incredible speeches they ever heard. I looked at this and
I said, it was full of platitudes. It was bland,
no vision, no bold ideas, warmed over Bidenism, as I

are half of it or whatever. Third of it was

her biography, and it was lie after after lie. So
I looked at that speech and I'm like, you gotta
be kidding me. They're selling you know, they're not selling
a political candidate, They're selling a product. And as I
said earlier, it felt like a long infomercial. But many
of you are saying, at least the those that are

but the reality is Kamala Harris is not eligible to

Kamala Harris as we speak, so she can speak to
that particular issue, what she's already acquiesced to in several notices.

That's up to her. But she's also illegal according to
the US Coach. She can't even be put on the
ballot because of her ideology. She's pushing communist ideology, which
is forbidden by law. So we have to make a
decision as people. Are we willing to allow somebody who's
violating the Constitution openly and notoriously, which is against the law,

understand your point about communist ideology, But your point about
she's not eligible to be president. Are you talking about
the fact that she's not, in your view, a natural
born citizen as is defined in the Constitution historically because

her yes, her parents were here legally a question, but
they were immigrants. In other words, they were not citizens
when she was born. They came on student visas, both
her mother and her father. In fact, Kamala even admitted
that in her speech yesterday. You know she was My
mother came from India, she came on a student visa.
My father came from Jamaica on a student visa. They

met at university and eventually the product was me and
my sister. So is it the fact that they both
were not citizens. They were here on a visa, and
a natural born citizen requires that at least one, if
not both, your parents are citizens of the United States.
Am I wrong on this run?

No, that is absolutely correct, and they actually both have
to be citizens of the United States. And this is
very clear. The founding fathers, first of all, said that
we had to have somebody who did not have any
divided loyalties, and they did so in John Jay's letters
of Judge Washington clear what they meant by natural born citizen.
They wanted somebody who had undivided loyalties to America. And

the only way to get undivided loyalties to America is
to have parents who reared you as an American, who
loved America themselves. So the only place that natural born
citizen at that particular time in history was actually defined
was in the Law of Nations. The Law of Nations
by Vitel was not only quoted repeatedly by the founding fathers,
the Supreme Court at the time went to Vittel for definitions,

and that also was enshrined in our Constitution, Article one,
section eight as a part of our Constitution.

Interesting, so this is not even debatable.

And so the Supreme Court themselves has gone to the
definition of Vittel to describe natural born citizen. There is
no controversy. There is no doubt. She is none natural
born citizen. She's not eligible, period, full stop. There is
no other option. None.
