Respiratory infections are on the rise again in New Zealand, as RSV, the flu and Covid-19 are blending together as a 'tripledemic'.

The lack of restrictions this year has put people at risk of being exposed to coughs and colds again, as more freedom and opportunities to travel are putting people at risk.

Naturopath and wellness expert Erin O'Hara recommends practicing hand hygiene, getting rest and hydration and staying home to prevent the spread of germs.
