(00:00):
Now, last Friday, President Bidencame out in supported the Senate's deal,
which we haven't seen yet. There'sno text yet, but from what we've
heard, this so called deal doesinclude that does not include, sorry,
does not include, from what we'veheard, these transformational policy changes that are
needed to actually stop the border catastrophe. Among the reported details of the bill,
again, I'm working off reports becauseI haven't seen the text, but

(00:22):
apparently reportedly a new authority would becreated in the law so the president can
quote shut down the border once dailycrossings exceed five thousand a day. Okay,
right, you heard that, right? Okay, So it is illegal
to cross our border. But apparentlywe're concocting some sort of deal to allow
the president to shut down the borderafter five thousand people break the law.

(00:45):
Why is it five thousand? Ifyou add that up, there'd be a
million more illegals into our country everyyear before we take remedial measures. It's
madness. We should we should beasking what kind of enforcement authority kicks in
at five thousand illegal crossings a day? The numbers be zero zero, And
I don't care what congressional district yougo into in America, pull up people

(01:07):
at random on the street and askthem, Hey, should we allow five
thousand people to break our low eachday to get a million out of the
country or should we stop it atzero and enforce our law. It's it's
it's matt. I don't know anotherword to describe this is manness. Anything
higher is simply surrender. Anything higherthan zero is surrendering our border, surrendering
our sovereignty and our security. Wellthat's what it is. But the way

(01:30):
that the media has been talking aboutthis, they act like I read this
piece this morning, I think itwas it was either an access movie as
a daily past. But they're actinglike, oh my gosh, this is
the best chance that Republicans have andfor a million years in order to get
any kind of border stuff done, and they're going to totally punt. And

(01:52):
the way that they're trying so hardto pressure these guys into caving on this,
it's so sad. Welcome back tothe show. Welcome to the show.
Rather, I am still hardcore onthe Struggle Bush, your girls on
the Struggle Bush. Your girl's gota speech to give tonight too. So
yeah, but uh, it's uhThursday, We're almost there. But it's

(02:13):
the shot show stuff. That iswhat it is. Kane's fine now,
I hate you. I could sayI'm fine now and I still have it.
Why do I feel like I've beenhit by a mac truck and you
don't. I guess I'm just coveringit up better than you. I don't
know. I swear you're gonna sithere. I'm not the one that has
to be. I'm not. That'sactually probably the difference. I'm waiting for
it. That's scientifically probably the difference. Yeah, So welcome to the show.

(02:37):
Dana Lash here with you top ofthis very first hour this Thursday,
and a lot, like I said, a lot to get into because we're
I was telling you about this,I was telling you about the border,
the border bill uh with the houseand all that stuff. We were talking
about that yesterday because it's, uh, well, they're they're really gonna pressure,
They're really really going to try topressure these guys, uh to get

(02:59):
this done. And it's it's justit's a well, it's a tird sandwich,
don't. I don't know how toI don't know howse to put it
to you. That's exactly what itis. But we got a lot to
hit all of the latest with immigrationtwenty twenty four, we got some culture.
There's a big victory yesterday with Disney. I mean, victories can be

(03:19):
had. So we're going to jumpinto all of that, and then I'm
going to pay special attention to astory that I wasn't actually going to talk
about because they had to do withair just you know, congressional race in
Texas, and I don't you know, I don't get into a lot of
the nitty gritty primary stuff, especiallywith different congressional races, but this is
an overarching story that I've seen andI've seen become a problem in a number

(03:40):
of different states when you have peoplewho aren't conservative and they aren't registered,
they're not there, or they're brandnew Republicans like but they're still pretty much
like leftists, but they just figuredout a way to try to make a
money on the right and try togriff people when they decide to get involved
in races and make it to whereDemocrats have an easier time of winning because

(04:01):
these people are all they care aboutis just raising money and making bank that's
all it is. And so thishas come to my attention because some people
decided to get froggy. So we'regoing to deep dive into this and talk
about it now. Please know thatevery single time I go to air was
something I already have receipts. Ijust I mean, people can choose how
stupid they want to be with it. But I'm just so tired of this
stuff. And I'm tired of goodpeople who work to death to pay their

(04:27):
bills in this Biden economy, onlyto get taken advantage of by people who
don't actually share their values and onlypretend to be on the right. I'm
so tired of this. I havespent my entire professional career fighting these people.
Fighting these people. That's one ofthe reasons why I helped co create
the modern tea party movement. Andso I'm the fight never ends. It

(04:51):
never ends. So we're going totalk about this. So we got a
lot to hit today as we rolltowards and again, I appreciate all the
kind words and the kind prayers too, And I'll talk about Rockel later,
but especially about this because you guyswere like, oh my gosh, Dana,
you sound like you're dying. Iknow, I'm aware. Actually I
think I sound tougher. I wantto like rerecord all my imaging because I

(05:11):
feel like I sound way tougher likethis, doesn't it? Yeah, sometimes
your voice does go little registered lowerand you do sound a little tougher.
Sometimes I feel like I sound likeI've been in a bar fight. We
should schedule some of your recordings whenthat does happen. Yeah, So all
of our sponsors out there, whenI sound like this, this is this
is when I'm tough. This iswhen I sound super tough, right,
all right, So let's dive intoit, all right. First and foremost,

(05:33):
we got the border battle. Theywere I put this in. I
put this in the rundown. Actuallythat went out this morning. I believe
I sent this. I put thisin the rundown this morning because they were
trying to sort of separate some ofthe They were trying to separate some of
the stuff that they have going inthis thing because one of the big things

(05:55):
was and we want to have ourUkraine funding, et cetera, et cetera.
Johnson says, Yeah, we're goingto try to split all of this
stuff, not because he wants topass it separately, but because he just
wants to get some kind of borderbill pass that's that's that's what he's looking
to do. He just wants toget and border bill passed. That's it.
So I don't know, I don'tthink that that's a taking l on

(06:17):
something. I saw a couple offolks kind of present that as a as
a as a as a possibility.I think that they they thought that that
would pressure Johnson to do the otheryou wanted to be split. I don't
know why you can't have a cleanborder bill in the first place. That's
kind of a major problem with US. I mean you you don't. You
have to be able to have aclean border bill. All tacking all of

(06:38):
this other stuff on is just stupid. So the Senate deal, they the
Senate deal wanted to put the Ukraineaid with any kind of changes, but
the House was like, look, you guys do this. You guys insist
on having this attached and it willbe DA. You hear us DA.
And that's that's the impass that they'reat now. And that's why you have

(07:00):
the media pushing really really hard totry to make it like this is all
just House Republicans that are stopping this. I'm actually looking at some of that
the narrative went out. I mean, they got their talking points, they
totally have the narrative that's out,but that's not the reality of the situation.
I mean, they're they're simply tryingto say, let's have let's separate

(07:21):
it, let's have a clean bill, and if you're insistent on trying to
do anything with Ukraine, you needto make that a standalone thing. That's
all it's been. But Biden,he's I mean, he's I mean,
pushing for this. They think thatthis is somehow, including the Ukrainian stuff,
that this is somehow an actual bipartis in provision. It's not.

(07:42):
So they said that. One ofthe other points of contention in this deal
is that the executive branch they said, well, we're only going to stop
illegal immigration if or the crossing period. We're only going to stop that if
it exceeds five thousand per day, five thousand per day. If it exceeds

(08:09):
five thousand per day, that's alot per day. We had two hundred
and ninety three thousand plus in Decemberalone. That again, that was just
December five thousand. So they said, look, there should be a much
lower threshold if we're going to dothis, and I don't think there should

(08:31):
be a threshold at all. ButI get it, I get it,
I get it. You gotta startsomewhere. We're there, Hey, we're
there. I mean it's we're atfive, aren't we at five thousand a
day? Five thousand a day iswhat one hundred and fifty thousand a month?
Yeah, so if December was twohundred and ninety plus thousand, ye
that month. Well, and Ieven think it's actually over three. I

(08:52):
they think with the godaways that it'sover three h nine was what that was
the figure from border patrol. That'sstill more than five thousand a day.
Yeah, so it should I mean, just shut it down. Now,
what's the harm it shutting it down? Now? My gosh, it's you
know, one of the things Iwas talking to. I was talking to
a conservative friend international business, andthey were saying that the Mexican business owners

(09:18):
are getting mad at Mexico because ofthe way that this is being the way
that this is being handled. Here'swhat I mean. When they do you
remember when they and they still havea number of the crossings reduced, but
do you remember when they shut theborder down to even goods coming across the
border? And that made it reallydifficult for a lot of businesses on the

(09:39):
US side to get stuff. Thatmade it a lot really difficult for businesses
on the Mexico side to send overproduce and other things. One of the
people that I talked to they actuallywork with. I thought this was a
fascinating thing. They actually work withtequila companies with agave sourcing, which I
think is brilliant. I could havetalked about that all day. But what
they were saying is that it's sodifficult a lot of these businesses for them

(10:01):
to get there because they had toredirect all of the resources to, you
know, from these crossing points tothe where they have these the mass illegal
aliens coming across, you know, the more shallower parts of the rio,
and they've had as a result, had to shut down, you know,
some of these entry points, andthat made it to where the lines are
really long, or they only acceptx amount per day, et cetera,

(10:22):
et cetera, And it's really affectinga lot of the businesses on the Mexico
side. So there's discontent that's bubblingup there. Uh. And they said,
they have like produce that's just rotting. They have product that's like sitting
and just sitting out there in thesun. I mean, it's things are
getting ruined. That's going to bedetrimental to their economy. Money talks,
so at some point it's going toforce the issue. But this idea that,

(10:43):
oh, we're only going to haltit if the crossings exceed five thousand
per day is asinine, Absolutely asinine. And as Kane said, that's kind
of where we are now, Like, what did we have just last week?
Wasn't it over? It was?It was like over five thousand per
day I thought last week. Imean when you factor in because this the
left loves to pick at this andthey're in the comments, and then yes,

(11:05):
when you include the Godaways in it, though, it absolutely pushes it
up. So this is this isthe this is the line that they need
to hold. They really need tohold this. I mean, it's it's
so frustrating. So Kathy Hochle suggestingto deport deporting illegal immigrants who attacked the
cops in your Times Square. Wehad this story yesterday because they were just

