In response to the questionable and unprofessional commentary from MA State Police trooper and lead investigator Michael Proctor revealed during the Karen Read Trial, the Massachusetts Association for Professional Law Enforcement (MAPLE) is calling on Gov. Maura Healey to do an overhaul of the MA State Police. Dennis Galvin, president of MAPLE says the Read Trial is revealing some “serious professional issues” and that a forced receivership of the agency should be considered. Do you agree?
