We appreciate you doing so. We're gonna take you all

(01:03):
the way up till the end of the hour here
on fs are And if you are a Green Bay
Packers fan, you gotta feel good. You got absolutely blowtorched
by the New Orleans Saints in Jacksonville. Uh, and then
you come back home and you take care of business
against the Detroit Lions. All is well. All is well
with the Green Bay Packers, guys. Brady Quinn, I know

(01:26):
you were blown away by the performance, and they are
your odds on Super Bowl favorites now. According to Brady Quinn,
I think, yeah, that was never never, no, no, no,
But I was. I was impressed by the way they
bounced back, and uh, maybe depressed by the Hawaiians inability
to play any really much of anything in the second

(01:47):
half of that game. I mean it was seventeen fourteen
and a half. The thought process in my head was
that's not enough points to be up on Green Bay.
That they're not gonna come back in this game. I
don't know how you guys felt. I wasn't buying into
what I was witnessing in the first half thing that
the Lions could sustain that. Were you with me? Do
you think do you think that Green Bay is the

(02:10):
same Green Bay they were the previous two years. It
does feel it feels like there's something kind of missing,
and I don't know what it. Maybe I'm just like
looking too far into it, but it doesn't feel like
the everybody on the same bay, on the same page,
cohesive and we're you know, we're gonna make another run
at this whole day. It just feels like there's something
a little off interested, just a little off there. I

(02:32):
don't know. I think it's early. Um, it's hard to
tell after two games, especially one that went the way
it did week one, but week one can be an
imposter right there. There's Week one can be that first date,
you know, where someone you meet someone you met him
on some social media appen, you go out and they're
putting on that front. And then as as week two,

(02:54):
week three, week four goes along, you're you're sorting to
see the true color show through. So I need to
see more football from this team. And remember Rogers wasn't
really there this offseason. I think that's another reason to
pump the brakes on on any you know, rush to
judgment for what this team is gonna be. I look
at this team this way, it's not even so much
about the offense, and this is where I'll throw the

(03:16):
ball to you, LaVar, It's it's more about their defense.
I just don't think this is a defense that's gonna
be able to help get them to a super Bowl.
I don't. I don't think they play well enough consistently
or have the ability too on any given down get
after opposing quarterbacks or on any given down stop the run.
They just don't do either those teams, those two things

(03:37):
I think consistently. Well, yeah, it's it's a situation to
monitor there on the defensive side of the ball. But
the story going into this series, though Brady is Aaron
Rodgers a right. He has grown his hair out. He
seems to be really free flowing, having the time of
his life out there just laughing, you know, pointing to
ice water and his veins, you know, dropping dimes, all

(03:58):
of that and all of this that we after getting
hit in the balls. So here was a very happy
Aaron Rodgers like loving to stick it to some of
the naysayers following the win on Monday Night, Even more
now than when I started playing. There's so many overreactions
that happened on a week to week basis, So it's
nice to to come out and have a good performance
and get the trolls off our back for at least

(04:19):
a week. I just think people like to say a
lot of them and it's nice to come back in
here after a game like that against the Lions. Yeah,
I mean, it could always went worse, so they could
have lost. But we get tested this week. Yes they will,
Yes they will, and that's what I want to see.
I want to see them against San fran I want

(04:40):
to see them against the Steelers. Steelers, Yeah, I want
to see them. Listen, he's right. There have been a
lot of naysayers. There have been a lot of of
trolls that he's I mean, he's absolutely right. But I mean, Aaron,
you you have made the season all about you as

(05:02):
it applies to Green Bay and and as it applies
to the National Football League. So you can't, I mean,
think about this. We do a radio show, we get
trolls and we get haters. Right, we're not even active
NFL players, like we do radio and we're good, we're
good people to right, and we didn't make it about us,