(11:28):
released. Yeah, they were justallowed to walk. So she's actually,
I mean, they're they're having toreally change their footing on this issue,
and we're going to follow this alittle bit more. We're also going to
look at some of the latest happeningwith Iran and also the whole situation with
CEOs, the tech CEOs, andthe hearing that was yesterday. I have

(11:48):
a piece that came out there wassomething that stuck out to me. The
idea of going after tech companies andforcing them to assume respet responsibility for any
illegal or criminal, whatever irresponsible misuseof their product is the same formula as
going after firearms manufacturers when you havea tragedy because someone criminally misuses that their

(12:16):
product. It is the same formula. It's a different variable, and we're
going to have a conversation about allof that. We also have the latest,
like I said, with twenty twentyfour and Biden repositioning himself on Israel.
So we've got a lot of stuffto hit our partners. He'll bring
you free radio. It's our friendsover at Wise Foods, and Wise Foods

(13:46):
the news you would probably miss. It's time for data's quick five. So
Florida residents who identify as transgender arebarred from changing their gender on driver's licenses
because you can't lie on government docs. Guys, I mean you can't.
You have to. You can't lieon a government You can't be like,
oh no, I'm actually a We'regonna talk about this more because the reaction

(14:09):
to this is insane. You can'tlie on that stuff. I mean,
that's you know, why is whyis that so shocking? Gang? This
is I can't, man, poorSteve, he lives in DC, He's
got to live with us. Gangrelated music videos are being accused of driving
gun violence in DC. So wait, yeah, A new report says that

(14:33):
DC gang members that are making musicvideos taunting their rivals on social media are
the now primary drivers of gun violencequote unquote gun violence in the nation's capital.
I mean, it's still criminal misuse, that's the driver. But they're
saying that they're now incorporating excuse me, making music videos as part of it.

(14:56):
That's like, I mean, whoneeds diss tracks on MPT anymore.
I guess you know, like whoyou just do it yourself. The Criminal
Justice Coordinating Consul, it's this independentgovernment agency. They were the ones who
interviewed more than seventy Metro police officers. And okay, I need to ask
that what is a violence interrupter? That's like an actual Steve you're in DC.

(15:16):
That's a thing, a violence interruptI'm here to interrupt the violence.
Really shack, that's how that goes. Swack you here to your violence interruption
was just interrupted? I feel likethat that's probably like a difficult to ensure
position. Incredible maps revealed where inthe body different types of music are felt,

(15:39):
from sad songs in your chest tohappy tunes in your toes. This
is I don't know who did this. Do you really need to know this
information? Do you need this brainspace to store this? Do you really
or maybe could you use it forsomething else? I don't know, but
they said scientists have done this study. They've revealed where in the body different
types of music are felt. Okay, that's great. The messenger they shut

(16:00):
down, they're gone, and apparentlythey didn't tell any of the staff before
they totally flamed out. Yeah, they just literally just closed. It was
less than a year after they opened. Three hundred people out of a job.
Part of this is because these digitalentities start up and they expand so
fast that they cannot keep up withthe overhead, and their content doesn't match
the overhead, or the traffic doesn'tmatch the overhead, and they do it.

(16:23):
So this happens so often in thedigital space. So a woman peas
in the aisle of a Florida flight, she is charged. She actually can
we was where the bathroom was occupied. It was a Philadelphia woman. She's
sixty years old, and it wason a flight from Orlando to Philly.
The US Attorney's Office for Pennsylvania announced. So she's being charged and speaking of

(16:47):
being charged or rather not. Doyou remember the dude who made the gay
romantical X rated video in the Capitol? Yeah, that guy's not getting charged.
Nobody's getting charged. We're going totalk. Yeah, wait to tell
you about this. We're going totalk about that when we come back.
That's what Jay Sixers should have said. They should have said they were just

(18:36):
what he should have said to thefamilies is I'm so sorry for what we've
done, and we will do better. And the way they're going to do
better is they'll hold themselves accountable.Listen, Mark Zuckerberg's worth one hundred and
forty billion dollars. If he devotedjust ten percent of that to helping victims,
think what he could do for thesefamilies. And by the way,
if he would actually change his platformand not allow pedophiles and six predators on

(19:00):
there, he could do a serviceto every family in America. I'll just
say this, Sean, he seemsto have all the time and attention in
the world to censor conservatives. Facebookleft at the opportunity to censor any questions
about COVID, to label people whohad COVID vaccine questions as potential terrorists.
If you questioned the hunter by thelaptop, they shut you down. But

(19:21):
yet they can't lift a finger totake sex predators off their platform. I
don't buy it. So that SenatorJosh Holly, this was a story we
started talking about yesterday because they hadthat hearing that was in the before the
Senate Judiciary Committee. I sent apiece out about that yesterday. Welcome back
to the program, Dana last yearwith you. I'm recovering from the plague.
I feel a lot better. Thankyou guys so much for your kind
words. You guys are super sweethearts, and it's just it's been so nice.

(19:44):
Thank you. I here's that I'mgoing to. I want to have
a very very clinical discussion about this, because yes, he's right, and
know he's not. And here's whatI mean, because it's so it's so
technical with the algorithms and then goingas on a user basis, and I

(20:06):
say this to somebody who has literallyspent ten years getting kicked around by social
media platforms. I've been I've hadvideos removed, I've been demonetized, I've
been banned, suspended. So Ikind of have a beef right. I
have every right and every justification togo on the war path against big tech.

(20:27):
But at the same time, I'malso an absolute speech purist, and
I also am very antient big government. Not anti government. I'm anti big
government, and that's first and foremost, and that's what I want everyone to
be careful of. That's the perspectivethat I want to enter this discussion through
is big government. Because what doesbig government love to do. It loves

(20:49):
to take a problem, and themore tragic, the better, and it
likes to exploit it to expand controlevery time. So let's look at this
conversation that they had before the SenateJudiciary, because they were talking about the
dangers of online sexploitation and drug useand bullying, and you had these senators,
including Holly, who were demanding thatMark Zuckerberg apologized to the families.

(21:11):
Holly wanted Zuckerberg to pay them compensationI don't know what for. And these
stories, look, there's no sympathylost here. They're heartbreaking. But my
question is how exactly is it Zuckerberg'sfault. So the big thing, and
I think this is Holly's strongest pointis he says, Okay, well,
you know you can censor conservatives, but you can't lift a finger against the

(21:33):
predators. Well let's again, andI know again, I say this to
somebody who's every reason I hate bigtech. And there are predators all over
the internet. If someone is involvedin criminality, if Facebook is involved in
actively assisting criminality by all means, drag them to the woodshed. I have

(21:56):
a problem with that. I don'tthink anybody else does either. But there
is a big differen friends in algorithmicediting. For the lack of a better
way to say it, and then, excuse me going on a user by
user basis. Now, Facebook isso big, and I think in the
very beginning it's really really difficult topolice speech before it's made. I mean,

(22:22):
it's impossible when you're looking at Facebookand Instagram and even X. Typically
something has to be done to apost has to be made, a statement
has to be made, something hasto be shared in order for that legal
line to be crossed or for thatpolicy line to be crossed and someone acts
to suspend that individual. And that'show usually these you know, you find

(22:45):
these people to say that there issome sort of algorithm editing happening that encourages
predation. That's a huge accusation.I'm not saying it doesn't exist. I'm
just saying we got to prove it. We leave as conservatives that you have
to provide evidence. Right, justas we don't like red flag laws,
I also don't like red flagging everythingelse then by all means, take it

(23:08):
to court, press charges and ifit's something of which they're guilty, taken
to the woodshed. But that's abig accusation to make these kinds of platforms
just is it with anything else. They make it easy for predation. And
you know the best counter to that, do you know? The best way

(23:30):
to kind of push back on theease of predation through these platforms is parental
involvement. It's not big government comingin and doing it. It's parental involvement.
If any parent out there allows theirkids unfettered access on social media,

(23:51):
you're a bad parent. It's irresponsible, it's reckless, and it's dangerous.
Bottom line, you would let yourkids hang out, you know, at
a bus stop, in a drugdeal in part of town, would you
completely unsupervised? You got to lookat social media the same way. I

(24:11):
also reject the argument that I hearfrom some folks and they're always progressives.
They get real mad and they're like, oh, it's easy for you to
say, Now, it's why isit easy for me to say? Is
there something that's sort of I havea Am I better equipped at monitoring my
kids than you are? That doesn'tmake any sense. I don't understand that
argument. Monitor your damn kids, raise your damn kids. It's that your

(24:34):
job as a parent. It's notthe government's job. It's not Daddy Mark
Zuckerberg's job. That is the bestway to thwart predation is to be involved
and to monitor your kids. Becausethis is not something that we can trust
the government to do. You're goingto allow the government to come in and
take over the administration of this, the same government that will sooner take your

(24:57):
kid away from you for not allowingthem to cut off their their genitals and
quote unquote transition to a different sex. You're gonna allow that government to come
in and set these, set theserequirements, set these expectations set these regulations.
I mean, come on, guys, got we gotta look at what
we're doing here now. Yes,absolutely, the you know engagement, the

(25:18):
censorship of conservatives, that was analgorithmic thing. Uh that I will say
with x it was an algorithmic thingbecause it's something that Musk has talked about.
They said that there are so manylayers that it's taken them years to
kind of go through all the codeand just clean everything up. With Facebook,
Oh my gosh, I've been targetedon Facebook so many times. I
think it's a lot of their administratorsand that in addition to algorithms. But

(25:44):
pointing this out is not a defenseof the practice. I'm simply saying I
think people need to chill before theyrush into a situation that allows a godless
government that would take your children awayfrom you for not acknowledging their progress of
quote unquote transitioning to set the parametersfor this. That's my whole point.

