Speaker 1 (00:03):
What would you talk about on your on your podcast
Elvis Present.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Fifteen minute morning Show.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
So how was the birthday, Scottie B. I was good. Yeah,
I had a good weekend.

Speaker 4 (00:27):
Yeah, yeah, did a little uh shark water. I went
to the beach you know where they spotted some sharks.
Uh huh great, used my daughter as a shield. I
don't want to get fit.

Speaker 5 (00:38):
Wow, that's really nice.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
And then yeah, then we went to a little pool
party yesterday. That's most people weren't invited to, but we
had a good time.

Speaker 6 (00:48):
Cool.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
Did you feel awkward posting that picture?

Speaker 4 (00:51):
I waited until later and I said, you know what,
I don't care because I'll tell you what. Everybody at
the party got that picture and I was the first
one to post it, and then I think everybody else
felt like it was okay, because look, you feel bad.
There are people that weren't there that probably could have
or should have been, but you just.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Why why wouldn't will you be able to post? I
was happy for you.

Speaker 7 (01:12):
There there are people actually texting in and putting in
on that on that common thread. But Scary would have
been upset because he's not invited. We don't all have
to be invited to everything all the time.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Yeah, but it was a pool, you know how you
all were trying to get into an aside that element aside.

Speaker 7 (01:27):
Fine, but I was so happy and excited for you
that you got to spend your birthday weekend with some
old school people.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
That translations scary was on the Jersey Shore getting paid,
so he didn't care. I was in my family barbecue
in Brooklyn.

Speaker 6 (01:40):
All right.

Speaker 8 (01:40):
So here's here's this big is a question where do
you draw the line on invites to people that you
work with? Because I consider you all friends, but there's
some things like I'm not I can invite you too.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
I'm sorry, like I.

Speaker 9 (01:53):
Don't think, yeah, I don't think you guys want to
come to a seven year old birthday party.

Speaker 10 (01:56):
I mean, but sometimes it gets bad because if you
invite too, then you feel like you have to invite
the other, and then the other, and then you're like,
where do you cut it off?

Speaker 2 (02:03):
I could easily see myself there with those people because
I from they were all from my.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Ear as well, so I pictured myself in the mix.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
But then I'm not sure that I'm not sure that
the food would have been trendy enough for you though, no.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
But then how many people are you going to invite
to your house?

Speaker 7 (02:19):
You're opening your house, and there was already about twelve
fourteen people there, so you know.

Speaker 8 (02:23):
Well, it's definitely that catch if well, if I invite
this person, I have to invite that person if I
invite that person, So yeah, you got to draw the line.
I mean we you know, when Heather and I got married,
we're like, do we do a wedding? And and then
you know, like, well, She's like, well, you should definitely
invite Elvis. Right, I'm like, well, if I invite Elvis,
that means I got to invite everybody from the show.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Yeah, so I can't just invite one person, and.

Speaker 7 (02:47):
The damn breaks because because it's like you invite one
person from a circle, you have to invite the whole circle.
So I understand where that can get a little die.
But don't invite too many people then uninvite them. So
I was in to something a couple of weeks ago
with a plus one my wife and I found out
this weekend that they overbooked, and so I have to

(03:09):
not tell my wife that she can't go. There's something
she wanted to go to, so.

Speaker 9 (03:13):
I can only fit so many people in my house.

Speaker 10 (03:15):
Yeah, at the seven year old birthday.

Speaker 7 (03:19):
Night, you sho, you don't give a rat's ass if
you're invited or not.

Speaker 8 (03:22):
I don't can't get plenty of it invites Gandhi. Gandhi's
been made of honor in like seventy four weddings.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Yeah, or she's just taken off the Fridays and Mondays.
We don't know.

Speaker 5 (03:31):
Yeah, that's a brilliant scheme.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
No.

