The cost of natural gas is on the rise again as cold weather, production challenges, and rising export demands squeeze supplies. Natural gas futures jumped 13.66% as storage falls 5.3% below the five-year average. Why are delivery fees so high for gas and what's being done (if anything) to help ease the financial hit?
