Speaker 1 (00:00):
Six seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight is
the number. Okay, are we now in a judicial or
constitutional crisis? That is now the question?

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Sixty one seven two six six sixty eight sixty eight
is the number. This is from Michael on messenger, and
it's half tongue in cheek, but I think he's really
got a super point, Jeff. It's just a matter of
time before some district judge, a rogue judge, blocks President

(00:34):
Trump from moving our troops and military equipment because no
one has the balls to step up and say anything. Bingo, Michael.
Look as I speak to you now, Trump is now
ordered punishing, punishing, missile, drone and airstrikes on Houthi rebels

(00:55):
in Yemen. As you know, they have been harassing and
attacking a American ships, commercial shipping, attacking freedom of navigation
shipping lanes through the Red Sea, which is one of
the most important waterways in the entire world. And Trump
is saying Biden didn't do anything. I will I cannot

(01:17):
allow global shipping and especially American shipping, to be paralyzed.
We're talking about literally hundreds of billions of dollars. And
so he is now pounding the houthy rebels who are
backed by Iran. And so I'm telling you it's just
a matter of time before some judge says, no, you
don't have the right to do that. No, I'm sorry.

(01:40):
You have to cease your bombing or your missiles being launched,
and you got to stop, and I got to decide
whether you can bomb to Huthis or not. Like that's
literally the stage that we're now approaching. You know, there
was a joke. I mean someone mentioned it yesterday, but
I saw it on the Babylon Bee. Those two great

(02:01):
heroes from SpaceX, Sonny Williams and Butch Killmore, who are
sorry Wilmore, Butch Wilmore and Sonny Williams who came back
and were rescued by Elon and SpaceX. And by the way, Elon,

(02:21):
I thought, did again a phenomenal job. This is a
great American story. They were stranded in space for nine months.
I don't know how they survived, for God's sake, something
out of a Hollywood movie. And Elon sent up a
SpaceX rocket, the Dragon, and rescued them and they landed,

(02:42):
thank the Lord, safely yesterday off the coast of Florida
and the Babylon b had a joke. No judge steps
in and orders that they turn around and go back
to SpaceX. When I first saw that, I'm like, did
they judge? I'm not kidding. I was like, is this
a joker, like because you can almost half believe it,
or did some crazy moon bad judge say, nah, this

(03:06):
is going to make Trump look too good, It's going
to make Elon look too good. Biden left them stranded
up there, He left them, talk about leaving them twisting
in the wind. He was going to let him die. Literally,
he was going to let him die. And here you
have Trump and Musk to the rescue. And some judge

(03:27):
may say, well, you don't have the power to do that,
or this may be offensive to the aliens, or did
the aliens give their approval to rescue these two people?

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Really?

Speaker 4 (03:39):
Who knows? So, no, you can't go up there. You
have to go back to the space station. We're not
allowing you to come back. This is a dictatorship. Who
the hell is Trump to rescue people in outer space?
So I thought, is this a joke or is this serious?
Because that's a lot of control all they've become. Now,

(04:04):
what is the link There is a key link between
Bosberg and Roberts, and let me tell you what it is.
And this is beyond shocking. John Roberts, Chief Justice Roberts.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
Is the one who personally placed Judge James Boseberg, remember
on that PHISA court that was secretly spying on Trump
and Trump's campaign. Well, who do you think put Judge
Boseberg in charge of that? It was Roberts. So Roberts

(04:46):
was the one who personally appointed and placed Boseberg to
sit on the PHISO court that Robert stamped all of
the illegal spying, the illegal by warrants, the illegal surveillance
against Donald Trump and the Trump campaign in twenty sixteen,

(05:09):
twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen. Boseberg is roberts guy. And Roberts
is the one that put him essentially in charge of
the FISA court, Spy on Trump, spy on Carter Page,
spy on his top people. We've got to get dirt

(05:31):
on Trump, which, by the way, completely illegal. Illegal. Now,
by the way, so in case if you're wondering why
Roberts is now lighting his own credibility on fire, why
he's destroying his credibility to defend Bosberg, from impeachment investigations.

