asked faculty in students to call university police if they
see federal officers on campus. Christian Collins with Texas Youth
Summit says this is part of a larger trend.

Actually, AM has always been considered a very conservative university,
but I feel like the laft and liberals have crept
into Texas A and M and really hijacked it on
so many different issues, and then especially this issue. You
know they're not following the law, they're not willing to.

He hopes it's reversed now that former state Controller Glenn
Hagar has taken over as chancellor. Hagar released a new
statement saying university police will always cooperate with federal officers.
