Five wildfires are raging across LA and at least two
have died. And the question now is could this be
a product of incompetency in government and DEI reforms putting
people's lives in danger and now an entire city is burning.

have allowed millions of gallons of water from Exos rain
and snow melt from the north to float daily into
many parts of California, including the areas that are currently
burning in a virtually apocalyptic way. He wanted to protect

an essentially worthless fish called a smelt by giving it
less water. It didn't work, but didn't care about the
people of California.

for this. On top of all of it, no water

chief with a goal, not a fighting fires and protecting
people and property. No, no, no, The number one goal
was to recruit more women and gay fires.

She took time out of her already busy schedule to
tell us about her vision for the department's future, one
that includes a three year strategic plan to increase diversity.

Out of thirty three hundred city firefighters, only one hundred
and fifteen are women. Right now, she's already looking at
ways to change that. She's quick to point out that
doing so has a greater purpose attracting the best and
brightest for the job.

They feel included. They feel valued and they feel part of.

A cohesive team.

But Chief also checks another box when it comes to
inclusivity and diversity and this department, she's a proud member
of the LGBTQ community.

That just kind of opens the door of people that thought, oh,
I didn't even know that that was an opportunity.

For me, that reporting coming from NBC for LA. Now
let's get to the fire hydrant issue of no water
coming out of those fire hydrants that Donald Trump mentioned
in his tweet. Well, now on Fox eleven NBC, they're
saying it looks like a third world country.

My heart goes out obviously that the people with their
homes and I'm watching the small businesses around us go
up in plains. You know, this is people's livelihoods. So
it's devastating. But what is most concerning to me is
our first responders, in our firefighters who are trying to
battle this. There's no water in the palatates, there's no

water coming out of the fire hiders. This is an
absolute mismanagement by the city, not the firefighter's fault, but
it's by the city. And I'm going to be very honest.
We've got a mayor that's out of the country, and
we've got a city that's burning and there's no resources
to put out fires. So if you look at your pictures,
you don't see the firefighters there because there's nothing they

can do. And it looks like we're in a third
world country here, and we've got a lot of tough
questions we need to ask the mayor and the city
council and our representatives and the county representatives. Why didn't
you work to mitigate this? What was your brush mitigation program?

I heard you earlier talking about it's been dry because
there hasn't been rained. That's not the biggest problem here.
The brush up in these hills that are controlled by
the city and the county. I would beg you that
if they haven't been handled, mitigated, pruned, removed for probably

thirty or forty years, this was a disaster waiting to happen.
And what's predictable is preventable, And who's paying the price
or all of these people in their homes and their
businesses tonight?

You look at that reporting, this is a third world country.

this is happening. And number two, putting diversity, equity and
inclusion ahead of actually hiring the best people in a

we are now being told by twenty million dollars for
fire service for the current fiscal year and proposed.

twenty twenty four, the mayor proposed a twenty three million
dollar cut in the fire department significantly, they said. The proposal,
described by Bass as a quote reset, included sixty five
million in cuts to our signature inside Safe Homelessness program
and increase of more than one hundred and thirty eight

million for the Los Angeles Police Department is well crime
has gone out of control, and then a cut of
about twenty three million for the LA Fire Department. So
this is what you get America when you decide to
put diversity, equity inclusion ahead.

And now the people are dying and the homes and
businesses are being destroyed in La I want you to
take a listen to Jonathan Hunted Fox News Channel as
he is in Pacific Palisades talking about just how bad
things are there. There is an entire condo or apartment
building behind him that is being burned to the ground.
As he is doing this report, he is wearing a

mask because the smoke is so bad. He has goggles
for his eyes because the smoke is so bad.

