這個禮拜，我們來挑戰一個許多人心中都有的小鬼「分別心」。常常聽到佛教的師父們提醒我們，不要有分別心，聖嚴法師也曾說，分別心就是自我折磨的煩惱心。但是，你知道分別心到底是什麼嗎？到底要怎麼去除？消除？或管理呢？在西方哲學裡，是否也有這方面的教導與領悟呢？分別心到底是怎麼在我們的心智裡運作的呢？如果無法真的去除分別心，我們可以怎麼「利用」這顆心，讓自己過得更輕鬆？
