Experts have warned the 2023 hayfever season could be worse than usual, as El Niño kicks in.

After a damp and rainy start to the year, El Niño brings drier, warmer weather- with enhanced pollen production.

Naturopath and wellness expert Erin O'Hara says environmental factors are difficult to control, but medication, air filters and regular cleaning can mitigate the harm.
