broken in swing states like North Carolina.
Speaker 8 (02:10):
They are coming out and they are voting despite losing
their homes, having their lives upended.
Speaker 9 (02:15):
They understand how important this is.
Speaker 7 (02:17):
Rnc's Laura Trump on Fox, Seventeen million people have voted
across this country early so far. Texas Attorney General Ken
Pax ensuing the Department of Homeland Security Alejandro New York
as other members of the Biden Heroes regime because they're
refusing to verify the citizenship's status of potentially ineligible voters

on our Texas voter rolls. We're trying to keep them clean.
Just one reason why Republicans are preparing to contest the
election as Democrats are playing defense.
Speaker 10 (02:49):
They filed lawsuits to challenge the results just in case
Democrats go to the cheating route.
Speaker 11 (02:54):
I think it's defending voter integrity is designed to ensure
that sheeting doesn't occur.
Speaker 12 (02:59):
That's the goal.
Speaker 10 (03:00):
Former Harris County gopeach here Gary Pollins says that there's
concerns of this happening again, but they almost never work.
Just one of twenty suits filed over the twenty twenty
two elections was even considered.
Speaker 11 (03:11):
They're really successful because I think the judiciary is reluctant
to go in and try to address their correct collection.
Speaker 10 (03:18):
He says, if the margin of victory is not close, though,
none of the suits will matter. Andre Perard, News Radio
seven forty KGRH Now we.
Speaker 7 (03:26):
Got new polling from the liberal Pew Research Center, and
it finds that more people are starting to use social
media as their source for news, and Democrats aren't happy
about it.
Speaker 13 (03:39):
Democrats and liberals generally are much more controlled. They want
to have one specific source of information. They want elites
to be trusted, and that's it.
Speaker 6 (03:49):
Chris Johnson with the College Republicans.
Speaker 7 (03:52):
He told KGH that the news and social media can,
though be manipulated by bad actors.
Speaker 6 (03:58):
It is five oh four.
Speaker 14 (04:01):
We are running against the most radical, most incompetent, most
unfit vice president running for president.
Speaker 15 (04:09):
Can you believe it in the history of our country.
She's totally unfit for office.
Speaker 7 (04:14):
Donald Trump rallying with thousands of supporters in Greensboro, North Carolina,
last night. He was joined by former Democrat Tulcy Gabbard.
She's been an independent, but officially announced on stage that
she has now switched and joined the Republican Party. Trump
campaigned in Florida as well yesterday before a Hispanic group
(04:35):
there Kamala Harris took the day off yesterday. She's tired,
needs to sleep after accusing Donald Trump of being worn out.
Barack Obama was campaigning for her in the battleground state
of Michigan.
Speaker 6 (04:49):
What I cannot understand is why anybody what.
Speaker 16 (04:54):
Think that Donald Trump will set things up in a
way that.
Speaker 7 (04:58):
Is good for you, because he did in twenty seventeen
with the big time Trump tax cuts across the boards
for everyone, tax cuts at Kamala wants to kill and
will if she's elected. Harris will be in Houston for
a rally on Friday, at the same time that Donald
Trump goes to Austin to take an interview in person
(05:19):
with podcaster Joe Rogan and is nearly eighteen million subscribers.
Speaker 6 (05:25):
It's now five oh five.
Speaker 7 (05:27):
Israeli forces confirming the assassination of the man who was
widely expected to become the next leader of Hesbola. And
that was on the same day that the US Secretary
of State Anthony Blincoln met with officials to again push
them for a ceasefire in Gaza.
Speaker 17 (05:42):
I believe very much that the death of Sinhwar does
create an important opportunity to bring the hostages home to bring.
Speaker 13 (05:51):
The war to an end and to ensure israel security.
Speaker 7 (05:54):
Sinowar was killed the late Hamas leader they got nombo.
Both Blincoln and Biden Harris won't comment, but the FBI
is now apparently investigating the leak of classified documents that
included intel American intel on Israel's planned attack on Iran.
Iran has been enriched and emboldened under the Biden Harris regime.
Speaker 18 (06:20):
Federal reports show Iranian oil revenues doubled during the first
year after Joe Biden took office and have continued to
surge since. Saint Mary's University Terrorism law professor Jeff Atticott
says failure to enforce sanctions has had direct consequences.
Speaker 19 (06:33):
There's a direct cause and effect of what happened to
the money that the Biden administration allowed them to accumulate
and the attacks on Israel.
Speaker 18 (06:40):
Iran has reportedly taken in one hundred and seventy eight
billion in oil revenues during the last four years, not
including sixteen billion in other revenues unfrozen by the Biden administration.
Cory Eelson New's Radio seven forty ktrh.
Speaker 7 (06:52):
SO five oh six reports of the homeless problem in
Houston is improving.
Speaker 6 (06:56):
Not true.
Speaker 7 (06:57):
Michelle Steve, a national homeless consultant, and says the Housing
First plan they tout here gets back to the Obama
administration actually, and it's not working.
Speaker 20 (07:08):
Ten years ago when they rolled this out and they
literally promised it would end homelessness in a decade. A
decade later, almost eleven years later, we're now at the
highest point in our nation's history of homelessness, hies and.
Speaker 7 (07:20):
She says the number of homeless and Houston actually double
what the federal government says it is. And there's this
Southeast Texas has now joined much of the rest of
the state and moved into drought conditions.
Speaker 21 (07:34):
Harris County meteorologist Jeff Lintner says trees and plants have
been through two droughts, a hurricane or freeze and more
just in the last year or so, and drought conditions
like those in Harris County now are.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
Mostly a vegetation issue.
Speaker 22 (07:48):
You know, the yards are suffering, the grass is suffering,
the plants, so you know, watering the vegetation.

Speaker 4 (08:24):
So every day it seems like I've got some of
some sort of an E Coli LISTERI alerts. Let's start
with green onions today. You knew that was coming, right.
Green onions recalled in eleven states over a salmonella risk.
Church Brothers Farms I think they're Canadian has a voluntary
recall on green onions sold to a limited number of
(08:46):
US and Canada retailers. Here's the good news. The only
place you could have gotten them in the United States
would be Trader Joe's. So as long as you didn't
buy green onions a Trader Joe's, you're okay. If you did,
you may want to take them back to the store. McDonald's, however,
is a bigger problem.
Speaker 6 (09:04):
This is strange that it'd be McDonald's all of a sudden.
Speaker 12 (09:07):
Boom quarter pounders with cheese.
Speaker 7 (09:09):
Yeah, it would be the most recognizable and I guess
the biggest seller.
Speaker 12 (09:13):
Yeah. Coli outbreak after all.
Speaker 6 (09:16):
This McDonald's talk this week, all of a sudden, it's McDonald's.
Speaker 7 (09:19):
Yes, I don't know. I'm a suspicious cat.
Speaker 4 (09:24):
Do you have a E. Coli conspiracy theory that you'd
like to share?
Speaker 6 (09:28):
I mean, it just keeps everybody on edge, just you know.
Speaker 12 (09:34):
Well, here's the good news for us. It involved I gave.
Speaker 7 (09:36):
Up trusting health authorities because of what they to us
during co Oh.
Speaker 6 (09:40):
Yeah, so I look at everything skeptically.
Speaker 4 (09:43):
I understand. Okay, Well, here's here's the good news. You
don't have to look at this at all in Texas.
It doesn't impact Texas, and it impacts ten states so far. Yeah,
let me put the copy on in there. So far
involves the meat used for quarter pounders with cheese. The
states involved include Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, Utah, Wisconsin,
(10:05):
and Wyoming. So far the states are impacted by that
one and the one more for you. Remember the waffle
recall that's been expanded Treehouse Foods, which initially recalled a
brand of Frozen Waffles has announced that they, after additional testing,
they are expanding the recall to all products manufactured at
(10:26):
that one facility and still within their shelf life. So
everything at that one factory is potentially contaminated with E.
Coli or lysteria. There you go, happy eating bone app
petite five ten. Time for traffic and weather together, we're
checking out the drive once again.
Speaker 12 (10:43):
McDonald's going to YEP. I think you have some green
onions while you're there? Would you just kind of mine?
Speaker 2 (10:48):
Mark was playing green onions for me. I request that.
I feel so cool right now, let's see, let's check
out it.

