Georgia Lines: Kiwi musician on the release of her new album ‘The Rose of Jericho’ - The Sunday Session with Francesca Rudkin

Kiwi singer/songwriter Georgia Lines has emerged with her debut album.

The Rose of Jericho, featuring lead single Grand Illusion, was released last Friday, to a slew of positive reviews.

She says the album was influenced by the hardest times in her life - but she hopes listeners will be able to interpret it in their own way.

"I feel like anyone that listens to the record is going to interpret the songs and go - oh, this reflects or puts words to something that's happened in my own life. And I love that, cause I'm like - I really hope you can listen to these songs and find your own kind of meaning."