Ongoing destruction of an entire neighborhood. As you look behind
me here the house directly in front of us was
a two story house just about an hour ago, as
you can see now reduced to nothing but rubble. And
if you look to the left is Brian Pan's left.
That is the next home down the street, a multimillion

dollar home, a huge home that one now completely ablaze.
Not a fire truck in site. Firefight to simply don't
have the resources right now to conte and you fighting
every one of these fires, saving every one of these properties.
It is a question of saving lives. And I want
to give you a sense of how this has gone
all day. We arrived here hours ago, these two.

Then we watched as the front of these collapsed into
their front yards, and then the flames spread to the
ones we were just showing you further to the left.
It's quite an apocalyptic scene. And as you look over
as Brian spins up into the sky, you can see
the sun trying to rise there in La at what

is now nine in the morning, just obscured by those
intense clouds. We're seeing more walls collapse as we speak
here on this particular building. But this has been going
on now for close to twenty four hours, and it
has been an absolutely terrifying scene for so many families.
Some in the Pacific Palisades Highlands area where my daughter

Way, has friends there.

Family were trying to get out on what is basically
a one way in, one way out neighborhood. They were
told by firefighters, too many people are in the street,
a lot of people that abandoned their cars. The entire
street was blocked.

So they were told go back to your homes.

We will do our best to protect your homes from
the flames that are coming towards you, but we have
nowhere safer for you to go. So they were hunkered
down in the home, flames literally at their front door,
waiting for firefighters, who thankfully were able to eventually save them.
But you can imagine how terrifying this scene is. And
I think what is remarkable about this fire, having seen

so many over so many years here in southern California,
is we often travel thirty forty to fifty miles outside
of La Proper to the two areas where these fires
break out. This is in the heart of the city.
This is Pacific palis Age, a really densely packed residential neighborhood.
So these flames have just spread so quickly, dropping down

onto the trees, embers flying from the trees, flying onto
the roofs of homes, one home after another. As we
just showed you, it's like a domino effect. They just
keep going up in flames, up in flames, up in flames.

put in perspective for you, we spent our scent more
than two hundred and fifty billion of our tax hours
to Ukraine, and yet we can't even get water to
fight the fires in California. California has spent billions on
the dumbest ideas ever high speed rail literally to nowhere,

equity programs which we mentioned, homeless high rises, yes, they've
built high rises for homeless people, and every LGBTQ pet
project you could imagine. But when it's time for the
government to do basic things, they can't do it. This
is the breakdown of the social contract in LA with

the people of LA. And these are the consequences for
voting for these woke liberal life leaders.

Heads explode with some simple but big ideas, one buying
Greenland and offering statehood to Canada the nation, and also
really taking the task the Panama Canal and how they
are screwing American ships each and every time we go

What did Donald Trump actually say, Well, here are his
thoughts on the Panama Canal and what changes he is demanding.

The deal was that you don't have to treat us fairly.
They don't treat us fairly. They charge war for our ships,
and they charged for ships of other countries. They charge
more for our navy than they charged for navies of
other countries. They laugh at us because they think we're stupid,
But we're not stupid. Anymore. So. The Panama Canal is
under discussion with them right now. They violated every aspect

of the agreement, and it's they morally violated it also,
and they want our help because it's leaking and not
in good repair, and they want us to give three
billion dollars to help fix it. I said, well, why
don't you get the money from China, because China's basically
taking it over. China's at both ends of the Panama Canal.

And the fact that we are paying more than other
ships to go through the Panama Canal and then them
demanding millions of dollars to fix it is exactly why
Donald Trump is standing up saying, you're not taking advantage
of us anymore. Now, this also goes back to what
he was saying about Canada. Let's be clear, I do
not believe that Canada is going to become part of America.

I actually think it's epic trolling by Donald Trump making
a point. You guys elected hardcore lefties like Trudeau, and
they have destroyed your country with extremely high taxes, and
they're not looking out for your best interests. Now, the
takeaway on the Canada story is pretty simple. When it
comes to Canada, the people there are now standing up

for themselves again. This all started because of the truckers
that stood up for themselves back when they had the
COVID mandates. And that is when Trudeau clearly lost his country.
And that brings us back to what's happening in Greenland. Greenland, Well,
the people there, they're dissatisfied, they're not happy, and they've
had enough of what is going on in their country.

