(00:07):
Hi girlies, welcome to Girl Please podcast.
It's Elena here. Hey.
Bitches, it's Amanda. I'm so excited to have another
Sunday fun day with my sis. You know, it's funny, very
random because I said, hey, bitches.
Yeah, I saw on TikTok there's like this one girl and she's
like, she starts it off with like, hey, bitches.
And she's like, and I don't wantto hear you guys saying that I
can't be calling people bitches.She goes, I'm a millennial.

(00:29):
We call people bitches all the time.
And I'm like, I feel that. Yes.
I don't take offense to that. Yes, the word bitch is
endearing. It is.
It's unless, unless you say it atype of way, it's the delivery.
Really. When you say the word bitch,
it's all about the delivery. Yes, if I'm saying hey bitches,
I'm not like hey bitches aggressive about it like you
guys are. Fucking and I'm like you fucking
bitch, Then you better believe that's not endearing.

(00:50):
So if you don't find it endearing, you probably should
not be listening. For us, Speaking of TikTok,
Instagram, social media, me and you literally it's so funny cuz
we have the exact same algorithm.
Any time you're like, I got something.
Don't get me started on that. You sent me stuff and I'm like
you sent that last week. Girl, I hold myself back from

(01:12):
telling you how many things you think you're breaking news to me
and I just go along and I respond to you and I am like,
I'm not going to tell her sometimes that I sent this to
her ten days ago. When I'm passionate about
something I see on TikTok, I'll just text it to you because I'm
like, why do I even bother? Yes, I do the same thing if it's
something I need your attention and I'm like, sis, you got to
see this right now. I'll text.

(01:34):
It to you or my new thing has been go TikTok now.
Yes, yes, that's a good one. And I want you to know that
like, just because you think that you're that I've sent you
something that you've already sent me doesn't mean you don't
do that. I just don't say it, okay?
I feel like you're the same choice but.
There are also times where like you will send me something that

(01:56):
I'm literally watching as as I'mwatching it, you send it and I'm
and it's like it's exactly what I'm watching or vice versa.
Like you're like, I literally just scrolled past that video as
soon as I've sent it to you. So our algorithms are literally
the same. Then on TikTok shop we have like
the same things fed to each other.
So you're like, Oh my God, I just put this thing on TikTok

(02:17):
and I love it and it's so comfy. And I'm like, girl, I have that
set in my cart or like we'll buythe same exact outfits.
And like we're just, it's so funny.
Like I don't know if they think that we're the same person.
It may because we just are like,I find that hilarious.
I think there's a lot, like our styles are very similar to
sneakers. Yeah, a lot of like comfy

(02:38):
clothes. Yeah, like the dressy stuff that
we, yeah, our dress like vibes are the same.
And then I've noticed a new thing now where I will see
something and I find it so funnybecause I will see like a meme
or something that like, I'm like, I have to send this to
Amanda and like, I only see it because you've reposted it or

(02:59):
you've liked it. 12 out of 10 times when I'm obsessed with
like something I see and I'm like ready to send to you, it's
like you've already liked it or you've reposted it.
And I'm like, oh, she's feeding my feed.
Like she's reposting those shit honestly.
Instagram is good for us. Tiktok, they need to catch up.
They need to do that. So I know not to send you
something because I know you're ready.
Yes that we don't know who's liked it.
TikTok algorithm is better yes, but they're more private about

(03:22):
like who's liking their stuff and whatever.
But if you repost something on TikTok, I will see that you've
reposted. It no, I think Instagram needs
to bring back the days when we used to see what people were
liking, remember, used to like. That was getting really trouble,
but I was watching everybody's boyfriend like bikini pictures
and it would be like 8 of them. Like it would be like liked all

(03:44):
these photos and it would show like a whole display of like,
oh, your man, went on. I'm not fucking real diamanting
shit. Like I was like, oh, the tea is
piping. It's.
Funny you say that. I'm obsessed with Reddit.
Like I'm a Reddit girl. You really are.
I I saw this in my the asshole where some girl was like, I
noticed that my dad is re sharing pictures like of women

(04:08):
half naked and I don't think he realizes it.
Yeah. So she's like, I don't know how
to bring it up. Yeah.
So people were so nice and they were just like, like just be
like, hey, like you may you might have accidentally clicked
this, even though it's like he'sobviously.
First of all, the core issue here is the repost feature on
TikTok. I mean on Instagram is way too

(04:28):
sensitive. It is too sensitive.
What is going on with this repost button?
I've like I've noticed like as I'm watching something I'm
trying to scroll past and as I'mhitting the scroll, I haven't
even watched the video. As I'm hitting the scroll, I'm
like reposting it and I quickly with the quickness I'm like, Oh
my God, undo. But the other scary part about
this whole thing is like, they're really going to get you

(04:50):
because if you do that by accident and you don't notice,
if you go to somebody's profile, you can see all their repost.
You click on the little repost symbol and it shows you
everything they've reposted and and it's like half the things
like they didn't even mean to do.
So you really have to be careful.
I check mine here and there. I'll go on my page and I'm like
because sometimes I'll be in my fields and I'll repost things to
be a bitch girl and I'll. Let me let's check mine live

(05:13):
coming to you live This is fun I.
Want to do my OH? My God, I'm nervous.
Who did I repost? I reposted Chris Shell's bikini
picture. Oh.
Gosh. Oh my God, I reposted Chris
Shell's bikini. Picture.
I haven't seen that. I look like a crazy person.
Mine is all on par with things. Like one of them, OK.

(05:36):
I think all of the others are good.
One is a Dylan Efron repost, butI don't think I've reposted
that. That is hysterical, but.
One is for life saving techniques for a choking dog.
I know I reposted that consciously.
Your mind are very dog related. Jimmy Fallon gives Dakota

(05:57):
Johnson a tissue to cover her cleavage.
I reposted that girl. This is horrible.
Oh my God. Everybody go check your reposts
right now. Why is it so sensitive?
Oh my God. Thank God you check yours all
the. Time.
I check mine all the time. Oh my God.
And it's all like subliminal things.

(06:17):
I'm just like, you know, to be like flowers for no reason.
It's always a 10 out. Of yeah, you're like, I want my
man to see this and to see this.God shakes you.
What you were never meant to settle for.
I did not fucking do that. Oh, no.
It looks like I'm like this sad woman.
Oh no. Mine is all like motivational

(06:38):
stuff. It's like I love me.
I will protect my energy. I don't care who or what I.
Lose these are there's so much like up your, but I'm I'm
telling you, I'm not meaning to repost these you guys.
Oh wow, A lot of them are girl please stuff which is on par.
I'll be a better friend. I'll check yours every week.
To make sure you know what you've heard it here first.

