Karen Read Case Heads to MA Supreme Court - NightSide With Dan Rea

Earlier last week Karen Read’s legal team filed an appeal with the MA Supreme Judicial Court to drop two of the three criminal charges against Read. The appeal argues that “double jeopardy protections of the federal and state constitutions” bar prosecutors from retrying Read on charges of murder and leaving the scene of an accident
