Wellbeing expert and Golden Yogi owner Erin O'Hara joined Tim Beveridge this week to discuss her 10 simple tips for ​making your diet healthier and helping you to lose weight:

​Limit snacks
Slow down when eating meals
Don't drink your calories - Limit alcohol & sugary drinks
Drink enough water - Are you thirsty or hungry?
Eat real whole food and avoid "Diet foods"
Eat more greens - lunches and dinner 1/2 a plate of green vegetables.
Cook at home more often and prepare your lunches
Increase your physical activity
Get enough sleep
Eat from smaller plates​