(05:23):
and we still get like hateful trolls. Let something screw
y'all by the way, and I don't like any of you.
And Jonas knocks is not somebody who's gonna sit here
and and take that sort of controversy from trolls, you know,
that sort of uh, you know, put down Jonas knocks on.
But the idea, the idea, but I don't know the
idea of saying is great to to shut them down

(05:48):
and come back in here after a win like this.
It's Detroit. It's Detroit, Detroit. I mean, you can't come
in thumping your like to me, to me, you just
can't come in thumping your chest after you beat the
Detroit line. They were just in an NFC title game
in ninety one. Like, I don't know, I don't know

(06:08):
why you have to be so critical. I mean, that
isn't that long ago. It's not bad all I'll say
in terms of Aaron Rodgers and if there's something off
about this Green Bay Packers team, I will say I
don't totally agree. I do think that would with uh

(06:29):
with the Smith brothers and and and some of the
guys up front. They do have some pieces, yeah, I
think yeah, but they will be I think they will
get to a point of where they are what they're
they're needing to be on the defensive side. It's always
been a question of ken their secondary hold up as

(06:51):
they get deeper into the season. And I think that
will remain true this year as it applies to Aaron Rodgers.
I said it earlier in the show each that's not
upset anymore. Like if you go back and you look
at film, if you did a split screen, or what
Aaron Rodgers looks like in his in his helmet during
the game this year versus last year. You could see

(07:12):
in his face. Last year he was he was playing
piste off like he was upset, like I have something
to prove. I'm gonna prove it, and you could see it.
This year he just looks very, very very relaxed, and
he almost looks like like he's in a way at peace.

(07:33):
And I don't know, like some people that works some
people it doesn't. Like some people have to play mad
like I liked playing Mad. Some people don't like playing mad.
Some people listen to heavy metal and hardcore gangster rat
before games. Some people listen to R and B or
instrumentals or you know, orchestras and stuff like that. It's like,

(07:55):
I don't know, what this Aaron Rodgers is going to be,
you know what I mean? And he's like, I don't
know how you're You're like, you could tell a lot
about the type of player somebody is by their pregang regiment,
you know, or if they're in the weight room during
the week, you can tell a lot about the guy
about like what type of music is playing and what
they're doing, Like you can you can make book on that.

(08:18):
I just don't know what what will come from this
new Aaron Rodgers. And I think that that's the one
thing that you would say is different, and then how
does that impact the rest of this team, Because as
Aaron Rodgers goes, is as the Green Bay Packers go,
as as it exists right now. He's always been a
pretty subdue, laid back guy like he to me, has

(08:41):
never been one of those guys that's really fiery. I
think he tends to wear his emotions on his sleeve
when he's frustrated, but for the most part, um I mean,
unless he's taking nutshots like he did in week one,
he he doesn't show a ton of emotion in general. Yeah,
I love saying and it's it's what it was, And
I gave you a very very intense breakdown of the

(09:05):
back story there and everything. Alright, it was Christian Ringo,
I believe it was for the New Orleans Saints, who
again began his career with the Green Bay Packers. Was
on all those practice squads for the Packers where Aaron
Rodgers probably diced them up. So we had a vendetta
against Rogers, and the first chance he got, you know,
he closed line Aaron Rodgers right to the growing and

(09:30):
growing that is a different clothes line than the first neck.
It it buckled him and caused him to yank that
football down that ended up being thrown behind and intercepted. So,
I mean, bottom line is there was more to that story,
but I digress. No, he's always been a relaxed, subdue guy,
so I'm with you. I mean, they go as he goes.

