There is a big fight that is happening right now
over Donald Trump's nominees. Democrat representatives are going to try
to trigger a vote on releasing the Health Ethics report
on Matt Gates, even though Matt Gates is no longer
in the House. Sean Casteen, a Democrat from Illinois, says,

(00:23):
you will soon attempt to trigger a vote before all
House members on whether or not to release the Ethics
Committee report into President Act, Donald Trump's Attorney general nominee
former represented Matt Gates.

This after the Health.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Ethics Committee disagreed on whether or not to release the
report on Wednesday, Casten said he would use a privileged
resolution to mandate a four vote on its release. The
vote would be mandatory within two days of Caston introducing
the bill, saying this, given the reports that the Ethics

Committee will not release the Gates report today, I will
shortly excuse me introduce a privileged resolution to require a
vote by the full House of Representatives on its release now.
Politico first noted that Caston was committed to this path
if the Committee did not agree to publish that report.

A key fact is that they say, the key fact
is that Gates has left the House of Representatives, and
as House Speaker Mike Johnson has pointed out, it would
be set a new precedent that is highly unusual for
reports to be released after members resign.

I'm going to strongly request that the Ethics Committee.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Not issue the report because that is not the way
we do things in the House, Johnson told reporters last week.
And I think that would be a terrible precedent to set.
Politico highlighted Gates resignation when pointing out a critical difference
quote unquote between a previous instance of a member trying
to force the release of an ethics report regarding another

sitting member via a privileged resolution, which Casson's office attempted
to frame as quote unquote precedent. Casson's office said, there
is president for this move. They go back to cite this.
In nineteen ninety six, Representative John Lewis, a Democrat from Georgia,
introduced a privileged resolution to force the Ethics Panel to

release its report on alleged misconduct by then Speaker New Gingrich.
The House voted then to kill Lewis's move on the floor,
and the committee was not forced to release its preliminary report.
But there is a critical difference between that and Lewis
president and Gage situation. Gingrich was a sitting member of

the House and Gates has resigned. Therefore he is not
If Casson does move forward with a privileged resolution, Republicans
will have the opportunity to kill it before it is
voted on. So the question now is, and I think
there's a very high probability, a very high.

Chance that this could happen, is that.

This report will be leaked to the press, maybe in
its entirety. Democrats don't care about the rules, and there
is some staffer that might have access to this report
that might do exactly what happened in the Supreme Court.
Remember when the Supreme Court and it was leaked that

Roe v. Wade was going to be overturned the opinion.
That was a day of shock at the Supreme Court.
And yet the people that were investigating it, the deep State,
couldn't figure out or find out who they say actually
released this like they couldn't do it. They literally couldn't

figure it out. Now, I don't think anybody believes that.
I don't think that anybody actually thinks for a second
that they couldn't figure out the FBI et cetera, who
released or who leaked that Roe v.

if not in its entirety. If Democrats can do this,
if they can pull it off, they will do everything
they can. Now Democrats are just losing their minds right now.

got to hear some Republicans actually say that there is
a standard that they want this president to meet. Until

that happens, you have to assume they're going to roll
over him like they rolled over on so many other things.

about RFK Junior and what, you know, the things that
he has said about vaccines, about medical science. I think
there is a real concern that he you know, it
poses a potential threat to communities around the country that
some of these you know, these lects officials have to

go home to their families, to the people they know,
to their neighbors, and deal with the ramifications of somebody
running HHS who doesn't believe in medical science. So there's
a lot of concern about him too. There's concern about
Tulsi Gabbard being at d and I being, you know,
quite literally in charge of America's intelligence secrets and being
somebody who has.

from August twenty twenty, where they say RFK Junior was
implying that the US government might have actually planned the
COVID pandemic.

investigating COVID the way we should investigate COVID or should
have investigated COVID, Maybe that's a better way of framing it,

But they say that he's claiming it was America that planet.

of the pandemic. Every question should be asked in the pandemic.
We were lied to on every front. We were allied
about the origins of the COVID nineteen pandemic.

they said was true. I mean, they said that COVID

put this back in context of what was going on
in the world. Go back and look at twenty twenty
compared to twenty twenty four, four years ago. It was
a very very different time. What were we doing. We

telling you don't go see Grandma over Thanksgiving. There were

husbands that weren't even allowed to be in the room
when their child was being born. In the hospitals, there
were people that were dying who didn't get to give
their loved ones a last hug. They were having to
say their last goodbyes to their family or to their aunts, uncles, moms,

they had COVID. I don't think it's crazy to remind
people the entire world shut down. So is what RFK Jr.

