Hillary Clinton said the United Kingdom's decision to leave the European Union would usher in a period of "economic uncertainty" and highlighted the need for "experienced leadership" going forward. "We respect the choice the people of the United Kingdom have made,” Clinton, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, said in a statement. “Our first task has to be to make sure that the economic uncertainty created by these events does not hurt working families here in America.