(06:59):
Thank you sis. I'm so grateful.
I'm so thankful. Well, I just did some work here
on my. It's so.
Funny because my man just got into social media because of me
and like he does things that he doesn't like.
He'll reply to a story. Yeah, that I sent him and I'm
like no I sent you that. Why are you replying back to the
person? Yeah but he does it cuz he
doesn't know. Yes.
And I'm just like so now whenever I send them, I'm like,
don't reply to the story that isreply back to me.

(07:20):
So funny. That is hilarious.
Doesn't really share, but yeah, you gotta you letting him know
and that's great. I'm really upset that I have
some because I feel like I'd always notice but I guess I'm
not and it's these nails we're just clonking and clicking and
we're just Instagram do better. That's really sensitive and
crazy. Another thing I need to talk

(07:42):
about while we're on the topic of our phones, I have a group
chat with my complex which is lit like all the tea is in
there. I'm sure a lot of you have those
like if you live in a community and like the tenants are all in
a group and we like band together.
Like it's such a good place to like vent and shit talk.

(08:02):
Like who left their dog poop on the sidewalk?
Do better. Like people are in there.
I would love. That if you were recording.
People like so funny people takepictures, they're like y'all a
mess like it's it is I'm tea andwhen I tell.
You sounds like a Karen's group. It just makes me it's like
you're Reddit, like I spend hours on there just literally

(08:25):
going through this like whole portal of everybody talking
shit. Like people.
There's one neighbor who lets their dog pee on the balcony,
but the pee is going down to theto the neighbor by love.
And they're like, it's probably a huge dog who lives above me
because it's like a waterfall ofpiss coming down to my balcony.
And then people were talking about going to on the door and

(08:47):
like, I am just sitting here andI always mostly like anytime
people are talking about like anything to do with animals,
like I'm obviously on the I'm I'm team animal, but like,
that's crazy. I would be.
Fucking pissed. Crazy.
I would that sounds. Like that, so nasty, and also
like your balcony must be ratchet and then the next person
who's gonna live there. Smell.
But when I tell you like, we will talk and like, and people

(09:10):
will say like there's a sketchy like person in the building or
like whatever it is. Like they have our their eyes
peeled for like all the things like if there's a problem with a
door or like somebody's package is left out there.
It's also really nice for each other.
Well, they'll be like, oh, hey, the they didn't deliver your
package in the right place. I put it in the package room for
you. Here's a picture of where I left

(09:30):
it. Like so nice community, but I
also forget that while I'm in this world where it's so funny
and like I'm living like and I'll go into like on things and
like we're bantering back and forth and venting that these are
real people that like all live in my complex.

(09:51):
So like that part I haven't because I don't know who anybody
is. I don't know, I could probably
name three people in my complex and if anything, I know the
dogs. I don't really know the people
at at all at all. So like it's kind of like this
weird layer of like I'm on a Reddit thread but like these are

(10:11):
people who live with me. So I am like talking for some
reason this past month like my water bill was like 3 times as
high as normal and I was gone for the holidays for weeks
visiting family in Jersey. As you guys know, we live in
Florida, so I'm like, why is my water bill three times as high?

(10:34):
Is something going on? Everybody this has become a huge
topic of conversation in the chat.
It's a very hot button issue andeverybody's talking about how
their water bills have skyrocketed and it makes no
sense how much they're charging us.
So and we have attorneys that live in my complex.
So now the the lawyers are on it.
Let's go. It's so juicy in there.

(10:57):
And I forget that, like, you know, I'm this real person to
them and they're real people here.
And I don't know. I see you can see their names.
Like if you were in the group, it would say Amanda.
Do I know who Amanda is? No.
People have their little picture, which is like the size
of, like a pinky nail. Like, is it on tiny bubble?

(11:19):
Yeah, it's like a tiny bubble photo.
So I don't really. And a lot of the photos are like
animated or like far away with multiple people, like a family
and them. So you don't know which person
it is, like you know nothing. I was walking cash and I was
like walking towards the packageroom walking my dog.

(11:39):
And some guy is like, hey, did you get your water bill fixed?
Did you tuck to the office? I was a deer in headlights.
I was like. I get it, your little icon must
be the most beautiful little long haired Burnette.
What the fuck do you know he's been?
Dying to walk and see you that. Is my secret safe space to I'm

(12:02):
not a real person. How do you know that you
identified me in the streets? I get it.
I was shocked out of my girl. I, my, my like soul left my body
and I was like, I was like, oh, yeah, like I it's a suffix.
What are you gonna do? Like I like.
Which one are you like? Who the fuck is this?
I went through deep dive. I start scrolling because like

(12:22):
there's so. Many found him.
I don't know. I don't know.
I'm like, he could be this one, he could be this one.
I'm like, how was he with such certainty?
Like, that's her, this is the one.
And now I'm like, I'm really vocal in there.
See this picture I better. Tone it down, girl.
It's, you know, it's a selfie. I mean you see like.
You know, but I was shocked at. Everyone remembers the cute

(12:43):
girls replying. I was like, girl, I'm in there
and now I'm like, shoot, like I'm walking around the complex
thinking I know nobody. They all know me.
Maybe you write the most. Walking around?
No, I don't. I don't, I don't, but like
everyone's on board when I say something, you're so funny.
But like even if there's somebody in there that's like
even like the girlies, I'm like,oh, she's so pretty, but like I

(13:06):
could never identify her in the streets.
You know what I mean? Like I won't walk around my
complex and be like, that's Erica.
Like, I don't know how am I gonna and to say it with such
confidence. I was like, Oh my God, all my
opinions. I'm walking around and they and
like people can. Identify that talked about this.
That's the girl that's got a water bill that's too high.
Is she taking too many baths? And she.

(13:27):
And I'm not OK And I'm like, this is crazy town.
So yeah, like now I need to do better and just I have to
realize that like these people are right outside like.
I feel like I'm too much about the Grinch to like engage with
my neighbors because I feel likethere's people that love that,
like knowing everyone can like, no, I don't want to have to like

(13:49):
communicate with people in an elevator.
Yes, I don't want to. I don't want you to knock on my
door for sugar. Like I want to be left alone.
When I tell you I don't talk to anyone in my complex at all,
it's like I know one girl who I'm friends with that like I
knew prior to moving in there and like her friend who lives
there. So like by association, I know

(14:10):
like the 2 girls and but I'm when I tell you my neighbors
couldn't tell you a name, couldn't tell you what they look
like. I have no idea who lives on my
floor. And then even one guy in an
elevator once said to me, like, you're from Jersey, right?
Well, you look like that. I, that's what he said.
He said I could tell I was like what the fuck does that mean?

