The Sacred Pause: When Skincare Becomes Ceremony

Ever whispered “I’ll just skip it tonight” while staring into your bathroom mirror at midnight?
Yeah, me too.

In this heart-centered episode, I’m sharing how a late-night Amazon scroll, a canvas bag that said “Support Your Local Coven,” and a burst of unexpected creativity led me to reframe skincare as something sacred — not just a task.

We’re talking about the moment I stopped performing my skincare routine and started participating in it… as ritual, as devotion, as a way back to myself.