(05:55):
Now you know why, because they're both sickest theeves. Boseburg
has been out to get Trump. He's part of the
anti Trump, so called resistance, that criminal cabal going back
at least a decade, and Roberts, through the as a
puppet master in the shadows, has been helping to be

(06:18):
one of the key players organizing this attack on Trump
and this resistance to Trump to sabotage and destroy him.
That's why now he's putting everything on the line to
defend Boseburg. God forbid, don't impeach him, because if you
impeach Boseburg, it goes all the way up to Roberts. Now,

(06:42):
the question that needs to be asked, how does a
guy like Boseburg, whose daughter is making money, whose firm
is making money off of preventing mass deportations, including those
of mass convicted falons, convicted criminal illegal aliens, How is

(07:07):
this guy allowed to make decisions affecting the President of
the United States and deporting three hundred of the most dangerous, deranged,
vile criminals who are part of a designated foreign terrorist organization,
and he's able to bring the President to his knees.

(07:29):
How is this not a screaming conflict of interest? And
number two, how is this guy allowed to be put
on the PIZI court to spy on Trump illegally and
we're supposed to defer to his rulings And Trump is

(07:50):
not even allowed to call for his impeachment after this
guy is clearly out to destroy him and committing crimes
to do so in the process. And finally, Chief Justice
John Roberts, so you were the one that we're putting
all these anti never trumpers on the FISA court. Let

(08:13):
me ask all of you. It is a showdown at
high noon between Chief Justice John Roberts and Frankly now
a rogue judiciary, or to be more accurate, rogue judges
who are now tearing apart Trump's authority. It is Trump
versus Roberts. Who do you think will win and who

(08:34):
do you side with in this conflict? Arthur in Chestnut Hill,
Thanks for holding Arthur, and welcome.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
Good morning, Jess. Hi Arthur, Well, you know, when Obama
was president, the way that he handled things before the
Congress I found very interesting. It was the first time
anybody did things the way he did. He basically every
time he was called on the carpet. Uh. And you know,

(09:05):
I was brought up, and I think the rest of
us were brought up to believe that if you were
called before Congress for for misconduct, you know, it was
important and you needed lawyers and you had to be
you know, it was it was something that mattered. But
all that changed with Obama. He gave everybody the finger.

(09:26):
He says, what are you going to do about it?
And and that's the same way that Biden handled anything
anytime he was given a judicial uh uh the directive
he said, he gave them the middle finger. And Trump
hasn't learned from that. Uh. So basically all he needs

(09:49):
to do it just because everything gets to the Supreme Court.
If it's a matter of decision, a conflict, now either
either we bring it or they bring it. If if
we bring it, what what does that mean? We waste
our time? And in the meantime we have we're doing
what they what they want us to do. Uh. But

(10:11):
but but getting nowhere and and uh and we're violating
the oath that we took. And the oath that we
took is to protect the people of this kind of
the country and to carry out the will of the people,
something that these people are not doing. And the fact
that and the fact that they were not elected, what

(10:32):
do we listen to them for? We should ignore them totally.
I I remember well when uh uh, when Trump uh
turned around and fired Comby he fired, called me after
Rosenstein sent him a letter telling him to fire, a
two page letter telling him why he should fire, call me.

(10:53):
And after he fired, called me, he turned around and
hired a special consul to investigate why if I had
called me? And I said on another show, I said,
what is Trump to put paying this for? He should
fight a special console because he did what he was
told and something it should learn from this. When you're
in the right, you do what's right. Never mind what

(11:15):
these other people are telling you. They are in the
wrong and they are not judges, and they shouldn't be
listened to. When when you're doing the right thing, just
continue to do the right thing. And while he has
the power and it's a short window, he needs to
turn around and clean up the selection fraud. He's finding