(14:37):
And I think I said this. Did I say this in our last
episode or did I just tell you privately that when I was on the
plane home and I was talking to these girls on the plane from
Jersey to Fort Lauderdale, like coming back after the holidays,
I had a row of like 2 younger girlies next to me and they were
like talking to me about maybe wanting to move and this and
that. I was like, yeah, like I've

(14:57):
lived in Jersey my whole life. I moved to Florida, blah, blah,
blah. And they were like, yeah, we
could tell you're from Jersey. And then your first question
was, were you wearing your hoops?
And I said no, I didn't have hoops, I didn't have glam.
I was bare face, just me. I feel like up northerners, like
we have a look and then when we open our mouth it's like really

(15:21):
telling. I feel like I don't.
I don't have an accent. I just have to put that on the
record. We.
Let us know. I feel like you have more of an
accent than I do. You know what I goal to have?
I goal to have what is it called?
I fuck off my words all the timeto have I like I want to have
resting bitch face. Is that what it's?
Called. Yeah, I think you do.
Because I'm not, I'm a smiley person.

(15:42):
I'm very welcoming. Like if I'm in an elevator, I'm
saying hi to people but like I'drather but then they.
Said If you're just not thinkingyou, you'll definitely just be
like, do you? Know I can't help but smile when
I see like if someone's looking I'm just.
Of course, I do the same thing. I do the same thing Botox, like
I'm really nice. Like check out the Botox.
I think that I must have the like, I don't know what face I'm

(16:06):
making in Pilates, but like I think I have like serious RBF
because shout out Brittany, the owner of Trumbull Fort
Lauderdale, You all need to go to that place.
Actually, don't take my spot on my reformer, but it's the best
Pilates #1 don't take it. It's the best Pilates in Fort
Lauderdale, South Florida. Yes, but she will check on me in

(16:31):
class and she's done it. Like like are you OK?
Or she'll be like, oh, your face, you just and she.
Is asking are you supposed to besmiling while you're dying?
She's like, oh, you just I was like, oh, I'm so sorry.
It's like RBI. And then I catch myself.
I'm looking at myself. I look like goals a bitch goals
like and I so at the end of class one day she's like, how
was it? And like she looks at me.

(16:52):
She's like you good. And I'm like, Oh my God, I have
to stop doing this to poor Brittany because she probably
thinks I'm like so evil or something.
And I'm like, girl, I'm sorry, I'm just dying.
Your class is amazing. Don't want to be like my
grandmother. Pass.
And I'm like, oh, I'm sorry to hear that, but like, that's
always so uncomfortable. I know I do.
That to me, nobody come up to meand tell me somebody died.
Call me and tell me somebody died.

(17:13):
So that I have like that's really.
Well, think about it. Because I'm a recruiter, right?
Yeah. So I talk to people and I'll be
like, oh, I see you, we're out of work.
Then they'll be like, oh, someone passed away.
But I'm always smiling on camera.
And then I'm like, oh I'm so sorry to hear that, you know,
cuz I have to. Change.
Are you watching it back? I can't even cringe.
I can't. I can't listen to myself back,
none of that. Like I cringe.

(17:33):
It's just, and I feel and I'm just like, fuck a man or, or I'm
very prone to be very positive. Yeah.
So I'll be like, oh, that's great.
They'll be like, I just got laidoff and I'm like, oh, that's I'm
like, it's not fucking great. No, like, I mean, it's not
crazy. I know, but I'm just such a
positive person. I know because when I'm like a
slap. You're autopilot, you're just
nodding like I get that when you're like having to switch

(17:54):
because it's almost like you're performing, like you're doing
this call, you're trying to be smiley, you're trying to be
positive. And then they you're not
processing in real time what they're saying.
And then you're like, oh, shoot, let me react appropriately.
I will doubt. I'll be like, I'm sorry.
I'm like, Oh my God, that's not good.
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm like.
Yes, I was at a company once where someone on my team was

(18:14):
like going through a really sad divorce and like had to move and
whatever. And like, he was telling me that
like he had to tell like one of our managers like I have to move
and like, can I still work out of state and this and that and
like had to have this talk with her.
It was just so weird because like he talked to her about it

(18:36):
in private and explained to her the situation.
And like afterwards he was so uncomfortable because she would
just be like, oh, so exciting. It's moving day.
Like, are you So how's it going? That's great.
And he was just always like, this is so tone deaf and weird.
And I always just felt awkward, like, even in meetings, like,
I'm like, girl, relax. This crazy.

(18:59):
He was like, yeah, he would like, slack me on the side and
be like, yeah, I'm so excited toget divorced and move.
Like, it was so crazy. But, you know, sometimes you're
just trying to be nice and you don't, like, relax.
I know that's all you're doing. Yeah.
No, but I'm like. But yeah, I feel like I'm a
little delayed. Yeah, no with reaction.
That actually happens or you know, when somebody says

(19:21):
something to you and you don't hear it and then like 5 you did
this. This happened at the gym.
Like I was on a machine actively.
You said something to me and I was like what?
And then like you walk away and then like 2 minutes later I
realized what you said like what?
How does that have? What is the science behind yes?
I don't. It takes a while to like
calculate things like. Oh my God, it was like what?

(19:42):
And then then I got it. I don't know how, but anyways,
it's so interesting and funny. Girl sis, we have to you have
something you want to get on to your chest that you've been
seeing on social media, a littletrend what the girlies are
doing. You need to talk to them.
OK, I'll let you have a moment to tell them.
What mistake? I'm sick of seeing it.
Yeah, I need to. I need to block this for my

(20:03):
algorithm because I don't want to see it.
Yeah. How do we block a a topic or
like a trend? My thing is like, OK, there are
people that like get engaged. What?
Don't have a huge ceremony. Don't post about it.
They just do their thing, right?Yeah.
These are one of those. Cases, but they need to do that.
So I do not want to see a woman get down on one knee and propose
to Herman, I'd say. And then they recorded it,

(20:24):
they're proud about it, and I'm just like.
That's the crazier part. And I'm not like a big person
where like their gender roles and like I don't whatever.
No, no, no, like I don't care. But that to me is like, does
this man want to be with you? Have you been together so long
that you're like, he's not goingto do it?
I might as well do it. And it's usually.
Yeah, and to me it's just nutty. And I'm just like, and then the

(20:44):
guy's like all excited about it says.
And I'm just like. I've never seen a man react well
when I've seen those videos. Oh yeah, they, I mean, they
never say no. They say yes.
They say yes reluctantly, like it feels frustrated.
You ain't never seen a man on there being like how a woman
reacts in a proposal. He is like, Oh my God, this is

(21:05):
weird. Like you wanna, you wanna jump
out a window for him like it's and for her like it's so
uncomfortable and it's so hard to watch, but you can't look
away. I'm like is that their happy?
Face and it's I think that thereare rare couples where like the
you know, like they're just different and like this works
for them and like the man is like this is empowering for her

(21:27):
and I love this. But like, I feel like if you do
something like that, it's something you guys have like
talked about and you know that the man would also be cool with
this and like this would be like, I find it just like what
you're saying where it's become almost this like desperate push
to be like, all right, it's beenand you always see they're like
12 years together and like I finally popped the question and

(21:48):
it's like, sis, like your man will know right away, like you
don't need to be getting on the there is no amount of money.
There is. I'd rather like lose a limb than
get down on the knee. And propose just don't post it.