Schreiber in a long time. I mean, where she been hiding.
She came out and uh. One of the first questions
she got asked was whether or not will we be
allowed to ask questions? No, all the questions are.
Speaker 6 (15:19):
Pre prepared, pre prepared.
Speaker 4 (15:22):

be able to ask questions?
Speaker 1 (15:52):
You're not.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
Hell, Kamala can't even.
Speaker 24 (16:14):
Answer scripted questions. We give her a week in advance.
So right off the bat we got the lay of
the land, another manicured platform for Kamala to blurret out
her now legendary word salads. I mean this broad out
to come to every event with a side a ranch
and a bag of crutons.
Speaker 3 (16:31):
Still, these things cannot be overlooked.
Speaker 9 (16:35):
These things cannot be overlooked.
Speaker 25 (16:37):
And I have said many times publicly, and I'll say
it again, in many, many ways, Donald Trump is an
unseerious man.
Speaker 2 (16:46):
Yeah, an unseerious man.
Speaker 24 (16:48):
How rich coming from the candidate who is half Indian
half hyena. But it's but it's Trump who's the unserrious person.
You know, the guy that built half the NYC skyline
has already been president quite successfully. I might add, a
guy who raised a beautiful, successful family that anybody would
(17:09):
be proud of a man who has literally taken a
bullet for a job he didn't even need.
Speaker 26 (17:15):
Amen.

Radio seven forty k TRH it is time now for
(20:17):
the news. Here's Sheriff Fryer by.
Speaker 7 (20:19):
Thirty one now on news Radio seven forty k TRH
and our top story this hour, gas lighting of America
by the Biden Harris regime.
Speaker 6 (20:27):
Let's just call it lying.
Speaker 30 (20:30):
Thanks to the Biden Harris administration's economic agenda, we went
from millions having lost their jobs to an historic labor
market recovery.
Speaker 7 (20:42):
Lost their jobs with COVID right. Treasury Secretary Jenny Yellen
yesterday ignoring the failed economy she helped engineer, as well
as the polls that consistently give Donald Trump really a
large lead over Kamala Harris when it comes to the economy.
White House also using this Wall Street bubble, you know,
the rising Dow averages, to try to back their claims
(21:05):
of a robust economy.
Speaker 6 (21:07):
So do we have it all wrong?
Speaker 31 (21:09):
Are the Biden Harris economic policies actually working? Financial planner
Richard Rossi says, it's got nothing to do with that.
Speaker 32 (21:16):
Markets don't care. Markets just care that there's money in
the system and it's going to be spent. Wall Street's
I'm making some sort of moral judgment.
Speaker 31 (21:23):
It's just another example about how Wall Street and main
Street are disconnected.
Speaker 32 (21:27):
The market does not care about the same things you do.
It also cares about who the real president is, your own.
Speaker 31 (21:33):
PA Cliffs Onders, News Radio seven forty k TRH.
Speaker 7 (21:38):
Yeah, you've got these new government policies that were supposed
to make starter homes more affordable. Apparently they're not the
solution because they're actually the cause of the problem.
Speaker 33 (21:50):
The Biden administration recently passed a rule which is going
to add so much to the cost of a home
for so little benefit. It takes ninety eight years before
thedditional cost of that home is actually paid for benefits
to the homeowner.
Speaker 7 (22:05):
Heritage Foundation economistyj Antony says, with these new rules coming
from the regime, there's no way to build wealth within
the average lifetime, at least not by doing it the
typical way of real estate. Five point thirty three is
our time now. Joe Biden supposed to talk about the
price of prescription drugs in New Hampshire yesterday, but he
(22:26):
went off script and admitted what his Justice Department has
been trying to do to Donald Trump.
Speaker 34 (22:34):
I know this sounds bizarre. It sounds like I said
this five years ago. He'd locked me up. We gotta
lock him up.
Speaker 7 (22:45):
Yeah, that's the President Trump campaign, calling on Kamala Harris
to condemn Joe Biden for that remark. Trump rallied for
a crowd of thousands in Greensboro, North Carolina, last night,
joined by the former Democrat Congresswoman Tulcy Gas.
Speaker 35 (23:01):
I'm proud to stand here with you today, President Trump
and announce that I'm joining the Republican Party.
Speaker 7 (23:11):
Trump will be holding a town hall in Zebulon, Georgia,
this afternoon. He rallies in Duluth, Minnesota, tonight. Another seven
hundred thousand plus Texans turned out to vote early yesterday,
and that total does not include several counties still they
can't get accounted, including Terrant and Galveston. However, the software
(23:32):
glitch that caused those long lines in Dallas County on
Monday it was resolved before the voting yesterday. Election thirteen
days now. Big question remaining for Republicans. Will those who
didn't vote for Trump in the primary support him now?
Speaker 12 (23:49):
Yeah?
Speaker 36 (23:50):
Sure?
Speaker 37 (23:50):
Will these Republicans fall in line?
Speaker 38 (23:53):
I think that Republicans are already falling in mind. I
guess it just depends on the definition of a Republican.
Speaker 37 (23:59):
That is his host and Republican strategist Matt Locke. And
what about the Republicans who still hate Trump?
Speaker 38 (24:06):
Are the really Republicans that they're voting for Kamala? That's
the bad thing about what's going on here today is
we've got Republicans in.
Speaker 36 (24:12):
Our party that played the part but never voted the park.
Speaker 37 (24:16):
We'll have to see what the number of anti Trump

It's now five thirty five lawmakers going after government workers
finally who still haven't gone back to the office after COVID.
Iowa was Senator Jony Earnst Michigan Senator Gary Peters filing
the Telework Transparency Act. It would finally give taxpayers the
number of federal workers still working remotely post COVID. As
(24:47):
we told you about yesterday, the elected official in charge
of voter registration here in Harris County, the tax assessor
collector and Harris Bennett, reportedly has not been to work
in four years. It comes a week after a attorney,
Jared Woodville, sued alleging that the voter rolls are not
up to date in Harris County.
Speaker 39 (25:07):
Well, it clearly supports our position in the lawsuit as
to why the job's not getting done. I mean the
voter register has not been there to do the job.
Speaker 16 (25:16):
Yep.
Speaker 7 (25:16):
Harris Bennett has missed multiple public appearances as well over
the last year.
Speaker 6 (25:23):
She is not seeking reelection. She is retiring at the
end of this year.

Operation Lone Star success at the border, Texas is still
being in a dated with the illegal aliens. Guess why
they're being delivered here by the federal government.
Speaker 40 (26:06):
The Biden administration is dropping off bus loads of illegals
that shelters right here in Texas.
Speaker 41 (26:11):
People are being encouraged to come here because they're being
released in the United States. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
know that many of these people will never show up
for their immigration hearing.
Speaker 40 (26:20):
Former ICE director Ron Fattello told KTRH that the massive
cost of these migrant shelters is being covered by FEMA.
Speaker 41 (26:26):
That's also a huge expense that is borne by the
taxpayer and is only the result of this feckless policy
at the border.
Speaker 40 (26:33):
Fattello says these policies create safety risks for both communities
and the illegal aliens themselves. Ethan Buchanan News Radio seven

All right, you all want to mind some lithium, Actually,
don't have to mind it in this case. Guess what
they have found. New study conducted by the United States
Geological Survey in the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment
has discovered a method to quantify the mount of lithium
present in Brian's located in a geological unit known as
(27:49):
the Smackover Foundation. They estimate there's enough lithium there to
service the entire planet nine times over, nine times over.
Speaker 6 (28:02):
And you're saying this is in Arkansas.
Speaker 4 (28:04):
Arkansas, Arkansas interesting, very interesting for that state. If I mean,
if if, if that's if that's where we're going, and
we're gonna keep going down the lithium battery road, then
we have plenty of material here to produce our own
lithium batteries.
Speaker 12 (28:18):
We don't need to.
Speaker 7 (28:18):
They say, Western North Carolina is sitting on top of
a bunch of it too.
Speaker 12 (28:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (28:23):
Now, the beauty of this is is it's in a brine,
which means it's in water, which means it's very easy
to extract it. Allow the water to evaporate in your
left with the lip, and it's underground.
Speaker 6 (28:34):
Yes, it's sort of like fracking.
Speaker 4 (28:36):
A little, it's a lot. It's a lot like cracking,
like fracking. Yeah, So what you don't know is if
you extract that much liquid from the Earth, what are
the end result of that going to be earthquakes or
you know, whether.
Speaker 7 (28:47):
There's already earthquakes there. The New Madrid line is right exactly.
You know where you have faults, that's where you have
trapped minerals. Sure, and fossil fuels of course they're on
fault lines.
Speaker 12 (29:01):
Yeah, duh.
Speaker 4 (29:02):
Yeah, but that's you know, when you think about, you know,
the economy of a state like Arkansas, what kind of
boom could that be for the economy if that I mean,
if that's what the future holds, if that's where we're
going down the road, are more and more lithium batteries
then you know, and if you have the ability to
provide that lithium, you know, for the entire country, you know,
(29:23):
from one geological formation, that's pretty That's that's question.
Speaker 6 (29:27):
China thought they'd cornered it all around the world.
Speaker 12 (29:29):
Yes, not, turns same old story. Right.
Speaker 4 (29:34):
Turns out that virtually every natural resource that this planet needs,
most of it can be found here if you have

Let's go to the east.