Speaker 11 (03:33):
I think people should have people around who they want
to have around. They should have the people they want
to be surrounded with at their homes. They shouldn't have
to feel like they need to invite anybody. And this
specific one, I didn't even know the people who were
throwing it. I mean, I guess I maybe I understand
why people would better her, but I don't really care.

Speaker 8 (03:49):
Yeah, Like, if you're friends with the person that's throwing
the party, totally understandable you should be there. But if
you're just friends with someone that's attending the party, Yeah,
why should you be there?

Speaker 11 (03:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (03:59):
What about the friend I lived down the block that
probably learned about this after the photo was taken?

Speaker 3 (04:04):
A who's that?

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (04:08):
Yeah, there's that person oh, was that that person grows
by and was not invited and is a part of
that eards say the name great great tea.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
About that, I don't know, but here's.

Speaker 11 (04:23):
Here's also the other thing when it comes to that
kind of stuff, if you are the one who's not invited,
that should be a moment to reflect.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
It really is.

Speaker 4 (04:31):
I gotta tell you, T was fishing on Friday. I
don't talk to him all that much anymore. Fishing for
an invite, Yes, and out of the blue he texted me, hey, man,
what you doing this weekend. He hasn't asked me that
in years. He's very good at that.

Speaker 5 (04:46):
You're right, but maybe it was because it was your birthday.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Yeah, No, I was just curious.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
No, I don't even think he remembered it was my birthday.

Speaker 10 (04:56):
He wants to go to this, and I'm the opposite,
Like you have the fear of not getting invited, and
I have the fear of getting.

Speaker 12 (05:03):
There's there's, there's fomo and homo Fomo is the fear
of missing out. Homo is the happiness of missing out
right right.

Speaker 10 (05:10):
And it's not that I don't like everyone who was
in that picture, because I, you know, I talked.

Speaker 5 (05:14):
To them all. But it's like, you know, im my, gandhi,
I don't have to be invited.

Speaker 7 (05:17):
To every Let's roll back a couple of months when
Greg t was in that same boat. He had a
limited invite.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
I didn't get an invitement of people.

Speaker 7 (05:25):
For his birthday, and a few of us went out
to go eat. And it was a couple of his neighbors,
his sisters, and and then it was and from the show.
It was just Garrett and I.

Speaker 5 (05:35):
I got invited to.

Speaker 10 (05:36):
I got invited to, but I could not go because
I had something to do.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
But wait a minute, I did he told.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
Four years I didn't hear anything about it.

Speaker 10 (05:51):
He was having a small get together at his house
and you know, no pressure around.

Speaker 7 (05:56):
It was just me and Garrett. But I thought it
was just me and Garrett that were invited. And my,
it's interesting that he just stopped there, you know. But
then I didn't realize, didn't Yell and Froggy were also
invited to that in Froggy from Florida.

Speaker 5 (06:07):
Yeah, bye, guys, stop. I also still talk to Tea
a lot.

Speaker 8 (06:13):
Wait, Froggy got an invite that requires a flight to
the hotel.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
He asked me to go.

Speaker 6 (06:18):
How the.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Barely like he would hang out with Well, they played golf.

Speaker 10 (06:26):
I guess made I thought you didn't.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
I wouldn't have gone.

Speaker 13 (06:32):
Some time.

Speaker 12 (06:33):
I think it's one of those where I I was
talking to him around the time he was planning this,
and it was one of those where it was just
a throwaway and like, hey man, it's too here, you
can come.

Speaker 3 (06:42):
Phone conversation with the guy two weeks before.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
He didn't invite me.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
It was it was very much a throw It was
a throwaway invite.

Speaker 14 (06:48):
But it hang on one second, Froggy. As soon as
the number does come, scary, you know how to work
this studio. He's available, He's probably home to say the
numbers out.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
Don't say I didn't know about Greg's party.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Scary, you're saying the numbers.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
Is the phone connected?

Speaker 2 (07:06):
That's awesome?

Speaker 6 (07:08):
Good?