(09:51):
But it's part of the reason why I felt like
the beginning of that game mattered. Even though they were
down at half. It wasn't like they offensively, that's you know,
got off to a bad start. Um. They weren't hitting
on all cylinders like they were in the second half. Um.
But I think that partially played into the Lions, like
the Lions came out and I think that a decent
game plan. Early they just couldn't execute offensively. It couldn't

(10:14):
stop anyone. And the injury to Melo Faun, we think
their secondary which is already down a kuda and it
just snowballed from there. By the way, Jeffrey Coot has
had a really bad start to his career. I mean
like that, that's like some some bad luck and we
we teess, like, you know, Tyrod Taylor said some bad luck.
But remember Jeffrey Coud at the combine ended up getting Yeah,

(10:35):
he was, and then and then he he was. He
was trying to do every drill to combine. I remember
they were even saying that, you know, he got dinged
up a little bit. He doesn't need to do all that.
This guy is gonna be a top pick in the draft,
and it just hasn't. He hasn't been able to stay healthy.
No one, no one has had worse luck than to
Rod Taylor. I mean, think about it. He finally gets

(10:57):
a shot in Cleveland, the Buffalo Bills, who first moved
on from him. Yes, that's when they put Nathan Peterman
in and Peterman through five picks in the first half
against the Chargers. He took them to the playoffs the
year before, and they put in Peterman who had that
five interception first half to bockle Yes. Then he goes
to what Cleveland and then Cleveland drafts Baker Mayfield and

(11:18):
so then he's essentially the guy that you know is
gonna get replaced by that that first overall pick, and
then he goes to what l A and he gets
punctured in the lung. But oh, by the way, they
drafted another top ten pick in the quarterback in Justin Herbert.
Herbert goes in, plays outstanding, they have no QB. Yeah,

(11:39):
they have no que You good to go. And he's
actually clear in the game. Were they not? Were they
leading when he went out of the game, Think they were?
And then he hurts his hamstring and just the whole thing. Man,
it's crazy. But you know what, he's got a Super
Bowl ring. He needs to go buy a lottery ticket.
Was I think there's that ying and yang to like
the war and he's had so much negative stuff playing

(12:02):
like just no luck that he's gonna win the lottery.
I mean, he's got a Super Bowl ring. I mean
he want a Super Bowl linebacker. For what you just saying.
I think he won it twice. What the Tyrod Taylor
has got a Super bowling. He was a backup for
the Baltimore Ravens when they beat the Niners in the
Super Bowl. Yeah, yeah, yeah Bowl. Yeah. I just I

(12:27):
don't know that that's what motivates him now. I'm just
just saying that. You know, if he if he don't
even recall that, he can he can sell that. I
do recall him in Baltimore. I actually think that's where
his career started. Yes, he played. He played in a
game there, so that actually counts. Like if I was
a backup and I never played all season long and

(12:48):
my team won a Super Bowl, I'd never wear the ring. Ever,
I wouldn't. I'm rocking that bad. I was there. You know.
It was funny when we went to the playoffs last
year in the league. You know, I was finally on
a playoff worthy team. I was hurt. I blew my
Achilles tendant, and I was sitting in I was sitting
at Disney watching us play in the playoffs because I

(13:11):
was already done. Like I was, I was done, Like
that was it. So I'm sitting at Disney World. We're
watching the playoffs and they win, and I'm like, man,
all I could think about was how nice would it
be if we won the super Bowl? And you know,
I'm I'm gonna leave the game a super Bowl chat.
That's all I can think about. And now think about this,

(13:34):
hey Brady, that I only played like three games. I
played like three games. That would count. Well, look here
that does not it doesn't, but but it does that ring.
I would have gladly. I would have been sitting in
somebody's booth watching that Super Bowl and like, yes, come on,

(13:54):
let's get this ring. Let's get this ring. I would
have been telling them all week. I look, I was
the Seahawks the entire off season like that that they
let me go the last cut and immediately got picked
up by the Jets. And I remember getting the Jets
thing to myself, like I spent five months with those dudes,
Like I know those dudes. Some those dudes came to

(14:15):
my wedding, Like I got close with them. We still
keep in touch, like that was a very fun group,
A great group, by the way. When I got there,
I remember when we first started practicing, I was like, oh,
this team is legit, like this team is gonna probably
win the Super Bowl because even like the second third
string dudes, we're gonna start and play somewhere else if
they didn't make this team. And and so obviously they