(26:06):
The Internet is full of good andbad things, and it's the responsibility of
the parents to help their kids navigateit. Blaming third party services isn't the
solution. That's a formula that theleft uses case in point after Uvaldi.
One of the rifles that was usedwas made by Daniel Defense. Now they
were targeted because their product was murderouslyused by a dangerous individual with a known

(26:30):
record of violence and threats and disturbingbehavior. The family that knew, including
the reported uncle that drove the teenagerto go buy the rifle after he was
previously caught doing drive by BB gunshootings and swinging around dead cats and bags.
The family skirted responsibility, but thecompany did not. They went after

(26:52):
Daniel Defense the anti gun lobby. So why was a company responsible for a
minor illegally using its lead product? In twenty twenty one, you had a
racist murderer drive a Ford suv througha Christmas parade and Waukeshaw, killing five
and injuring forty eight people. IsFord responsible for those fatalities? This is
my point. We have to bevery careful now if you, and it

(27:17):
requires this in our republic, bringup the evidence and press the charge that
well, Ford you know, madethis easier because they were involved in this
this or they change the algorithms,or they encourage this predation. That's an
entire issue, sept That's an entirelydifferent issue and one I'm all for.
I believe in capital punishment for childpredators, So you're not gonna find an

(27:40):
argument for me. I think itshould be public and life strained and raise
money for the victims too. You'renot gonna find an argument for me.
But I'm just saying, we gotto be very very careful with us,
and I think some and I likeLook, I like Josh Holle. I
don't agree with everybody on everything, and I hate it that we live in
such a tribal, politically tribal time. And this is what happens when you
get these leftist grifters in the right. You everything gets so politically tribal,

(28:03):
that you cannot have one disagreement, especially in a very important issue that deserves
the sharpening of iron in discussion, without being accused of hating the person or
whatever. I like Josh Holly,I mean, it comes from home,
my home state. I just thinkhe's I just think he went too hard
on this, and I think thathe's I think that he's moved by the
stories that he's hearing from the families, and that it's kind of altering his

(28:23):
perspective here a little bit. Wehave to be very very careful in giving
big government a foothold. Kids haveto have boundaries, they have to have
parental oversight, they have to haveintervention when needed, not free reign on
social media because government and corporations arepoor. Parents can't have it. Now

(28:45):
the other big thing, this iswhat I woke up to this morning.
You guys remember the uh film rightthat was that was made And I don't
even want to bring this story upnow. I can't even believe that this
is a story that we have totalk about in the United States of America
today. Okay, So there wasthe story of the guy who made you

(29:11):
know, the video Kaine, thevideo with in the Capitol. Yeah,
yeah, yeah, it was adultIt was in the heart Senate office building.
What the incident the what Senate?A Senate office building. So this
was Congression real estate that this adulttime was filmed. Yea, So this

(29:38):
was on like this is government property, that's what you're saying, Daily Caller
broke that broke it. When itfirst happened, it was a video and
it was apparently leaked in a sharedprivate group for gay dudes and politics,
and it was in Ben Cardon's officewell, it was like a Ben Cardon's
staffer apparently. And Carden never namedthe guy in question. He just said

(30:00):
it was a personnel issue. Ibet it was. And can I just
say that the video that Getty orthe image that Getty used was a picture
of the off this the Heart Officebuilding with some chlorox and purile on the
counter. I'm dying right now.You can't tell, but I am.
I think it's hysterical. So theysaid, well, there was no evidence
that a crime was committed. SoI just want to let me just let

(30:22):
me just understand this. So youcan go into the Senate Office building,
you can drop trow, you cangive a one eye salute and film yourself
engaging in X rated activities for whichthere is no charge. If you place

(30:48):
your feet on the desk of NancyPelosi, you get six years in jail.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, forunlawful parading. I would say that
that was a bunch of I'm awfulparading over and over again that happened in
the Senate Office Bill. I'm gonnamake jokes about this for the rest of
the show. Are you okay? This is our government, man, It's

(31:10):
like a it's like a soap opera. I was really hoping you wouldn't get
to this in the first hour.Oh I have to. I woke up
to this, so everyone has tohave it the first hour. This is
what this is what I woke upto, so I didn't. I'm just
as shocked as you are that therewere no charges for this. That's nasty.
First off, that's nasty, likehow I mean, I geel,

(31:32):
But yeah, that's maybe. Youknow, the J six people should have
just said we were there to filmporno to share in the gay dude chat.
That's what that's why we were doingnothing. And then and then you
know what would have happened. Allthe Democrats and all the Capitol police would
have been like, oh, ohno, big deal, that's all right,
go ahead, go on, goon through. See problem solved now.
You guys know, in the future, just tell them you're there to

(31:55):
make a gay porno saying we havemore on the way as we have days
of these United States. Although Idon't think anything's going to top this as
we move, nothing's going to topthat one. That's just the way it
is. Our partners over at PatriotMobile, it's the only Christian conservative cell
phone service in the country, andI like that they do business literally by

(32:15):
the good book, and especially whenthey get involved in the political aspect of
it, I think that consistency isincredibly important, especially for people who are
looking, you know, to kindof restore that in our nation. So
it's good to see that consistency applied. But Patriot Mobile wants to save you
money. I mean, that's likea big first and foremost everybody's broke.
I'm not kidding you. Everybody's broke, butter increased again, I'm not lying.

(32:37):
I saw it. I seen it. But they want to save you
money. They also want to makesure you can get free activation using Codata
and they have a one hundred percentUS based customer service team. So when
you work with Patriot Mobile, you'reactually helping to create and maintain US based
jobs and you're getting the best dependablenationwide coverage in all three major networks.

(32:57):
So you're getting the best service inyour area, but without funding the far
left. So visit Patriot Mobile dotcom, slash data or call nine seven
two Patriot and use promo codeine toget that free activation. Make the switch
today. Patriot Mobile dot com slashdata nine seven two patriot. Don't let
Fomo get the best of you.Stay in the loop and ahead of the
curve by following data on Apple,Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts

(33:22):
like SAMs through the hour Glass. So are the days of the United States.
The climate crisis is a health crisisfundamentally, and that actually means it
is a crisis therefore also of ourstability, our security, our economic growth,
and our fundamental future as a globe. When we think about it,
health is fundamental to everything that weare trying to do. The country like

(33:45):
Zambia is now shutting down at schoolsbecause of a call our outbreak that is
from increased rainfall in Malaria is spreadingin areas where it's been eradicated or removed
in many of these countries. Weare losing progress against our sustainable development goals.
This took We have put billions ofdollars towards those goals, and we're
truly losing progress. What is itlike to just be able to go out

(34:07):
and Lewis Carroll carroll your way througha whole bunch of remarks. I mean
the weather, the cholera has startedfrom the weather, and I mean we
really have to have these health opportunitiesfrom the precipitation, and they parked.
Uh uh, you know, thewith the with the snow and the ice
and the weather and the health andthe Zambia such as maps. Who is

(34:30):
this broad John Carrey's daughter, Ohgosh, that makes all the sense in
the world, Vanessa Carrey. Ofcourse, what is with these Nepo babies?
Oh my gosh, Nepo baby ism. I can't look. I get
pretty Tokeville about this stuff. It'sone of his observances that he made when

(34:52):
he was trying to figure out whydid the French Revolution fail horribly compared to
the American revolutions, because we requirea work ethic over here. You know,
We're not like, oh, youlucky roll of the gammyt dice.
Here you go, you get toyou get to get I cannot stand that.
And I hate it when people inthe United States, especially politicians and
people of the establishment class, tryto create these dynasties for their kids.

(35:15):
I can't stand it. I hadsomebody there was a group that I think
I told you all this before. There was a group that asked if my
son wanted to be involved, myoldest son, if he wanted to get
involved and you know, do someyouth stuff. And I was like,
why would anybody listen to him?And they're like, oh, because he's
your son, and like that's astupid reason, Like you I so just

(35:37):
because he he's lucky and uh,you know in terms of the field,
I guess you know how he wasborn, who he was born to him?
Like that doesn't that's not shouldn't bean immediate end. I don't.
I know, he's never hed anyI was like, you didn't even pay
taxes yet? No, because hewas still in high school. Why this
is not gonna happen? Like that'syou got to you gotta earn your way
and you gotta work and you haveto you know, show merit. You're

(35:59):
not you're not just to be givenit. So I said, no,
thank you. I'm like, youknow, it's kind of you thought of
us, but no, we're notdoing that. Not everybody says that,
though. Man, there's so manythat don't. We're gonna talk about some
of them because my hand got forced. So y'all wanted smoke, So it's
coming. We got that coming upin a second hour. Plus, we're
gonna talk about oil and gas becausewe love oil and gas, oil and

(36:21):
gas, oil and gas. We'regonna talk to Todd Stables, who's head
of one of those big orgs herein Texas. Stick with us. You're
in the state that's number one forbusiness in America. Right now, we
have the lowest unemployment amongst large states, highest GDP growth amongst large states.
Is it's so bad that you actuallyhave to live under the same laws as

(36:43):
everybody else, including your competitors.Of course not. This is not a
matter of high principle for them. This is a matter of them trying to
claw back special privileges that they werenever entitled to in the first place.
Yeah, this is right. Thiswas a big victory yesterday Disney's last gasp

(37:04):
attempt went down in total flames.Welcome back to the program. Top of
our second hour. Dana Lash herewith you and we talked about this,
that Reedy Creek, the whole youknow, just a if you've missed it.
And by the way, you canlisten coast to coast. You can
stream the radio program. We havethe video component of the radio program as
well that you can check out ona channel three to forty seven direct TV,

(37:28):
YouTube, Facebook, yes, I'vebeen severely under the weather and recovering.
Thank you for your kind words. The special treatment that Disney received,
the best description of it came fromJonathan Turtley, who said that no other
entity, aside from the Vatican, which is its own city state, had
free reign like that. They gotto sidestep taxes, any kind of development

(37:53):
regulation, environmental right, everything, they got to sidestep everything. For years,
Democrats and Republicans allowed it to happen, and then they Disney started getting
real, real snotty, and itjust so happened that okay, well you
get to you're gonna lose this specialstatus. And so Disney sued and there

(38:15):
were some there were some grifters thatthere. I don't think that they're actually
on the right because they haven't reallyworked for any kind of conservative victories,
but they actually were trying to arguethat Disney should have kept that status.
They're like the big government, youknow, bushies. They they thought that
Disney should have cut that status andthat it was mean because it was DeSantis
doing it and it was the don'tsay gay thing, and it's because it

(38:36):
was it was a vengeance for that. Even though the bill never said that,
and it had nothing to do withit. So Disney decided that they
were going to file suit and retaliate, and they lost. They were trying
to gain control over their special districtagain, and they lost their federal case.
It was dismissed. The companies theirlast remaining hopes of regaining control done.

