how many Americans, how many Americans the day after tomorrow
are going to be They're going to be sitting there

at Thanksgiving dinner and they're going to be openly thankful
for the election of President Trump, including many who never
would have said that in the past. And you can
see it right it's concrete, and you can see the
world turning. You can see America turning right now in
the right direction. The latest tangible example among many is

Iran essentially surrendering to Israel in Lebanon. And that may
be a bit of an overstatement, but understand one thing.
When you hear about a peace agreement, does cease fire
agreement with Hesbela, that's really an agreement with Iran because
hespel is just another military arm of Iran holding many
people in love and hostage of that evil force. And

so no, this is Israel achieving hopefully peace, but they achieved
it through strength. And it's also I believe a reaction
to Donald Trump having this second turn. Now, there's a
reason that we had much more peace in his first term.
It's called strength. He is not a pacifist, he's a peacemaker,
and he makes that peace through strength. He does not

retreat from conflict. He causes the enemy to retreat so
that you don't even have to fight the wars. So
very very positive development today. There's still much more work
to be done to protect our great alli Israel. Very
positive development there that Americans will benefit from directly as
well that in so many other signs. You look at
Trump's favorables now up at a straight fifty four percent

in polling, but fifty eight percent approving of his transition,
despite you know, the undying efforts of the left, you know,
to make his transition look awful. You know, fifty eight
percent of the American people supporting that they know what
he's about, and they sure as heck you don't want
what he's promised. On immigration, It's still really startling to
me that you have almost sixty percent of the American

people supporting mass deportation. I've got to believe the numbers
for what Trump is planning now, which is to deport
the criminal illegals, those here illegally have committed other crimes.
That's got to be up around seventy eighty percent at least,
and that's just the people who would admit it. So yeah,
lots of good things happening, and then it's leading to

some beautiful moments like this because remember as we were, say,
two three, four months, six months out from the election,
and I was sitting here telling you, hey, Trump's gonna win,
He's gonna win comfortably. It's going to get tense here
and there after they get rid of Biden. Blah blah blah.
My point was, yeah, gotta win first, you gotta win.
You gotta have Trump win. But the other big mission
is to expose the left for who they really are,

because you got so many people who continue to vote
Democrat out of habit and I know that because I
was one of them, and you know, you got to
be able to have more of those people see how
truly whack the Democratic Party has become. Because there's a
whole group of people it doesn't matter how good the
Republicans are, they're just not going to open their mind
to Republicans. I was one of them once because of

the stereotype. But they've got to see how whacked the
Democrats are. So that's mission be and you know, we're
really gaining on that as we see more and more
of these lefties expose themselves for the true crazy radicals
they really are. And Kamala Harris didn't lose because she's

a liberal. She left because she's a crazy far left wacko,
as so many of them in power are now And
now you count Mike Johnston is one of those, right
Because Mike Johnston Merritt Denverrew comes out and says he's
going to use the Denver police to go physically resist,
encounter and resist federal law enforcement, stop them from enforcing
federal law, and wants fifty thousand in the streets to

do the same. That's left of Kamala Harris far left wackoism.
And so that leads to one of the greatest quotes
of all time. This from Trump's borders are Tom Homan, I.

stripping naked, running around trying to get attention. But he
knows the price the people of Denver will pay, not him,
but the people of Denver and Colorado will pay because
he knows this lunacy is going to attract many more
people who are here illegally in America to Denver. I mean,
if you're here illegally, whether you're here illegally and otherwise

abiding by the laws many are, or here illegally, and
you're one of the hardened criminals who got in through
an open border, You're going to go to Denver, right
because you've got a mayor so whack he's promising to
use the cops to fight the Feds to protect you. Yeah,
you're going to go to Denver and Johnston knows that,
but he doesn't care. He's just trying to become governor.

Let's get to some text before we get to some
more calls, Dan, they should start on the red states
that all the criminal illegals flee to sanctuary cities. Maybe
then they will learn something, probably not Mike in Henderson.
It's going to be very interesting. I don't expect it
to see if the Trump administration does some of that
quote relocation. Okay, here, Mayor Johnston, you know here are

five thousand. I don't expect that, But what would you
think about that? The solution, and there's no silver bullet,
but an instant impact. Big part of the solution. Pass
a federal civil rights law that victims of personal injury

and wrongful death can sue sanctuary cities and states for
civil damages if they can prove that they were seriously
injured or they're loved ones killed by somebody here illegally.
Pass a federal civil rights law that allows those kind