(11:38):
he's finding out you know everywhere, we're finding out about it.
And he needs the Attorney General to have to turn
around and get a bunch of lawyers and go after
these people. They will turn around and they will appointment.
This is the only chance we're ever going to have,
while we can, while we have actual people in there
who are representing this And this is the first time

(12:00):
in my lifetime that I have actually seen a government
that is for the people. Can you imagine a person
like We're lucky that we have somebody like Elon Musk.
I mean, this man is a god. What he's given
up and what he has done for this nation, and

(12:21):
the fact that he's being insulted for it, and he's
being insulted for it by the media. If this was
another time in history, they would be erecting statues to
this guy. I have never seen a man do what
this guy has done for this country and what he
has sacrificed for this country, and the kind of scum

(12:42):
that goes after him, the kind of people that can
do this to a man like that. A disgusty No.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
I agree Arthur on every level what he's done for
this country. But here, let's just take yesterday. I mean,
you know, helping to say those two astronauts, you know,
Butch and Soon and Sonny I mean and he's practically
single handedly resurrected the American space program after Obama destroyed it,

(13:14):
gutted it basically, you know, just just eliminated it. And
the private sector, led by Elon, Yeah, with some government funding,
but for the most part, the private sector, led by
Elon has now resurrected our space program and you know,
and we're doing miracles in space. I could just go

(13:35):
on and on and on. He's an American hero, there's
no question. And the Left is out to I mean,
did you see this a Tesla dealership in Vegas, Because
now there's terrorism being unleashed against Elon in Tesla. A
Tesla dealership in Vegas was torched, lit on fire. They're

(13:55):
going around now lighting Tesla's on fire. They're just they're
burning them. It's arson after arson attack after arson attack.
And so there was a vicious attack at a Tesla dealership.
Tesla after Tesla after Tesla just lit on fire. Because
the Left is saying, we've got to take out Elon,
We've got to bankrupt him, we've got to destroy his business.

(14:17):
And if you see him, kill him, I mean literally,
they've put a bounty on his head. There's an they
want to assassinate Elon Musk And here, look, I got
more stuff that It just keeps breaking all the time.
Now you've got judges going after Trump. I mean they're
going pretty soon he's not gonna be able to do

(14:37):
a thing. Now you've got judges coming after Trump. This
broke saying that he cannot get rid of USAID, that
he can't even cut programs in USAID, So pretty soon
he won't. By the way, he can't even lay people off.
You have another judge that ruled he can't even literally

(14:58):
he can't even fire people the federal bureaucracy. He's got
to rehire all of the thousands of people that he
and Elon fired. So really, what's the point of having elections?
I mean really, so an election means nothing. You elect
the president, it doesn't matter because district judges now, low

(15:19):
level judges now believe they have more power and they
can overrule the president of the United States. I mean,
you want to talk about a threat to quote unquote democracy,
This is it, as always, Arthur, thank you for that call,
CJ in Boston. Thanks for holding CJ, and welcome.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
Thank you for taking the call.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
Jeff.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
Chief Justice Roberts didn't have a problem. When they impeached
Donald J. Trump twice. He didn't have much to say
when they repeatedly were calling for Chief Justice Clarence Thomas
to be impeached. But one of your previous callers touched
on this. But it was mentioned on your show several

(16:05):
years ago on this adoption issue, which at that time
was an immigration issue, on how we got those children
to the United States. That could be what has happened here.
If you remember Chief Justice Roberts initially turned down Obamacare.
Two years later when he came up, that's when he

(16:25):
approved it, and that's when it was mentioned on your show.
And I haven't heard it again until the gentleman just
called about an hour ago and mentioned it again. There's
no doubt that they have something on Chief Justice Robins,
There's no doubt about it. What he should have done
was he should have told his judge if you don't
understand what the executive branch's powers are, then you should