(14:38):
went on to win the Super Bowl that year. And
I remember someone's like, hey, so did you get a
ring because you were with them earlier in the year.
I was like no, and I wouldn't want one anyway, right,
see I was on the roster. See, but there's something
well but but listen, there there is something too. This

(14:59):
is a real thing. And that's why when somebody gets
snubbed for an All Star Game, like for the rest
of your life, you're known as a former All Star
like and that, and it could be just once, but
you're a former All Star if you're if you're on
a super Bowl winning team, you're referred to as a
super Bowl champion. That opens up doors to a lot
of things later on like that. I've heard a lot
of players say, man, that's why this is important. Like

(15:19):
if you if you're able to get something like that,
you carry that with you. That opens up a lot
of doors. So I mean, I wouldn't be bragg audocious
about it. I would be like, yeah, I'm a super
Bowl champ. You know, we got it done against New England.
You know you remember the catch, you know with the
helmet and David Tyree like, yeah, that was my team. Yep,
they were undefeated. Maybe the greatest team of all time, yep,

(15:40):
yep that was Yeah, that was my team. Like we
won the super Bowl. But I wasn't you know, you
know what I mean, Like, I wouldn't be bragg audocious like,
but I would certainly if if you saw me wearing
my championship ring, my Super Bowl ring, I certainly would
give the back roped story of how I had this

(16:02):
horrible season ending injury and the team just continued on
without me carrying them on my back. You know what.
The rallied around, they rallied around my injury and took
it all the way and and this is what happened,
and that's why I had And then the further out
we get, the more games I played, the better I played,

(16:24):
and and and no one will ever remember, you know,
they'll just remember the Super Bowl. They'd be like, oh, yeah,
I remember that game where yeah, you remember I had
ten sacks in that game and I forced like five
fumbles and and we had like all these yeah yeah, right.
I had a career day. I had a career day.
And then I blew my achilles and you remember that,

(16:45):
like and people be like, oh, I do remember that
that was you? Like yep, man, and and it never happened.
I'm with you, man, and I know what I mean.
I will help you know continue that list long. Technology
might be too good for that these days now, by
the way we are brought. If I discovered Discover matches,

FS oh Man. All right, so we've got ourselves a
lost and found situation in the NFL. We're gonna get
to later on in hour here in the latest edition
of the Scraps, But right now we must welcome in
the Great Petros Papadakis. You hear him on A M
five seventy l A Sports. You also see his work

(18:11):
on FS one and beyond. He's basically the voice of
Hawaii football on Fox Sports one. The Great Petros Papa?
What's happening? And if I don't I love the Rainbow Warriors.
But if I don't have to see him again this year,
I think I'd be okay with that. You know that
those are fighting words with Jonas. It's it's bad. It's

(18:36):
nobody anybody on the East Coast. I mean it was
four in the morning when we got done, four thirty
in the morning on the East Coast. But we were
in really, we're prime time in Thailand. There you go.
But you know, you know in Bangkok they love uh,
Calvin Turner's their favorite football player. And but yeah, Hawaii

(19:01):
and San Jose State on Saturday night, I think they
must have had a combined and I'm not kidding drops
thirty drops, yeah, and like thirty punts. And I'm not
a guy who needs the game to be forty five
to ten or you know, really high scoring game and

(19:22):
to have a bunch of touchdowns to call. I'm not
that guy. But man, that was a slog on Saturday
night and early in the morning. How do you announce
that drop? I just say, we're having some trouble with
the football. You tell them to build a package show

(19:43):
and everybody dropping the ball. The funny thing was like
it was an empty stadium because of the protocols in Hawaii.
It's an island. If a bunch of people get sick,
they can't just ship them to another state or bring
in a bunch of doctors. It's it's an island, so
they have a different way of handling things. And they

