As a previous coach, personal trainer, and athlete, she experience(d) challenges athletes face both on and off the playing field. Her practice centers on helping athletes, their families, and support personnel navigate mental health and performance issues. She also specializes in Brainspotting, Trauma/PTSD/Sport PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
She provides mental health counseling in Colorado (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate- LPCC) and New Mexico (Licensed Mental Health Counselor-LMHC) and mental performance coaching globally. She has a diverse background in athletics and performance and currently practices Jiu Jitsu. Jiu-jitsu has allowed her to push herself outside her comfort zone and stretch her mental performance.