(22:08):
Do it in private. That's hilarious.
You know, like what he needs to know if that's.
What you want to do? Don't tell anybody just.
And then it's crazy because she has she gives him a ring and
then she doesn't have one. That's sad.
I. Would drag my daughter out by
her hair. Oh my God, Oh my God, I don't.
You would never raise a woman that's going to get down on me.

(22:31):
And like, I genuinely want to emphasize that.
Like not I don't care about gender roles.
I don't care about gender. Roles I do not care and like
what you want to do, what I wantto do, what anyone you know do
it up. But this is just one thing where
you would just hope it doesn't come from a place of the man
being less. Sure, like girl, by your

(22:53):
wedding, you guys just do it. All yourself at this point,
marry yourself like at this point like I can't that's.
Just crazy every time I see it Isend it to you so fast and I'm
like never in this life or the next.
And I can't believe I've been seeing it more and more.
And sometimes you really genuinely hope that this is a
skit because I can't take it seriously.

(23:15):
I don't want to believe that, myfellow women.
They must be trying to give you like good for you guys cuz I.
Definitely hope that half of these ain't real because my.
Biggest thing is like when people have really great
proposals, like it's so cute andI'm worried about mine because I
feel like, you know, this person.
I'll be like you. Sure.
You're gonna be worried about. Your proposal, my reaction to

(23:37):
it, like I'm worried it might bea little out of pocket cuz I'm
be like, you know, like I would be so excited that I might say
some crazy shit, but. That's OK because like that's
you like though, your raw real reaction is is so you and I
would be like, shut up. You don't have and that's OK.
Like you also don't have to postthat shit with sound.
You also can post a photo of himdown on a knee where it's a cute

(24:01):
like the video is for you guys. Like the actual reaction can be
private and intimate and special.
And it's like however you authentically would react like
don't put on a performance. And it's like that's the biggest
moment in your life. Authentically be yourself and
you. Can you know what that's going
to entail? Photo you don't have.
To I'm going to see him get on. I'm like, where the hell is this
camera person? I gotta make sure they get my
pretty angle girl. You don't think that I'm going

(24:23):
to already have that set like I know?
I like the idea that they know but I don't trust it till I see
it. Girl, I'm just letting you know
that First off, I will be directing behind the scenes and
making sure. I won't worry then.
That the plans are executed to AT correctly.

(24:43):
The first thing that I said to my soon to be cousin Dan when he
told me that he was proposing toAthena was that bitch's face
better be on the left in that photo.
I didn't say it like that. I was crying, blubbering.
People like this is how to make it.
I was like. You're like, wait, wait, this is
I said, I said do. You know her good sides.

(25:05):
And he said yes, the left and I said you're accepted.
Okay. He said you're a real 1.
These things matter like I wouldbe, so they are.
So important and I've been preaching that to all my friends
from the womb. I'm like every time they start
having conversations I I think when I had met my ex like
probably couple months in when we would talk about it I would
tell him make good sense. Like I, you have to instill

(25:28):
things they can never forget. Like I know this couple and I
won't say no name. But you're like, I won't say any
names about this couple, but I'll describe them to AT so they
can figure out who they are. It was a huge red flag to me
that, like, when this person proposed and got an engagement
ring, yeah, it was like, not even a ring that she wanted or
like, And he knew. He knew what her shape was.

(25:49):
That's crazy. It's so controlling where it was
like I'm gonna get you what I think looks good and what?
And you look at this thing and I'm like red flag.
And I'm just like, this is her thing.
It's about her and you make it about you and get something you
think would look good on that you like.
And I'm just like. No, that's nuts.

(26:09):
That's out of control. And also this trend with like
these men thinking it's funny tolike smash cake on their wives,
their bride's face during the wedding, push them in the pool
at the end of the night, like spray champagne all over them
when their hair and makeup is done.
These are things to pay attention to.

(26:30):
Like this isn't funny. It's not funny.
This is there is something here. And like, not only should you
not brush it off and laugh it off and think it was a joke, but
like, your friends and family should be worried for you.
Like, even if you're blinded, like all your girlies need to be
like this is something like thatis not OK.
That is absolutely not OK. That is not true.

(26:52):
Absolutely drag my friend out ofthat.
Relationship. No, you're going to and on
birthdays even too. Like you're going to put my face
in a cake? You're going to smear cake on
me? Absolutely not.
Even if it says to me as a kid with we're throwing hands if you
freaking if I it's my birthday party and a friend thinks that's
funny, yes, with one hand, no. On 100% that's crazy.

(27:12):
Oh my God. I can't even like wedding day,
like, the amount of, like, money, like things you do to
like. Yeah.
And they think that's funny to know.
And and now then you have to go about bubbles being.
Blown on me while I'm walking down.
When people do that, I know what.
They do the bubbles I'm not I don't think are that crazy.
But yes, like I didn't think about it like hitting you in the

(27:33):
face for for a Greek tradition that they used to do.
And I feel like people have kindof moved away from my chair is
so creaky you. Guys say I just heard that for
the. 1st if you guys hear this, I've heard it a few times while
we're recording. For somebody notices.
What? I don't know what's going on
with our stool, but want to switch.
So that what it's not gonna. I'll just say.
So can you sit on it? OK, So in Greek Wedding, when

(28:00):
they come out of the church, thepeople threw rice at you like
dry rice. No, not happening.
I'm not doing it like sorry. It gets all in your hair.
It's a weapon. It's hard.
It goes on your face like these. The amount of brides I've seen
coming out of the church and their combing rice out of their

(28:25):
freshly done hair that they've spent all this money on.
Absolutely not. So for that, and I want to say
bat, I went to a whichever the girl version is for a
Bachelorette bat mitzvah. No, I'm talking.
About like, I'm like. I'm sorry, I'm sorry the like
what? Yeah, Bat Mitzvah.
Yeah. So for I went to one for a girl
and I guess it's the. Bar Mitzvah, I think is for the

(28:45):
guy. Yeah, there's a bar in a bat.
I think I want to say yeah, Yep.Sorry guys if I'm.
No, but that's for sure. The girls, but I went to one
once. First off, they like weddings.
No, they're amazing. Second, I've been.
To them they. Throw candy when they're done at
the temple, when they're walkingthrough.
And you know what? If the candy's hard, you're
throwing candy at this poor kid.And I'm just like, wait, wait,

(29:09):
wait. Can we throw like money?
Yes, that's crazy. They no genuinely, that's how I
feel about the rice too. That stuff is hard and they're
throwing it. There are also videos of people
that you see and just like we said about the husbands, like
putting cake, like there's also a way to throw the rice where
you're like tossing it gently upas in like a celebratory way.