(20:05):
didn't have anybody in the stadium, and they had our
feed And this happened sometimes with kind of more of
a smaller school. They just had the game feeding back
to their big gass scoreboard. So you imagine like all
the players just standing there watching the packages that we
kept putting together over and over and over again, and

(20:29):
it just got contagious. It was a pandemic of drops. Yeah,
but that it's over now and San Jose stayed, escaped
and survived. But that's a tough trip. Yeah, no, no,
no doubt about that. It can also be a tough
trip going to Pullman, Washington. Uh, Petro, It's not not
sure if you solve that. But oh yeah, I know

(20:51):
what happened the the USC didn't they fired This is
actually true. They fired their security guy years ago. They
hadn't been to Pullman since, and he's the only guy
that remembered how to get off the plane in Pullman
because it's a smaller plane, and so they all ran off. Well,

(21:13):
they didn't open the back door that you got to
open up at the same time and get everybody off
at the same time. Otherwise you do the hydraulics like
you're rolling in your six four. And they just popped
up in Lewiston, I know. But they went in and
one they came back. You'd expect the USC to win
that game, and you'd expect him to win the game

(21:33):
and Pullman the way they wanted. But kind of the
script of how it happened was very unique. Yeah, definitely
was Another unique place to land a an aircraft would
be in Well State College, Pennsylvania. Here we go, h
what did you did? I mean, did you catch any
of that aburn? Well, you know, I was deeply concerned

(21:57):
about the night and a four, which was my Maryland
Illinois clash. How do you feel about that? Uh? Maryland
pretty explosive to his little brother, tal Leah is a fun,
twitchy player. They always have great perimeter Yeah, and they
have him. They have a Dante Demons. Uh, so they

(22:20):
have They always have great perimeter play and really good
perimeter play on the defensive side of the ball too,
And it looks like they're getting better up front. Illinois
obviously not a great football team, but that was a
recipe for any team to have a disaster right opening
of the conference on the road at night on a weekday.

(22:44):
That's you know, and you just played Howard, so you know,
I mean they did survive, but and Maryland's got a
big week night matchup coming up with Iowa, which will
be interesting on a Friday night on Fox as the
early part of the Big Ten. But yes, I saw
Penn State a little bit beaten up on the the

(23:05):
Auburn Tigers under the new coach from Boise, Brian Harson,
and they looked formidable. Now it's you've beaten Wisconsin and Auburn.
Has that got you in the top five yet? No,
it hasn't. That's unfortunate, it really is. Though. It's a
crying shame, man. I I think personally the eight people
was something against Pence. They don't know what it is.

(23:27):
I can't can't imagine what it is. But Petros, I
gotta ask you about, well, get something. I gotta ask
you about what's what's been thrown out there. In regards
to the head coaching search there at usc U, Dion
Sanders became potential candidate at least right coach Pride. Could

(23:51):
coach Pride? Could he work at at usc I can't
honor that with an answer. I don't know. I mean,
I think usc is looking for a program builder, and
I don't really know if coach Prime has proven that
he's got the ability, didn't do that. Yet I think
USC has gotta They've got to dig deep and make

(24:14):
less of a of a splash higher and more of
a we need this for the next ten years of
the TV deal as a conference type of higher. And
if they went and hired coach Prime actually would be
so absurd that I think I would come out the
other end in full support. But I didn't know that.

(24:38):
I mean, I think the Penn State coach would probably
be bet, don't do that. Let's let's revisit Prime, Like, no, no,
I'm not gonna let you do that. Yeah, let's go
Like think about this. You're you're talking about get a
guy that that is a more program builder. I mean,
you guys don't give guys time to build programs that
what are you talking about? It was seven years watching

(24:59):
Clay Hell. He fired fifteen assistant coaches. Is that not time? Like?
What do you want? I don't, I don't know. It's
just so much turnover. This it's it's the last three
coaches at USC have been fired in the middle of
the season. It was seven years for Clay House, seven
seven years of ineptitude and a guy that everybody knows

(25:24):
can't hire staff. The first two people Clay Helton called
when he got the job, when he got the actual
coaching job, and they pulled the interim label off him
and Pat Hayden hired him. The first two people he called.
Now you have to think, like, who's the first two
people you would call if you got a head coaching job.

