Thousands of protesters against the war in Gaza, gathered outside Union Station in Washington, D.C. to protest Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress. The protesters were heard calling for Netanyahu’s arrest, lowered American flags and burned them, then proceeded to raise smaller Palestinian flags in their place. Vice President Kamala Harris condemned the “despicable” actions of the protesters, calling them “unpatriotic” and filled with “dangerous hate fueled rhetoric.” We broke down what occurred there in D.C.