I would think so too, but I'm totally worthless. So sorry.
Speaker 23 (31:13):
I am looking ahead because it would be nice to
get some rain, considering that we've seen not a single

a long stretch without rain. And October thirtieth and then

Now Here in Houston's borning News, Richard Rosso joins a
certified financial planner. Stock market looks great, so the economy
must just be humming along, right, Richard, Everything's fine.
Speaker 16 (34:20):
Kennet Yellen. That's like sending the captain of the Titanic
to the Marine Military Academy to teach.
Speaker 12 (34:25):
Oh.
Speaker 16 (34:26):
I mean, that's just crazy. Listen, let me explain how
the market can confuse everybody and how it delinks from
the real economy that we all live in every day.
In nineteen thirty three, unemployment was twenty five percent. What
do you think the stock market return was for that year.
Speaker 36 (34:43):
What would you think it would be?
Speaker 7 (34:45):
We already think thirty three. That was after the crash.
I mean, I guess maybe it was pretty good.
Speaker 16 (34:52):
Well, you're right, but unemployment was twenty five percent in
nineteen thirty three and the market was up close to
fifty percent. So in other word, there were periods of time.
One the market looks ahead. It doesn't look at the
same things we do. It looks at the fact that
labor market is strong. It doesn't matter that the biggest
employer is the government. It looks at most important, who
(35:15):
is the real president to the market. Jerome Powell, it's
all about interest rates first. It's all about the direction
of those rates and how that can affect the economy.
And the market is always looking forward from where we
are today. Meanwhile, we all suffer because through the Trump years,
real wages were up over six percent. Through Biden Harris
(35:37):
one point four percent. So we all still suffer. But
the market does well looking ahead and saying well, listen,
inflation is already trending down. Inflation follows the White House mantra.
Speaker 6 (35:49):
Well and the Dow.
Speaker 7 (35:50):
For instance, they tout the Dow, how great the doo is, well,
the Dow is based on just the select group of stocks,
and if you've got a couple that are just storming
around doesn't necessarily mean it translates to the stocks that
you hold in your four oh one k.
Speaker 16 (36:06):
Well, you know, again, the S and P, which is
a broader index, has done very well this year. So
it's not just the now, it's the broad market. And
again the broad market was really moved by seven stocks,
and we know the AI story, so this is you
bring us something very good share a very important market's
also moved by stories and narratives. The AI story has
(36:27):
overwhelmed the market. So we had seven stocks drive the market.
Now it's much broader based, and I will tell you
based on traders, it looks like there's this, you know,
based on what they're doing, there's like a seventy percent
chance that Trump wins the election. So now you're seeing
more of a sector rotation in sectors and that Trump
would favor. So markets are believing right now that Trump
(36:50):
is going to win. So that could put a little
bit of a if that if that doesn't happen, then
that's going to have to be an unwind of those trades.
So you just have to keep in mind as an investure,
the market works totally different than when the economy is
unless something really bad is happening.
Speaker 36 (37:05):
Let's always follow the feed first.
Speaker 4 (37:07):
Let me ask you this, Richard, because I see stories
like this every day, and I'm wondering if if Wall
Street is noticing, if they're going to react to it,
if they already have reacted to it. Here's one Denny's
to close one hundred and fifty restaurant locations.
Speaker 12 (37:20):
Here's another.
Speaker 4 (37:20):
One major paint company in this case is Glidden, laying
off eighteen hundred workers, shutting down facilities. The jobs market
that they're so excited about is pulling back some are
they noticing.
Speaker 16 (37:32):
Well, here's who's noticing.
Speaker 36 (37:34):
The Federal Reserve.
Speaker 16 (37:35):
That's why they cut fifty basis points. They see a
crack in labor. But here's what the stock market looks like. Oh,
people are getting laid off. That's good news because that
means the Fed is going to lower rates, which is
better for us. So keep in mind, again, more counterintuitive,
scratching your head until you got a bald spot kind
(37:56):
of thing going on, right, Yeah, but you're absolutely correct.
That is why the Fed moved fifty basis points in
my opinion is because labor market is cracking. That has
been sort of the safety net for the for your
own power, and now it's starting to crack. So but
what the market again looks at, Oh, rates are coming down,
(38:17):
good for stocks, So we have some people got laid off,
but who cares. That's the market perspective, you know. It's
like you got to put on your market hat, take
it off, put on your economy hat. They don't move
together most of the time.
Speaker 4 (38:31):
So what is good for us is not necessarily good
for Wall Street and vice versa.
Speaker 12 (38:35):
I got it correct, all right, Richard, you nailed it.
Speaker 4 (38:37):
Thank you, sir. Always good to talk to you. Thanks
for getting up early. Richard Rosso, certified financial planner. It's

seven hundred thousand Texans turned out in day two of

hundred and forty three thousand who voted on the first day.
Monday polls open at seven and in Galveston they're opening
(40:31):
this week at eight am. We're seeing records set in
other early voting states too, like battleground Georgia.
Speaker 38 (40:39):
We're now over a million early votes in the first
week alone. That's almost twenty percent of his total vote
in Georgia has come in.
Speaker 12 (40:46):
In the first week.
Speaker 7 (40:47):
Former Georgia Congressman Doug Collins, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxson
has filed a lawsuit against the DHS Secretary Alejandro New
Yorkas and other Biden Harris Regimes staffers for refusing to
verify the citizenship status potentially ineligible voters on Texas voter roles.
(41:08):
One reason why election integrity is top of mind right now.
Republicans are filing lawsuits in preparation to challenge the election results.
Former Harris County gopach here Gary Pollins, says, this is
to protect your vote, my vote, Our legal vote.
Speaker 11 (41:27):
That's why you purge the roles every couple of years.
Speaker 42 (41:30):
To remove the dead people or remove people who are
legally registered to vote, and people are moved. And every
time it's seen that the Republicans advocate for that, the
Democrats that are claiming that you're trying to suppress the vote.
Speaker 7 (41:42):
Yeah, he says. The lawsuits thus are rarely successful. Traditional
news outlets continue to show their left wing bias. More
Americans are now turning to social media for their news.
Speaker 40 (41:55):
According to polls, most of these people are Republicans or
young people.
Speaker 13 (41:59):
Republicans is generally moving away from mainstream media as a
longtime friend. That does not surprise me, and often in
the past they really just didn't have anywhere to go.
Speaker 40 (42:08):
Chris Johnson with The College Republican says there are concerns
about how platforms decide what news you see.
Speaker 13 (42:13):
I think Twitter will likely be most consistently transparent on that,
and TikTok is going to have to really answer some
hard questions.
Speaker 40 (42:21):
Johnson says TikTok and the Chinese influence over young people
is something that should be taken seriously. Ethan Buchanan News

It would be very painful.

(45:06):
to stop this is a simple change in policy.
Speaker 2 (45:09):
Again, we don't need to go to war with Iran.
Speaker 44 (45:12):
You just need to impose strict sanctions. In any country
that tries to break those sanctions, you put tear us
on them and be able to once again establish this
issue of deterrence, because that's how you keep bad guys
in their cages through deterrence.
Speaker 7 (45:24):
That's what Donald Trump did as president, and Atticott predicts
it will happen again if Trump is reelected. It is
six oh seven glowing reports from the national media. Yeah,
but despite that, it turns out Houston's homeless problem is
actually getting worse.
Speaker 37 (45:42):
And sarre it started a decade ago under Barack Obama, and.
Speaker 20 (45:46):
Not just in Houston. Homelessness has skyrocketed.
Speaker 37 (45:49):
That's Michelle Steve, a national homeless consultant. It all happened
under the Housing First program, which they said worked here

Speaker 20 (46:00):

Unbelievable as it might seem, Harris County is now in

That does kind of raise some concern that if we
can't get some moisture in here, maybe at the first
part of November when the front comes down, you know,
how dry are we going to get into the winter
part here?

