Have regular checkups with your doctor - Regular checkups and screening tests can spot disease early, when it is easiest to treat - heart disease, prostate, colorectal, etc
Regular Exercise
Stress Reduction
Watch your weight
A healthy diet - For heart health and weight management, it’s important to eat foods that are low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt, and added sugars.
Sleep - have at least 7-8 hours per night
Don’t smoke
Drink sensibly - no more than 2 drinks a day and have some alcohol-free days every week.