And that is why Donald Trump saying, hey, if you
want to come and be a part of what we've got,
we're more than happy to buy you. Now, there's also
the other aspect of the story the media doesn't want
you to know, and that is that Greenland is actually
a pretty small country with not a lot of people
that live there, and there's also a major problem with
how Denmark is treating them. That is exactly what Donald

Trump said is he also talked about if we get Greenland,
it is important for our national security as well.

Take a listen, well, we need Greenland for national security purposes.
I've been told that for a long time, long before
I even ran I mean, people have been talking about
it for a long time. You have approximately forty five
thousand people there. People really don't even know if Denmark
has an illegal right to it, but if they do,

they should give it up because we needed for national security.
That's for the free world. I'm talking about protecting the
free world. You look at you don't even need binoculars.
You look outside. You have China ships all over the place.
You have Russian ships all over the place. We're not
letting that happen. We're not letting it happen.

nobody knows if they even have any right, title or interest,
the people are going to probably vote for independence or
to come into the United States. But if they did
do that, then I would tear if Denmark at a

about what Donald Trump said, and after you listen to it,
you actually understand that this is not a crazy idea

the dissatisfaction by the people in Greenland. And this is

How do we know that, because apparently this is a
conversation that came up in Trump's first term in a

very real way they were talking about behind the scenes.
Larry Kudlow, who was in the Trump administration from sixteen
to twenty, said this on Fox Business Channel about what
the President is now proposing and how there is history
behind this idea.

You know, I never thought in my life I talk
with you about acquiring Greenland. But this is how Trump
changes the conversation. And it's kind of this Monroe doctrine.

Two point zero things tell us where by the way,
the Greenland conversation is not entirely not new popped up

First now I know it is there, but talked about this.

I was a big supporter of buying Greenland. We just

to the point, what he's doing is defining core interests
of the United States, core national security interests. Greenland is
a very important place, not just it does have a
lot of rare earth minerals. Yes, but China nos and

around Greenland, Russia nos and around Greenland. You know, we
have a big air force base there. But the Arctic
Battle is a strategic battle, and that's why Greenland plays
such an important role. And it's interesting that so many
I mean, it's only about forty fifty sixty thousand maybe
people who live there, but they'd like their own independence.

And you don't have to buy it. You can make
a strategic alliance for trade and investment and so those
kind of things.

So you have a base and economics. I mean, it
seems like a no brainer.

I think so. And you know what mister Trump is
doing is he's running it down. Look now we're talking
about the Western hemisphere and the Monroe Doctrine, which was
done two hundred years ago. John Quincy Adams codified what
was then called the Monroe Doctrine, codified it into a law.

Canal by force, something that Donald Trump has also not said.

weighing two different pardons, preemptive pardons, for two people that
have not been charged with any crimes. If that doesn't
sound shady as hell, I don't know what is shady.
Joe Biden saying Liz Cheney and doctor Anthony Fauci may

need those preemptive pardons. President Joe Biden's agreeing to the
idea in an interview that he gave with the USA
Today's Susan Page. Receiving a preemptive pardon would indicate an
admission of guilt, although some Democrats claim a preemptive pardon
would only be intended to block President elect Donald Trump
from quote cleaning up Washington d C. In the interview,

the threats to target those, he said in the interview
who have criticized him in Cheney's case, helped lead efforts

