S6| Ep. 5
In this episode, I dive into what the metal element means for us as we move into fall.
I discuss how this season is all about letting go, whether that’s old habits, clutter, or even emotions weighing us down. I share some of my own rituals, like decluttering my books and bags, and why it’s so important to make space for new things to come in.
One of the biggest takeaways is that grief and release are natural parts of this season. It’s okay to feel what you feel, and it’s healthy to let go of what no longer serves you. I offer a few journal prompts to help you reflect on your boundaries, your sense of purpose, and what you’re ready to release.
I also mention a book I love, “Follow Your Tao” by Stephanie Nosco, for anyone who wants to go deeper into the five elements. And as always, I encourage you to connect with me, share your thoughts, and take some time this fall to clear space—both inside and out.