of lawsuits, and you would end much of this very
quickly because there is so much harm. I understand. Listen,
I understand there are a lot of folks here illegally
who are living peacefully in their lawbiding and they're not
hurting anybody. But even among that lawbiding population, you still
have a significant number of folks ones too many, who

then get involved in a serious or fatal traffic crash
and they kill or seriously injure somebody who lives here.
That can't how do you justify that? But then then
you have so much carnage being caused by the relatively
small percentage, but it's a deadly percentage of folks here
illegally or are committing these other criminal acts, and so

very very quickly the damages, the money damages that Mike
Johnston and Mayor Polis and others in charge that their cities,
that their states would have to pay out because these
crazy lefties, these crazy lefties care more about protecting folks
here illegally committing and those who are committing other crimes
than they do citizens. Yeah, those people would be thrown

out of office in a hurry. First, they would stop
the conduct before it could get to that point because
the city and state couldn't afford it. So my point
isn't oh wow, let's have a lot of people win
big lawsuits. My point is prevent the harm from happening
in the first place. And if you pass laws like this,
you're going to prevent a lot of this harm from

have to do it because those guys they will never

there ain't nobody gonna follow him, Dan, Dan, he's a coward.

the front lines, Not a chance. And and then last
but not least, Oh real quick. So in twenty sixteen, Dan,
I was watching the election and boom, as soon as
uh I'm Michigan and Wisconsin, you know what the Trump
I said, Boom, that's it. Yeah, so so so he
went in twenty twenty, you know, they quit counting those

votes and at about ten thirty that night. And that's
a whole nother discussion. But this last lection, what I
got to say, what do is I was watching and
so before North Carolina and Georgia were called, I know,
and I look at my TV and Trump had just
come out with all those flags.

Israel has just beat the hell out of them and
Donald Trump because they know now Israel's going to have
full backing of Trump. What's hilarious is to now watch

the left, that the media arm of the left, try
to give credit to Biden for it, right, Yeah, who
did some good things for Israel early And then I'm
sorry I got interrupt. We keep different monitors on in
the studio CNN headline right now, Trump's new borders are
threatens Denver mayor with jail. Yeah, they might want to
explain why. Yeah, and now they're putting up the Mike

Johnston quote, which just goes to my earlier point. Mike
knew that, you know, insurrection. Mike knew that when he
said it, that it's just going to get national attention
as calculated and detract illegals from all over America to
come to Denver. So I haven't heard a good explanation
yet for why he wants that. Clearly he wants it.

We all know that the left, including Johnston, wants you know,
illegals coming in through the southern border because they see
them not as humans but as future Democrat votes. But
why would he want the illegals already in America to
now flock to Denver? Because clearly he knows that's going
to be the response to his promise. Yeah, to use

Denver police to go out and fight the Feds to
protect the illegals. Yeah, who wouldn't want to come to
Denver if you were any legal? Eight five five for
zero five eight two five five. Speaking of just overall
positivity in the world since Trump was elected, Look, see

That's a pretty big deal, especially considering see you basketball

All right, let's get back to the life and Death
staff fight. I did mention before the break. The latest
installment of the sky is falling from the left about

Trump is the tariffs, right, Oh my goodness, the tariffs
are going to spike your prices on everything, this and that.
You just have to look at that and laugh because
these people think you're stupid. Right. Oh yeah, yeah, the
same Donald Trump who just won because in his first
term inflation was almost nonexistent. Oh yeah, what was he

doing his first term tariffs? The same Donald Trump who
had prosperity and peace in the first term. Yeah, you
think he wants the opposite now, of course not, of
course not so this So this idea that Trump pursuing
tariffs is going to lead to a worse economy for you,
is going to lead to a worse existence for you.

That that's just more lefty craziness. You know. Trump, he
proved it in the first term. I mean, reasonable people
can disagree on tariffs as an overall policy, but it's
like anything else in life, it's how it's deployed. And
Trump in the first term proved he knew how to
use the threat of tariffs much more often than tariffs
as a pressure point as part of an arsenal of many,
(14:37):
many different moves on the chess board to protect America,
protect American workers, protect American business, protect American prices. And
Trump has a broader goal, right, and his broader goal
includes protecting Americans from the chemical weapons attack we have
been under for years from China and Mexico called fentanyl,
(14:59):
that say, chemical weapons attack that's killed way over one
hundred thousand Americans. And so Trump's using the threat of
terrorifts to try to shut that down an illegal immigration.
That seems like really smart work to me. But you
look at all the success Trump had in the first
terms using the threat of tariffs and judiciously here and
there tariffs. Yeah, like Trump's going to do something stupid

them is going to go to jail?

