Los datos son hoy fundamentales para tres ámbitos: el público general, que demanda visualizaciones para comprender información compleja; el mundo académico, cada vez más orientado a enfoques cuantitativos; y gobiernos y empresas, que los utilizan para analizar tendencias y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
En el Real Instituto Elcano, los datos sustentan tanto nuestros análisis como herramientas propias, como el Barómetro del Real Instituto Elcano o los índices de Presencia Global y de Dependencia Económica. Suso permite contrastar relatos, pero también exige rigor: seleccionar, representar y comunicar la información sin distorsionarla.