Right now, news Radio seven forty KGRH.
Speaker 4 (47:00):
Six O nine ers at our time here in Houston's
warning news and many people have is we've been telling
you all morning. One point five billion Texans so far,
over seven hundred thousand yesterday, over eight hundred thousand on
the first day of early voting. That's pretty impressive. And
it's not just here, it's all around the country. People
are showing up in droves in the battle ground states.
Speaker 7 (47:21):
And even in western North Carolina where they don't even
have homes.
Speaker 4 (47:25):
Yeah, there's still they may be the most motivated of all.
Speaker 6 (47:29):
That's called resolute.
Speaker 4 (47:30):
Yeah, it is indeed. Hogan Gidley, he's a Republican strategist.
He thinks that's good news for Republicans.
Speaker 2 (47:36):
So I love the fact they are early voting.
Speaker 9 (47:38):
As I said, that's important.
Speaker 6 (47:39):
You're seeing that.
Speaker 46 (47:40):
Big numbers in Pennsylvania and Georgia, North Carolina, et cetera.
This is a really good sign and a really good
start for Republicans. But they have to finish the drill.
You got to run through the tape, That's all I'm saying.
And so the ones where they have, you know, if
they have half a million voters identified and they know
one hundred thousand already voted, great, then quit sending those
those hundred thousand the text messages. Quit going and knocking
(48:03):
on their doors and showing up at work. Go find
the ones now that you know you can get to
the polls on your behalf. I think Donald Trump's campaign
has just done an outstanding job recognizing the problem, addressing
the last of the problems from twenty twenty and then
doing things differently. He's outsourcing a lot of that this
time to third party groups. Is something that's kind of
(48:25):
never been tried on the scale. But again, you know,
norms don't really exist in Trump world. But if this
is pulled off the way I think it's actually going,
what an incredible model and what a revolutionary way to
play this hand to hand combat in politics.
Speaker 4 (48:40):
Well, you know, here's what we do doing. We don't
that Republicans are turning on in droves. What we don't
know is what kind of Republicans are turning on in droves?
Are they the four Trumpers or are they the never Trumpers.
That's what Matt Locke is coming up in about you know,
fifteen or actually about twelve minutes.
Speaker 6 (48:57):
And I'm the optimist.
Speaker 7 (48:58):
How many of these who kind of voted Democrat in
the past are not this time showing up as Democrats. Aha,
there's that too, based on price previous. So Matt Locke's
a host of Republicans writers. We're talking about all this
coming up, and like I said, about twelve minutes right now,
traffic and weather together as we check out the drive
once again, here is guy Mike All right.
Speaker 5 (49:17):
First of all, let's stay off the toll bridge. Don't
even think about it right now. Southbound there's a wreck
at two twenty five.
Speaker 2 (49:22):
This is this one looks a little.
Speaker 5 (49:24):
Worse than I thought at the beginning, but you have
about a twenty minute scunch. Don't do it to six
' ten, do the Washingburon tunnel. Do the Hartman instead,
North Loop six ' ten. Jumpin, Joe. Put this shot
up on the six oh two North Loop and Kirkpatrick.
Speaker 2 (49:37):
It's on the entrance ramp. It's a big truck.
Speaker 5 (49:39):
Everybody's okay as far as backups, it's a nothing burger.
You don't even get any victory fries with it. And
on the squeeze North Loop sixty ten westbound forty five.
We're starting to squish up a little bit coming over
from the south side. If your hazardous, Terry, let's do
the South Loop instead. I'm Skymike and the Generators Supercenter,
dot Com Traffic Center.
Speaker 4 (49:57):
From r KTRH Tom Tax depend there, twenty four hour
weather Center. Terry Smith is here. We were talking not
long ago about the D word, which in weather's drought.
You know, we're very close to, if not into drought
conditions or around the entire state at this point, Terry Smith,
so little rain would be helpful.
Speaker 6 (50:15):
A little rain would be most welcome, for sure.
Speaker 23 (50:20):
Much of the country actually is experiencing extremely dry conditions.
Speaker 6 (50:25):
The only places that.
Speaker 23 (50:29):
Aren't in some sort of drought are places that got
all the rain from the two hurricanes Helene and Milton,
and then parts of the northeast. But just about the
entire west and central part of the country is running dry.
Speaker 6 (50:43):
That's not unusual for October.
Speaker 23 (50:45):
But the problem is that it has been an extended
stretch of dry weather, and an extended stretch of any
kind of weather is no good. Too much rain, too
much sunshine, it causes problems. Variety is the spites of
life from other nature, but we have.
Speaker 6 (51:00):
No variety, folks. It will be the same thing through
the weekend.
Speaker 23 (51:05):
Sunny and dry, mid to upper eighties for most of us,
a couple places in the nineties.
Speaker 4 (51:09):
Later this afternoon, right down sixty four at your official
severe weather station, News Radio seven forty k trh.

USE Traffic and Weather.
Speaker 3 (51:18):
You're starting your day right with Houston's Morning News, brought
to you by New South Windows Solutions.
Speaker 4 (51:24):
So coming up, we've had this great turnoff for early voting,
especially amongst Republicans. What we don't know, I guess, is
which Republicans are showing up, And we don't know how
many potential Democrat converts of Donald Trump we might have.
But we'll pick the brain of Matt Locke. He's a
host of Republican strategist about all that when we talk
to him. Next, first though, traffic and weather together. Oh,
(51:46):
as we check out the drive once again, here's sky Mike.
Speaker 5 (51:48):
I got to clear the twell Bridge, clear the tall bridge,
clear the toll bridge southbound. It's out of the way.
The regscarn. We're still scooch stuff. Let's do six to
ten instead. I'm Skymike on the Generator Supercenter dot Com

Speaker 4 (53:02):
Yeah, well, the endcrowd says, get out and vote in crowd,
in fact that the incrowd has already voted most of them,
or they will vote before the week is over. Early
voting going very well, big turnouts, especially for Republicans, where
told Matt Locke joins US host and Republican strategists, it
looks like the message has gotten through to Republican voters, Matt,
get out and vote early.
Speaker 36 (53:23):
Well, yeah, we just don't know anymore.
Speaker 38 (53:25):
With elections and election day and seeing stories of maybe
mass shootings and election polls and in attacks and things
going wrong.
Speaker 36 (53:35):
People are ready to vote.
Speaker 38 (53:36):
They're ready to vote, they want to vote, and they're
really tired of where we're.
Speaker 36 (53:40):
At right now.
Speaker 7 (53:42):
We had quite a debacle here in the midterms in
Harris County and went to great links to try to
straighten things out, and so far we are reporting fairly
smooth operations. I witnessed it myself yesterday. I voted yesterday.
A lot of election poll watchers are you are we
seeing with these types of turnouts? Are we seeing lots
(54:03):
of election poll watchers in other states too? Or is
it as lopsided as it used to be?
Speaker 38 (54:11):
No, I think the RNC has done a very good
job of getting people not only energized, but there to
watch to help to move along the situation. I'm up
here in Fort We're same thing. I voted early yesterday.
You've got eight or ten people at the polls. Things
went smoothly. People are getting in and out, and the
lines are crazy. I mean, we had a four block
(54:32):
line yesterday in Benbrook, which is is weird as it
happens that I've been in Texas for almost a decade.
Speaker 4 (54:39):
Let me ask you this, because we don't we know
a lot of Republicans are turning out early. We don't
necessarily know what type of Republicans they are. Are the
never trumpers motivated to turn out and vote early the
way the Trump supporters are.
Speaker 38 (54:53):
I don't think so, and I don't think Democrats are either.
It's interesting watching all of these numbers come back from Virgini,
in Florida, George. We've got some states that are voting early,
in now Nevada, and we're seeing something really interesting. The
mail end vote is way down. It's off by about
thirty forty percent, which is not unusual. There's no COVID,
(55:15):
but the Democrat support is way down. They're not motivated
to show up. And then the other thing that's happening
that we're not even looking at that we can't really
even put a number two yet is the minority vote.
I'm seeing polls that Trump is gaining anywhere from fifty
to fifty five percent of Latinos and maybe as high
as thirty or forty percent of African Americans. So we
(55:38):
don't know how those numbers are going to fall, but
we do know that that Democrats are not showing up
with the numbers that they have normally showed up in.
Speaker 7 (55:45):
Why is it Arran County is not reporting how many
their daily totals. Why is it so late. We're having
a hard time trying to give a statewide total because
Tarrant and Dallas Counties are lagging.
Speaker 6 (55:56):
What's that all about?
Speaker 36 (55:58):
See, I don't know. That's the same thing.
Speaker 38 (56:01):
Over the last couple of days they gave a total
number of Colin and tarn and in Dallas, in up
here in Detton County, but we only got a big total.
We're not getting totals out of Tarrant or Dallas, and
I don't know why. I don't know if they can,
or they don't want to, or they're not wanting to
give away the story I had seen on first day
where we had broke the record, I think it was
(56:21):
one hundred and seventy seven and twenty twenty, and this
year it was one hundred and ninety five.
Speaker 36 (56:26):
So we are up and voting here in those four counties.
Speaker 4 (56:29):
Okay, we'll see what happens. Medlocke, thank you appreciate it.
Hosts of Republican Strategist Matt log At six twenty six,
it is time to take a look at Germaney Gortney

