In this podcast, Martie Allman and Jill White share their 20+ years of interacting with caregivers, both in private settings and facility communities. Martie and Jill will be sharing their knowledge and personal experiences. They wish to help those who are caregiving for loved ones and friends who may have conditions that limit their ability to care for themselves, such as Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinsons, cancer, depression, or severe mental health diagnoses, etc. We are your Care Partners helping you navigate the journey of caregiving.

Jill White is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and an Alzheimer's Association Facilitator for Caregiver Support Groups with 30 plus years working with seniors, focusing on senior living communities, assisted living and memory care households.

Martie Allman is a Certified Master Trainer for The Best Friends Approach to Alzheimer's, a Professional Educator and Champion for Culture Change in long-term care; a Certified Psychiatric Nursing Assistant focused in Psychiatric/Mental Health; a Certified Activities Professional; a Certified Medication Assistant and an experienced Recreation Program Director with a demonstrated history of working in the elder-care industry