(39:00):
No, it's just done. Disneywas arguing that the legislation, which
was overwhelmingly passed by Florida state legislatureand signed into law by DeSantis. They
were trying to say that it waslike retaliation and that was just the governor's
one person wore. I mean, you have to have a whole legislature,
but whatever, and excuse me.They had were trying to say that it
was somehow a violation of their freespeech, which is I don't under that

(39:25):
doesn't have anything to do with freespeech. You can say whatever you want.
You're not owed tax exemption, You'reyou're not owed cronious treatment. Are
you high? Is? Did thehunter Biden cocaine get in your system?
I have no idea how people couldmake that argument. So they've already lost.

(39:46):
They lost the battle over their specialdistrict. They kept saying, oh,
it's going to lead to higher taxes. They lay that out in minute
detail of how that was a lie, and it never did never. Of
course, it's not going to meanthat Disney actually has to pay their share.
That's what it was. And rememberyou had Nikki Haley who begged Disney
to go to South Carolina. Imean she could have. She could have

(40:07):
taken the side of you know, the most conservative governor in the United States
of America, the modern day,Calvin Coolidge, who has a major conservative
record. Nicki Haley could have donethat, but she was trying so thirstily
which is a word now we're makingit, to differentiate herself from that and
try to make herself look to standapart. The only way she could run

(40:30):
was to the left of DeSantis, and so she attacked him for it and
invited Disney and offered the same croniustsituation, the same cronius offer to Disney
to go to South Carolina. Now, if you wondered why she has no
support in South Carolina, why noneof the big South Carolina Republicans have endorsed

(40:52):
her, none of that's I mean, does that explain it? I mean,
she literally offered, like on aplatter. She's like, oh,
Disney, come to South Carolina. You know we don't do that kind of
stuff here. You don't do whatyou don't. You don't make all the
businesses pay at the same competitive level. You you, you don't eskew cronyism,
Like what I don't I don't getit? What is it? What?

(41:14):
What do you not do? Republicantell me shocking. So this is
a major victory, and I thinkthat conservatives you and you deserve a little
schadenfreude. Normally I would say,mmm, don't, don't, don't be
don't don't be snotty over your wins. But you've had so few wins.
We've had so few wins lately.Take this one. Take it. Be

(41:36):
obnoxious about it. You deserve tobe. You've earned it. You've endured
a lot. You've been called alot of names by literally a company checks
notes, fronted by a mouse. You've been attacked, you've been smeared.
You deserve the victory. You deservethe v So you know you be as
snotty and obnoxious as you want. You've earned it. You've taken some kicks,

(41:57):
right, you were called status, and you were all all kinds of
names by this company who wanted tosit here and force DEI and sexploitation in
front of your kids. You stoodup to it. You were dragged through
the dirt for standing up to it. You deserve this victory. So be
as I I yeah, absolutely,be as obnoxious as you want to be.
And normally I would say again, don't do that. That's not nice
to be gracious. N Na nahno, be obnoxious. You deserve it.

(42:21):
So this is a major victory.Remember, all the people are like,
oh, it looks like Disney's gonnaget the last laugh. Wait a
minute, do you hear the lastlaugh yet? Huh? I don't?
I hear a gasping death of arat caught in a trap. That's what
I hear. Oh to hear it. It's music to my ears. Sad
for the soul, all right. So that's a major victory though, And

(42:43):
yeah, their case is not theyhave nowhere else to go. Where else
are they gonna go? Where elseare they gonna go? For this?
It makes no sense, but theywere all about that, with the BLM
and the DEI and all this jazz. It's it's sad. I want to
talk real quickly. Excuse me abouta story I wasn't going to talk about
has to do with Texas's Congressional Districttwenty six. Now y'all know where I

(43:08):
live in South Like my town.Part of my town falls under this district,
and you know Texas is Texas getsnasty. This seat held by a
dude named Michael Burgess. It washeld by I think it was Dick Army
before him, and it's a realcrowded primary. Like I said, I
don't like get involved in like congressionalprimaries and stuff like that. But what

(43:28):
I don't like is when I seelike big progressive grifting entities from like New
York or LA or K Street trythat in a small town, try to
come to, you know, placeslike Texas and push voters around. And
that's exactly what happened. So Isaw this the other day. Like I've
never met George Santos. We havea lot, we have some mutual friends,

(43:51):
but he was paid to do thiscameo where he was running his mouth
about one of the candidates who's ourcurrent mayor, John Huffman, in this
district. And this is what Iwant to put out and I want to
warn you all over let me stepback to the BLM stuff. Do you
all remember the video that came outof Dallas of the guy who was getting

(44:12):
beaten because he was trying to protecthis storefront. You guys remember that video
because that happened in Dallas, thathappened here. That happened a couple of
years after. You had cops ambushedand murdered by a racist activist right outside
where Fox was. I was supposedto actually be down there that night.
That happened on live television. Guywas. They had a cops shot killed

(44:37):
right on television. So when BLMkicked off, there were riots all over
the country. You guys remember this. In Dallas it was no different,
but a lot of the troublemakers weren'tcontent with keeping it in Dallas. So
while all these riots were happening indowntown Dallas, a lot of the families

(44:58):
that live in my town on Facebook, we're sharing images of flyers that have
been tied to their mailboxes or leftin their doors, and they targeted Highland
Park. They came all the wayout here to the county I live in,
and we're leaving some of these leaflets. People were posting photos on Facebook
of this like, oh my gosh. And they were basically saying, you're

(45:21):
not safe in your town. Don'tthink that you know, this is going
to happen in just big cities. They were trying to scare the burbs.
They were saying, you know, take it to the burbs, you know,
take this injustice to the burbs. And people were nervous, and there
was this big BLM thing that wasthat was going to take place in the
town square. This is when lockdownjust started to cease and BLM, because

(45:45):
you know, the virus wasn't contagiousof BLM for some reason, they were
going to have this is when allthis stuff was happening. They were going
to do this in the town square. So we had these leaflets appearing on
people's doors. You saw what happenedin Dallas. A guy gets his head
split open trying to protect a storefront. People were understandably nervous, and they

(46:07):
had the event in town square.I went there just to observe. I
wanted to see what happened. I'mlike, if something goes sideways, Because
we had a lot of out ofstate progressives that came into our town.
They've been trying to flip our district. We were the first big school board
fight. So all of that washappening at the same time this town was

(46:28):
going through hell. NBC was comingto our town. They were doing hit
piece after hit piece on everybody. They I mean, they were literally sending
out mailers naming random parents that hadspoken out at school board meetings. That's
how nasty I got here, sojust to give you taste of what we
had to deal with. And thecurrent mayor at the time attended and was

(46:52):
trying to keep the peace. Andthey had some of the city council members
there who showed up as a wayto keep the peace because businesses who had
just opened were now boarding up theirstorefronts. And when you are in the
city council, or when you arein any kind of elected position, your
job is to be a peacemaker andto quell some of the stuff, especially

(47:14):
right as everybody's coming out of alockdown imposed on everybody by the governor.
And so the Huffman was there kindof in the same observing capacity. I
was there. I listened to everythingthat everybody said. You know, he
and some of these other cats, they didn't endorse anything that was happening.
They were trying to keep peace again. People were getting mailers on their damn

(47:38):
like mailbox posts and that was it. And it was peaceful. It was
tense. It was very tense, and I was strapped. It was very
tense, but it was peaceful. But you had somebody that ran their mend.
Could have gone, you know, you never know. Thankfully, everybody

(47:59):
kept their wits. And I thinka lot of that had to do with
some of the elected officials that hadshowed up and were like, you know,
yes, we get that you're here. We don't all agree, let's
be peaceful. So we were therethrough all of that. So now I
got these grifters coming out of NewYork. These people were Democrats at heartbeat
to go, and they all they'reall operatives. These people I want to

(48:20):
be the new conservative establishment, andthey're trying to buy this congressional seat.
I don't want to name names becausesome of these people are my friends.
But this is show business of thecountry, not show friends. We have
one very well known dad who's tryingto buy the seat for son in law.
The pack that was created is entirelyfinanced by the guy Republican dinners being
bought. I'm hearing stuff from peopleall over the place, and I'm letting

(48:44):
everybody have their fight. But whenI saw one of these grifters who apparently,
according to reports as a convicted drugdealer, got busted for drugs or
something, you know, real conservativevalues there, I guess that's what they
were doing when we were down herefighting a good fight, gets down there
and tries to big time people ina district and his attacking all these different
voters as a way to try tosway people. When George Santos does this,

(49:06):
cameo, George Sandos aven't even beento this town. Then I got
a problem and I got to speakup because unlike these cats, I was
there. I wasn't going out andbuying designer clothes with my donor money.
I was like here with the candidatein question, pushing back against all this
stuff. I brought that story aboutour school board national. I was here

(49:29):
in this fight the whole way,and so is that candidate John Huffman.
So I took issue with that becauseI don't like it when known progressives or
people who were just recently turned conservativetry to act like generals. To everybody
who's been in this and has donethis for a long time, and who
knows the drill and tries to bigtime people and attack different voters. I
don't like that because that's establishment. That's the kind of stuff I fought against.