Here's Sheriff Ryer.
Speaker 7 (59:06):
Good morning, six point thirty one on news Radio seven
forty KTRH and our top story this hour. Well, they're
trying to sell us more lies.
Speaker 30 (59:14):
The global economy has proven resilient. America's strong economic performance
is leaving the way as a key engine of global growth.
Speaker 7 (59:26):
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen yesterday not mentioning inflation as remaining
sticky or the economic problems that she has introduced and
presided over just one reason why polling from the liberal
Washington Post gives even them gives Trump the edge on
the economy.
Speaker 6 (59:46):
Above.
Speaker 7 (59:47):
Kamala Harris administration makes the claims because of the records
we've seen on Wall Street, but financial planner Richard Rosso says,
Wall Street and Main Street are two very different things.
Speaker 32 (59:57):
You're going to see markets go higher when and maybe
Main Street is not doing so well. I can show
you multiple instances, even through the Great Depression, people are
living in Hoovertown, intense in Central Park and the market's up.
Speaker 7 (01:00:11):
Adding markets don't really care about the same things that
we do and we have to live. Of course, many
are blaming builders for the high home prices that we
have these days, but.
Speaker 21 (01:00:23):
The Heritage Foundations EJ and Tony says that's got it backwards.
When new rules and regulations for builders keep coming.
Speaker 33 (01:00:31):
The price indexes for building a home continue to set records.
I mean, if these homebuilders drop their prices, they're going
to start losing money. Who's in the business to lose money?
Speaker 21 (01:00:42):
And Yet and Tony says, the Biden administration, while promising
help for buyers, added even more rules for builders recently
to increase home prices. Michael Shiloh News Radio seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 7 (01:00:56):
It's now six thirty four. Joe Biden's supposed to address
prescription drug prices in New Hampshire yesterday, but he went
off the rails. He actually called out for Donald Trump
to be locked up.
Speaker 34 (01:01:10):
Is a genuine threat to our democracy.
Speaker 2 (01:01:12):
And that's not hyperboy. That is a god's truth.
Speaker 34 (01:01:15):
And folks, it's not just him, it's the people who
are around him. Is mag Republicans mean what they say.
Speaker 7 (01:01:23):
Kamala Harris did not campaign yesterday. She claims she needed
a day of rest, but she did do an interview
with NBC and said, when asked what she knew about
Biden's cognitive decline, Joe.
Speaker 25 (01:01:36):
Biden is an extremely accomplished, experienced and capable in every
way that anyone would want if they're president.
Speaker 7 (01:01:54):
But he got forced out of the race by the
Democrat power brokers and was found too incompetent be able
to stand trial. Remember that Trump rallied for thousands in Greensboro,
North Carolina, last night, joined by former Democrat Congresswoman Tulca Gabbard,
who officially has joined now the Republican Party.
Speaker 35 (01:02:14):
I am joining the Party of the People, the Party
of Equality.
Speaker 7 (01:02:21):
Trump also campaigned in Florida yesterday on top of North Carolina.
Poll's opened in most of Texas at seven this morning
again and Galveston at eight During this early voting period,
at least Galveson at eight this week, more than one
and a half million Texas have taken advantage of early
voting so far. One question though, about Republican voters still
(01:02:42):
out there. Will those who didn't vote for Trump in
the primaries back him now? Republican strategist Matt Locke says
a majority he believes will fall in line.
Speaker 38 (01:02:54):
The MAGA party has taken over the Republican Party, and
that part of the party is one percent in locksdown,
but Trump, the other part of that party is so
small that I don't think it's going to make much
of a difference going forward.
Speaker 7 (01:03:05):
Discrack how are some do Warren that Trump's supporters are
underestimating how many so called Republicans actively don't like Trump.
Speaker 6 (01:03:17):
Six thirty six is our time.
Speaker 7 (01:03:18):
Lawmakers going after government workers who still aren't back in
their offices post COVID.
Speaker 47 (01:03:25):
A bill introduced by Senator Gary Peters and Senator Jony
Ernst would expose how many federal employees are working from

Senator Ernst saying, quote, for too long, Americans have been

Speaker 7 (01:03:40):
In Fox's Hillary Vaughan reporting there we told you yesterday.
Harrison County tax assessor collector and Harris Bennett, who was
supposed to also oversee elections and registrations, reportedly hasn't been
into work in four years. She's in charge of making
sure that the voter roles in this county are up. Today,
(01:04:00):
Houston City Controller Chris Hollins demanding an investigation into fundraising
for the state of the city event earlier this year
by the mayor. It came five days after the mayor
accused Hollins of a conflict of interest.
Speaker 41 (01:04:17):
If you have one hundred thousand, you can go to
dinner with the Controller.
Speaker 6 (01:04:21):
I'm disappointed, yeah, he said.
Speaker 7 (01:04:24):
It sounded like pay for play, asking contractors or potential
contractors with the city to pay to have lunch with
the controller. Six point thirty seven is our time. US
and Customs and Border Patrols says they have more than
two point one million encounters at the southern border in
(01:04:46):
twenty twenty four, the fiscal year ending with the first
of October.
Speaker 6 (01:04:51):
Since February overall.
Speaker 7 (01:04:53):

point four million border arrest Those are the ones who
are given tickets to appear in court but never do
do they also.
Speaker 6 (01:05:03):

