What does it mean to Know Yourself?

Lorene Roberts the host of this podcast and she shares her own personal story explaining why it is important to know yourself better than anything else in this world!  

To know yourself is to know 

1.     who you are, at your core, including all your good points and all your shadow sides too

2.     what you like and what you don’t like, so you have choices in your life too

3.     where you want to go in life so you have a direction.   

Once you know exactly who you are, what you stand for in life, and what you want in your life, your self-confidence will skyrocket, any self doubt will be massively be reduced and you will know exactly what you have to do to become the confident amazing woman that you truly are.
