're goingin to energetically cleanse off
anything that came to thesurface that needed to be
released in a different way.
Right?
This is also a really greattime to step into doing your
smudging or your home energyclearing.
Like really give the spaceReiki and let anything that came
up and released in the spacesend it down into the earth,

(29:16):
because mother Gaia cantransmute it, she can alchemize
it, she can transform it intolike compost so that it's
nourishing for for the landagain, right.
And so how we step into thesereally intense practices, can
one be really significantlyprofound and move that energy

(29:37):
through in a radical way?
And then we have this moment ofwhat do I need for aftercare?
What does that look like?
And it might be that someone inyour life wants to come in and
hold you witness you in this andthat vulnerability feels
supportive, then fantastic,right.
So it's recognizing how we aredoing the process, and yet we're

(30:03):
not doing it alone.
So much of our self-love carecan be the acceptance of love
from others and being held andwitnessed and loved on so that
it enhances the process, right.
And so just because you might bedoing some of these exercises
solo doesn't mean that you needto say no to love in your life.

(30:26):
If it's there, it's.
It's about saying yes to thelove in your life, yes To the
support, yes To the friendships, yes To the romance, whatever it
may be, so that you are reallybeing fully honored and
witnessed for all of who you are.
And that's part of part of thispart of like being able to say
and that's part of part of thispart of like being able to say
this is what I need, this iswhat I need to fully release

(30:49):
something from the past so thatI can be fully in more of my own
energy.
So one of the things that, through this process, I I made
this kind of understanding withthe divine when I entered into
it, like I don't know what I'mdoing, I don't know what is
going doing, I don't know whatis going to come up in this
process.
I know the intention behind itis for healing, so I could

(31:12):
prepare my energy for the nextbest thing in my life.
Right, like I knew that I waswanting to do it ultimately for
me and also to to be able toattract and love in.
Right, like cause.
We can only love to theavailability that we love

(31:33):
ourselves.
Like there's a real clear match.
And if you have insecurities,if you have doubts, you're going
to have relationships in yourlife that will mirror those back
to you.
So what if we all lovedourselves so much so that you
can really experience love on anew level?

(31:54):
Right.
And so when I entered into thiswith the intention of deep,
radical self-love and deepradical self-healing in a
profound way, I wanted to gointo.
It felt like going into the catlike a catalyst, like I was
able to go into a cocoon, that'sthe container to become the

(32:17):
mush so that I could come out asthe butterfly on the other end.
Right, like that symbologyreally resonated for my 21 day
experience.
And so, having that connectionwith divine throughout going,
what do I need to do today?
What?
What would feel good, whatwould be the most effective in

(32:37):
my healing process, and lettingit show up, letting whatever
answer was there for me show up.
And I'm one who has a ton oftools in my toolbox.
Like this is something I'vecultivated over years of my
business and Reiki practice andshamanic tools.
And so, just because we havethe tools in the toolbox, how

(32:58):
often do we pull them out in avery significant, intentional
way?
Right, and so I know that mostof our listeners have tools in
our toolbox, but are youutilizing them in a significant
way?
Right, and so this is aninvitation to, to recognize,
like these are all of the thingsthat I have access to.
There was things that I did overmy 21 days that I haven't done

(33:20):
in years.
Like I haven't done a moneydate in years I haven't done, I
never had done a Yogi steambefore.
Like there was things that cameto me it was like, oh, I need
to do that.
Okay, I've never done a Yonisteam, but I know that's what my
body is craving.
My, my, my, my sensual self, my, my uterus, my reproductive

(33:41):
organs, my Yoni wants to beenergetically, fully loved and
supported and clean.
Right, and so, knowing that, like there were days that I
would come into this way andlike, okay, this is what's
coming forward.
I wonder how to do it.
Like I can ask my colleagues, Ican ask the people in my life
that have this as part of theirpractice and and and lean into

(34:04):
it.
Like, is this something that Ihave the capacity to do on my
own or do I need support?
And for me it was like, oh yeah, guess what?
My herbal cabinet is prettyextensive.
I probably have a lot of theseherbs that I need to do a Yoni
steam and so and it was reallygreat, it was like, oh yeah, I
have calendula and I havenettles and I have a chamomile.