Since we have open jobs we're trying to fill, we
have more business. We're trying to do more imports and
exports we want. That would hurt I think American farmers
and ranchers, and it would hurt American retailers, and so
I don't think that is the solution. I think there
is a way to work collaborably with Mexico and other
countries in Central and South America to.

Try to solve this problem. And that's what we're looking for.

What are pragmatic ways to help people get to work
that want to work, help employers hire them if they
want to hire them, and help folks get a fair
hearing in court and let the courts decide if they
get asylum or not. All folks are asking, they're not
running from the law, they're asking actually running towards the law.
They want to get their cases heard. They have a
seven year waga.

It just makes the folks would.

Have added more administrative and judicial capacity to hear these
cases Trump opposed. So there's common sense ways they have
these cases heard that are constitutional.

Now ask them out a good questions there. These won't

caught that later in the interview. Maybe she asked him
some tough questions earlier tomorrow. Yeah, but again, Mayor Johnston
scared of his shadows, so he won't come on the
show where we could just ask him. Okay, okay, how
about Mayor all of the folks who the courts have

said have to leave. Is it okay for Trump to
round those folks up in Denver and deport them? How about,
mister Mayor, the folks here ilegally who have committed other
serious crimes. Is it okay for Trump to round them
up and deport them? What do you think his answer
would be to those questions and all of this, all
of this fast talking stuff about oh no, this the

solution isn't to threaten Mexico at tariffs it's to do
all this stuff that Biden was doing. Yeah, how did
that work out?

become governor and he's trying to attract some attention, but
he's got no. He just endangered law enforcement more and
attracted a whole lot more folks to Denver. Folks are
here illegally, so covering all the big news of the day.

joining us is I hope you're able to enjoy this moment,
because we truly may be living through one of those
rare times in human history when there's a sea change
in the right direction. And following the election of Trump,
there have been some real concrete indicators of that, no guarantees,

but some really good steps, such as today Aroan I
think essentially caving and agreeing to this cease fire in Lebanon.
Now we'll see if it really holds. That's the result
of the strength of Israel that's been beating the hell
out of them, and the strength of Donald Trump because
they know Trump's going to back Israel. So another really
concrete move. Trump's high approval ratings four percent fifty eight

percent for the transition all very good signs. And you
can bet broad support in America for the effort that's
underway right now in the sense of the preparation and
the messaging to have a deportation of folks who are
here illegally and committing other crimes, Folks who committed serious
crimes in other countries and then came here unvetted, as

well as folks the courts have already said have to go,
all of whom the Democrats are willing to let stay here,
which tells you why they lost right that and other things.
Let me get to some of these texts and I'll
mix in some of the fun sound of the day. Dan,
how come you are so pro law except for illegal immigration?
Please explain exclamation point. I wish you'd call my friend,

because I don't understand your premise. I've been absolutely consistent
over decades on air the law must be enforced, including
at the border. Our border must be closed and controlled.
That's not a negative reflection on folks south of the border.
It's if you don't have a border, you don't have
a country. If you don't have a door, you don't

have a house. And so that that's been my consistent
message throughout. So I do not understand your premise. It
it may come from the fact that I recognize just
some undeniable truths, such as, if I was born in
poverty on the other side of the border, I'd come
into this country illegally if I had to, and I'd

be peaceful, in law abiding and try to contribute every
way I could. I'm not saying that would be the
right thing for me to do. I'm just being honest
about what I would have done. But thank God I
was born here. The other thing I've said, which is
undeniably true, everybody listening knows it's true, because everybody listening
knows a bunch of folks here illegally, and that is
(21:42):
some of the finest people I've ever met in my
life are illegal immigrants. That doesn't mean they should be
here that that doesn't mean that our borders shouldn't be honored.
I'm just being honest about the fact that there are
a lot of people here illegally who are good humans,
and some people who are truly extraordinarily impressive. But again,

that doesn't mean that we can have open borders. Because
you take the large group of folks who are here
illegally and they don't violate other laws, they still can
get into traffic crashes that then kill people who are citizens.
You can't justify that you've got to have border control.
But then we all know you have the other group,
and people can disagree on the size, but the other
(22:25):
group are hardened criminals who the Democrats allowed to come
in and want to stay here because they don't support
the actions necessary to remove them. And obviously no civilized
society can permit that, and not one person should be
allowed to stay in office who supports that. So yeah,
I just don't get the Texter's premise there day on
(22:49):
the next insurrection could be in Denver when Mike Johnston's
promised it. I mean, Trump was falsely accused of insurrection.
Mike Johnston has called for one, and those stories that
say he's backed off, and I was guilty of saying
that in the beginning, but then when I listened to
the sound work carefully, Mike Johnston is not backed off
that call for insurrection. He has not said that he