Department lawyers, Joe Biden himself, the whole Biden family, Liz Cheney,
Representative Nancy Pelosi, and Adam Kinzinger quote unquote, among others.
In other words, if you were doing things that were

money case. This has clearly gotten completely and utterly out

Supreme Court to pause his sentencing and the New York
hush money case. Trump sentencing is scheduled for Friday morning.
He says it clearly violates the president elects presidential immunity,

forward would be a quote grave injustice and harm to
the institution of the presidency and the operations of the
federal government is what Trump's lawyers have officially written. President
Trump's legal team filed the emergency petition with the United

in the Manhattan DA's which hunt is so what Trump's
spokesman said, referring to the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Now,
the Supreme Court's historic decision on immunity, the constitution and

states that the hush money case and Trump's conviction on

to respond to the Trump team's filing by ten am
on Thursday. The Trump team made the emergency appeal to

Court rejected what is described as a similar petition now
an illegal filing to the appeals Court, Bragg's office argued

that Trump, as president elect quote, has no viable claim
a presidential immunity from the ordinary criminal process. Prosecutors for
Alvin Bragg's office went on to say that Trump is
not yet engaged in any official presidential functions that would

all know that when you're coming into office and you
are the president elect, the whole world changes the way
that they treat you, including by the way our Secret
Service they treat you with protections like you are the
president of the United States of America. Why do you
think all these world leaders are coming to meet with
him at mar Lago. Why do you think he's on
Capitol Hill today meeting with congressional leaders. Why do you

think the media is covering it because the idea that
he's somehow just a normal guy right now is absurd
and everyone knows that, and even our Secret Service admits
it by the way that they protect you after election day.

clear with the Supreme Court that this is something that

Brag's off as saying, well, Trump isn't really the president yet.

sign the water Restoration Declaration put before him that would
have allowed millions of gallons of water from Exos rain
and snow melt from the north to float daily into
many parts of California, including the areas that are currently

an essentially worthless fish called a smelt by giving it
less water. It didn't work, but didn't care about the
people of California.

let's get to the fire hydrant issue of no water
coming out of those fire hydrants that Donald Trump mentioned
in his tweet. Well, now on Fox eleven NBC, they're
saying it looks like a third world country.

My heart goes out obviously that the people with their
homes and I'm watching the small businesses around us go
up in plains. You know, this is people's livelihoods. So
it's devastating. But what is most concerning to me is
our first responders, in our firefighters who are trying to
battle this. There's no water in the palatates, there's no

water coming out of the fire hiders. This is an
absolute mismanagement by the city, not the firefighter's fault, but
it's by the city. And I'm going to be very honest.
We've got a mayor that's out of the country, and
we've got a city that's burning and there's no resources
to put out fires. So if you look at your pictures,
you don't see the firefighters there because there's nothing they

can do. And it looks like we're in a third
world country here, and we've got a lot of tough
questions we need to ask the mayor and the city
council and our representatives and the county representatives. Why didn't
you work to mitigate this? What was your brush mitigation program?

I heard you earlier talking about it's been dry because
there hasn't been rained. That's not the biggest problem here.
The brush up in these hills that are controlled by
the city and the county. I would beg you that
if they haven't been handled, mitigated, pruned, removed for probably

And what's predictable is preventable, And who's paying the price
or all of these people in their homes and their
businesses tonight?

we are now being told by twenty million dollars for
fire service for the current fiscal year and proposed.

twenty twenty four, the mayor proposed a twenty three million
dollar cut in the fire department significantly, they said. The proposal,
described by Bass as a quote reset, included sixty five
million in cuts to our signature inside Safe Homelessness program
and increase of more than one hundred and thirty eight

million for the Los Angeles Police Department is well crime
has gone out of control, and then a cut of
about twenty three million for the LA Fire Department. So
this is what you get America when you decide to
put diversity, equity inclusion ahead.

dollar home, a huge home that one now completely ablaze.
Not a fire truck in site. Firefight to simply don't
have the resources right now to conte and you fighting
every one of these fires, saving every one of these properties.
It is a question of saving lives. And I want
to give you a sense of how this has gone
all day. We arrived here hours ago, these two.