(29:30):
And then there's people that arelike, yeah, like, literally
going nuts. I've seen someone dump a bucket
over the bride's head. Nasty, nasty, nasty work.
But we do do on the dance floor at the reception, which this one
is a welcome tradition. They throw money as you're dying

(29:51):
and then they collect all the money.
At the Italians do that, I'd be marrying an Italian guy.
I don't know. I know Puerto.
Rican, but like Greeks do it andItaly's really close by, so why
can't you guys do it? I like money thrown on.
Me, they do it. Oh, they do it like crazy.
All over, all over town on the bride and groom, Like just like
going nuts. You better bring cash to a Greek

(30:12):
wedding. That's all I got to say.
But yeah. Noted.
Yeah, I don't want to take care of money.
It's OK, but just saying. Sis, I would give you money.
Go go get some singles and whatever from the bank before
you go to a Greek wedding. It'll be fun.
All right, let's talk. You want to get into some news?
Sure. So Love Island All Stars was

(30:33):
supposed to debut on January 14th, which is like coming up
and Heather has been postponed and I'm I'm sure they're all on
site, but there's wildfires happening.
So Love Island All Stars released a statement and
basically said that like our assessment of the location site
has concluded that filming will need to be postponed.

(30:56):
Health and safety is our greatest priority and will
always come first. And therefore the transmission
of Love Island All Stars will bedelayed until a date to be
confirmed. What do you mean the
transmission of love, like transmitting it onto TV?
Are they there location, are they there?
I want to know what's happening.I mean, what are they doing with

(31:17):
the celebs? They're just.
Probably chilling by the pool. Well, that's what they're taking
them away from. They're probably in a hotel,
yeah, locked up away. Yeah, and they have to be like
in hiding too. Imagine like being out there.
So they're filmed, they're in South Africa.
I've never watched the Violin All Stars.
I never got really into the UK while I.

(31:37):
Watched this one because there'll be a lot of US people
on it. There's a couple, there's not
many yet, but then I'm sure there will be bombshells, so
we'll see what happens. But the date has been postponed.
It's been moved. At least they're taking this
measure seriously. And I'm sure like, yeah, no, I
mean, it's probably gross conditions, foggy out there, not

(31:59):
good to breathe that air. Like I love how you're like,
they're probably with the pool like since they give you a side.
The hotel pool, Yeah. Like everything's on fire,
there's smoke. Like, no, they're not at the.
Pool they should send them back. The hotel is next to the villa,
like it's the same air. Screaming Well, I hope

(32:19):
everyone's safe. Yeah, exactly.
Like I am wondering what they'lldo, but we will find out.
I also think I had seen that they were like renovating and
upgrading the villa. So hopefully none of that is
like ruined. But I hope, like, not just like
the Love Island stars, but I hope the people that are there
in citizens, they're keeping safe because that's really
scary. This chair is killing me, this

(32:41):
creakiness. We're going to have to switch
it. I honestly feel like I may need
to like get up and get out and move the chair.
Do it quick. No, it's OK, it's OK, OK.
I'm going to stop like moving somuch, but I don't know how to do
that. I'm going to do a quick because
I didn't. I know you didn't.
I didn't want it. There was nothing eventful,
honestly. Critics Choice Awards happen,

(33:02):
it's awards season, we're here and I'm disappointed as per
usual. So 1 Battle After Another was
like the movie that sweeps and got the highest honor of the
night and it won for best picture.
Now Amanda and I both tried to watch 1 Battle after another.

(33:24):
It is the cast is stacked. Leo DiCaprio I was excited.
Taylor, Sean Penn Like what happened when you watched it?
It was too raunchy for me. I couldn't.
I could. And mind you, I'm someone I
watch baddies like. I'm into stuff that like, can be
a little, yeah. But it just it was hard to keep
me interested. I started one battle after

(33:49):
another and maybe my mistake waswatching it with my brother and
like I need to know that I I should be warned but it was just
uncomfy. Like after 10 minutes we were
like this is weird turn it off like why was Tiana Taylor so
horny? The.
Whole this is what the movie turned it off for me.
I love Sean Penn one way When she's an spoiler alert, spoiler

(34:10):
alert yeah, when she's telling him to get hard.
Yeah. I'm just like, and then that
happened. It made no sense, no sense.
And it was just so I was like, this is like they're.
Trying to do this like crazy mission, like this work that
they're so passionate about. And then she's like all over Leo
and it's like this they're trying to like help immigrants
or something. Like I didn't know what they

(34:32):
were trying to do, but like theywere clearly like passionate
about like getting justice for these people and whatever
they're doing. And like it's like an important
'cause and they're like, and she's just like trying to fuck,
excuse my language, like the whole, I don't know.
It was very strange. Yeah, I couldn't.
It was like more comedy than if I felt like more serious.

(34:54):
I. Don't think it was supposed to
be. That's what I'm saying.
Like I'm just like, you guys aredoing this mission that's
supposed to be serious, but thenlike all this shit's happening
in between that I. Was like this is weird, this is
weird, this is weird. And then my brother was like,
I'm having trouble getting into this, I said.
I said same and then we turned it off and.
It's funny because you told me you were going to watch it, and

(35:15):
you must have been, like, floored when I was like, you
don't understand. It's too raunchy for me.
Like, yeah. Because mind you, like, yeah,
I'd usually don't mind stuff like that.
Like, I love, you know, like where people like capture.
You like it didn't I don't think.
I don't know if you use the wordraunchy.
I said Ratchet I. Think, yeah.
So like I was just like, OK, maybe she means like the filming

(35:37):
was like it wasn't like like high level or something, but no,
like it just didn't. Honestly, I don't.
I don't think it's that we mind things that are spicy because.
Yeah, I don't mind that though. I'm the number one heated
rivalry advocate. Like I'm obsessed beyond and
that is like soft born and. I love 365.