(16:48):
step down. And the judges doesn't doesn't understand that should
step down. What Trump should say the Chief Justice Roberts
is that maybe you should be impeached. You we don't
tell these people what to do. But what I would
do if I was president.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
Trub CJ, do me a favor. We're up against a
heartbreak and you hang on. I want to come right
back to CJ. Okay, this is clearly now a watershed
moment in Trump's young presidency, in his second term, you
now have law fair. It's a different kind of law fair,
but it's clearly lawair now being waged by these rogue,

(17:25):
out of control activist left wing judges. And one of
the biggest is Judge Bosberg. He now has blocked Trump
from the porting listen to this foreign terrorists trend. Their
Aragua the most ruthless, violent, brutal criminal gang in the

(17:46):
entire Western hemisphere. And he's now saying even though they're
here illegally, even though they've committed the most heinous crimes,
including as I've mentioned on multiple occasions, they were the
ones responsible members for the murder of Lake and Riley,
for then the gang rape of a twelve year old girl,
Joycelyn Nungare, and then they killed her. In fact, they

(18:10):
cut her body up to pieces, they mutilated the body.
That no, these people should not be deported, even though
there were a threat to national security, there were a
threat obviously, to public safety, to American citizens, to law
abiding citizens. They have been rampaging in our country now
for years. It doesn't matter. Boseburg says they must stay.

(18:35):
And they now say this judge now claims he has
more authority over national security, immigration, and American foreign policy
than the president himself. Now, I'm telling you, if this
is allowed to stand, Trump's presidency is finished, and potentially

(18:57):
the presidency itself as an institution finished. And I just
want to I know CJ's on, I want to go
back to CJ, but I want to read something that
Stephen Miller, one of Trump's top advisors, said on X
quote there are nearly seven hundred unelected district court judges.

(19:24):
If the most extremist of these judges on any given
day decides he is in charge of the executive branch,
then Article two of the Constitution democracy and government itself
cannot function. And as most of you know, but just

(19:46):
for the few of you you don't, Article two is
literally that a section in the Constitution that created or
describes and defines the executive branch. So basically, we don't
have an executive branch. If this is allowed to stand,
the executive branch is newtered, it's finished. So democracy can't function,

(20:09):
Our government can't function, the presidency, the executive branch itself
can't function. And in another post by Miller, because he
was on fire, this is what Miller wrote. Then he's
completely right. He said, Look, I want you to think
about this quote. It's the equivalent of Marxist university professors

(20:34):
being able to unilaterally veto edit, or override the exercise
of presidential authority. Now, this is what's at stake, and
they're willing now to destroy the republic, destroy our constitution,
destroy frankly, and I know we're republic, but democracy itself, because,

(21:00):
as many of you are pointing out on the text line,
what's the point of having elections? Really, seriously, what's the
point if an election means nothing, if a popular mandate
means nothing. Because all these district judges here another one,
here's another ruling. Remember Trump banned Now clearly he is

(21:21):
the commander in chief, he can decide and set standards
for the military. Well, remember he banned transgender members from
being in the military. Nope, a radical left wing, rogue
activist judge has now said that that ban has been overturned. Indefinitely.

(21:41):
So whether the Commander in chief wants it, whether the
Defense Secretary wants it or not, the US military now
must allow for transgender members to serve and to give
them taxpayer funded sex change operations, so that they're taking
his in tire agenda and they're destroying it piece by

(22:04):
peace by peace. So the counter argument is, but let
the process play itself out, Jeff. We have to respect
and revere the process, Jeff. The process a year, two years,
three years, four years. You know how long these things

(22:27):
take as they wind their way to the Supreme Court.
If the Supreme Court decides to even take them, you know,
they punt on many of these decisions or on many
of these rulings or issues. There's no guarantee the Supreme
Court is going to take any of this up. So
we're going to allow an out of control judiciary and

(22:50):
the executive and the legislative branch is just what just
supposed to stand back and say we'll get logate. No no, no, no, no, no,
I'm sorry that that doesn't work that way. It's not
what our founding fathers intended, it's not what was done
in the past, and it's certainly not what should happen. Now, agree, disagree?