(25:46):
Who would coach pron call? Who would he call? Michael
Irvin and Emmett? You know, like, who are the first
two people you would call if you got the USC
job to up The first two people Clay Helton called
was his brother and his father's best friend, and they

(26:07):
were both at Western Kentucky and he brought them in.
They but they both ended up having to be fired
like a slew of other assistants just to keep Clay
Hilton is like this paper figurehead in charge at USC.
It's obviously a formula that just didn't work. You don't
run a program like that. The first two people you

(26:29):
call have to be like Tom Herman and Brett Venables.
They you have to make people tell, you know, in
a situation like USC. When it comes to Franklin Sony coordinators,
has he fired? Though offensively, there have been a lot
that we haven't been good on offense since UH coach Moorehead.

(26:52):
Le Morehead was the man bro still is an organized Yes, yes,
still is and and so well. They don't throw it
to the wide receiver, but that's more of a crystal
ball thing at Oregon, but they have They have two
xpen state coordinators in the Northwest. One is on the
only hope in the Northwest for the college football playoff
at this point in the season, more Headed Oregon. The

(27:14):
other ones the dude Donovan at Washington who's just about
to walk the plank into the sound. They are struggling.
I don't know why you would pull any of those
guys to another program. To be anc they just haven't
been good since more hit, So I wouldn't be concerned
about that with with Frank. Just be concerned about someone else.

(27:36):
Don't okay, I don't bother, don't doesn't matter what I say, Pop,
don't even put it out there. Man, I don't want
go back to coach pros. I was trying to pull.
I was trying to I was trying to pull the
conversation together. No, no, no, not that one. You guys
are trying to make me say something meaning Yet who

(27:59):
else to suggests a Coach Prime for any job ever,
other than the job that he had he was he
was a Florida stay by the way. By the way,
the reason why I think Coach Prime would not end
up at USC as if he takes another job, it
would probably be Florida State. They have more money. It's
the recruiting talent, it's his alma mater. They've already kind

(28:19):
of made a run at Florida State has more money
than USC They've got a lot more than I think
you realize. Yeah, I look up the endowments. Sure put
it this way. They borrofed money. But they've been cash
strapptive late, right, I mean, why did they get rid
of Clay Helton sooner because they didn't have any replacement
or they didn't have enough cash. They want to buy

(28:40):
him out because they wanted control of the program. They've
always had the cash. I mean, look, if you ever
been to any universities, like they're always constantly rebuilding, like
they're the only places that look good in the world
right now, like every universe, like you go to a
university or like, oh look, it's very different from the
last time I was here six months ago. They've built

(29:01):
seven new buildings and eighteen new endowments, and they're still
calling everybody and asking for money. Don't ever give your
money to a college ever they call you hang up
seriously like it's better just to throw your money down
to a toilet. My god, so they could build something else,
like all they do is build unless they put your

(29:21):
name on their like, give my name on there. They
got an al Colling's building at SCZ. Really he didn't
do anything wrong, you know, no, I mean he's just
a job. In fact, he did everything right. Actually, yeah,
he did do something. He was aiding in a better
technically technically, he was helping him get to where he
was trying to be. My favorite part of it was

(29:42):
Uber before Uber. Yeah, but they had the phone call
and you know how we have to be guilty to
be aiding. I'm just saying that. I don't know, it's
just kind of a don't can we go back to
coach bro. I would like to mention when Al Callen's
was driving and they had the recording of when the

(30:04):
cops are like, you know, he's like this a c
I got OJ in the back. Yeah, they were like, uh,
They're like, who excuse me? Who is it? Who I
am totally made it about him in that movie. You
don't know who Al Collins, You're still a sidekick, ac.