(34:25):
I have all these differentkinds of herbs.
I have rose petals, like I havethe things I had mugwort.
You know there's, there'sdefinitely pieces and I was able
to pull up here's whatdifferent kinds of herbs that
you can use for differentintentions, like whether it's
nourishment or whether it'smoisturizing or whether it's
cleansing.
Like there's all thesedifferent herbs and I was able

(34:46):
to be like, yeah, here's theones that I really am called to,
let divine, let my ancestorsreally choose which ones and how
much.
Like I did it from a veryintuitive and trusting space,
because I have that when, whenI'm in this kind of container, I
have that flow with the divineof going, yeah, let's do a
little bit more of this, orlet's try this one in here and

(35:09):
let's not make it complicated.
So I just put it in a big bowl, put the water on it, wait till
it cooled down just enough so Iwouldn't burn myself.
And then I just sat over it andyou know, I didn't need to get
a special stool or like Ithere's.
There's so many ways that wecan complicate these practices
by me thinking that we needcertain things versus what if

(35:32):
the intention is good enough?
What if I just trust that I'llknow how much or how long and
when I feel complete, I'mcomplete Right, and so it's
about trusting yourself andtrusting the process and knowing
that you're in a collaborationwith the divine right.
And so how does it feel for you?
What feels good today?

(35:54):
And so the things that I reallywere doing on a regular basis I
was regularly doing chakraspinning.
Now, if you haven't heard ofthat yet, know that a few weeks
ago we did put out a podcast andit was originally alive the
videos up on YouTube on how todo chakra spinning for yourself
as an act of self love, and it'sa really profound technique

(36:17):
because you can feel thedifference day to day.
And when we can gentlyencourage the flow of our chakra
system in our bodies.
And when we can gentlyencourage the flow of our chakra
system in our bodies, it doesregulate, it does come into
balance and what you can noticeis like, oh, there is something
there, there is something stuck,it's not moving.
What do I need to do to pullthis out and release it?

(36:37):
And so you can gently feel intoit and release?
Cord cutting was another big one.
So as I'm chakra spinning, I'malso energetically scanning over
my body, noticing what cordsare there, what needs to be
unplugged and plugged into thedivine.
So meaning like, if there's acord, I may not be cutting it
off Um, sometimes I was, butother times it's just a gentle

(36:59):
unplug and giving that to thedivine source energy.
So the person that it'sattached to is receiving energy,
just not from me.
I'm done, I'm no longerattached, available for this
energy.
I completely release andforgive it.
Let them receive from a highersource, not from me, because I'm

(37:19):
no longer available for thattype of connection, right?
So there's this energeticseparation that was happening
for that type of connectionright.
So there's this energeticseparation that was happening.
I was doing a lot of yoni yogafor a very similar intention as
the yoni steams where they're.
With the yoni yoga practicethat I do, it's very much moving
and connecting your root chakradown into the center of the

(37:40):
earth so that there's a release, like there is an exit strategy
of your energy, especially foryour, the femininity, for your,
your Yoni, that space within usthat can release down into the
earth and so that mother guyknows what to do with it, she,

(38:02):
she.
So I was doing this practicewith the Yoni eggs.
If you've never heard of those,it's a, it's a crystal that's
shaped like an egg that you putinternally for us ladies out
there and it's set withintention and it also allows you
to energetically spiral yourenergy around the egg so that

(38:22):
you can enhance.
The practice is really whatyou're doing.
So the moving your energy down, root chakra connection down into
the earth, release, release, release and then also receiving
the gifts of the earth, receiving the gifts of Pachamama
.
So you're bringing up andutilizing that Yoni egg with a

(38:42):
Kegel exercise, if you will.
It's much more, it's a littlebit more complicated than that,
but you're inviting and bringingin and breathing up the energy
of the earth so that it can moveinto that sacral chakra space,
into your womb space, and knowthat it can feed you.
So when we bring it up, you canalso utilize the kundalini