management needs.
Speaker 2 (01:05:21):
What happened? Why it happened? Jimmy Barrett and Sheriff Fryar
explain it. Now back to Houston's morning news.
Speaker 4 (01:05:30):
So, as President Trump converting Catholics to Republicans, they're traditionally Democrats,
you know. Here's Catholic Vote President Brian Birch on Trump's
growing appeal amongst Catholic voters.
Speaker 12 (01:05:43):
I believe so.
Speaker 8 (01:05:44):
And you know, Kamala Harris has made a massive gamble here, Rachel.
Speaker 2 (01:05:47):
You know, she has calculated that she.
Speaker 8 (01:05:49):
Can build a new political coalition that excludes people of faith,
including Catholics. And as you know that the Democratic Party
has been the home of the majority of Catholic voters
for decades. And yet what we've seen is, on issue
after issue over the last several decades, a systematic leaving
behind of Catholics to the point where Kamala Harris is
(01:06:09):
essentially now saying I no longer need you and get
out of my way. Well, we're seeing even better numbers
for the President in some of these swing states, particularly
in the Upper Midwest like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, where
the Catholic vote makes up nearly thirty percent. And I
think what we might be seeing here, Rachel is really
a watershed moment where this longtime tradition of many Catholics
(01:06:32):
voting for Democrats have finally said I didn't leave the party,
the party left me. And they are now looking seriously
at Donald Trump, not just on a lot of the.
Speaker 2 (01:06:40):
Obviously traditional social issues.
Speaker 8 (01:06:42):
Like life and religious liberty, but on the border, on
the economy, and on frankly, just our Catholic way of life.
I think they feel comfortable with President Trump, and they
don't feel so with Kamala Harris.
Speaker 4 (01:06:53):
By the way, the latest data from Catholic votes as
far as the split amongst all Catholics fifty two to
forty seven, Trump leads. Among white Catholics sixty one to
thirty eight percent. Trump leads. It's only among Hispanic Catholics
that Harris is ahead sixty five to thirty four, but
that margin is much much closer than it used to be.
(01:07:14):
But overall again fifty two to forty seven. Trump take
forty time for traffic and weather together, we're checking out
the drive once again. Here is sky Mike.
Speaker 5 (01:07:22):
Now it's good to get on the toll bridge tillbridge
backups have cleared, so we're looking pretty good. I see
I sent people a six ten. Now six ten's getting
thick southbound over the Sherman Bridge. It's still a good ride.
So this good. That way's good. Heartman Bridge rocks. Now
downtown looks like yeah, we still have that wreck reported.
This is I ten eastbound right under I sixty nine,
(01:07:44):
and you see the backup coming over from Maine. Heading
eastbound westbound. We're scootstep a little from Lockwood. I got
a new wreck on the west Loop. Everybody's okay. Woodway
southbound left shoulder kind of a sticky spot.
Speaker 2 (01:07:56):
We're still pointing at stuff.
Speaker 5 (01:07:57):
I was asking a few minutes ago about it coming
over the Brass River.
Speaker 2 (01:08:01):
Stay see from Fayetteville, not Razorbic Failville, but Fayetteville, Texas.
Speaker 32 (01:08:05):
Heye, good morning.
Speaker 24 (01:08:06):
Skuy Mike.
Speaker 35 (01:08:07):
I just crossed the Brass River on ten heads in

been a good morning.

Speaker 12 (01:08:25):

Speaker 36 (01:08:26):
Maybe about a half mile of visibility.
Speaker 5 (01:08:28):
Oh wow, And Terry, I don't know if you got
my picture from Jack from Connecticut. He's listening on the

Speaker 12 (01:08:45):

Speaker 4 (01:08:46):
I ran into a little fogg on my land this
morning too, So some of the outlying areas are seeing
it right down, Terry.
Speaker 12 (01:08:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 23 (01:08:50):
And we've got fog advisories around Harris County off to
the east and west, and I've.
Speaker 6 (01:08:57):
Seen some reports of visibilities.
Speaker 23 (01:08:59):
Right I think about a quarter mile even as close
as sugar Land, but Cleveland and Conroe and even Hook's Airport.
So yeah, there's some patchy areas of fog. It will
not last long. As soon as that sun comes up,
it'll start to thin on out. We're going to wind
up sunny, big surprise, sunny and dry through Sunday with
temperatures mid upper eighties.
Speaker 6 (01:09:19):
We're looking into the middle part of.
Speaker 23 (01:09:21):
Next week and have our fingers crossed that there's a
cold front that will bring us some rain, which we
need even more than we need some cooler weather.
Speaker 6 (01:09:29):
But we'll get some cooler weather as well.

What else on What's Going is Happening News Radio seven
days RH.
Speaker 4 (01:23:05):
Seven to eight hour time. Here on Houston's Warning News,
there a lot of talk about turning back the clock
in the last few days. This this, this election, the
twenty twenty four election remind you more of twenty twenty
or of twenty sixteen, because there are a lot of
people who are talking about twenty sixteen. In other words,
you know, the year that Trump shocked everybody by, you know,
(01:23:28):
thoroughly beating Hillary Clinton when the so called experts didn't
see how he could possibly win. It has more of
a feel like that to a lot of people than
the last election did in twenty twenty.
Speaker 7 (01:23:38):
After first mowing down the other seventeen Republicans that challenge,
many of whom hate him to this day.
Speaker 4 (01:23:46):
Exact Well, yeah, there were never Trumpers then, and they
still exist. Here's the rnc's Elizabeth Picco, which election does
this remind her of?
Speaker 26 (01:23:54):
It does feel a lot like twenty sixteen. I was
there on the ground in twenty sixteen. It was one
of my first jobs ever, and I remember that moment
realizing that we had won the election, realizing everything that
I had felt for the few weeks that led up
to that point were actually true. Every time I travel
the country, I'm basically in a different state every day.
Now I feel exactly what I felt in twenty sixteen.
(01:24:15):
The fact is people are noticing a difference. They are
noticing a change. They are noticing numbers that are scaring
Democrats for good reason. Right we're looking at early voting
returns right now. Obviously it's only been a few days,
but you mentioned it in your intro. People are paying
attention because in states like North Carolina and Georgia, for example,
what we're seeing might be record breaking.
Speaker 9 (01:24:34):
When we look at North Carolina, we know.
Speaker 26 (01:24:36):
That in twenty twenty, after two days of early voting,
Republicans were down about one hundred thousand votes to Democrats.
Speaker 9 (01:24:43):
Twenty twenty four, right two days.
Speaker 26 (01:24:44):
Of early voting, Republicans were up on Democrats. That's because
our messaging here at the RNC, at the Trump campaign
is working or making sure that people get out to vote,
they get out early, to bank those votes and make
sure that we can elect Donald J. Trump in two
weeks time.
Speaker 4 (01:24:59):
I think the difference for me between twenty twenty four
and twenty twenty in particular is that. I think the
Republican Party seems to have finally gotten it, the need
to you know, to turn out early voting, you know,
to need the need to play the same game the
Democrats play as far as turning out the vote. And
so far, who knows what will happen between now and
(01:25:21):
the end of early voting, but so far it seems
to be working. Seven to ten. Let's do a little
traffic and weather together.
Speaker 2 (01:25:27):
Run out of paper in the hood too, Yeah.
Speaker 12 (01:25:29):
Yeah, plenty of taper this year, skuy.
Speaker 2 (01:25:31):
Mike, Who, all right, let's go.
Speaker 5 (01:25:32):

nineteen sixty used to be all bougie back in the day.
Now it's like, this is nineteen sixty just west of

Ponderosa Fire Department. Jimmy, this is really messing up nineteen
sixty going westbound eastbound.

that's inbound.

in late September we recorded our last rainfall, and there's no.
Speaker 6 (01:27:18):
Rain for the next five six seven days. What October thirtieth?
That mark your calendars, folks.
Speaker 23 (01:27:24):
We are keeping our fingers crossed for a rain on
October thirtieth. So sunny, dry and warm, with temperatures in
the afternoon and upper eighties couple places close to ninety. Hey,
at least it's not super crazy humid, so at night
we do get a chance to cool down, like tonight
mid fifties to mid sixties, so kind of pleasant.

On the day. Election day isn't even here. So I
kind of hate, you know, putting the cart before the
horse and talking about right after the election so early
but I think it's safe to say that, depending on
the election results, somebody's going to go on offense and
somebody is going to go on defense. What are the
two sides getting prepared to do depending upon whether or
(01:28:21):
not they win or lose the election. We'll talk to
Gary polland attorney and legal expert about that next. First, though,
let's do a little traffic and whether together. That's archebusekuy Mike,
what forty six? Which way are we're going southbound?
Speaker 5 (01:28:32):
CJ from Liberty found this for me right at Spencer Highway.
I've got some kind of squish here. I've got Trendsstar

