¿Sabían que el segundo viernes de enero se conoce como “quitters day”? O, en español, el "día de quienes se rinden"…Este nombre hace referencia a que, en esta fecha, muchas personas ya abandonaron sus propuestas de año nuevo. Así que te traemos este episodio después de este temido día para recordarte que ¡cualquier día del año es bueno para empezar de nuevo!
Así que si ya abandonaste tus metas o si aún no te había dado tiempo de planificar tu año, acompáñanos en nuestra reflexión de año nuevo, teniendo en mente que uno de los principios basados en ciencia para mantener la motivación todo el año es precisamente el compartir tus metas y sueños para tener un mayor sentido de compromiso en trabajar por cumplirlas.