Then we watched as the front of these collapsed into
their front yards, and then the flames spread to the

intense clouds. We're seeing more walls collapse as we speak
here on this particular building. But this has been going
on now for close to twenty four hours, and it
has been an absolutely terrifying scene for so many families.

Way, has friends there.

Family were trying to get out on what is basically
a one way in, one way out neighborhood. They were
told by firefighters, too many people are in the street,
a lot of people that abandoned their cars. The entire
street was blocked.

So they were told go back to your homes.

We will do our best to protect your homes from
the flames that are coming towards you, but we have
nowhere safer for you to go. So they were hunkered
down in the home, flames literally at their front door,
waiting for firefighters, who thankfully were able to eventually save them.
But you can imagine how terrifying this scene is. And
I think what is remarkable about this fire, having seen

so many over so many years here in southern California,
is we often travel thirty forty to fifty miles outside
of La Proper to the two areas where these fires
break out. This is in the heart of the city.
This is Pacific palis Age, a really densely packed residential neighborhood.
So these flames have just spread so quickly, dropping down

onto the trees, embers flying from the trees, flying onto
the roofs of homes, one home after another. As we
just showed you, it's like a domino effect. They just
keep going up in flames, up in flames, up in flames.

put in perspective for you, we spent our scent more
than two hundred and fifty billion of our tax hours
to Ukraine, and yet we can't even get water to
fight the fires in California. California has spent billions on

equity programs which we mentioned, homeless high rises, yes, they've
built high rises for homeless people, and every LGBTQ pet
project you could imagine. But when it's time for the
government to do basic things, they can't do it. This
is the breakdown of the social contract in LA with

voting for these woke liberal life leaders.

What did Donald Trump actually say, Well, here are his
thoughts on the Panama Canal and what changes he is demanding.

and they charged for ships of other countries. They charge
more for our navy than they charged for navies of
other countries. They laugh at us because they think we're stupid,
But we're not stupid. Anymore. So. The Panama Canal is
under discussion with them right now. They violated every aspect

of the agreement, and it's they morally violated it also,
and they want our help because it's leaking and not
in good repair, and they want us to give three
billion dollars to help fix it. I said, well, why
don't you get the money from China, because China's basically
taking it over. China's at both ends of the Panama Canal.

And the fact that we are paying more than other
ships to go through the Panama Canal and then them

he was saying about Canada. Let's be clear, I do
not believe that Canada is going to become part of America.

I actually think it's epic trolling by Donald Trump making
a point. You guys elected hardcore lefties like Trudeau, and
they have destroyed your country with extremely high taxes, and
they're not looking out for your best interests. Now, the
takeaway on the Canada story is pretty simple. When it
comes to Canada, the people there are now standing up

for themselves again. This all started because of the truckers
that stood up for themselves back when they had the
COVID mandates. And that is when Trudeau clearly lost his country.
And that brings us back to what's happening in Greenland. Greenland, Well,
the people there, they're dissatisfied, they're not happy, and they've

want to come and be a part of what we've got,

the other aspect of the story the media doesn't want
you to know, and that is that Greenland is actually

how Denmark is treating them. That is exactly what Donald

Trump said is he also talked about if we get Greenland,
it is important for our national security as well.

I even ran I mean, people have been talking about

thousand people there. People really don't even know if Denmark
has an illegal right to it, but if they do,

That's for the free world. I'm talking about protecting the
free world. You look at you don't even need binoculars.
You look outside. You have China ships all over the place.
You have Russian ships all over the place. We're not

nobody knows if they even have any right, title or interest,
the people are going to probably vote for independence or

about what Donald Trump said, and after you listen to it,
you actually understand that this is not a crazy idea

they're being taken advantage of by Denmark right now, and
the dissatisfaction by the people in Greenland. And this is

conversation that came up in Trump's first term in a

very real way they were talking about behind the scenes.
Larry Kudlow, who was in the Trump administration from sixteen
to twenty, said this on Fox Business Channel about what
the President is now proposing and how there is history
behind this idea.

with you about acquiring Greenland. But this is how Trump
changes the conversation. And it's kind of this Monroe doctrine.