Speaker 12 (01:30:05):
Who's playing offense and who's playing defense?
Speaker 4 (01:30:08):
On November sixth, it's seven two here on Houston's Morning News.
I guess that depends on the election results, doesn't it.
Gary Pollan joins US attorney and legal expert. I guess
both sides are getting prepared, aren't they gary depending upon
how the election turns out.
Speaker 49 (01:30:21):
That's correct. They both they're ready for with legal teams
to challenge any irregularities that take place around the country
if the election is closed.
Speaker 7 (01:30:33):
How about here in Harris County. How prepared is Harris
County should there be a debacle or for Bend or
any of these counties.
Speaker 49 (01:30:43):
Well, I know that the local party has got a
team of lawyers ready to get involved. Again, it all
depends on whether the elections are close. I do think,
in speaking in Harris County that letting the county clerk
take over from the unelected election administrator was a good
move required by Texas law, engineered by Governor Abbott and
(01:31:05):
Lieutenant Governor Patrick. So that's positive for ben. I don't
know what's going on there because of the issues with
the county judge and a candidate for county commissioner that
have been involved in improper activities and election activities, m
and Dallas.
Speaker 7 (01:31:22):
And Terran County are having trouble even reporting how many
people vote daily.
Speaker 49 (01:31:26):
Yeah, which is kind of it's kind of that's kind
of scary that we've run into this situation when when
we see that happen from our side, you get concerned.
The reason the information is not available is because there's
attempts being made to manipulate the election.
Speaker 4 (01:31:43):
Of course, let me ask you this, let's look at
it from the other side here. What do you think
Democrats are prepared to do with Trump wins?
Speaker 49 (01:31:52):
Well, for number one, I think they're going to get
into the streets and protests. The same crowd that's out
there protesting against Israel will be the same crowd they
get out to protest against the Trump victory. I think
what's critical for the not just for us, but for
the entire country is that when President Trump wins, that
(01:32:12):
he wins by a good enough margin that they can't
argue that their irregularities, and that means that his election
is not to be certified. Because the anti Trump people
are so so delusional when it comes to Trump, anything
he says or does they're against, So him winning is
(01:32:32):
going to cause them all these concerns, especially with all
the talk of the end of democracy of Trump wins.
Speaker 4 (01:32:39):
Well, and what about what about the anti Trump Republicans?
Are they are they just as likely to participate in
that they seem to be just as delusional as the
other side.
Speaker 49 (01:32:48):
Well, there's no question, but I think the number of
anti Trump Republicans is significantly down on what has been
in the past because when you take it, when you
compare what President Trump brings to the table as a
candidate and his vision for the country with Kamala Harris's,
it's like you're kidding, you're really going to support her.
Speaker 7 (01:33:08):
So many states have either either or you vote you're
registered as a Democrat or Republican, unlike Texas, where you
don't have to be registered per se with a party.
So is there one train of thought now that we
will know even before election day who wins.
Speaker 49 (01:33:29):
Well, you have an idea as to the party affiliation
when you look at that, but that's not a guarantee
people are going to vote that way. Just because you're
a registered Republican Democrat or to clear yourself with Republican
or Democrat in Texas, which you can do, that doesn't
mean you're going to vote Republican or Democrat. I don't
think that doesn't necessarily tell us who's going to win
(01:33:52):
or lose. But I do think if you look at
what's going on in the election. The fact that Kamala
Harris is coming to Texas, which clearly nobody believes is
in play, indicates that the Democrats may be shifting from
trying to win the White House to try to save
or win congressional seats.
Speaker 4 (01:34:10):
Right exactly, That's what I was going to ask you,
is whether or not you thought that the Cruise alred
breaks mayn end up in court.
Speaker 49 (01:34:18):
I don't think so. I think that they've under Cruise's support.
I think is underestimated. Already has run a basement campaign,
spending for maybe one hundred million dollars on television. You know,
if you watch television, you've seen his ads in ten
of them, but they're the same stuff being repeated over
and over again. He has no message, and he's wrong
(01:34:40):
on almost every issue except if you're a pro abortion
and in that case he's probably your horse. Well, but
if you care about the border and the economy, men
and women in sports, you know Ted Cruz as your man.
Speaker 4 (01:34:55):
Well in his campaign is pretty much like Kamala Harris's.

Here's Sheriff Ryer seven thirty two on news Radio seven
forty KTRH. Our top story this our gaslighting of Americans
continuing with the Biden Harris regime.
Speaker 30 (01:37:48):
Thanks to the Biden Harris administration's economic agenda, we went
from millions having lost their jobs to an historic labor
market recovery.
Speaker 6 (01:38:00):
It was Herr Jinto two.
Speaker 7 (01:38:02):
That's the Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, former Fed chief, ignoring
polls that consistently give Donald Trump the massive lead over
Kamala Harris when it comes to the economy. White House
also using the Wall Street bubble, you know, the averages
to try to back their claims that, oh, the economy's.
Speaker 31 (01:38:20):
Great, So do we have it all wrong? Are the
Biden Harris economic policies actually working? Financial Planet Richard Rossi says,
it's got nothing to do with that.
Speaker 32 (01:38:30):
Markets don't care. Markets just care that there's money in
the system and it's going to be spent. Wall Street's
I'm making some sign of moral judgment.
Speaker 31 (01:38:37):
It's just another example about how Wall Street and Main
Street are disconnected.
Speaker 32 (01:38:41):
The market does not care about the same things you do.
It also cares about who the real president is. It's
your own pal.
Speaker 31 (01:38:47):
Cliff Ssunders News Radio seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 7 (01:38:50):
And we might point out that gold is rising, setting
record highs virtually all through this month of October. Government
policies that are supposed to make starter homes more affordable, well,
actually not.
Speaker 6 (01:39:04):
The solution is the cause a part of our problems.
Speaker 33 (01:39:09):
The Biden administration recently passed a rule which is going
to add so much to the cost of a home
for so little benefit. It takes ninety eight years before
the additional cost of that home is actually paid for
in benefits to the homeowner.
Speaker 7 (01:39:24):
Heritage Foundation economists EJ. And Tony He says with all
these new rules regulations placed on the builders, there's no
way for them to be able to offer homes cheaper,
making it harder for you to buy one in order
to build your wealth with an average lifetime. It's now
seven thirty four. President Joe Biden supposed to talk about
(01:39:46):
the price of prescription drugs in New Hampshire yesterday. Instead
he went off script and basically renegade in a big way.
Speaker 34 (01:39:56):
I know this sounds bizarre. It sounds like I said
this five years ago.
Speaker 2 (01:40:00):
You'd locked me up. We gotta lock him up?
Speaker 7 (01:40:07):
Is that even legal? Trump campaign is called on Kamala
Harris to condemn Joe Biden for that remark. Harris reportedly
has was admitted to law school though the University of

Another seven hundred thousand plus Texans turned out to vote
early yesterday. Total does not include several counties still though,
including Terrant and even Galveston. Election Day is in thirteen days.
Big question for Republicans Will those who didn't support Trump
in the primary support him now?
Speaker 12 (01:41:29):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:41:29):
Sure?
Speaker 37 (01:41:29):
Will these Republicans fall in line?
Speaker 38 (01:41:32):
I think that Republicans are already falling in mind. I
guess it just depends on the definition of a Republican That.
Speaker 37 (01:41:39):
Is host and Republican strategist Matt Locke. And what about
the Republicans who still hate Trump?
Speaker 36 (01:41:45):
Are the really Republicans that they're voting for Kamala.
Speaker 38 (01:41:48):
That's a bad thing about what's going on here today
is we've got Republicans in our party that played the
part but never voted the park.
Speaker 37 (01:41:56):
We'll have to see what the number of anti Trump
Republicans turns out to be. Jeff Bigsby's Radio seven forty kth.
Speaker 7 (01:42:04):
It's now seven thirty six. We told you yesterday. The
elected official in charge of voter registration in Harris County,
the tax assessor, collector and Harris Bennett, Democrat, reportedly has
not been to work in four years. What it's after
a week after the attorney Jared Woodville sued alleging that
(01:42:24):
voter roles in Harris County are not up to date.
Speaker 39 (01:42:30):
Well, it clearly supports our position in the lawsuit as
to why the job's not getting done. I mean, the
voter register has not been there to do the job.
Speaker 7 (01:42:38):
Harris Bennett is not running for reelection, is retiring at
the end of this term. There are Democrat and Republican
candidates for her job on the ballot.
Speaker 6 (01:42:48):
Go vote.
Speaker 7 (01:42:49):

