nothing to be there for.

And of course the fireman's working in twenty four today,
Well he's actually on a forty eight. So it's poor
nanny Helen. So now she got to watch Layla Daisy

I feel like guys until the kids reach a certain age,
like my dad doesn't know how to be with her

with babies. He doesn't know what to do.

He's not gonna get on the floor and like build blocks.

He wants to talk to you and like do things

But to your point, though, I feel like you you
felt that way and didn't know how to talk to
kids until you had kids. And going back to it,
he has had kids, so you would think that he
wouldn't know how to communicate with a young child.

Now, as Helen and I did the exchange today, she goes,
the only concern I have is you showing me how
to get the ID channel on, because that's the first
thing he'll ask for. He'll say hi to everybody and
then he'll ask for the ID channel. So he can
solve a murder. Murder doctors, murder do It's all he
cares about. And Layla was so excited that he was
going to be coming because he promised her he would

The thing is, she didn't tell me this from the beginning,
that she had this plan. So I'm like, no, this

so I'm like, no, I'm not doing that. So now
I have nothing.

Yeah, she was the Duxbury mother accused of killing her
three young children. The story is so crazy. Dad went
to pick up take out in that short amount of time.
When he came back, she had killed her three young
children with an exercise band I believe it was, and
then tried to take her own life. And it's you know, actually,

and I think back to the story. I think of
the dad often, and I think about the off ed
piece that he wrote. I think it was for like
The Times or something where he's like I forgive her,
like that was not her and can you imagine how
just insanely hard that would be. I don't know if
I could ever get to that place.

And obviously, like, listen, this is a guy's perspective, and
I have never dealt with postpartum. I don't know, nor
can I ever understand what that is like. But I
can never get to the point of understanding, like killing
your own kids, yeah, but then taking a step further
for him now being on the other end and being
the father of those like all those kids and having
to write and go through those emotions, that's a whole
other thing.

There is a playground in Duxbury that is dedicated to
those kids, and a few months back I went there
with my own and I can't even tell their photos,
like real photos are everywhere, and it is just like
you just look at how young they were and how
they literally had their whole life ahead of them, and

it's just it's so heartbreaking. I bring her up because
she was scheduled to stand trial for the murders in February. However,
she is seeking another delay. This is there's been a
few If the prosecutors agree her defense attorney has asked
that the trial be pushed back from feb until May.

(08:33):
He says, quote, including government evaluation by government physicians of
the defendant, the defendant's consultation with the toxicologist psychopharmacologist, and
a preparation and filing of different motions. Both trial cons
will have had numerous matters before the Courts of the
Commonwealth for trial in the past six month and are
docketed with cases up to and including the February date

presently scheduled for trial. I mean that sounds like a
lot of I don't know what any of that is,
but essentially they need more time.

I don't even I don't know if she should be
charged with murder. And I say that more so because
I know she's dealing with them with a lot of
psychosis or whatever's going on with her. Clearly she needs
a lot of help. Clearly she needs to be in
some sort of facility. I don't know if murder is
actually the thing here. And again this is just me
based on just emotions in this conversation. I'm not saying

it's right or wrong. I just don't know.

I think i'd have to see the evidence to agree.
With you, mainly because there's a lot of question marks
around the time frame in which he left to go
pick up the dinner. You know, there were supposedly there
were searches of how long that would take him, So
that way she was she had the mind frame enough
to be like, Okay, he's gonna be for seven minutes.

I have said, like I need to know things like that.

But on the other end of that, do I believe
that there is such a thing as postpartum psychosis?

Absolutely?

And do I think that there is a real issue
with all the different medicines she was on the lack there,
Like I don't think she was getting the proper help
all of the things.

Yes, but that's why there's a trial.

Yeah, And like to your point, though she had the
time to search all this stuff up.

She has a wherewithal to do that pull back like
we don't know though, And that's the thing we don't know.
And again that's why there's going to be a trial.
But I you know, postpartum is it is a real
thing for a lot of people. And you know, I
feel like I was so so so fortunate that I
did not have it, But I know so many women

that do, and there's definitely it's not talked about a lot,
and there is certainly like this disconnect where I don't
feel like women know who to go to or get
like the proper help for it.

And this is why, Like I'm a guy, I don't
know what that is. Like, I don't know what I
have a baby. I don't know what it's like to
go through nine months of pregnancy and all these things.
So even me commenting on this is like comes from
that guy's so and again, I don't know.