(49:53):
I didn't fight against that so thatthese people could crown themselves the new
con inc establishment. So that's thetruth of the matter. And I'm being
real cool, you know, andI'm being nice. I've got a lot
of friends that are involved in this, and I don't take this stuff personally.
But when you go after voters andyou try to attack and smear people

(50:14):
in my town, well then youjust made it personal with me, and
you don't want that smoke because youwon't win, never do. We got
a lot more on the way aswe roll into headlines, and coming up,
we're going to have a deep diveon exactly Biden's petty little order on
LNG exports. Not only does thathurt Texas, but it's jeopardizing national security

(50:37):
everywhere. We're going to talk aboutthat and now all of the news you
would probably miss. It's time forDana's Quick five. So apparently the Capital
Visitor Center has reported Representative Rich McCormickto the House sergeant at arms because he
did a pull up on a railingm hm, it was unsafe. The

(51:00):
Georgia Republican went beyond a posted signreading no person permitted and he did a
pull up. What I come on, this is so dumb. Really,
this is like a five hundred pageor five hundred word story because the stated,

(51:20):
yeah he did, he got introuble for it. I would watch
me pull up this middle finger.I mean wanna sorry, sys steroids,
I'm blaming that. I'm gonna clingto that for as long as possible.
Let's see. Scientists discover stunning evidenceof multiple lost prehistoric societies. Huh.
So they said that researchers analyzed morethan one hundred pieces prehistoric jewelry. That's

(51:45):
interesting. They said that, Uh, the new research shows that it was
very important for just the blah blahblah distinguishing different cultures and status and all
that stuff. But it is interesting. They had a I'm not even gonna
pronounce this a Gravititian burial thing.Yeah that's right, Yeah that works.
I mean it's pretty looking, Imean it's neat stuff. And a hotel

(52:05):
VP was accused of drunkenly slapping ateenage Disney World restaurant hostess three times over
dress code snub. Of course,he's yeah, he looks like a progressive
Stick with us. Elevate your commute, workouts or downtime with the Dana Show

Spotify, or wherever you get yourpodcasts, mister speaker. Walgreens is

(52:30):
planning to close yet another pharmacy inthe Massachusetts seventh this time on Warren Street
in Roxbury, a community that iseighty five percent black and Latino. This
closure is a part of a largertrend of abandoning low income communities, like
the previous closures in Mattapan and HydePark, both in the Massachusetts seventh.
When a Walgreens leaves a neighborhood, they disrupt the entire community and they take

(52:52):
them and they take with them babyformula, diapers, asthma and hailers,
life saving medications, and of coursejobs. These closures are not arbitrary and
they are not innocent. They arelife threatening acts of racial and economic discrimination.
It's because of the crime. It'sbecause it's there's there's major crime that's

(53:21):
happening. Does she not realize what? No, she doesn't. Welcome back
to the program. Bottom of thesecond hour, Dana Lash here with you.
She's blasting it because she says,oh, it's it's she said that
it's racist to close it because itis impossible for them to remain open.
They were actually going to close Ithink a little earlier, but it was

(53:45):
delayed. It's one of eighteen locationsacross Boston. And they say that the
uh, it's the trend. Theysaid, it's the it's the it's the
criminal element. I mean they've gota lot of theft, and I mean,
good grief. I mean have youbeen into some of those stores,

(54:06):
like I mean like basic things becausebad economy and restorative justice encouraging criminality has
made for a very dangerous result.I mean that's ultimately what this is.
And they've got basic stuff that's likenow behind locking, locking key. Now,
what what did you think was gonnahappen? I mean, what did

(54:27):
you what did you think that wasgoing to happen? When you were screaming
about defunding the police and pushing restorativejustice that would reduce felonies down to like
risk slapping misdemeanors, et cetera,et cetera. I mean, what did
you they act like that this isthe result. They act like, Oh,
it's just because Walgreens is racist,That's what it's. They act like

(54:52):
they're they're they're closing stores that havemassive losses. This is why we have
such an economic literacy in this country. Mass sive losses, theft, I
mean, all of it. Imean, when you have a business,
the purpose of a business is tobe in business. That's the truth of

(55:14):
it. Welfare doesn't exist. Walgreensdoesn't exist as a way to provide your
welfare. You're not gonna have peoplework in Walgreens for free. You're not
gonna have the loss with theft andand the scare of violence that reduces traffic
uh and reduces purchase power at thestore. You're not What are you just

(55:34):
gonna have like people provide stuff forfree, load stuff in the store for
free, work for free, runthe till for free. I mean,
that's that's stupid that she sounds likesomeone who's never ever had to work a
late night shift at a store that'sever been crime plagued. It is It
is not Walgreens' job to absorb thelosses that are due from societal breakdown.

(56:01):
It is not walgreens job to absorbthe losses brought on by people like Ariana
Presley who refuse to hold criminals accountable. The fact that it is a predominantly
black neighborhood that doesn't mean a thing. I have seen stores like that closed
in white neighborhoods, rural areas whereit's just white people. It has nothing

(56:28):
to do with race. It's business. If you don't want stores closing,
then maybe stop people from stealing,Maybe stop the crime. Nobody wants to
see a store close. But youknow what, I bet people would like
to live peacefully and not with thethreat of crime all the damn time.
I bet people would like to workat Walgreens at night and now worried about
you know, people coming in andransacking shelves. Have you seen some of

(56:50):
it. You've seen some of thevideo out there, not just Walgreens,
but all these other stores. That'swhat they're trying to avoid. You're not
gonna sit here an emotion only blackmailthese businesses into operating at a loss,
while you refuse to hold the peoplethat make that scenario or reality, hold
them accountable. It's not how wedo things. It's not how we're gonna

(57:12):
do things. So goofy. Imean, it's your lawn order for a
reason, like, for instance, the story in coming out of Florida.
So the residents in Florida who arewho identify as being transgender, they are
not not going to be allowed anymoreto change their gender and their driver's licenses.

(57:34):
It's a new policy under the Departmentof Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
They told tax collectors do not issuereplacement IDs for people who are trying to
change their gender. They have toidentify by their gender at birth, and
you can only issue replacement licenses whenone is lost or stolen or if there's

(57:57):
like a change in address name, you know, things like that. And
so that's they said, that's goingto force forcibly out transgender people. Okay,
oh wow, we got to.Brandon Wolf, a spokesperson for the
Human Rights Campaign, said, quote, these policies would forcibly out transgender people
anywhere they use. You think thelicense is gonna out them? Excuse me,

(58:22):
it's ma'am. You think the outthe license is gonna out them?
I would think that the Adams Applewould do the job, you know,
or the fact that it's a giantman. Excuse me, it's ma'am,
it is ma'am. I would thinkthat that would do it enough. Right.
Oh, I couldn't tell that youhad a Franken Bean's until I saw

(58:42):
your driver's license. Yeah, youjust you can't, nobody. You can't
sit here and falsify you know, your identity on a driver's license. You
can't make something up. I can'tdo it. You can't do it.
Equality there you go, right there. That's how that works. But why
are they making such a big dealout of it. It's not just criminatory.
This is so goofy and and theysaid, no, you gotta it's

(59:05):
from what you were What is thephrase that the left us is assigned at
birth by whom the Lord? Like? What a sign especial you were born
with? Assigned at birth? Whatin the world is this? What's this
world coming to? The language isinsane? It's crazy. So good that
they're making some good moves down there. They're making very good news. Okay,

(59:29):
so I told you a little earlier. Capitol police are not going to
bring charges after two dudes recorded themselves. Oh, Yeah, Now we had
a headline they had they made afilm, they made a Hunter Biden flick
in the Heart in the Heart SenateHearing room. And Steve made a very

(59:49):
good point, which is why I'mcoming back to this, because we had
a headline of a guy, alawmaker who got in trouble because he did
a pull up in the Capitol building. He pulled something out. These guys
pulled something down and they don't getin trouble and he does. They say
there was no evidence a crime wasgoing. Wouldn't trespass be a crime?
I mean, treustpass is a crime? How was this not criminal trespass?

(01:00:14):
And I can you imagine because theit happened at a table where senators said
to ask questions. Can you imaginebeing the senator that has to sit there
and ask questions after you know, the Senate Judiciary meeting where you had just
let me point out the irony ofthis yesterday Senate Judiciary. Didn't they have
it in the Heart office the hearingabout sexual exploitation online? Didn't they have

(01:00:37):
that whole hearing in the Heart office? You know where you saw Senator Josh
Holly and Senator Ted Kruz and allof these other people asked these questions of
Mark Zuckerberg. Did they or didthey not? Have it there in the
Senate heart Building, the exact sameplace that two Democrat staffers recorded a gay
porno, the same room, rightthe irony, the irony, Oh man,

(01:01:08):
I hope they cleaned it. Well. I don't know what kind of
cleaning crews they got over there. They got rats and mice and everything over
at the Capitol Building. I justhope that it was the all right,
so this we're gonna talk more aboutthis coming up in the next hour.
This is one of the things thatI had put this in your rundown because
they were the administration was going tobe making an announced well, they were

(01:01:30):
going to be making a move onthis as to whether or not they were
going to sanction Israeli settlers over whatthey said is West Bank violence. So
Biden imposhes sanctions on four Israeli settlersthat he says have been attacking. This
is the headling for the BBC attackingPalestinians in the occupied West Bank. West
Bank is not occupied, stop andso they can't access us property or any

(01:01:53):
assets. The violence reached intolerable levels. Have they sanctioned Hamas anybody related yet?
No no, I was wondering aboutthat. They were also considering,
apparently whether or not they wanted torecognize Palestine as like an entity, but
Hamas hasn't yet changed their charter todo so. So coming up, we've

(01:02:15):
got we're gonna be getting into someFlorida man, and we're also going to
dive into the broke arenc And tomorrowmy friend Jennifer Van Laher who's over at
Red State, she did a hugedeep dive into this. The amount of
money we have parties broke state bystate, but the amount of money that
they are spending on things like floralarrangements and consultants, and we have battleground

(01:02:40):
states that are broke. The partiesare broken states that they need money to
be competitive to win. It isdire and it's gonna they're gonna have to.
I don't know what they're doing atthe RNC, but we're going to
talk about some of that as well, So we're gonna get into that,
and then coming up later on inthe program, the LNG export pause.

(01:03:00):
It's unjustifiable and it's jeopardizing national security. It is a mean, little petty
move that the administration has undertaken justso they can hit Texas over the border,
and they're targeting the number one LNGexporter in the country, Texas.
So we're going to talk to ToddStaples, who is with Texas Cast.

(01:03:22):
We're going to talk to him. It's his life mission to make bad decisions.
It's time for Florida man. So, a Florida woman tried to kill
her husband over a postcard that hereceived from his ex six decades ago.

(01:03:47):
Six decades. He was left withmultiple injuries that included bruises, cuts on
his arm and stomach bite Marx biteMarx his wife more than fifty years Seventy
one year old Bertha y Alter, tried to smother him with a pillow and
when authorities arrived, they found thevictim on the unidentified victim in a very

(01:04:11):
what they said it was an extremelyfragile state. She confessed to attacking him.
She's been charged for a second degreeattempted murder. They've been married for
fifty years North Miami Beach, fiftyyears. So she found this thing.
Yeah, I guess, And becauseit's longer than their relationship, I guess

(01:04:31):
she thought he held onto it becausehe really loved this girl or something.
Maybe. I mean, he hada postcard from an X from six decades
ago. You know, why'd youkeep it? I go, she did?
Man? She you know, Isince she said yeah, I did
it, and her mugshot She's like, yeah, I did it. That's
what her mugshot looks like. SoI don't know the situation. I don't

(01:04:55):
know the history of you know, but man, that's that is new fifty
years and she finds it from sixtyyears ago. So I don't know.
Maybe there's something, you know, more there, But man, she did.
She got dam near killed him.She whooped him. Was there no
time in the fifty years that shewas proven to her he loves her?

