Trump’s Ongoing Battle with Harvard - NightSide With Dan Rea

The latest in the ongoing battle between the Trump Admin. and Harvard University includes an effort by the Trump Admin. to bar the university from using the Student and Exchange Visitor Program for not complying with their demands to supply information on student visa holders. Harvard followed up with a lawsuit against the administration for violation of the First Amendment, the Due Process Clause, and the Administrative Procedure Act, to which a federal judge temporarily blocked the Admin. from revoking Harvard's ability to enroll international students.