Speaker 3 (07:11):
Can't talking down the phone.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
I'm gonna say pissed. Look like you're just calling him.
Don't say where in the podcast?

Speaker 3 (07:19):
Greg t Hey, it's Nate, so give it. Former co workers,
your former coworker.

Speaker 8 (07:30):
Hey, so, so I'm just wondering here.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
You know that that get together you had that dinner.

Speaker 6 (07:36):
I had a dinner for.

Speaker 5 (07:38):
Your birthday, for your birthday a.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
Couple of months.

Speaker 6 (07:40):
Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, right right right, right right?

Speaker 3 (07:43):
So you know, I know you invited like half of
the show. How come I didn't get an invite?

Speaker 6 (07:48):
Well, this is the problem. Are we live on the
radio right now?

Speaker 2 (07:52):
Podcast?

Speaker 6 (07:53):
If we.

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Are?

Speaker 3 (07:55):
You gonna give me a different answer based on what
we're doing?

Speaker 7 (07:57):
Right?

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Yes, yes, answer, get both answers.

Speaker 6 (08:04):
Oh you call me out of the blue. I want
to know. I got to protect myself these days. No,
you know what happened once for real?

Speaker 1 (08:12):
If I started inviting, let's just say, okay, I opened
it up till let's say you right.

Speaker 6 (08:16):
Well, then obviously if I opened up to you, then I
got to open up to.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Brody, and I did open it up to Gandhi, and
I gonna open up to everybody.

Speaker 6 (08:23):
So like, there's certain levels where.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
You have to kind of stop a certain person because
that opened up.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
You don't like Nate enough to put up with me
and Gandhi? Is that what you said?

Speaker 3 (08:33):
Has the circle system? Because the circles, why.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
Don't you explain?

Speaker 3 (08:36):
Okay, well let me ask you this then, but let me.

Speaker 12 (08:41):
I can I ask you a question? So t you
and I you and I talked t you and I
had talked a couple of times, and you gave me
like the throwaway invate, like the hey man, it's too
bad you're not here. I would invite you along like
it was a throwaway invite. Was that a real invite
or was that just a throw away?

Speaker 6 (08:55):
Well? Nobody. I mean, I know you obviously can't go because.

Speaker 8 (09:01):
You can't come, so you all the fucking Spirit Airlines
website looking for a trip up there.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
You don't understand that I know he can't come.

Speaker 5 (09:13):
Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
But the whole reason why I even did a dinner
and not get a party because it was just too
many damn people. I mean, think about all the people
that I know in the industry. Where does the invitation
list end? It's just it's too much.

Speaker 8 (09:27):
Okay, let's just cut right to the chase here. Who
on this show don't you want at your party? Because
I feel like that's me?

Speaker 6 (09:35):
Well, no, that's not true at all. No. I mean,
I mean I like you all, but on different.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
Levels, some of us more.

Speaker 2 (09:44):
Scotty didn't invite you to his birthday party.

Speaker 4 (09:47):
I didn't have a birthday par me and Scottie.

Speaker 6 (09:49):
No, miss Scotti and I don't really talk that much anymore. Okay,
I don't care that he had a party.

Speaker 12 (09:55):
Can you give us the the Elvis Durranchaw hierarchy of
who you and of your view of who you would
want at your party?

Speaker 3 (10:01):
Started you worse the first?

Speaker 12 (10:03):
No, no excuse me, first to work the worst, first
to worst the circle. So scary is first?

Speaker 6 (10:10):
Well, obviously I'm scary, even though he's a pain in
my ass. I'm gonna invite.

Speaker 3 (10:14):
Him, right, Who's next?

Speaker 8 (10:16):
We're boys, were roommates, okay, number two?

Speaker 1 (10:20):
Yeah, I mean, I guess, I guess I'm gonna invite Garrett.

Speaker 6 (10:23):
I mean I wasn't the best man at his lad
his wedding.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
I said no, I keep going.