(30:26):
It's Petros, Papa vegis Am five seven the l a
sports Fox college football analist. Petros. We appreciate it, thanks
so much. He's always ever find his phone they got
stolen from the locker. Yeah, yeah, whatever happens his jewelry too,
they were they returned all of it. Maybe it's a

(30:48):
homeless guy at USC. They said it was. If there
was that bum at USC. Well, they said it wouldn't
happen at USC. I've called me SC game this week.
Don't make me talk about the homeless pay returner. Excuse. Yeah,
very good. I just hope you talking about coach bro.
I'll throw it out you know what, I'll throw it
out there. I'll put I'll put coach Prime on my

(31:08):
board of candidates for the game. You know, coming out
of the second quarter. Okay, what do we got here?
We got Matt Campbell, we got Luke Fickle, we got
the guy Joe Brady and the NFL. We got coach
get him on Twitter at THET. We appreciate a man.

(31:30):
Let's do it again soon Franklin. Stop can we dump that? Stop? Stop?
Stop that dump that there is great one needs to
hair that. I think you'll get fickle lot of it though,
Like I think that's how the chess pieces move. I
hope so they away from State College. Man, yeah, I said,

(31:53):
did we get anything accomplished on that interview? Though? I mean, well, yeah,
I mean we know we brought up the homeless guy
that was there. We got a way of saying, Coach
Prime that that is a dope sound bite, like I think,
I mean, it's not the wildest thing. Like obviously, I
think he couldn't think you're onto something, Brady. I I listen.

(32:14):
I know, Pops is like being trying to be as
literal as possible in that moment. But dude, Coach Prime
could be like the best thing that happened for program.
Would have to be dependent on his staff, but aren't
every Every head coach has to be dependent on their staff.
And he could get he could get it. He could

(32:35):
get the type of staff that could run a USC.
They would get all the recruits. No, I mean, there's
every recruit in America. And by the way, here's the
only other thing that I think when when you say, oh, well,
like we need to get a coach here who can recruit.
First off, it's Southern California recruits itself. And now with
n I L, you just have to have to spend

(32:55):
the money. Like forget who the head coaches. I don't
care if it's Prime or anyone else. All you have
to do is write a check to these kids for
n IL money and they're coming. Like you just have
to be able to get on your checkbook and and
and write bigger checks than your competition. It's not hard
to recruit anymore that now that everything is basically legalized
in regards to name, image and likeness and how you

(33:16):
can kind of skirt around. You know what really has
become now at Away Pro Model, it's two pros and
a cup of Joe. Here on Fox Sports Radio, LaVar
Arrington Brady quip knocks. When a train hits a vehicle
at a railway crossing, the results are often deadly. Be
cautious a crossings and if the signals are going to
be tempted to try and sneak across the tracks even

(33:37):
if you don't see a train stop. Trains can't brought
to you by Nitza. Coming up next, We've got a
lost and found situation in the NFL. We will investigate.
It's yours. Right Here on fs ARE, it's two Pros
and a cup of Joe. Here on Fox Sports Radio,
it's LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn and Jonas Knox. If you
missed any of this show, you can check out the
podcast afterwards. Uh in some you know, interesting discussions here

(34:00):
surrounding Monday Night football. You know, a debate over the
size of beer and all sorts of good stuff here,
So I'll make sure you check that out Right now, though,
it is time for something we do on the show,
and it's called this How could you not get to?
These stories? Are the scraps? And for that we turn

(34:20):
it over to our executive producer, Lead the Lab to
find out what the hell we've missed so far. Lea,
all right, you guys, we've been talking a lot about
that Monday night football game and Aaron Jones getting four touchdowns.
First touchdown, he h he posed with Senior Cheesehead and
in the second touchdown he got his Lambeau leap. But
what you might not have seen was that he was
donning a necklace that had his father's ashes in it.