(36:00):
Sense in the context this didn'tmake sense and you're almost
uncomfortable like she's going on this mission she's like
trying up a soldier or somethingand she's he's like get it up
get it up and I'm like this is so weird and then they're just
showing like his boner and the fact that.
It's getting Yeah, I was just. Like I was like this.
And it didn't make sense. Because she didn't try to like

(36:20):
hook up with him. And then it was so weird.
I don't know. And it's this isn't even a
spoiler because I, I swear I watched like 7 minutes of it.
So you guys. And you know what?
Also disclaimer, we haven't watched the movie in full to
like be able to give it a full. We couldn't get into it.
I'll try it again when I'm like, really bored and there's nothing

(36:41):
else to watch. OK, you let me know how that
journey goes. But I'm just tired of award
shows trying to be like, we're better than the popular opinion.
Like God forbid we choose the one that everybody loves.
Like we're going to choose the artsy different thing that's
like not even good. Like, I will never forget what
they did with that movie last year with like, like what was it

(37:03):
called with Zoe Saldana? And it swept like all the
awards. Let me see really quickly
because I don't want to get it wrong.
I honestly don't watch award shows.
It was called Amelia Perez. Yes, please, like girl, please
like I am just. You have wicked next to that and

(37:24):
you have Ariana like doing stunts, singing live and Cynthia
hurling herself through the air like while belting out and like
they win and for their song that's AI produced then like
completely like the voices auto tuned and all the things and

(37:47):
Zoe's winning best best supporting actress over Ariana
at every award show. Like, I was just lit.
So then when I came into this one, I was like, OK, Fresh start
fresh awards season and Wicked was nominated for seven.
Wicked for Good was nominated for seven.
Critics Choice Awards didn't take home 1 and these award

(38:09):
shows like this is only the first one, but usually there's a
like it. It signals what to expect for
the rest of the award season. So like, if one battle after
another is like getting a lot ofawards, like you can expect to
see it be a strong like take home more awards throughout
award season. And like the fact that Wicked

(38:32):
didn't get any is a good indicator that we can expect
Wicked to not do well for other awards.
And I'm just like, I'm upset about it.
And you know that I'm a Wicked girly.
I'm an Ari girly. Like I already stand before the
movie. Love Cynthia, love Jon M Chu,
Bone Yang, like all of them. I'm obsessed.

(38:53):
But like even like set design song, like all these things,
they deserve it. Costume.
Are you kidding me? Like, yeah, so really good.
I just, I am like, you know, salty and nervous.
And it's funny because people will comment to our comments and
be like, you don't know what film is or art and blah, blah,

(39:14):
blah. People have their opinions.
I think that's OK. Yeah.
That's why I don't care for these award shows because I
never. I may not have the same popular
opinion as everyone else. Yeah.
I thought Wicked was great. I thought the first one was
great. I thought they were both great.
Yeah. Should they have won awards?
Yes. At least for the vocals.
Like they. Yeah.
Amazing. Yeah.
So when I hear other places whenI'm just like, I'm not
surprised. I.
Don't know. I don't agree with anything

(39:35):
Rotten Tomatoes freaking. Yeah, I know.
That's why. I'm always like, what does the
popcorn one say? What is like?
We are perfectly capable of likeanalyzing a film, appreciating
cinematography and also like removing a bias and
understanding that something canstill be art even if we don't
love it. And we can say, hey, like, it
wasn't my cup of tea. But like, I totally understand

(39:56):
why that person got that. But I think like, in the case of
how the award season went last year, like I didn't agree.
And like, so far, I'm a little bit nervous.
But I will say Leo DiCaprio didn't win for best actor for
that movie, but Timothy Chalametwon for Marty Supreme.
And I'm hearing really good things about Marty Supreme the
movie. Have you heard?
Anything about it, it's supposedto be good.

(40:19):
I don't really know what the film is about, but like he is
like, so like about his character.
It's funny, a lot of these ones I do, I'm like, I didn't even
see that. Yeah, I know.
I knew about like they're. So above us.
But what was interesting, because it's rare, was that when
Timothy won best actor, at the end of his speech, he thanked

(40:42):
Kylie. And they don't usually publicly
really speak on on each other and their relationship.
And there have been so many rumors that they're not together
because they're not like they they still do carpets and stuff
together. Like, I don't know, people just
like to like make things up by just perception.
So it was nice that we got like a rare little peek into it.

(41:04):
And he didn't say like, thank you, Kylie.
He was like, I just would, I want to thank my partner of
three years for our foundation. And I thought that was such a
beautiful thing to say. Like using the word foundation
was so special. Even partner I feel like it's
more respectful. Yes, everyone I've seen online
saying like the fact that he said partner and not girlfriend

(41:27):
is just like it's. It's more serious.
Yeah, and it's like, could we see a ring soon?
Probably. And then he said that like, I
could totally see them getting engaged.
And he said that like, he couldn't do this without her.
And like, he was like, I love you.
And then the camera cuts to her and she mouths, I love you.

(41:49):
And it was like just a nice little like we get to finally
see some of it. Yeah, she's always been private
I feel like with her relationship, so that doesn't
surprise me and just cuz we're on the topic of it, I don't
know. I personally do not like the
term like boyfriend and girlfriend.
I feel like it's very like childhood.
Yeah, I like partner or like, you know, person I do like with,

(42:10):
you know, I feel like that to meis more it's yeah, serious and
mature. Like when I say like all my
boyfriend, yeah, I think like like.
No. Like I just like.
Just like it's like you're living with a person for years
and you're like my boyfriend. It's like, no, this is my person
and partner in life. Yes, it's it is different.
Yeah. So I totally get that.
I feel I feel the same way. But I think it was a nice choice

(42:32):
of words. He kept it simple.
But like he said a lot in the way that he said everything.
And I think like she has also like she went on her sister
Chloe's podcast and was just like gushing.
She's like I'm the happiest I'veever been and like all and she
didn't directly attribute it to him but like it's implied like
we know I. Love when I see like someone

(42:53):
that goes through something, notthat I feel like people should
go through relationships that are, but I love when they move
on and then like they realize, like, you know, no regrets of
what they went through, but thisis like nice and yes, you know,
and and I wish more people woulddo that.
Yeah. And things that are instead.
Of like settling because you're comfortable or you're scared or
whatever. Like, yeah.
We always see success stories, Taylor.
Selena. Yep, literally, there's so many

(43:16):
You. Yeah.
My cousins, everyone I know, I'mplay engaged.
This year you guys watch. Yes.
I know I am. I'm gonna get engaged this year,
probably. We had this.
Year, too. Got the ring out of the drawer.
We know what's happening. She doesn't know how or when or
any. I designed that.

(43:36):
So like, yeah, she's like out ofcontrol.
This is an unhinged story for another day, but like you are.
Very. So you guys going to get closer?
No you, you're so unwell and like I can't wait to let people
weigh in on if this is OK. My life do.
What I want, that's right, that's right, happy and love and
that's all that matters we can talk about.
Let me see what's next on our little agenda here.

