Speaker 1 (00:01):
Well, the girl may be from Evanima, but if she
said illegally, she needs to go back to Ivanima about price,
joins us editor at Breitbart News. I guess we shouldn't
surprise be surprised the Brazilians or any other people who
were here illegally would be taking advantage of an app.
In this case, the WhatsApp, in order to communicate with
each other and to avoid ice. Is what they're doing

(00:25):
illegal in and of itself, tipping each other off the
ice raids.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Well, certainly it's interfering with criminal investigation and criminal prosecution
and things like that. It's not surprising it all. Before
I do that, though, I just want to say, never
tried turkey eggs, but duck eggs are great.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Good to know because chicken eggs are hard to come by.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Yeah, so all right, back to the topic. So the
migrants have been using WhatsApp for a long time. They
during the peak of the Biden border crisis, they were
using it to communicate with people that were on the
way to tell them, yes, ghosts is still clear up here,
come on up. You know, the water's fine, nobody's going
and getting sent back. And so now you're seeing them

(01:09):
taking that a step further and using it to have
secure communication, private communication that they can tell each other
where Ice is and what's going on. And you know,
none of that's really going to matter in the long run.
It may slow things down for some people. But basically,
as DHS Secretary Christy Nomes said, we will hunt you

(01:32):
down and we will find you, particularly the criminal alias
the Trendy Arragua and MS thirteen gang members that the
Estate Department just yesterday declared to be foreign terrorist organizations
that unleashes the full power and weight of every branch
of government, every agency of government, law enforcement to go

(01:54):
after these people, seize funds and make arrests, and the
other targeted operations.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
Yeah, you know, it's the the fear over this is
really gotten kind of ridiculous. You know, I'm noticing in
your article that you folks wrote about this story that
one of the examples you use was a was a
guy who's in construction. He's a construction worker evidently in Florida.
He's he's he's here illegally, so he's fearful that he'll
be apprehended and and you know he in this case

(02:23):
will have to go back to Brazil. I guess that's
their country of origin. And I'm thinking, if you're a
construction worker and you are following the law otherwise, the
fact that you're here illegally, you're you're not You're not
even a thought in their mind right now. They are
way too busy rounding up criminals and gang members and
people who are you know, are murderers and and and

(02:45):
in human trafficking and and and and drugs and all
these types of things. They're not worried about a construction
worker in Florida right now.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Well, and you you're spot on on that, Jimmy. The
the issue is right now that the dhs I, the FBI,
atf DEA, all of the alphabet soup agencies, and even
the Texas National Guard now who have been deputized as
immigration agents, are looking for criminal aliens. Now, if they
do a targeted operation at some location and they run

(03:16):
into some other people who are there that are also
illegal aliens, those people will get picked up as well.
But they're not out looking for you know, Joe the
lettuce picker, or build the contractor that's building roads or those.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Kinds of things.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
But my question is when are we going to start
going after these employers who are providing this magnet, who've
been providing this magnet of jobs for people that aren't
legally authorized to work. That has got to come to
the stoff as well. And you know, you see a
lot of abuse of the people through that process and
it needs to stop.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
You know, part part of the problem with employers, I
think Bob Price, not that I'm trying to defend employers
employee illegal, but many of these illegals are using social
Security numbers. They clearly are not their numbers. There needs
to be some sort of cooperation, don't you think between
you know, talk about the alphabet agencies, how about the
cooperation between ICE and the IRS, in order to identify

(04:15):
people who are using a Social Security number illegally well,
and that.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
Is part of the problem.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
When you have somebody's birth certificate to get a Social
Security number, there's no photo associated with that. So a
Bob Price, you know that I am, anybody could pick
up an IDA and show that and say that they
are Bob Price, and there's no way to really verify that.
That's why we've got to use to verify programs that

(04:45):
Customs hasn't in place. We need to get agencies talking
to each other so that they can have this. We've
tried in the past to get valid work authorization cards
and that's been shot down, but maybe Congress can look
at that again. It definitely needs to be changes, that's
for sure.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
Bob was always good to talk to you. Take care.
That's Bob Price. He's an editor at brightbart News.