will will not use the Denver PD to go out
to the county line to stop federal law enforcement. Now
with the great men and women of Denver Police Department
do that, of course not, but they would not follow
that illegal order. But Johnston hasn't reversed himself on that.
He's still leaving that as an option. And you know,

speaking of insurrectionists, here's another example of classic insurrection on
the part of a Democrat Chuck Schumer.

You won't know what hit you if you go forward.
But he's awful decision. That's an insurrection. That is an

violence if they don't do what the other branch wants. Yeah,
that's an insurrection, just like insurrection Mike's calling for in insurrection? Dan,
do you think Mike Johnson is calling the legals to
Denver so he can throw up his hands and say
I tried to protect you even when they do get

that question. Why is Mike Johnston actively trying to attract
more illegals to Denver? He has to know that's what
his threat to use the police to stop the FEDS
will do. Yeah, why is he doing that? I don't
think that's the reason, my friend. I My personal belief
is that Mike Johnston doesn't care about the people of

Denver at least, or at least not anywhere near his
first priorities. First priority is getting elected governor, so he
is doing whatever he thinks will attract radical left money
to his governor's race, and as of yet for William
declared governor's race, and so you cannot be too whack,
too far left for some of this billionaire democrat money.

So I think that's his play. And I don't think
he cares at all about the people of Denver who
get up end up getting hurt by the additional illegal
immigrants who come here, which is just going to include
as a matter of math, some percentage who are hardened criminals,
not most, obviously, but some dan The ceasefire is Biden's
how married to not go down the road of Jimmy Carter.

Anybody who really thinks Biden is behind this, this cease
fire that appears to be about to be real in Lebanon. No,
it's Israel that forced it by defeating Iran in Lebanon.
But yeah, I'm sure Biden would like to be viewed
that way. Listen to simple reality is we're living in
a moment of true madness. When Joe Biden is allowed

to remain as president for even another minute. Has nothing
to do with rudder Blue, has to do with the
fact he's mentally incompetent, and we're leaving him in a
position where he could start World War three. That's insane,
and that is a condemnation of every single elected Democrat
who does not speak out about it.

the primary, they're gonna win the general. That's their belief.
The further left they go, the more of an opening
they create for Republicans to actually pull an upset in

quote cease fire in Lebanon, which is really Israel has
just beat the hell out of Iran in Lebanon, and
Iran's going to back off at least for now. But
another positive thing because Iran knows now that you know
Trump back in the saddle, Israel's going to be fully supported.

let's pass a federal civil rights law that gives victims
of sanctuary cities the ability to sue for money damages

for serious physical injury and death. And the point of
that proposal isn't so more people can sue and get money.
The point of the proposal is to stop the harm
before it happens because you bet if the Mike Johnston's
and Jared Poulis's of the world, who obviously care more
about folks here illegally than they do citizens, if all

of a sudden, their city coffers, their state coffers were
being hit by these big judgments because there is so
much harm, so much death, caused by folks who shouldn't
even be here, but they were implicitly invited up by
police and Johnston, Yeah, they would shut it down in
a hurry, or they would lose their office. We really
do need a federal law like that. Right. You look

at America, one of the founding principles is fairness, justice,
which means giving somebody their just due and personal accountability,
personal responsibility. But who doesn't have that personal responsibility. You
get the governments, the politicians who pass all those laws
that say they don't have that personal responsibility. Their city,

their state can't be held fully responsible for all the
harm it causes. Well, what do you think you're going
to get from that? You're going to get a lot
more unnecessary horror. So hold them accountable. They want to
play this deadly sanctuary city game, Well, hold them accountable
for the damages to the woman who gets raped, to
the gentleman like we had on the show yesterday, his

seventeen year old daughter is killed by somebody whod been
deported five times. You know, hold the Johnstons and police
is responsible for the real world harm caused by their
sanctuary city madness. That will end it in a hurry.

don't have many regrets, but one of the great regrets

family members, extended family members, siblings, not fans. And it
ended with my brother saying, if he wins, I'm leaving
the country. And as listeners know, he did leave the

back after Biden one, and we're very grateful to have