twenty when we were shut down Donald Trump's president. COVID

was a lie. Doctors, for goodness sakes were lying to us.

take it, And We found out afterwards that doctors were
getting massive bonuses for hitting quotas in different hospital systems,

medical systems getting massive bonuses for the number of people
that they were vaccinating. I don't even remember if in
twenty twenty we were even at the point of a
booster shot and they said, oh, the booster is going
to help, and there was like virtually no effectiveness of it.

to start releasing findings on people that have resigned from Congress,

we can go way back and start releasing them, the
speaker saying this would be a terrible precedent. I agree
it would be. I absolutely agree that it would be.
But I expect these reports on Gates to get leaked.
I have no doubt in my mind at this moment

it's in its entirety or partially, because Democrats don't care about law,
the rule of law. They don't care about that. They
only care about winning at all costs. We've seen that.
Look at what they did to Donald Trump. Do you

gonna leak this report that are that were the same
people that were saying we should leak the report on
Roe v. Wade and undermine the Supreme Court. Never forget that,

your radar screen, and that is as ICBMs apparently are

to hit inside of Russia, and Russia's obviously responding to this,
and things are getting or ratcheting up very very very
quickly because they want to hand a dumpster fire to
Donald Trump. You want to know what the Senate's doing
right now? Democrats are still in charge the Senate. The
Senate shoots down a Bernie Sanders effort to block the

sale of artillery to Israel. Democrats right now before they
lose their majority, and the radical left and the Senate
shot down not one, not two, but three proposals that
were brought forward by Democratic centers to block the cell
of artillery and other weapons to Israel. What's even more

shocking is that eighteen people went along with this, which
would only benefit the terraces Iran, Hamas and hes Blot.
The Senate rejected the resolute one to eleven prohibiting the
sale of thirty two thousand, seven hundred and ninety one
hundred and twenty milimeters tank cartridges. So this isn't like

some I mean, this is this is like kind of
the bare minimum artillery you need in war. Just so
you know, Okay, we're talking about tank one hundred twenty
milimeters tank cartridges, Okay, consisting of one hundred and twenty
milimeters M one one four to seven high explosive multipurpose
with tracer rounds cartridges which make them more accurate, so

fewer casualties of civilians. So why would you not want
them to have that as well as one hundred and
twenty of the M eight three to zero a explosive

to have anything to protect and defend yourself against terrace

Ukraine and Russia, they're saying no to Israel being able
to defend itself, which is a hardcore ally of the
United States of America.

Take a look at this ICE has arrested three illegal
immigrants in Massachusetts. Two have been charged with child rape,
one convicted of the same exact crime in Brazil, same

The Massachusetts governor recently centered state would not cooperate with
President elect Trump's mass deportation plans US Immigrations and Custom
and Enforcement ICE, as it's known. Boston announced on Wednesday

the arrest of two illegal immigrants who had been charged
with forcibly raping children in Massachusetts, as well as a
third individual who was convicted of raping a child in
Brazil and was hiding in the US after being caught
and released at the US porter.

The arrest come after the Massachusetts governor Seder state would
not cooperate with President elect Donald Trump's immigration enforcement efforts

This is again Ice logged an immigration arrest with a

Great Barrington Police Department. Later that month, he was arraigned
in the Southern Berkshire District Court and held without bail.
The charges were elevated to the Berkshire County Superior Court,
which honored the immigration detainer and released him into custody
on November fifteenth, after he posted bail. This man is

stands accused of the most heinous and reprehensible of crimes.

Berkshire County Jail and House of Corrections for prioritizing public
safety and protecting children in the communities they were appointed
to serve.

The third suspect, a forty one year old, is a
foreign fugitive convicted of raping a child in Brazil. He
was convicted in the First Criminal Court in Brazil on
February the tenth, twenty twenty two, and sins to serve
fourteen years behind bars for raping a child, but according
to Ice, the man fled before he could serve a sentence.
On April sixteenth, twenty twenty two, the man entered into

the US near Santa Theresa, New Mexico, without admission by
an immigration official released from Cussey after being served a
notice to appear in court. Ice Boston the rest of
the man on Monday in the northern massachust city of Methium.
He is a convicted child rapist who fled his home

country to evade justice, and we let him into this country.
