David Seymour: ACT wants to cut number of Govt ministries - Politics Central

ACT Party leader David Seymour delivered his State of the Nation address this morning. 

He says this government is on track to produce positive change, but it's not happening as quickly as it could be. 

ACT says there are three ways to break our country's slump: equal rights, positive thinking, and a smaller government.
