Your inner queen is the part of you that knows she is worthy of love and all of her desires. My intention with offering this meditation is to give you the invitation to develop and maintain a connection with this part of you as you listen to this show.
This practice will look different day-to-day. Some days, it might be hard to visualize. Others, it'll be easy. Your inner queen might be very talkative some days and quiet on others. Either way, I invite you to welcome and accept what comes up.