Two point zero things tell us where by the way,
the Greenland conversation is not entirely not new popped up

First now I know it is there, but talked about this.

I was a big supporter of buying Greenland. We just

to the point, what he's doing is defining core interests
of the United States, core national security interests. Greenland is
a very important place, not just it does have a
lot of rare earth minerals. Yes, but China nos and

around Greenland, Russia nos and around Greenland. You know, we
have a big air force base there. But the Arctic
Battle is a strategic battle, and that's why Greenland plays
such an important role. And it's interesting that so many
I mean, it's only about forty fifty sixty thousand maybe
people who live there, but they'd like their own independence.

And you don't have to buy it. You can make
a strategic alliance for trade and investment and so those
kind of things.

So you have a base and economics. I mean, it
seems like a no brainer.

doing is he's running it down. Look now we're talking
about the Western hemisphere and the Monroe Doctrine, which was

was then called the Monroe Doctrine, codified it into a law.

Joe Biden saying Liz Cheney and doctor Anthony Fauci may

need those preemptive pardons. President Joe Biden's agreeing to the
idea in an interview that he gave with the USA
Today's Susan Page. Receiving a preemptive pardon would indicate an
admission of guilt, although some Democrats claim a preemptive pardon
would only be intended to block President elect Donald Trump

Supreme Court to pause his sentencing and the New York
hush money case. Trump sentencing is scheduled for Friday morning.
He says it clearly violates the president elects presidential immunity,
as outlined in a Supreme Court decision in July that,
according to Trump's legal team, allowing the sentencing to move

forward would be a quote grave injustice and harm to
the institution of the presidency and the operations of the
federal government is what Trump's lawyers have officially written. President
Trump's legal team filed the emergency petition with the United
States Supreme Court asking the court to correct the unjust

actions by New York courts and stop the unlawful sentencing
in the Manhattan DA's which hunt is so what Trump's
spokesman said, referring to the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Now,
the Supreme Court's historic decision on immunity, the constitution and
established legal president mandate that this meritless hoax be immediately dismissed,

is what they wrote in the filing. The legal filing
states that the hush money case and Trump's conviction on
these quote thirty four fellony accounts is on poor legal footing.
Part of the evidence used at trial to secure the

he actually takes the oath of office January the twentieth,
quote the doctorate of sitting president immunity shields Trump from
criminal process during the brief but crucial period of presidential
transition while he engages in the extraordinary, demanding task of

of America. The filing also states, again they're going back
to this is unprecedented.

Supreme Court Justice Sauta my Orb ordered Alvin Bragg's office
to respond to the Trump team's filing by ten am
on Thursday. The Trump team made the emergency appeal to

Court rejected what is described as a similar petition now
an illegal filing to the appeals Court, Bragg's office argued

that Trump, as president elect quote, has no viable claim
a presidential immunity from the ordinary criminal process. Prosecutors for
Alvin Bragg's office went on to say that Trump is
not yet engaged in any official presidential functions that would
be disrupted by the sentencing. Now, the reality is, we

all know that when you're coming into office and you
are the president elect, the whole world changes the way
that they treat you, including by the way our Secret
Service they treat you with protections like you are the
president of the United States of America. Why do you
think all these world leaders are coming to meet with
him at mar Lago. Why do you think he's on
Capitol Hill today meeting with congressional leaders. Why do you

think the media is covering it because the idea that
he's somehow just a normal guy right now is absurd
and everyone knows that, and even our Secret Service admits
it by the way that they protect you after election day.
Now President of the United States, Trump also make it
clear with the Supreme Court that this is something that

Brag's off as saying, well, Trump isn't really the president yet.

will this have political ramifications for the Democrats. They lost