Speaker 6 (10:27):
I mean, uh, I did say no. I said no twice,
but I kept on saying, you have to be my
best man.

Speaker 3 (10:34):
Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, we get Its only two people?
Who I mean daniel three?

Speaker 1 (10:40):
I guess yeah, I mean obviously Danielle. I mean I've
known her my whole life.

Speaker 6 (10:44):
Almost you wanted to marry I mean, and a crush
on Danielle. I guess then after that? Who else? I mean,
I guess it's gonna be.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
I guess, obviously, Elvis, we've been the sickest thing together,
so I wouldn't.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
Invite him to He's taking his spot.

Speaker 6 (11:01):
Yeah right. That's the other thing about Elvis is like,
like Elvis doesn't want to go. He hates me, so
he's got your show up.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
Elvis does not hate you.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
That somebody got.

Speaker 12 (11:11):
I gotta be somewhere close because I got to throw
intes somewhere, I.

Speaker 6 (11:15):
Mean towards the end there. Then I mean, yeah, okay,
So I mean I I know Brody, I mean you
really don't like me, Brody, so why would.

Speaker 5 (11:24):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 6 (11:26):
And then you got Nate.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
I mean I met you late in the game, and
but then they're Gandhi. I really only met her.

Speaker 6 (11:32):
I've only known her like maybe two three years. I mean,
it is what it is.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
And then I guess Andrew. I mean Andrew, I mean,
Andrew is a cool dude. I would invite him, I guess. So,
you know, maybe Josh the Scotty here.

Speaker 5 (11:49):
He said, he said Scotty.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
He said he doesn't, I said, sty But me and
Scotty really don't.

Speaker 6 (11:55):
We don't talk.

Speaker 4 (11:58):
Yeah, no, no, can I go back for a second.
He did invite me to his house and some party
he was having, and he's like, we're not having it,
and that was it.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Yeah, they still I had him on the phone at
the time when the invitation list was going out, so
I said, all I might as well ask him.

Speaker 3 (12:14):
Now that's the same way I got the invite.

Speaker 11 (12:16):
What about producer Sam and Diamond? They're not on that
list anywhere?

Speaker 6 (12:21):
That's I really don't I never really was close with them.
I didn't really speak with them. Obviously.

Speaker 3 (12:27):
You didn't even remember their names to not invite them.

Speaker 6 (12:30):
I like them.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
Look, this is a hard conversation that Sam's been ten years,
but he did.

Speaker 9 (12:37):
This is the reason why you canceled your your one
hundred person party that you turned.

Speaker 6 (12:43):
Because of the.

Speaker 1 (12:44):
List going Eventually you're gonna invite you know, Raoul, the guy.

Speaker 6 (12:48):
Who parks our cars in the garage, him over you.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
Second to have a question. You didn't invite me because
you think I don't like you.

Speaker 6 (12:58):
But you have never invited me to anything house? Why?
I mean, you didn't invite me to your wedding.

Speaker 3 (13:08):
Didn't I didn't even want my parents.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
There, No, none of us went.

Speaker 5 (13:12):
Nobody went.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
His wife was I.

Speaker 6 (13:14):
Mean, Yelle invites me still to like her son's soccer games.
So that's something a public event.

Speaker 10 (13:25):
He loves soccer and he you know, unfortunately no one
plays it anymore.

Speaker 5 (13:29):
And so he comes to Spencer's game.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
My town's having a parade. I'd like to invite you
to it.

Speaker 6 (13:35):
I mean, you guys can invite me, but no one does.

Speaker 8 (13:39):
How about your next next surgery. I'm right there front
Roads Center.

Speaker 6 (13:44):
Okay, well that would be a big deal to me.

Speaker 3 (13:46):
I know I'll be there.

Speaker 6 (13:49):
I mean, Scotty Bitty doesn't want me around. Nobody wants
me around.

Speaker 3 (13:55):
That's not true. That is not.