At the end of it, three little babies lost their
lives and it's just it's just so heartbreaking. So again,
her trial was supposed to begin in fact, but they're
trying to push it back to that May date. Are
You've been pushed back several times, So once we get

Drake has filed a notice of an appeal in his
defamation case against Universal Music Group over the promo of
not Like Us.

not defamatory to you because it is just a quote opinion.

the mom is telling her kid. We're all hanging out

white plush couch, and the mother is telling her kid, like,
come on, let's get out of your school clothes. Let's
change into something more comfy. So she changes her kid
into something real. By the way, the kids, I think
a little over four, So she changes her kid into something,
you know, comfy, And as that happens, they kind of

move away and I'm eye level with like the side
of the couch, and I'm like, that looks like two
streaks of poop.

So I immediately blame the dogs.

But that's not the biggest part of this, because I
wanted to make sure that it wasn't like chocolate.

I got down on all fours and I cut I

So I crawl over to it and I get.

telling me it was dog poop.

So I'm on all fours, I'm sniffing it and I

mother goes, oh my gosh, like, do you think the
dogs like we're on the couch today?

So I mean, we all we we.

Know the rule, like the dog's on the couch. And
I said, maybe Helen had the dogs on the couch.
Of course, Leila chimes and like she did, and I'm like,
you know, you don't know. As we are having this discussion,
I look up and the child had on pink pants
and she turns around and she runs out and I
can see the pooh on our pants, poo pants. So

I look at the mom and I go, oh, my god, oh,
I think she I think I said, you need to
take her to the bathroom. You need to take her
to the bathroom immediately.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
And she's like what what? And I said, I think
I think she pooped herself.

So fast forward, just to make a long story short, Yeah,
I was down on my hands and knees sniffing another
child's pooh. And then thank god for the green Bissel
machine on Amazon. I I didn't even take a split
second to think like, oh, I don't want to offend
her by getting out like the couch washing machine. I

just got it right on out and thank god. I mean, listen,
we're all moms, we're all post her moms or your parent,
We've all been through something. I would never embarrass her.
It's not like, yeah, we all have things happened. You know,
my kids have gone to other people's houses and drop
things and I'm scrubbing and so yeah, so I get
out the machine and I'm scrubbing out the it was.

It was a lot, and you know, then the playdate
continued and I had.

To act like you know, which I was I really
was fine, it's fine.

But then as soon as she left, I got in
a bath with the kids because I can't.

I was unwell because at the end of the day,
the particles were up your nose.

I got upon them and I was like, and I go, yeah.

No, no, that's definitely poop.

But my body was smelling like tree so cause I
was thinking it was dog. So I was like smelling
like like dog poop. And there's definitely a difference there.

The minute you come either in like nasal contact or
physical contact with somebody else's like poop, it's takes things
to a new level.

And again, had it been my own kid, I could
have I could have I think recovered. But and you
know what's so crazy, I like, I know this mom
well and we're very cool.

Had the situation been different, she I know, she would have.

Been like, I'll clean it like but she had to
go handle bathroom situation, which was far more important.

So I had to, you know, get the.

The bissel, which is completely fine. I don't think she
was bothered by that.

She wasn't because she the first thing she says is
if it doesn't come out like, I will pay for it.

I keep looking at my phone. I'm like waiting for
her to text me, like, was it.

A situation that the child was sick or just didn't like?

She told her she was just too excited playing.

She got excited and just dropped the deuce on your couch. Like,
I get it.

It looked like two streaks, as if like you took
two Twix bars and just went, you know, like they
were melty and.

You just That's what it looked like.

But I think back to the moment, and it's funny
because the fireman was working and I said, you gotta
FaceTime me.

He's like, I'll just call your regular phone.

I said, no, you need to FaceTime me so I
can get down on my hands and knees and show
you how close I like, I really got up on
it because I honestly wanted it, you know, to be chill.

I was praying for it to be chocolate.

You've had a few situations where you run into human feces.
I have one of the funniest stories I've ever heard.
One of the craziest ones is when you touched like
homeless poop.

I knew where you were going. There was a time
every time I tell this when I get sick. Every
time I tell this when I get sick.

I was dog sitting, well not really, I was my
boyfriend at the times dog and there was a homeless
man out and the dog ran up on him and
was like rolling around in the grass next to him
and whatever.

And when I called him back, I was like, Lincoln,
get here.

I'm like, get over here, and he gets over to
me and he actually almost couldn't open his eyes.

There was so much poop, but beyond that, so much
moren so much cord that I thought to myself, to
the who.

All right, everybody, Thursday, October thirtieth, Let's start with Drake.
Drake has officially filed a notice of appeal in his
defamation case against UMG over the promotion of Kendrick Lamar's
Not Like Us. An appeal because the judge in the
case came out and said that essentially they don't consider

not Like Us to be defamatory against Drake and that
it was a quote non actionable opinion. Drake, of course,
now we know does not agree, so he is continuing
on with the appeal. It's definitely a place divided on
if this gives sadness or if this gives wow.

This man's really trying to prove his point. Where do
you fall on that.

I think it's like losing a basketball game at the
buzzer then like trying to appeal it, like going to
