(00:00):
To understand is to listen. Icheck in all the time to keep up
with what's happening. If you're stayingin form matters to the Hues Radio seven
forty KTRH. Actually, what thebig thing to talk to Mark Morano about
at the Climate Depot is just theweather hype in general. You know,
we're at the hurricane season, ofcourse, and there's all these predictions about
(00:23):
how many hurricanes we're going to have, and now climate change is impacting that,
and how hot it is, andhow were we all have to take
precautions. We're all going to die. Mark Morano joins us, Mark,
I'm guessing the weather hype. He'sprobably there for a variety of different reasons,
not the least of which is TVstations want you to watch them,
right, So they're trying to giveyou a reasons to stay tuned in to
(00:45):
check out the weather. Yes,of course that's one of the most basic
reasons, but I don't think that'sthe number one reason they're pushing the climate
fair But absolutely, especially local news, even national news, when you have
a weather story what used to becalled natural disasters, it's always a big
story. Everyone wants to tune inyou're gonna watch. Whether it's tornadoes,
(01:07):
hurricanes, floods, droughts. Peopleare interested, particularly local news when there's
a snowstorm coming or a big thunderstormsor cold fronts. So there's always that
element of it. You know,if it leads, it bleeds. If
it bleeds, it leads. Thisis you know, if it's extreme weather,
it's it leads. But you mentionedbefore the break about lightning strikes.
(01:30):
Now, one of the things thatwe hear all the time about climate predictions
is we predicted it. Oh,we warned you this would happen. There've
literally been multiple studies on lightning strikesthat lightning strikes would increase with global warming
and lightning strikes will decrease with globalwarming, along with the whole host of
other exact type opposite predictions. Ifyou predict both teams to win a game,
(01:53):
and you can always say the nextday after the game, I predicted
the winner, and that's what theydo. Whether it's more fog, less
fog, more autumn fall colors, less autumn fall colors, more hurricanes,
less hurricanes, more tornadoes, lesstornadoes, they've been on the opposite side
of every event, and in termsof what they've done is they've weaponized weather
(02:14):
events in terms of hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, droughts, Wildfires's either no
trend or declining trends on climate timescales. This is even buried inside the
UN reports. So the idea thatthat heat waves or that are hurricane is
our fault. And one last point. They do these modeling studies based on
climate models where they juice the numbers. They can put anything they want,
(02:37):
and they can make these modeling studieswhich aren't which aren't data, they're just
computer prediction simulations. And they say, well, this heat wave was one
hundred times more likely because of ourdriving SUVs and eating meat. No,
it's not. You just put somenonsense into a computer model and it validated
your theory because you only put aninputs that would validate it without amos.
(03:00):
And the bottom line of all thisis transfer of wealth and total subjugation of
the people of the world while thosein charge get to do what they want
to. Yeah, the whole ideais it's the scarest to the point where
we would agree to policies we wouldnever even consider otherwise. And I'm just
gonna say it. March of twentytwenty. We are facing thirty million dead
(03:23):
our virus simulator, So COVID's gonnakill us all we need to stay at
home. We're gonna close churches, issue canceled weddings, funerals, medicals.
Would we ever have agreed to thatwithout one component fear? And that's exactly
what climate's doing, much less successfully. By the way, a virus scares
the hell out of everyone, Climateonly scares the hell out of mostly blue
(03:45):
state Democrats for whatever reason. Andall the polling shows that if you're a
big progressive Democrat, you're gonna believeall this hype. You're gonna be up
at night, You're gonna be takingpsychic you're gonna be taking anti anxiety meds
because you think that you know, the oceans are going to swallow you up
any day. But you know, most other people, including the center,
(04:06):
moderates and conservatives, do not careabout are not afraid of climate change.
Well goodness, a lot of thosefake people are pretty easy spot markers.
They're still wearing their masks. MarkMorano at the Climate Defo, thank you
for joining us.