(39:05):
rising energy to move throughoutyour body.
So where does that energy needto go?
How easy does it flow?
Where does it get caught andstuck, which will then bring
awareness to what you need torelease, still like what areas
of your body is still struggling, so that you can release it.
And so that was a really lovelypractice I did numerous times a

(39:26):
week.
Um, it feels good, it feelsreally amazing, and part of it
is that, when you are connectedwith the earth in such a strong
way on a regular basis, it feelslike this is your GPS system.
It's not your head any longer.
It's like the earth is tellingme what my body needs and this

(39:48):
is how I'm making my decisionsis from the space in which my
yoni is communicating with me,my heart is communicating with
me and my mind can be set asideso that I know how to live life
to its fullest capacity.
How am I saying yes toopportunities of love and life
and expression and openness, right Versus the mind that is so

(40:14):
based on the data of the pastand to predict what will happen
in the future, which may not beaccurate, right.
And so other practices that Idid were egg cleanses.
Now, that was something Idefinitely needed to lean in on
for Chantel, so she walked methrough the process.
It's a very um, it's a verypowerful practice and for me, it

(40:37):
was a way to to once againrelease and let go, and I wasn't
so much on interested in thedivination side of it.
It was really an a releaseexercise.
So lots and lots of releaseexercises.
There was home energy clearingsthroughout my 21 days to really
recognize the energy of my home, oftentimes as a reflection of

(41:01):
what I've been in in the past.
So how things are flowing in myhouse, how's the clutter in my
house?
How's the?
Is there dishes stacking up?
Is there?
Is there things that feel heavy?
Do I have excess clothes orexcess junk that just needs to
be released and let go of?
And it was interesting in thisprocess I was finding items from

(41:24):
that previous relationship thatthat were heavy, that were
really negative.
I feel like some of the lastthings I received had negative
entity attachments to it and Iwas like there's negative
entities in my wall, and when Ican finally slow down and
recognize, I'm like, oh damn, itwas that I didn't energetically

(41:45):
clean these antiques and I needto clear them off.
And so having the home energyclearings be part of the process
was really important, becausehow do you feel good in a messy
home, do you feel good when it'ssuper cluttered?
And so every once in a while Ihave to do this like full on

(42:06):
spring energy clearing cleaning, because it makes my energy feel
better.
I feel more calm when my spaceis calm, right.
And so that was part of the.
My radical self healing wasreally understanding that I am
worthy to take the time andworthy of having a clean house,

(42:27):
right.
So feeling into what, what you, what do you want, what, how do
you want to feel, what makes youfeel expansive and expressive.
I did some numerous healingalters that I would work through
, and so that's something thatwe teach in our soul rising
program.
I did divine, feminine andmasculine date nights, so this

(42:49):
is really where you're steppinginto, like if I could recognize
within myself who is my divinemasculine, my sacred masculine?
Who's my divine feminine?
How would they want to betreated?
How?
What do they want to eat?
How do they want to be touched, how do they want to be
recognized, supported, loved onand giving space to recognize

(43:12):
those, both of those aspects.
So, allowing the divinefeminine to treat the divine
masculine and the divinemasculine to treat the divine
feminine like having thosesacred containers once again to
love yourself fully in this way,can be really amazing.
Yeah, um, and of course, therewas plenty of reiki sessions and

(43:33):
shamanic journey, journey anddancing along the way.
Why?
Because it feels expansive, like all of these things of
getting in touch with our guides, connecting, connecting with
nature, doing our own energyhealing work.
Taking the time to do thesetypes of practices is huge, and
so my I have a very normal, um,few minute practice every night

(43:57):
of doing Reiki.
I I bring my hands to Gosho, Ichant the Gokai, I do the dry
breathing, brush off the day andthen come into my Reiki
practice.
Now, in my Reiki practice Iit's not like a lot of people
think that it needs to be anhour long.
It needs to be this big, extensive thing and at the same
time, it's it doesn't have to be.