(01:05:17):
Yeah? I don't. I mean, I don't know. Man. That's
I feel like we're going to needmore on the story. We're gonna you
know, a Florida man stole alarge Snoop Dogg bobblehead from a Mexican restaurant
and he was charged. He wasin Fort Myers. It happened at Cantina
Laredo, and he was caught onsurveillance video stealing the bobblehead from the hostess

(01:05:40):
station and he walked off to hisvehicle. Now that wasn't just any normal
bobblehead. That bobblehead was one thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars. Mm
hmm. Guy's charged with grand thefta twelve hundred dollars bobblehead. Oh my
gosh. So uh. Then there'sthis guy. A man arrested in Florida

(01:06:01):
accused of taking a happy stick figuresculpture because he liked it. His name
is Joshua Roach. He was arrestedTuesday this week and Martin County and he
was spotted and police responded. Hewas spotted acting suspicious and walking around with
this large piece of artwork. Whenthey arrived, they said it looked like
he had two large polls and itwas a part of a bigger piece of

(01:06:25):
artwork that he took from a business. It was a large red stick figure
with a happy face. He's gota history of theft and burglary. He
admitted to doing it, and hegoes, yeah, because I liked it,
and so he faces a charge oftheft. The police officers placed the
artwork on the front of their vehicle. They took it back to the station
so they could return it to thebusiness. It literally is just a couple

(01:06:45):
of polls. There's got to besomething else wrong with this dude. Why
would you take that? He's like, I just like it. I just
like it, that's all. Ijust I liked it. This school pickup
lines are fascinating, you know.I Mean, lots of stuff goes down
at these things, and I'm neverI'm always endlessly amused at what some of

(01:07:11):
the parents do. Like the momthis mom, Florida mom was banned from
dropping kids off at her Christian schoolbecause she has an OnlyFans ad on her
car. Oh yeah, oh Man, Central Florida. She's not allowed to
drop her kids off at the privateChristian school because of the giant ad for
her OnlyFans account on her vehicle. So I guess it's not a believer school.

(01:07:32):
I don't know. The mom saysthat the school's making her park across
the street, which forces her kidsto cross a busy road. She says
that is unless she takes the adfor the adult content site off of her
car. I'm not telling you whather name is, and she goes by
a different names to promoter content. But it's literally a giant decal that,

(01:07:54):
oh my gosh, and there goeson that stretches entirely across the vehicle's back.
When you don't see the last part, it could say OnlyFans of God
dot com. Sure Kane, Icould say that, Yeah, it's a
liberty Christian prep. And parents arelike, we do not want to see
this. This is insane, thisis adult content. We don't want to

(01:08:15):
see this advertising this school drop offline. And it is a huge I mean
it's the whole back when the wholebackshield. It is shame where these days,
like you're putting only fans decal inyour back window of your grocery getter.
And then your shocked because wow, like I send my kids to a
question on school. I can't evenadvertise my elephants on my car. Wow,

(01:08:36):
Like you're shocked about that. You'reshocked at the Christian school you send
your kids too, would have thatkind of a role. Yeah, I
thought this wasn't Mark. Jeez,it's like talking to NPCs these people.
I can't all right, So comingup third hour, the petty move by
the Biden administration to punish Texas overL and G that's gonna have some wide

(01:08:57):
ranging repercussions. We're gonna talk aboutthat as well. Coming up. We're
also going to get into some ofthe latest with more animals, predicting weather,
science, guys, some science staywith us at East Palestine. Why
why the administration decided that things haveI guess collesced and it's now at the

(01:09:17):
time for President Biden to go.So the mayor and community leaders invited us
time to meet with East Palestine residentsand also assess the recovery progress that's been
going on for some time now,as you all know, and so the
President had always said that he wouldgo when it is most helpful to the

(01:09:39):
community, and with this invitation obviouslyvery recent and the current status of the
recovery, we felt that the timewas right. Again. We got an
invitation from the mayor and community leadersto come very very recently, and so
we are working with them to figureout the best time to do that in
February. There isn't a date yet. There's no date yet, but obviously

(01:10:02):
we're working with community leaders, we'reworking with the mayor. Time for victory.
That's the only reason why he's seeingsome of the swing states stuff,
and he's like, oh, Igot to shore some things up. Welcome
back to the program, Dana lastyear with you, and we are at
the top of this third hour. You can listen coast to coast. You
can stream the radio program watch thesimul cast channel three forty seven Direct TV.

(01:10:27):
Yeah, he's looking to help himselfelectorally. That's why he's going to
East Palestine. That's why he's goingthere, just like he's doing this weird
stuff with Israel. How how it'swell, you know, yeah, Israel
has the right to defend itself, but we're gonna have these you know,
we're gonna issue this uh, youknow, we're gonna issue this the story
that I just had when they wereuh issuing this sanction on whatever they've seen

(01:10:48):
some Israelis in the West Bank,et cetera. He's he's trying, he
wants to he wants to keep Michigantoo. Hmm. Interesting. Speaking of
all that, there was the theyhad they shut down all the roads in
DC. Again, poor little Steve. He was like super late to work
because all the Hamas, the proHamas people were shutting down all the roads.

(01:11:10):
They apparently shut down one of theroads in front of the Holocaust Museum,
like they were literally in front ofthe Holocaus Museum, shutting down the
road. This isn't about persuasion. They're just trying to like make it look
like you're subservient or that you're subjugatedto them. This has nothing to do
with persuasion. Protesting being pro Hamasand protesting in front of the Holocaust Museum

(01:11:30):
and shutting the roads down during rushhour, that's just gonna get people to
hate you. How hard of atime did you have get into work today,
Steve? When I leave my apartment, I live like right off North
Capitol, which is where Capital is, And as soon as it backs up,
I get to the stop light frommy apartment, and as soon as
it backs up to there, Iknow something's up because usually I just take
an easy left. And then Ichecked my phone before my my phone even

(01:11:53):
let up, then the radio waslike yeah, demonstrators everywhere. Then I
pulled the ways up and it waslike just a mess. So they had,
but the problem was they didn't.They didn't like arrest people. They
just told people to go on otherroads, which doesn't help the other roads.
So even if I didn't see it, I was still screwed by it.
Yeah, oh everybody was. Imean, you deadluck. Traffic is

(01:12:14):
already bat in DC. You don'tneed to make it worse. I mean
that's and they had the signs uplike like leave Yemen alone. And of
course, you know it's the Iranianback huthies that have been targeting American ships
and American service members in the RedSea because they're mad that Israel defended itself
when Hamas attacked them. They're they'remad over that. That's what that all.

(01:12:38):
That's what that's all about. It'sso you know, it's just so
disingenuous. And to my point toothat I had made about Michigan. You
know, Biden, he's he's beenhe's like trying to campaign and he was
supposed to meet or he was tryingto meet with the mayor of Dearborn,
Abdullah Hammud, and apparently the mayorwould not meet with Biden because he had

(01:13:06):
reaffirmed his belief that Israel had theright to defend itself. So hmm hmmm
hmm. And that's they're they're tryingto pressure him. We still have a
lot of time before November. Theysaw a lot of time before November.

(01:13:27):
I mean they can, they canbarely accomplish absolutely anything. I mean this,
it's remember this was the pulled thisup. The squad had voted and
this is just yesterday against a billto bar Hamas terrorists from entering the United
States. Two left wing Democrat membersof the House. Hey, if you

(01:13:48):
guessed it was Corey Bush and Rashidato leave you to be right, they
voted against the No Immigration Benefits forHamas Terrorists Act and it was on c
SPAN. They were the only twoto vote against it, four twenty two
to two to one vote. Andshe said it was cruel and hateful.
Wow. And the bill was introducedby a Republican Representative, Tom McClintock.

(01:14:14):
And the bill stipulated that any alienwho carried out, participated in, planned,
financed, afforded material support, too, or otherwise facilitated any of the
attacks against Israel initiated by Hamas beginningon October seven, twenty twenty three,
and admissible to the US. That'saccording to the text of the bill.
And you had one representative, aDemocrat, Ramirez out of Illinois, was
the only one to vote present. And so you had these two who voted.

(01:14:38):
So they're yeah, they're getting they'regetting they're getting pressure. So he's
he's trying to finagle some kind ofhow he can best manage this and still
make it a win for himself goinginto November, dealing with making Michigan happy
and uh, trying to not looklike a monster for criticized. He'sing Israel

(01:15:00):
for defending itself and now he's gonnatry it. Now he's gonna mess it
up. Going to Ohio to Kanejust shared ur Kane, sorry, Lorraine
had shared how the East Palestine likeone. Like the residents they're saying,
look, we know what he's doing. This is a It's an election year.
This is him just positioning everything foran election year. Him trying to

(01:15:23):
come here and they don't have adate yet. He didn't come after the
greatest catastrophe that we had. He'sand now he still can't name a date.
Okase, he's got to schedule allthe photo ops and all that stuff.
I don't know. I'm telling younow. Going back to some of
the stuff happening in the House, one hundred and fifty Democrats voted against a
bill to deport illegal immigrants caught drivingwild drunk, that's wild yeah, yeah,

(01:15:51):
right, Kane. So it's allabout safety. That included Ookiem Jeffrey.
So it's the house leader. It'snot just like the squad or any
far left. Wow. I mean, that's like the base minimum of what
to do. Someone breaks the law, they're in the country illegally, you
send the back because they're in thecountry illegally and they're breaking the law.
That just seems, you know, like what you would do normally. Wow,

(01:16:12):
tell you it is. It can'teven do that. They can't even
do that. As nine, that'swhy you know we need I we were
talking about John Fetterman and how heat least like people like him, they
know that the border's a problem. You know. He spent the weekend standing
on a rooftop trolling people holding theear Israeli flag, and we were wondering

(01:16:35):
how in the world, like, what's happening. He wore a hoodie with
a tuxedo design after Babylon Be wasjoking about it. He shared a date
night pick with his wife Giselle. So I guess they're still because a lot
of people were wondering she deleted wasdeleting photos et cetera. He said rumors
of their separation was outrageous. Sohe was with his wife and they had