(23:12):
CJ in Boston. CJ, you were building up to your
ultimate point. If you had the president's ear, you would
tell him, and then we got cut off by the brake.
Please pick up where you left off.

Speaker 3 (23:27):
Ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore these judges and have them take
it to the Supreme Court just like they did. If
you can remember when the CDC said during COVID, no
one has to pay their rent. Jeez, I was saying
that people, Jeff, what what you know? What power does

(23:47):
the CDC have about somebody not paying their rent? Well,
it took two years to get to the Supreme Court.
What did the Supreme Court say? CDC did not have
the power to say, don't pay your rent. That That's
what Trump has to do with Star Staltstar. But I
think he has to do more than that. What he
has to do is could you imagine the Chinese on

(24:08):
Long Beach, on the beach, the Russians on Revered Beach.
The President gets a call, Miss the President, we're being invaded. Well,
send out the military, get the planes.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
Up in the air.

Speaker 3 (24:20):
Gets a call from a Circuit court judge, whoa, whoa, whoa?
Hold on, wait a minute, there mister President, I'm going
to stop this. I want to know exactly what's going
on Roberts. If Roberts doesn't do it, every conservative chief
justice on that Supreme Court should come forward today and

(24:40):
tell Roberts that he needs to apologize to the president.
If you can impeach the outstanding president of the United
States twice write the Democrats say no one is above
the law, then you're going to impeach this This judge
James I sickname, by the way, is Jeff Jim Bosberg.

(25:02):
This guy should be thrown off the bench along with
the rest of these socialist judges that they really think
about this, Jeff, if the Chinese were coming on the
beach and the Russians were coming on the beach, well
that's a threat. They're really not a thread.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
Now.

Speaker 3 (25:19):
The greatest threat right now to the security of the
United States of America are these judges in lower courts
not only overturning the will of the people, take away
the power of the executive granted the presidency of the
United States. That is what's very serious here. And for
Roberts to come out and defend this judge, he should

(25:42):
be thrown off the bench. Never mind impeach. I think
the rest of these conservative judges should grab him by
the arm and they throw him out. But you have
to ask, why is this happening. Why is this happening
to trump overwhelming victory seventy seven million votes. I mean,
he did everything right to get elected, do everything that's

(26:03):
going on. The people who are proving why are they
against them? Well, that's corporate America and that's big business, Jeff.
They are the ones that are running the laws, and
these judges in the United States, they are the influence day,
the influencers telling these judges to stop anything that this

(26:24):
guy does, and it just cannot continue. It cannot continue
because these judges are letting go murderous rapists, deeves, terrorists.
That's what this judge is standing up for. That's what
these people are standing up for. And the mainstream liberal

(26:44):
media you can catch that anywhere you look on television,
this standing up and quite whoa he has to answer
these just these judges.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
No he doesn't.

Speaker 3 (26:54):
He doesn't have to answer. Let's use the Biden rule.
Don't answer. You just don't answer these people, and they should.
The point Jeff, here is these judges, if they were
smart enough to be on the bench. It's smart enough
to know that they can't overstep the authority of the

(27:14):
executive branch. And the President of the United States nailed it.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
CJ. I've got to ask you this because you're on fire.
The fact that Roberts, we now find out, literally appointed
placed Bosberg on the Pisa Court and to spy on Trump,
and that Bosberg was the one who led the charge
on the very Pisa Court that was illegally spying, rubber

(27:41):
stamping these warrants, illegally spying on the Trump campaign, and
then illegally spying on the Trump presidency in his first term.
Number One, why is Roberts now clearly working in the shadows?
Now he's out of the shadows, but has been for
years to just destroy and undermine Trump? Why is he

(28:03):
determined to destroy Trump? And two Bosberg was involved in
the illegal surveillance and spying of Trump. How can this
man remain a judge and how can this man remain
a judge and have his ruling respected when he's clearly
a partisan who engaged in illegal, criminal activity to take

(28:24):
down the President of the United States. I mean, CJ,
am I wrong, No.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
You're one hundred percent right, Jeff. And if Donald Jump
wants to give full transparency as to what's going on,
he's got to say loud and clear and bring that out.
You were the guy that appointed this guy, and Shage
of the PISA warrants to go after me illegally, you
were the guy to do it. Why are you is

(28:50):
that the reason? Why are you defending him? Go right
after Robbers is what he needs to do. Because I
have found out throughout life is that when your enemies
go after you and you laid back and you don't
come back twice as hot, they come twice back twice
as hot as you. And Trump I thought learned that
in his first presidency. Well he needs to do now.