(44:20):
It doesn't.
It doesn't have to be.
And the fact that we have Reikiguides, we have deities that
would be happy to support uswhile we sleep.
And so what if, when we do ourReiki practice at night, to go
continue the session, continuethe healing process and I love
that.
It's.
One of my favorite Reiki hacksis that we don't necessarily

(44:40):
need to be in it for the wholetime.
Sometimes that feels great, especially if we're doing chakra
spinning and we're recognizingwhere our energy is at and maybe
doing some journal prompts overat it, like you can make it a
process, you can make it aceremony.
And what if, when we don't haveenough time just to ask our
guides for help and I thinkthat's and that's a note that I

(45:02):
want to land on for as we wrapup this conversation is asking
for help is huge, whether thatis for our spirit, guides like
those in the celestial realms, and support from our friends,

(45:23):
our family, our guides and thispresent life of going.
How, what do I need?
How can I express?
I would really appreciate it Ifyou held me, honored me, gave
me reassurance, like whatever itmay be like.

(45:43):
Having that and the real life, tangible world is amazing.
If you have those types ofpeople in your life to lean on
and they recognize that you'rein a container, how, how much
more could that be supportive, impactful, if you say yes to it?
So there's, there's thatbalance of yes, we're connecting
with divine, we're connectingwith our guides, we're

(46:04):
connecting with our celestialsupport team and we're also very
much in our bodies and in thisearthly process and being able
to express ourselves and what weneed and what we want, what we
desire and what we're afraid of,so that we can really have that
nourishment coming in from boththe heavenly realms and from

(46:29):
the life in which we live.
Right, and so you know, it canbe as simple as I was taking
naps all the time, like so muchof this energetic processing
work took a lot of energy, andso oftentimes it was tired, and
so saying yes to a nap was aform of radical self-love.
And so oftentimes it was likemy daughter would come home from
school and and, and I was like, can you the process of going?

(46:52):
She's great, she's doing fine,like she didn't need anything
for me, she's got her snack, she's chilling out, and yet I
can be there and like sleep andknow that it was just a lovely

(47:17):
supportive space, right?
So I think oftentimes we look atlike, okay, I want to do this,
I do a radical thing.
It feels intimidating.
And what if it wasn't?
What if you found the placesand spaces in your life to say
yes to you?
And how can you say I'm worthyto carve out the time, the space
to do these things?

(47:38):
I think that's oftentimespeople will love to support us.
But we have to communicate thedesire and communicate the
boundary right, like I'm doingthis for myself.
I need support.
Would you be willing to give mean hour every night so I can
take care of myself?
Or maybe it's 15 minutes, whatever it may be, but it's

(47:59):
also holding yourself to, to itLike I think so much of of of.
Oftentimes it's that waveringself boundaries that we have,
like, well, maybe I can skip aday, or maybe I won't do
anything, or, and it's like no,like, if you're in it, do it all
the way, do it radically, because your energy system will

(48:22):
reflect that and your life willunfold in a way that reflects
that right.
And so the more that we can sayyes to your self-love, for this
radical self-affirmation ofthat you are worthy, that you
are divine, that you can embodylove in a new way.
Your relationships, your life, your career all of those things

(48:46):
are going to become moreexpansive as well, and so I feel
like I've had this flavor foryears, but this is the first
time I really stepped into myown radical container and it was
so worth it.
It was so worth it and that'swhy I'm offering support for
others who need it, who want theaccountability, who want the
step-by-step processes, who wantthe support from another to

(49:11):
help hold them accountable.
So I'm offering a 21-dayself-love container that will
include three sessions and apersonalized self-love care plan
and accountability along theway.
So that's messaging back andforth throughout the 21 days to
help you say yes to you.
So if you're interested in thisprogram, it's $888.

(49:33):
And I'm super excited becauseI've got a lot of tools in my
toolbox and I have a lot ofthings that I would love to
share.
A lot of these are things thatI have taught for years and
years, and coaching has alwayscome very natural, naturally for
me.
I'm certified and I don't knowlike six different types of
modalities since 2020.
And coaching is one of myfavorite ways to offer so much

(49:58):
love to the world of like, helping you help yourself,
helping you see your divineworth, helping you recognize
that you are worthy to be anexpansive person.
So I love that.
I love that.
So if you're interested, feelfree to DM me, email me, do
