Boston’s Budget Woes - NightSide With Dan Rea

In an effort to avoid a 30% property tax increase for Boston homeowners, Mayor Michelle Wu has proposed a three-year tax increase for commercial properties. Commercial property values have dropped, some stating, because of the increased work-at-home model. Greg Maynard, Executive Director of the Boston Policy Institute, says the city needs to find new sources of growth and joined Dan for discussion.