(29:12):
He needs to go after Roberts and expose Robits for
what he did on those visa Lawrence and the people
right now, this is a coup, a coup to overthrow
the presidency's agenda in this country. It is a political
coup and it's being led by Roberts.

Speaker 1 (29:33):
Dropped the Mike CJ. This could be caller of the week.
Thank you very very much for that call. Really powerful call. Okay,
very quick. Many of you been asking me to play
the cuts. Let me play the cuts. Here was Trump yesterday,
and I'll do it quick because I want to go
to the jam phone lines six one seven two six
six sixty eight sixty eight. He was on with Laura

(29:55):
Ingram on Fox News and so she asked him, point blank,
you've got this out of control, Judge Boseburg. He's preventing
you now from deporting the most dangerous, barbaric, brutal criminal,
illegal alien gang members, trend of Uragua, foreign terrorists. And

(30:18):
you've got you know, he's got no jurisdiction to do this.
What are you going to do? Are you going to comply?
Are you going to challenge? I know you're calling for
his impeachment, but how far are you willing to go?
Listen to Trump's response, Roll cut one, Mike.

Speaker 5 (30:39):
When this is leading people to wonder whether there are
court orders that you will defy because you believe that
the judge has no jurisdiction or their political questions and
not justiciable at all. And what would you say to that,
Are there circumstances where you would defy a court order?

Speaker 2 (30:55):
Well?

Speaker 6 (30:55):
I think that number one, nobody's been through more courts
than I have. I think nobody knows the court's any
better than I have. I would say the Chief Judge does,
but nobody knows them better than I have, and what
they've done to me. I've had the worst judges. I've
had crooked judges. I have judges that valued Mara a
Lago at eighteen million dollars because that benefited his case,

(31:18):
because he wanted to see me convicted of something. I
have judges that were had relatives making millions and millions
of dollars on the election, ruling on the election now.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
So in other words, he's going after all these corrupt judges.
He's right, But Laura Ingram is like, m you're getting
a little bit off a field here, mister president. I
need you to answer my question. They're issuing these illegitimate,
unconstitutional court orders that are now clearly intended to undermine

(31:53):
and sabotage your presidency, to cripple your presidency. What are
you going to do? Are you going to defy? Are
you going to comply? What? What is your strategy? Listen
now to Trump's answer, roll cut one a Mike, going forward,
I had judges did fire a quarter up? Is that

(32:15):
we all know that was out?

Speaker 6 (32:16):
I never did defy a court owner, and you wouldn't
in the future. No, you can't do that. However, we
have bad judges. We have very bad judges. And these
are judges that shouldn't be allowed. I think they I
think at a certain point you have to start looking
at what do you do when you have.

Speaker 1 (32:30):
A rogue judge.

Speaker 6 (32:32):
The judge that we're talking about, he's look at his
other rulings, I mean, rulings unrelated but having to do
with me.

Speaker 1 (32:40):
He's a lunatic. Now you talking about Bozburg. Well, yeah,
he's spined on you. Yeah, he's a lunatic. You better
believe he's a lunatic. And his daughter's even crazier than
he is. Okay, but but you know, let that go.
But the point is Trump is now saying he's not
going to defy these court orders. He's got quote unquote comply.