(01:16:59):
a date night thing, and hewas in a hoodie, a tux hoodie.
Okay, well, good, goodthen, I mean he's seems like
he's king. Said that he hada stroke and he came back a little
more based. Right, he stoodon a rooftop. You will find the
video stood on a rooftop just wavingthe flag. People were yelling, screaming
at him. Hmm. Interesting. And apparently one of the reasons why the

(01:17:23):
wife started deleting photos is because somepeople are saying she was getting targeted because
he was supportive of Israel and theywere targeting her as a result of it,
so she started taking photos down.Oh the way that the leftist media
puts at his rabid support, whichis yeah whatever, that means, can't
just be support, Yeah yeah, yeah, I just can't be support,

(01:17:45):
has to be rabid support, whichis just asinine. So that I don't
know, it just seems I feellike because they had the I mean,
he literally made the Babylon beet storycalled alive a bi some some sentate dress
cude with formal hoodie. I don'tcare that he wears a hoodie. I
don't care now because he's actually seemslike a more normal Democrat, not that

(01:18:10):
I agree with him more or thathe's he's he He's landed on the right
decision about the border and about Israel'sright of self defense. And I'm sure
we agree on all the same policiesthat we would disagree or disagree on all
the same policies we were disagreeing on. But he's not like Rasheeta Talib.
He's not like illin Omar. He'snot a nut job at least, he

(01:18:31):
doesn't seem like that. It seemslike he's, you know, healing,
unlike Joe Biden. Oh boy,all right, a couple of other things
I wanted to touch on, Cane. Have you ever wonder why there are
so many why so many robots arewhite? Uh? I have never worried
about that or wondered about that.I literally heard a collective what did you

(01:18:55):
just say from the audience out there? Robots are white? Yeah? So
apparently that's a new take from thejournal class. They said that there's now
problems of racial and gender bias inAI algorithms and data used to train language
models like chat GPT, and theysaid that there is now a sub field

(01:19:17):
of social robotic but they're going totry to make robotics woke. Subfield of
social robotics called socially assistive robotics, and the whole entire purpose is to interact
evermore with diverse groups of people.Because they said that robots seem too white,
I'm not even kidding you. Howdo you gauge that? I have

(01:19:42):
no idea? I mean me notbeing a robotics expert. I just I
just don't know how you gauge somethinglike that. I don't either it's either
in common sense or it's either youknow that it's an effective robot with operational
systems, or it isn't. Likewhat, why does race have anything to
do with it? They're saying thatthe idea that the idea of Uh,

(01:20:09):
I can't believe we're having this conversationracial AI is because of the developers,
the people who develop them, andyou know, maybe they're so wait,
are you mad that the robots arewhite? Are you mad that you think
that most of the developers are Why? I don't understand. This is so
dumb. This is something that youthat you create as a problem when you

(01:20:32):
have everything else solved, right, when you don't have an issue at the
border, when you don't have anopioid epidemic, when you don't have the
world falling apart on either side ofthe US, when everything else is solved,
this is the issue that you're like, Wow, I need a problem,
I need busy work. I'm justgoing to make up this problem.
Robots are white? Why are theyso white? White? Robots so white?
I never even thought that. Whothinks that? Who looks at a

(01:20:54):
robot? And it is like, you're white? Who does that? Well,
white person looks like a robot?Okay, that one guy who's trying
to buy engineer's body, I'll giveyou that, he looks like a borg.
But you know, still, andnow all of the news, you
would probably miss it's time for Dana'squick five. So apparently on social media,
one investment group shared a picture ofa breakfast bill at McDonald's, writing

(01:21:17):
seven dollars and twenty nine cents forone egg McMuffin. They were two dollars
pretty recently. Yeah, what didyou think was gonna happen? When you
voted Democrat and you voted for inflation, and you voted for higher taxation,
and you voted for economic policies thatmake a two dollars and nineteen cent McMuffin
seven dollars and twenty nine cents. What did you think that was going to
happen? When you jack up energycosts, all of it, everything goes

(01:21:42):
back to the customer. I'm likesurprised. I'm surprised, these people are
surprised. That's kind of crazy.Aircraft laser strike reports surged to a record
high in twenty twenty three, recordingto FAA data. Why, I mean,
that's a felony, right, andthen a felony to like have the
laser stuff with all that, Yeah, they said, but it's new high
in these reports in twenty three, last year latest spike in a series of

(01:22:03):
steady increases during the past decade. The FAA said that the laser strikes reported
last year surpassed thirteen thousand. Therewas a little like ninety four hundred the
year before. And they're chief youcan buying like twenty dollars online. They
can actually distract pilots and cause flashpoliteness. That's super dangerous, and they
say it's punishable. Five years inprison. It's a federal crime. It

(01:22:25):
was done in twenty twenty twelve.Half of the strikes occurred at altitudes less
than six thousand feet. Five percentwere reported at altitudes of one thousand feet
are lower, like so at dangerouspoints when planes are landing and taking off.
That's so bad, Like get otherhobbies. A man was sent to
one hundred years for killing a coworkerwho stole his lunch from the work fridge.
Yeah, he stole it. Thistwenty five year old got a one

(01:22:47):
hundred years CENTCE with thirty years suspended, so he's going to serve seventy years
Fairfax County. He was found guiltyof first agree murder. He planned and
carry out the murder of his coworkerin the target parking lot because he took
his lunch. I mean people whodo get mad over that. That is
one of the crummiest things you cando to somebody. And also how nasty
are you? Like you don't knowwhat their kitchen's like. You're stealing their

(01:23:09):
lunch from the fridge, so you'regetting leftovers or something that they made.
I don't know. Tomorrow's Groundhog's Day, so all the rodents are gonna come
out and predict the weather. PunksA tawny Phil if he sees his shadow,
apparently we're in store for six moreweeks of winter weather. And now
everybody's trying to get on the animalweather predicting game. There's a hedgehog in
Oregon. There's an owl in Florida. There's a squirrel. Shut up,

(01:23:32):
there's a squirrel. There's a chickenin New York. No, a duck
in Connecticut, an armadillo here inTexas. Stop it, oh man,
I mean, and it's not youknow, it's not the same punks.
A Tony Phil what's his face?To Blasio? Killed that one? You
did? He throw that thing tothe ground. He neated it right out.

(01:23:55):
It's crazy. Mexican cartel violence isleaving some mine ruins absolutely in access
to tourists. Now the country islike, oh no, it's safe to
go. Just go to these sites. But you can't go because you get
to have a cartel show up,take your phone, take your license,
your identification whatever, and another youknow, drug cartel could show up and
then they could start fighting. Soyes, a number of historic sites are
no goes. Now that's sad comingup Todd Staples with Techsoga. We're going

(01:24:18):
to talk about the LNG mess thatBiden's created. Craving a daily dose of
intellectual adrenaline, look no further thanthe Dana Show podcast where curiosity meets courage
by following on Apple, Spotify orwherever you get your podcasts. MNG.
Is it hurts the President says he'sfor carbon neutrality, Well, it hurts

(01:24:43):
carbon neutrality because natural gas is muchcleaner than cold. America is one of
the few countries that is actually,in the past ten years, seen its
carbon emissions reduced. And the reasonthat happened is because this is John Kennedy
Otta Louisiana. I mean, thisis like all obvious stuff that you know,

(01:25:06):
seems like we all know, butnobody, well the administration. I
don't want to claim that they're ignorantof it. I just think that they're
playing petty politics in this mad reactionto kick Texas over the border fight.
They decided to go after LLNG andand suspend which they say is temporary new
exports. And we talked a littlebit about this week the disaster. Not

(01:25:29):
only are you targeting Texas, whichis the number one you know, leader
with LLNG in the nation. Butyou're also now jeopardizing the alliance that the
United States has with a number ofEuropean nations that have been weaned off a
dirty Russian gas in exchange for this, I mean, what are you thinking?
This is just crazy joining us rightnow. An expert in this issue.
We've talked to him before, ToddStaples, who is the president of

(01:25:51):
Texoga UH, and he joins usnow via Skype, and Todd, it's
good to see you talk to meabout this because this is so punctively petty.
I cannot think of even if Itry to understand the perspective of the
administration, I cannot come up withany justifiable reason why they would make this
move now of all times. It'sreckless, Dana. It is absolutely a

(01:26:13):
disservice to every man, woman, and child in America. If we believe
in energy security, if we wantto make certain that we're not dependent on
foreign countries for our future and ourgrowth and our success, then let's have
domestic production right here at home. And look, American energy leadership starts in
Texas. We now produce about fortytwo a little bit more than forty two

(01:26:33):
percent of all the crude all inTexas. Last year we hit a peak
of about thirty percent of our nation'snatural gas that's produced came from the Long
Star State. We know that LNGexport facilities have been the reason that the
world has been able to repudiate poutinfor the invasion of Ukraine because America has

(01:26:56):
stood up. And now our allieswho are depending on us and our plans
on future projects and more growth, they're talking to other countries, they're looking
for other sources because America has said, hey, we've got a good thing
going, but let's shoot ourselves inthe foot. Let's funnel the ball,
you know, or whatever you wantto call it these days. But that's
exactly what this is there. It'sundeniable that it's anything but that. And

(01:27:20):
if you care about the environment,if you really want to say, let's
have cleaning our air, let's havelower emissions. Future natural gas is leading
the way. It is displacing otherfuel sources, as you stated many times,
and so we know what the rightsolution is. We know how to
attract jobs, we know how todeploy this capital. We've got some amazing

(01:27:41):
companies doing that. We have someamazing men and women in the all patch
that are just you know, working, delivering, doing more every day.
It's amazing to me to think aboutthe progress that Texas has made. That
we paid twenty six point three billionin state and local taxes and state rev
news last year. That exceeds thegeneral fun revenues for thirty six other states,

(01:28:06):
I mean, almost three quarters ofour nation. And so we know
how to do this. We justneed policies that don't get in the way
if we really want to have energysecurity. That's the big thing we're talking
with Todd Staples with Texoga, andI was reading too. The House is
expected to next month take up thismeasure on this moratorium. It's sad that

(01:28:29):
the House has to has to takethis. It's sad that the measure was
taken in the first place. Imean, I can't see that this would
you know, be it wouldn't makeit out of the House. But then
of course going to the Senate, then what happens. Then it's going to
stall out in the Senate. Sohow long is this going to last?
They said it was temporary, butthey never actually put a time stamp on
it. They didn't and we knowthat many projects have already been approved through

