Hurricane Milton is vacillating between a Cat 4 and Category 5 storm and is forecast to make landfall in Florida late Wednesday or early Thursday. Counties along Florida's west coast have been ordered to evacuate, as the area tries to recover from the devastation left by Hurricane Helene.