(33:02):
That's why he's saying. Look, I'm pushing for impeachment. So
what he's saying is I want Congress now to step
up to the plate. Congress is now going to start
to have to kick the judicial branch back in its
proper place, because Congress can draw up articles of impeachment
against the judge, not just against the president. Congress can

(33:23):
impeach any judge that it wants, And so he's basically saying, hey, look,
you know I'm always being attacked as a dictator, so
I don't want to come out and say I won't comply.
So if i'm if I'm going to be forced to comply,
then I want you in Congress, you start initiating impeachment
proceedings against these out of control, runaway, rogue, radical judges.

(33:51):
I think he made a mistake. You are my honest opinion.
I think he made a mistake. You don't give judges
that kind of power where they know, ah ah, he's
gonna comply, no matter how outrageous or how how much
power we're usurping, no matter how much the extent of
our overreach and sabotage and power grab, it doesn't matter.

(34:17):
He's gonna comply, and we can drag this out in
the appeals process. I think he's got it backwards. With
all due respect to the President, ignore him. I agree
with CJ. Ignore, Ignore, Ignore, Force these judges to take
it to the Supreme Court. Not you, not PAMBONDI, not

(34:38):
your DOJ. Let them do it. They made their ridiculous ruling.
Let them enforce it. But that's my opinion. I want
to hear from you. Six one seven two six x
sixty eight sixty eight is the number, Sandra in Boston.
Thanks for holding Sandra and well them.

Speaker 7 (35:01):
Hi, Jeff, Hi, thank you for this show this morning.
You have opened my eyes on some things. When Peter
Navarro was put in leg irons, it was a judge.
I believe his name was a mere Meta and I
kind of looked him up to see what his biography was.
He was born in India. But what really surprised me

(35:24):
was that he was appointed to the Pfisa Court by
John Roberts. He was also he played a robust role
in the January sixth debacle. He put a lot of
those people in jail too. I think it's time for
Congress to take a good hard look at what's going

(35:44):
on with the Piza Court. There were those four hundred
unmaskings during the Obama administration. Lot's going on.

Speaker 3 (35:52):
What do you think, Sandra.

Speaker 1 (35:54):
I think you're putting your finger on something that is
so important. I think many don't realize just how important.
It is. Piza is the camel under the tent, the
camel's nose under the tent for the entire surveillance state.

(36:14):
That's how they've been spying on us for years, violating
our civil liberties for years, digging up dirt on political
opponents for years. It's all being done in secret, in
the shadows, because you know FISA is done. It's behind curtains.
It's not a public court, so we have no idea

(36:36):
who they're spying on and why. And so it's basically
a blank check to the deep state to go after
anybody they want to go after. And you're right, Roberts
is putting key judges in there, people like Boseburg who
were spying on Trump, spying on his campaign, spying on Americans,
spying on the Catholic Church, spying on conservative spying on

(37:01):
political opponents of Biden or of Obama. It's basically become
now the Stasi or the KGB. That's what it's become.
And you mentioned Bosberg in January sixth. The audience needs
to know this because you're completely right about Bosberg. Julie Kelly,
who is I think the best point person, brilliant book

(37:23):
on j six, leading expert on January six she said
people don't know who Judge Bosberg is. He was one
of the most rabbid judges, rabbit judges that sentenced what
is it, over seventy J six ers to rod in prison.
He was the one that gave a slap on the

(37:44):
wrist to Ray Epps. Remember him basically the undercover FBI
agent or FBI informant or whatever you want to call him,
who is there seen urging people to storm the capital,
storm the capital, come on, take it Pacourt and where
everybody was wondering what happened to Ray Epps, they put

(38:06):
him in front of Bosberg slap on the wrist. He
hardly said anything or did anything to Epps and Bosberg
in those rulings against the J sixers where he had
the maraut and jail for nothing ten twelve, fifteen years
said that J six January sixth was an insurrection incited

(38:31):
by Trump and Trump supporters. This guy's not a judge.
He's a rabbit, anti Trump partisan and Democrat activist masquerading
as a judge. This guy's a complete disgrace. He's out
to destroy the J sixers. He helped essentially to free

(38:53):
Ray Epps. He was secretly spying on Trump