(43:58):
OK. So oh, yeah, one thing I wanted
to say, we're recording this on bad timing, but we're recording
this on a Sunday, like, morning, early afternoon, whatever.
So the Golden Globes are this evening.
And when this drops, you don't, you know, I'm all about them red
carpets, girl. And so like when this comes out

(44:21):
like the Golden Globes will have.
Aired. We could do some reals.
So yeah, we'll catch up with youguys next week.
We'll probably post some Tik Toks.
We should do like your favorite looks and then I'll do my
favorite. Looks I love that we'll do that
and you guys let us know too. But the the Golden Globes will
have aired so like you know, hopefully I'm proven wrong.
Maybe Wicked will take somethinghome, maybe Ari won't grab

(44:44):
something nice. I will be so happy but like, I
don't know. I'd be happy even if Cynthia won
something I feel like. One on her too.
I just don't. I think Cynthia deserves it like
the most, dare I say, but I didn't see her nominated for
best actress. That's well, well that.
Was the critic's choice. Awards.
So I don't know, let me see if Cynthia The thing is like I feel

(45:09):
like everyone was like they're going to get all the awards for
the second movie and that's why they didn't for the first.
But like the first is like what should have like the first is
amazing performance in the first.
Like she should have won best actress.
But let me see. Cynthia Areevo Golden Globes
2026. Honey, let's see if my phone

(45:36):
decides to load. How do they do this when, like,
football's so big today? She is nominated for Best Female
Actor in a Motion Picture Musical slash Comedy for her
role as Alpha Button. Wicked for Good.
However, she will not be attending this evening.

(45:56):
She's sick of this shit. She's.
But listen to this. I don't know how I feel about
this. Cynthia Areevo will not be
attending the 2026 Golden Globesdespite her nomination, because
she is in, she's working her assup.
She is in London rehearsing for her starring role in a West End
production of Dracula where she plays multiple characters.

(46:18):
So she's like playing, it's, I think it's like a self play.
She's like playing like all 23 different characters.
And Dracula. I don't know how I feel about
this like I don't need to see her like going one way then
turning the other and being thisperson.
It's giving audio book when you do all the voices like I don't
know, it's. But don't they usually don't

(46:39):
they? Like, you know, like 4
incredible feet. Like obviously like, don't
people? Know before they get awards if
they're gonna be winning the awards or no, is it?
Oh, I thought they like had because I feel like if I if I'm
told I'm definitely go and I'm definitely gonna go.
So maybe she knows she's not gonna win and that's why she's
not going. Oh, no, I don't know.
I don't know how this works. I think everything's fixed.
You do, but they don't know. Haven't you seen so many people

(47:00):
too? They're like frazzled.
Like even when Timothy went up there, like he never speeched
for her. He's like, oh, wow, wow.
Like he was shocked. But some people will literally
be like, I didn't think I was going to win.
I saw who was in the category. I didn't very.
BeyoncΓ© when she won that country.
Oh my God, don't. Don't bring up the controversy.
Oh my God. And it was.
Fixed because Jay-Z did that. OK, I'm done.

(47:22):
This is a conspiracy theory. Call that me for legal, don't
care. She's just joking.
But yeah, I'm just dead. I can't.
But yeah, no, I mean, that's crazy that she's doing this like
one woman show for Dracula. I'm just like, I think it's a
lot like Cynthia. You don't need to do all that.
I mean, amazing. Like I applaud.
You I should kill it. She's.

(47:43):
Gonna she's gonna she's on. She's out of this world.
We'll. Report back guys.
I've never. Heard such a voice in my life.
Her vocals are. But, you know, like, it's just a
lot to take on. But yeah, good for her.
That's amazing. So that's what she's doing and
she's dedicated. She's like, I don't need to be
at an award show. I need to rehearse.
So that's what she's doing and that's that.

(48:06):
Let's get into a couple influencer updates.
Yes. So Alex Girl and Braxton, as we
know, are broken up. Thank goodness that our girlie
enjoyed her New Year's. I don't want to hear anything
from the haters. What shut the fuck?
Up and you know what's so funny that I found the feedback of
like people being like, how could she do this to Braxton?

(48:26):
I literally was like, are you well like this?
She's single. Yeah, I'm sorry.
She is she supposed to not live her life let.
Her enjoy it's New Year's she was on a trip like you would too
please like stop. That's so and I love how it's
always so much more chatter on the girls and then on the man's.

(48:47):
And I thought that was hilarious.
But what I loved after all of that, like, oh, poor Braxton was
like this woman who came out on TikTok.
She's since deleted it, but she she's like, I'm a midnight
ballerina. If you know, you know the TikTok
lingo AKA a stripper. And she's like, we know all the
tea about these people and we keep our mouths shut and we

(49:10):
don't say anything and Dada, butI'm just gonna say this now that
all of this has played out and there's all these like Braxton
defenders. She literally was like, he was
not the boyfriend that you thinkhe was to Alec and she just left
it at that. I believe it, and I believe it
with my soul. And I love how there's when men
have an opinion on this, I'm just like shut your bitch go to

(49:33):
work. One guy was like if he would
have did that and moved on with like another influenza, it would
have. Men do it all the time.
Do that like he did that to Sophia Culpo.
Like he. Did that to Olivia Culpo's
younger sister. They were together, then he
moved on with a bigger influencer in the game, Alex

(49:53):
Searle. People act like that exact
thing. People act like she was all over
his dad, like making me. Genuinely, seriously though, and
that's that's it. I have nothing to add to that.
Like get out of here. And I just had to, I had to
mention that this woman spoke out and said that because like
really, you guys know nothing and that man is not shit and he

(50:16):
couldn't take it when his girl was like starting to really
shine and come into her own. And like like.
Get out of here. Yes, genuinely enough, I'm done
with. That that you, Tom Brady, would
have put her code up there. Literally, Tom Brady would have
tweeted every single week. Go Alex.
Text Alex to this number. That's my girl.

(50:37):
I'm so proud. Even if you can't be there,
you're going to show everybody that you're supported and loved.
Send video messages, Send flowers in the trailer every
week. Get out of town.
Goodbye. The difference between a man and
a boy. Period period.
Speaking of men that ain't shit.If you know you know the famous

(51:00):
TikTok couple Christy and Desmond who are like a staple
couple and they rose to fame together.
They like created an empire together from their couples
content. Christy filed for divorce and
she literally wrote in her filing like infidelity and that
as the reason for the divorce and that it like the infidelity
makes it like impossible for reconciliation.

(51:22):
So that's like the the reason for the divorce.
I am just like, I guess because like the I know, like you see
social media couples and you know, like, you can't believe
everything that you see. That's me.
I think it's all fake. Yeah, but it's it's more like
they weren't like this influencer couple that got

(51:43):
together. It was like kids who knew each
other from 14 that have been together forever that like built
this life together, started family.
And it's just funny to me that like you went and you built they
just built this and I've been like following along like this
gorgeous, custom, beautiful homelike beyond your wildest dreams.
They have like a production company together where they,

(52:06):
because they're like in this line of business with video
editing and content and stuff like that.
They have this big brand. They've made so much money.
Their house is sickening and they have two children and it's
just like, why did you even build the house?
That's what I don't get like whyare you moving forward with all
these steps if you know you're stepping out or even if before

(52:28):
you step out and you know this isn't going to last, Like why
are you going through to get to this point?
Just like what is like what are you doing?
Even his statement he released such an asshole.
Oh my God, I have his statement. He released all these paragraphs
and like, obviously everyone is like online, like after the
filing went public, they didn't speak out.