(34:42):
His father passed away back in April, but unfortunately he
lost that necklace in the end zone and the crew
is looking for it. Wo. I mean, talk about a
good gesture going wrong. Go ahead, Brady, take it. No.
I always wonder why players way are things of significance
onto a football field, Like I would never put it

(35:05):
at risk, and anything that is that valuable to me,
I'm not taking onto the battlefield, you know what I'm saying,
Like I don't even know if I'm gonna come back
with my right arm. I'm definitely not taking something that
has that sort of sentimental value to me. I mean,
that's a tough one because guys wear jewelry all the
time and get through the games, and but man, it

(35:27):
never worked out for me. You know, I wore air
rings in practice and would lose them in practice, and
then I just stop wearing air rings altogether. It was
just too frustrated, didn't they Like they'd get cameras everywhere,
they couldn't like, you know, you know, zoom in and
find out where he dropped this, Like at least at
he'st trying to identify my situation. I mean, I mean
hopefully he has more ashes. He's happy that. I don't

(35:50):
think it works that way. Yeah, sure it does. You
you might have a larger you know, a larger container
an iron for for that. Do you think there's his
coffee grinds? Come on, man, are you serious an iron
before and you're going to open them up? Yeah? I
mean I've had plenty of dogs. I've I've I've cream
made it so you could open it up if you

(36:12):
wanted to put more into it. We're gonna have to
go there. This is too deep of a conversation. No,
I'm saying, come on, LaVar, you know he's gonna bring Yeah,
he's gonna brings. I'll tell you my dog. Don't worry
Brady like six years ago, though it was way longer
than that week. Every time I think I've get over,
Brady brings in. Did you cream made him? I don't

(36:34):
know what they did with him? Did you have this
whole story? It was? It was? It was a favorite dog.
You won't get another because of it. Yet he didn't
do anything with the body. No, yes, I got I
got his pop print tattooed on my arm. We don't
need I hear you, coach. We need more dogs. I do.

(36:54):
I do want to challenge though the fact LaVar like
there might be more to earn somewhere, Yes, but there
might not be. And if there's not, that's bad or
you're using someone else's ashes. But think about it, if
you put a little bit in your necklace jewelry, there's
probably If you cremated him, there's probably a main one

(37:16):
somewhere else. This is really weird. It's a story just
trying to give a happy ending to understand man, that's like,
you know, people are sitting in a drive through trying
to get breakfast. We're talking about dead bodies and a necklace,
you know what I mean. I'm just trying to give
an happy ending to the story. He could replace. It's
hard to get happy ending. Yeah, I hope he finds

(37:38):
it and the ground lighter side. The lighter side is
he could get another one and not wear it in again.
They hire people to shovel snow during the wintertime there.
They need to hire people to get out there and
find that. That's important to get out there, do your part.
But if they don't find it, then his dad is
technically a part of Green Bay, lambeau Field. The frozen tundra.

(37:59):
He didn't say he wanted his father would like that. Well,
there you go, see, being pardoned gen zone. There are
some positives to this, alright, come on, come on, shame
on us for not getting this. Yesterday we saw the
Browns beat the Chiefs in Sunday night football. Hollywood Brown
had a couple of fans in the stands too, to
be exact, two girlfriends the Ravens. Right, yeah, Brown, Brown

(38:23):
was the man in the game. I'm sorry, Hollywood. Hollywood
Brown supposedly allegedly had two girlfriends at the game, but
he also has a main chick though, right, Yeah, I
like I prefer a woman, you know. I don't know
how did this become Okay, how did this become public?
Because the wags all stick together? What is a wag?

(38:45):
They both they both posted on social media? Oh boy?
Now were they close to each other? Were they sitting
near each other? Who had the best seat? I don't know,
because I mean, listen, see, the smart thing to do
is you ask a buddy in the away team and
you get tickets from yeah, because then you know they
won't be sitting in the same section. Yeah, I think
that's the social media I just want to survive, ye,

(39:07):
bless good luck, good luck with that. No solution here
from me. Have fun on snap face kids doing it
with so many guys,