Speaker 6 (14:00):
Well. This has been a lot of fun down memory Lane.

Speaker 12 (14:02):
I sorry to put you on the spot.

Speaker 3 (14:05):
Thank you for picking up the phone, even though it
probably came.

Speaker 2 (14:07):
Through like, did you invite everyone from your new show?

Speaker 6 (14:10):
Well again, I mean I don't really.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
I don't really know your current co workers.

Speaker 1 (14:19):
I had to invite Carolina obviously, I see her every day,
so you.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
Didn't want you had to?

Speaker 6 (14:24):
Okay, Well, but Carolina, I mean she does her own thing.
I don't expect her to drive all the way in
from like Long Island.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
Okay, spot too.

Speaker 4 (14:34):
She drove to Jersey yesterday, for Long Island.

Speaker 6 (14:36):
Yeah, because she likes you.

Speaker 7 (14:39):
Right, it wasn't part I don't like Carolina went to
the party.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
Nice, but it wasn't his house. It wasn't Scotty's house.

Speaker 3 (14:49):
It wasn't my party.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
It wasn't his party.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
This is like a very inner circle click that Scotty
has with everybody.

Speaker 6 (14:55):
Scotty and B and TB and dude, you have your
own little clique, you and Elva. You guys are all
like boys. I mean, you guys had your own little club,
you know, so.

Speaker 7 (15:03):
You had a party and nobody basically knowing from this
show or your new show came.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
What Gandhi, What did you say that you should like?
Maybe look inside?

Speaker 5 (15:13):
Said the moment of reflection.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
Moment reflection date.

Speaker 3 (15:16):
It was great.

Speaker 6 (15:17):
I don't really I don't really like everybody.

Speaker 1 (15:19):
And not everybody really likes me, and I don't really
talk to everybody.

Speaker 11 (15:22):
And I support your mos. We have who you want
around when you want around, and it doesn't have to
include everybody. Good for you.

Speaker 2 (15:30):
Yeah, yeah, God, because she she votes for this kind
of being real.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
Right, the whole point of this conversation.

Speaker 6 (15:39):
We appreciate you, Scotti. B.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
He told me when I was leaving.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
I don't know who in the right mind would ever
want to hire you.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
I'm apologetically honest, GREGT.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
I don't think I said that you said to me.

Speaker 3 (15:56):
It wasn't hold on. I obviously wasn't there for it.
But that does fight.

Speaker 12 (16:00):
That does sound like something that that Scotty would say.
It absolutely does sound like something he would say.

Speaker 6 (16:06):
Listen, I love you guys, now, honestly, I really do
you are now he likes you.

Speaker 5 (16:11):
Because we don't work with us anymore. That's what.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
Invite us based on his track record.

Speaker 1 (16:17):
Now, it was great to give you on relationships, right,
but some relationships are better from afar.

Speaker 6 (16:23):
I think we all get a little better from a far.

Speaker 8 (16:26):
Okay, but it was great to have you on our
fifteen minute morning showy T, Are you still in the building.

Speaker 6 (16:32):
No, I just went and got a baked egg and cheese.
I'm gonna go home.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
And he's been gone for an hour and show on
the air.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
How's that physically possible? You realize he works with two
people and and didn't invite fifty of the show.

Speaker 6 (16:45):
Well, I don't really like everybody I work with.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
I think we're done.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
I'll see this weekend. Maybe I'll stop by your pool
because at least I come to your life.

Speaker 7 (16:54):
I get invite from my fucking podcast partner David Brody.

Speaker 6 (16:57):
But oh well, you know what I got a I
got to eat my family.

Speaker 3 (17:02):
Bye yeah, go back, Bye tea, Bye tea. Ironically, that's
more than he talked on his morning show all morning.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
Because he's already home.

Speaker 3 (17:11):
All right, we love you, Tea.

Speaker 13 (17:13):
Bye everybody, Bye bye.