Speaker 4 (01:43:41):
Well Courtney alluded to it during her business report. Let
me give you the further details. The patented burb is
evidently back. Tupperware has reached a tentative agreement to sell
its business, just weeks after they filed for bankruptcy and
prepared ready to go under never to be seen again.
(01:44:02):
It's going to be a private sale of the Tupperware
name and its products to a couple of key lenders,
including Alden Global Capital. According to a company announcement, even
Tupperware is going to go the way of the global
capitalist elite. Proposed transaction expected to close by the end
(01:44:25):
of the month, pending cord approval. Bankruptcy Judge Brendan Shannon
said the deal was likely the best option given the
companies difficult and challenging circumstances. Tupperware is set to pocket
twenty three point five million in cash and have over
sixty three million in debt relief in exchange for all
intellectual property needed to create and market as well as
(01:44:47):
operating assets in the US and abroad. Okay, what we
don't know is what form Tupperware takes going forward. Tupperware
was always a tradition for those of you who remember
the heyday of tupperware. By the way, this was back
when there was somebody at home cooking and therefore you
had leftovers and you had the need to put them
(01:45:09):
in something that would keep them fresh. Now you just
bring home a styrofoam you know, container from whatever restaurant
you go to. Right That's one of the things that
led to the demise. But going forward, we don't know
how this is going to work. Well, they will let's
stay one of those things where you have Tupperware parties
and people like you and me, you know, have a
(01:45:29):
Toperware party and you sell the product from home. That
that business model doesn't seem to work very well anymore.
Or is tupperware gonna end up in the stores at
the retail outlets. My guess is it'll probably go retail. No,
I would think that's the best way for it to
survive seven forty time for traffic and weather together. Now
I know what to do on Saturday. There you go,
(01:45:50):
Skuy Mike, have a toperware party at the Ghetto House.
Speaker 5 (01:45:52):
If we could do it at the golf Ball too, Terry,
look on the Grand Parkway northeastbound. I've got breaks right
around before, Kirkhandof from twenty nine to twenty so you
are having trouble getting by the golf Ball for now
some serious stuff. Hey, while we're on the northwest side,
let's talk to Jimbo from Tomball.
Speaker 2 (01:46:08):
He's on two forty nine.
Speaker 42 (01:46:10):
Guy, Mike, Jimbo from Tomball.
Speaker 49 (01:46:11):
I know it was a fine foggy morning for the
cows on the Forgotten Freeway until we got the spring
Cyprus and everyone decided to stop.
Speaker 5 (01:46:20):
I think there's a good reason Kirk from Tomball to
forty nine.
Speaker 37 (01:46:23):
Got Mike from a forgotten Freeway got a fender bender
of southbound right at nineteen sixty tow truck nines or
on the seat boom burbage.
Speaker 5 (01:46:31):
All right, that explains the big backup coming all the
way down from Grand Parkway, so for once you may
have to re route. We've got cleared the wreck downtown
in the canyon southwest at Elgin. Now you've got two
eighty eight all scooched up Holly Hall.
Speaker 2 (01:46:45):
Everybody's ok.
Speaker 5 (01:46:45):
Two right lanes are blocked on the northbound southbound KHR RCH.
Listeners knew this one first Spencer Highway, it's a wreck.
We'll take out two lanes and Nord sam which way
we're going westbound Imperial Valley.
Speaker 2 (01:46:57):
Nobody needs that stall.

but you know they're doing road construction around the golf

gather some sort of personal information from our vehicles.
Speaker 12 (01:47:22):
What's going on, Terry?
Speaker 23 (01:47:24):
Yeah, you know, I'm sure they're bored beyond belief up
there in the golf ball because the primary purpose is
to search for rain and obviously there's none of that.
So I'm sure they're up to something, but I don't know.
So Sky Mike, I nominate you to.
Speaker 6 (01:47:41):
Go check it out.
Speaker 5 (01:47:42):
Okay, And that explains the text Dot Wall of Death
too eastbound?
Speaker 6 (01:47:46):
Okay, walk on Terry Well.
Speaker 23 (01:47:48):
High pressure explains why we're dry and warm. And because
high pressure is not going away, neither is this weather.
At least through Sunday, mid upper eighties. Every afternoon we'll
see a couple of places close to today. At night, though,
you get a chance to cool off, so it's not
too bad. I mean, I'm ready for some fall, but
we gotta wait.

Speaker 4 (01:48:17):
This is Houston's Morning News, brought to you by New
South Windows Solutions. So President Trump, spending time in North
Carolina delivered a very good closing time message. I'll share
that with you coming up next. In fact, Jesse Waters
reacts to it, and I think his basic opinion is
I hope that that is the message everywhere he goes
(01:48:37):
between now and November the fifth, Because this is what
people really need to hear again. That's coming up next. First, though,
let's do traffic and weather together. We're checking out the
drive once again. Here is sky Mike oh.
Speaker 2 (01:48:47):
Two eighty eight. This accident. It's very minor. There's just
two right lines.
Speaker 5 (01:48:50):
It's barely a shoulder here northbound at Holly Hall, but
it is a wall o suckage all the way from
the Beltway up, losing thirty minutes. Let's go up a
different way all ninety mostly expressway, golf Freeway breaks from
waffle House. You're losing twelve minutes trying to get up
to wayside. Nord Freeway's offer from West Road, East Tex.
Speaker 2 (01:49:08):
It's out from Kingwood, Mike.
Speaker 33 (01:49:10):
We have a two car activist right before you get
to Green Road. Hopefully something else.
Speaker 5 (01:49:15):
All right, Look at southbound around the airport. I'm hearing
bad things about Willie C. We'll check that at eight

Are you better off now than you were four years ago?
Speaker 2 (01:50:58):
I don't, thanks sam My own things so not even close.
That's a big question.
Speaker 12 (01:51:04):
Think about that.
Speaker 2 (01:51:05):
Right, we have to get out and vote.
Speaker 28 (01:51:07):
I'm here today with a message of hope.
Speaker 2 (01:51:09):
For all Americans. With your vote in this election.
Speaker 14 (01:51:13):
I will end inflation, I will stop the invasion, and.
Speaker 2 (01:51:16):
I will bring back the American dream.
Speaker 50 (01:51:19):
Just because the American dream is having a better life
than your parents doesn't mean we should all live with
our parents. We have high expectations in this country. We
have big dreams in this country. Donald Trump is the
American dream. He is running all in the American dream.
Good luck running against that. This is like Jimmy Carter.
You know, energy prices are high, it's cold, you can't
(01:51:40):
hit your house. Put on a sweater. No, we're not
going to lower expectations. Life is good. We're going to
get there. I love how disciplined he is. Can you
believe what he says here? He says, end inflation, stop
the invasion. I'm going to return the American dream. Now,
can he stick to that message, yes, or can he
(01:52:01):
say I'm gonna eat the dogs? I don't know, but
if he can, please stick.
Speaker 12 (01:52:05):
I'll just stick to that message.
Speaker 7 (01:52:11):
It is a message he delivers in every one of
his rallies, but mainstream media doesn't report it.
Speaker 4 (01:52:15):
The no, No, they just look for the stuff that's
a little crazy.
Speaker 7 (01:52:19):
So he does talk for like an hour and a
half at a time, and it takes a lot of
time to go through all that. I think that's audio
to pull what you want.
Speaker 4 (01:52:26):
I think that's the reason why Jesse Waters like that
line so much, and why I like that line so much.
It's unlike the way he normally speaks. That was very succinct.
Speaker 6 (01:52:35):
He's been doing that though.
Speaker 12 (01:52:36):
That is really good.
Speaker 6 (01:52:37):
And the other one peace and prosperity.
Speaker 7 (01:52:42):
I will not lead you into any more wars than
I will in the ones we're in. I will bring
peace and prosperity. How can you not vote for that?
Speaker 12 (01:52:52):
Well, exactly, you know.
Speaker 4 (01:52:54):
But again I think it's keeping the message succinct and
and hopefully that's the way says it.
Speaker 12 (01:53:00):
Yeah, he's doing a better job of that.
Speaker 7 (01:53:01):
But again, the media just not report it. They don't
give you those sound bites.
Speaker 4 (01:53:05):
Well, we try, We certainly we do. We certainly do
try to bring you those close, those sound bites, and
we'll bring you some more tomorrow. Where's he at today?
Do you have any idea where he is today? I
can't keep dragging this dude. He is everywhere. He's like
in multiple multiple locations in multiple states on one day.
Speaker 6 (01:53:22):
Well, he's going to be going to Duluth among other places.
Speaker 12 (01:53:26):
He's got a jacket. It's probably about thirty eight degrees.
Speaker 6 (01:53:30):
That's going to the belly of the beast, isn't it.
Speaker 12 (01:53:32):
It's headed the winter right there.
Speaker 6 (01:53:34):
Man.
Speaker 12 (01:53:36):
But he'll like the food.
Speaker 6 (01:53:37):
He's fearless.
Speaker 12 (01:53:37):
He'll like the food.

You know, French rise poutine fifteen.