(01:28:51):
other permits that are required, andso this really pulls the rug out from
underneath investors. But yeah, lookboth but you know, the House,
the Senate, the President, theyall have to recognize if we if we're
really going to be the ally thatother nations depend upon, if we're going
to uh deliver in times of need, these are not things that you that

(01:29:14):
you want to play around with.I mean, look, our country just
saw weatherstorm Heather here recently that causeda lot of disruptions. We all still
remember the terrible effects of winderstorm Ury. These are not things that you play
petty political games with because it's people'slives that are at stake, and we
really can make environmental progress. So, you know, hopefully our friends in

(01:29:36):
Washington, I'm proud to see CongressmanFluger's effort there and others that are taking
this up. But it does takeboth chambers, as we know, and
then the President's got to sign it. So we're gonna we've got a little
ways to go here. Todd Texasis correct me if I'm wrong on this,
just looking up my notes. Numberone in the nation for energy,
uh, the main the top terminalsare here in UH and also one of

(01:30:00):
the top exporters to you know,Europe, to the rest of the world,
which originally you had what Germany anda number of European countries, you
know, countries that were NATO membersthat actually had to rely on energy had
a gas from the very entity forwhich NATO was created, which seems you
know, a little bit oxymoronic andagainst you know purpose. Uh. We
we talk with them, persuade themto stop buying dirty Russian gas by our

(01:30:27):
clean uh environmentally you know, uhextracted because we have the cleanest extraction methods
and have pioneered that even before governmentregulation, and that it seems like it
was temporary. They made that shiftwhat within the past few years, and
then now all of a sudden itI mean, talk a little bit about
that destabilization because where you mentioned this, they have to get energy from somewhere

(01:30:49):
else. I mean, are theygoing to go back to Russia. Well,
let's hope not. Rod They're alreadyhaving other conversations with other countries.
We know. The thing about Americaand our allies, Look, the entire
Gulf Coast is a tremendous resource thatwe have Texas our friends in Louisiana.

(01:31:10):
We have a we have infrastructure thatis second to none. It's world class.
And this is the reason that we'reable to do this, and Dana,
we're able to do this. We'reable to provide much more than we
ever need. For instance, inTexas, we produce I want to say,
thirty four BIGI and qbit feet today. I mean that's a lot,
right, And so we're exporting muchmore than we use in our state,

(01:31:35):
much more than we're using in oursurrounding areas that we're exporting to domestically.
And it's because we have this globalreach that people are looking to America.
It's the reason that we've had billionsof investments. These LNG export facilities
are extremely costly. There are thousandsand thousands of people whose lives are improved

(01:31:56):
because they have these jobs, constructionjobs that last years in the making for
just one train. We have peoplethat are being busted these locations to build
these facilities. And now this halton these export permits just says, you
know, we really didn't mean it, and that's just it's cowtowing to an
extreme limited group of activists who ifthey get their way that means people are

(01:32:23):
going to pay more for products here, they're going to have a shortage of
products because it's going to interfere withthe entire production and support chect Do we
know what proposed projects are going tobe ultimately affected with those, Well,
the good news is there's we alreadyhave some permits, so there are some

(01:32:44):
projects that are not being impacted. But we know there's some additional trains that
will be impacted up and down theTexas Louisiana coast. And those are the
areas that I'm concentrating on mostly becausethat's that's our immediate Ally, there's a
lot of Texas gas goes to Louisianato be exported from their exports as well,

(01:33:04):
and so I mean you look inTexas. We know we have Sineer
in Corpus Christie. We have FreeportLNG that's operating today. We have two
projects in Beaumont, Jefferson County. One is the Golden Pass LNG. It's
going to continue to be built. We have simperl LNG. They have plans

(01:33:24):
that are being built out today, but they have additional phases that they've discussed.
Most LNG companies are discussing future plans, and even in the Brownsville area
of Texas, we have projects thatlike next decade has gotten some permit,
so they're going to be underway. But it's building the pipeline, building the
infrastructure that's being jeopardized right here, and it's chasing dollars away that could come

(01:33:49):
to the United States, and it'sputting those things in jeopardy. I don't
want to be an over alarmist andto suggest that this single action today,
if it's repealed relatively soon, willcause irreparable harm. Does it cause harm,
absolutely, But we have sophisticated companies. They're smart, they know how

(01:34:14):
to deliver. They're keeping us withall the energy resources we need. But
if it goes on and this thingperpetuates, that's when we get into real
danger. And not only does itimpact our LNG facilities, but many of
these companies are exploring with other typesof energy sources like hydrogen. They're looking
at that that I'm here to tellyou today. I believe these types of

(01:34:36):
decisions about halting export permits impact otherforms of activity. Carbon capture and storage
facilities that have been planned along theGulf Coast our entire manufacturing sector in the
United States is responding to consumer needsaround the world. All of these types
of things get caught up when youhave kinks in the w works here that

(01:35:00):
derails good common sense policy. It'sjust it's just crazy, absolutely crazy that
this is happening. Talking with ToddStaples of Texoga, Todd, so appreciate
you joining us and kind of,you know, giving us some insight on
all of this. I have afeeling we're gonna be talking with you again
here soon because it doesn't Sadly,it doesn't look like it's gonna end anytime
soon, especially if they're not evenlooking to take this measure up till next

(01:35:21):
month. Goodness, a lot canhappen then. But I appreciate you joining
us. Thank you, Thank youwith you. And that's Todd Staples with
Texoga, and you can find themas well. We got the all the
info up there, throw it upin the lower third. We'll have this
up on YouTube too. But that'sthat's the thing. I Jennifer Groholmes remarks,
which he kind of had touched onwithout saying her name, you know,

(01:35:42):
saying that, oh, when theyhave to look at these analyzes before
they make the term. They've beenlooking at this stuff. It's not like
they decide, you know what,I'm gonna build a terminal or I'm gonna
export this, or I'm just gonnado something, and you know, all
willy nilly and not have like, you know, a multi year plan for
it. It's so dumb. It'sso it's just it's petty. Part is
in politics because he's mad over theborder and they and they're looking to hit

(01:36:02):
Texas. That's what it is.Follow Dana on Apple, Spotify or wherever
you get your podcasts, because knowledgeis your ultimate superpower. Lets remember who
the hell we we are. We'rein the United States of America. So
that was Joe Biden at the NationalPrayer Breakfast surprise talking about who the hell

(01:36:25):
we are, Let's remember who wewould He's just not look, I'll I'll
tell you when the last year atthe State of the Union, watching him
from the side of the podium andI was on his left side, he
was like us. He was holdingonto that thing like for support, not

(01:36:47):
not like how some people just sortof will grab the lecter and and he
was just so slow and he wasshuffling to get up. He I mean
I've had members of my family thathave had in a pretty catastrophic strokes when
they are recovering and they go throughthese issues, they it just looked so
familiar to me because of that, and it's like it seems to get worse,

(01:37:11):
worse and worse. I don't know. I'm telling you gotta be ready
for this tomorrow. One of thethings that we're going to do at Deep
Dive on is how unbelievably broke theRepublican Party is not just the RNC nationally,
but state by state parties, especiallyin a number of these battleground states

(01:37:35):
where you need that money to helpmake momentum. You have to have that
money so you can do media buysand you can make sure that you've got
phone banks running and that you havematerials for canvassing and for registering voters and
all of that. And a lotof these parties we've touched on it before

(01:37:56):
are either absolutely broke or they arenear broke. And in the meantime,
Democrats are storing up hundreds of millionsof dollars and they have not even started
with launching their ad campaign yet. They've just been very quietly gobbling up media
buys very quietly, so they've beendoing gobbling up airtime, trying to shut
out any kind of Republican purchase. They've been gobbling everything up. So that's

(01:38:21):
it's bad because what is what havethey been spending their money on? What's
the RNC been spending their money on. We're going to talk to Jennifer van
Laar tomorrow because she's detailed it intothis deep dive. For instance, just
give you a teaser. One anda half million dollars on floral arrangements.
Yeah, I mean the RNC isnot doing well financially or otherwise. Remember

(01:38:47):
back in twenty ten, Michael Steelegot into a lot of trouble because donors
found out that a lot of theirmoney was going towards things like floral arrangements,
private jets, going to tropical placesto have their member meetings, and
they were used to a lot offrugality. In fact, they had said

(01:39:12):
that previously they would have Republicans thatwould complain if they were even flowers on
the tables. Now it's like they'vegone above and beyond champagne tastes on a
beer budget. Limousines. They spendmore on limousines than they do on get
out the vote texting. They havespent more on flowers than they have on
some of the get out of thevote stuff. I mean, this is

(01:39:34):
just these are hard this is theseare hard numbers. This is a major,
major problem. And I don't knowwhat the I don't know what they're
gonna do to remedy it. Andthen you have you know Trump. I
think he brought a New York Postout the story he raised forty three million
and has fifty million dollars with legalbills. This is it's this is it's

(01:39:56):
gonna get bad guys. And theyhave not even start they haven't even started
campaigning. They're just doing light stuff. They haven't even kicked it off.
You're gonna see efforts at shifting poles. You're going to see all of that.
I mean, everything is gonna bepapered with ads. It is going
to be a full on onslaught. And the RNC, I've never seen them
so unprepared. We got to talkabout that tomorrow. Today's stupidity came,

(01:40:17):
all right, it is Representative AyanaPresley. She's talking about how racist Walgreens
is for shutting down their stores insome of the highest crime areas. Listen
to what she says, this timeon Warren Street in Roxbury, a community
that is eighty five percent black andLatino. This closure is a part of

(01:40:38):
a larger trend of abandoning low incomecommunities, like the previous closures in Mattapan
and Hyde Park, both in theMassachusetts seventh When a Walgreens leaves a neighborhood,
they disrupt the entire community and theytake them and they take with them
baby formula, diapers Asthma hailers. Is she describing the looters because that's what
they're taking. They're taking diapers andformula and stuff from Walgreens without paying.

(01:41:01):
So is she expecting them just tobleed money? She expected Walgreens to operate
as a loss because she doesn't understandwhat a business is exactly. Folks,
that does it for us this evening. Make sure you find us on YouTube,
Facebook, like and subscribe. I'llbe with the Dallas Jewish Conservatives this
evening. You can find information onFacebook socials, all that good stuff.
And in the meantime, I'll beback with you tomorrow. I have a
great night.