(52:48):
But like the the we learned about it because the filing is
public and that was all over themedia.
And so he released a statement saying like, I want to begin by
apologizing to Christy. Our family and everyone has been
impacted by the public attentionsurrounding this situation.
So you're not apologizing for what you did.
You're apologizing for everyone who's been impacted by the

(53:10):
public attention. And then he's like, I know this
news has been disappointed for many, and I'm truly sorry for
the hair it's caused. Then he's like, Christy's the
mother of my children. And that will always come first.
What will always come first? The mother of your children.
Because she didn't. I remain fully committed to be
an active president and loving parents who are boys, as I have

(53:32):
always been. And then he said, Christy and I
faced challenges and made sincere efforts to work through
them. Toward the end of 2025 S like 2
weeks ago, bro, I wanted to separate and I had conversations
with Christy regarding this. So you had these conversations.
It's like toward the end of 2025yesterday.

(53:55):
He's saying he wants and she's like forcing him to stay and
like what does the hell does that?
Mean and this just these conversations are just happening
toward the end of 2025. I wanted to separate and I had
conversations with Christy regarding this.
Oh, after you built the house cat.
During this period, I made choices that I am not proud of.

(54:15):
I took responsibility for those actions.
I mean, that makes it better. I shared this with her directly
and personally and ultimately wedecided to to divorce.
No, no, no, don't get it twisted.
She's leaving you like you didn't decide together.
Like, gross. I asked for privacy and
compassion as we navigate this difficult chapter of our lives.

(54:38):
And then he, like, basically, like, thanks, thanked everyone
for their support and that he hopes they'll continue this this
journey with him. Yeah.
Who supports that man? He has like, 1.5 million
followers. And she has 10 million
followers. They're all there for Christy,
first of all. You know, usually I always say,
like for someone that's public, you know, and the hoes out there

(54:59):
that are freaking getting involved in a marriage, you
know, wrecking a home, God blessthem.
If you could tempt my man, you could fucking have him.
So I put full blame on him, eventhough I, like these girls, must
know he's in a fucking. Marriage, of course, to know
Desmond, it's all couples content.
Like he's not making content by himself.
Like they are TikTok famous because they do couples content.

(55:21):
That's what how he's that's whathe's known for being a husband.
Disgusting. And it's like funny that in his
in his statement, he's sitting here going like, oh, toward the
end of 2025 once again, yesterday we were we had these
discussions, we were going through issues and then I did
something I'm not proud of. So like you're you're just

(55:43):
saying that to like give yourself like AI didn't just go
off on a women cheat. Like we things weren't great.
We were we were having conversations like I let her
know first that like I was therewas like I wanted to separate.
So that makes it better. So that makes cheating OK.
And if you're just starting to have these conversations towards
the end of the year, you're still navigating all this is

(56:05):
fresh. You step out on the mother of
your kids, your wife and the person you've been with since
you were 14. No respect.
Like, that's disgusting. And you know what?
She started to outshine him way too much and he couldn't handle
it. I can't wait to see who her.
Next year is going to. Be.
I hope she's losing. It's this like famous.
Yeah, like rich ass amazing man who worships the ground she

(56:26):
walks on. What a pig.
Like really? What a.
Pig, I mean, I hope the opposite.
I hope she finds this low key, well loaded man.
No social media. No social media.
So she could just, you know, somebody do her thing and then
he's just loving her, who she is.
Yeah. You know, I feel like when
people start doing these fuckingthe men, it always gets to their
fucking heads. They blow up, they get into a

(56:46):
little bit of attention, like disrespect the woman that
brought them there, No. I I know I love a little
humanity. I can't believe like you rode
her coattails. She's the reason that he is who
he is. Her whole, the whole content.
It's not even like it. She shines.
In all the content, he's just there, yes.
That's what I'm going to say. It's not like it's like equal
couples content even. It's what it is.

(57:07):
It's like her doing funny, sillythings and he's reacting in the
background. She does all the work.
She figures it all out. She sits front row at like
fashion show. She gets embedded to all of
these different things, like sheis the one honey and it's about
her and then like she's doing she's finding these funky
outfits and different things andlike whatever, and then it's
just him reacting in the background.

(57:30):
That's what makes it funny. It's all around her.
He. Can't do this alone.
He can't. Yeah.
Where do you go from here? Yeah, he better have a fucking.
And it's so funny because like she's she's made it like, you
know, that challenge, she one ofher challenges that there was
this like challenge that Sierra was doing or something and like
Christy did it and then she did it with Sierra.

(57:51):
And I'm like, that's the level you're on, sis.
Like clock it. Sierra like those?
Yeah, the singer. I'm like Russell Sierra.
I'm. I'm thinking Love Island.
I'm like, what? You mean she's gonna Yeah, yeah.
God. Honey, yeah, good for her.
Yeah. So I'm like, she's gonna be
fine. But I do feel for her, unlike
her kids. And she better get that house
and I'll be. Like we can be friends.
You got a sis. Yes, literally.

(58:12):
And she has so many supporters like he.
It is just garbage. Loser.
Loser. Bye.
OK. Do you want to wrap it up with
you're watching his and hers on Netflix?
I found out today it is a book from Alice Feeney.
Yeah, and I wish I knew before Iwatched it because the show was
freaking phenomenal. I highly recommend.

(58:33):
I'm sure the book is amazing, but Alice, I don't want
anything. Away is an amazing author.
I read a book by her called Sometimes I Lie and it was so
well done. It was so clever the way she,
like, weaved things throughout that you could reference later,
and then it like blows your mindand everything connects and
makes sense over time. But like, you're so thrown off.

(58:56):
She is an incredible writer, so I'm very excited to see this
show. It's just like you mentioned,
like you go into this watching it and I'm like, I have so many
thoughts and you did what? Then you get towards the end and
you're like, oh, it makes sense. And then you get all the way to
the end and you're like, that's fucking crazy.
It was so good. I highly, highly recommend.
I want to read the book and usually I'm someone if I watch

(59:17):
the show, I'm not reading the book, but I need to read the
book because I'm I'm sure it's going to be 10 times.
So this is obviously a thriller novel.
Did we say this? But it's a thriller become a
show on Netflix. There's how many episodes 66
episodes and you like I've been just would you say it's as good
as all her faults? It's better.
Wow, better. That's major.
It's like cuz all her faults waslike.

(59:38):
Really good, but this one has somany layers because you're like
like and then you and then at the end you you piece together
all the Nuggets and you're like,Oh my God, how did I not see
that? And it's just it was so good
honestly amazing. Like I love when a person has a
mind that like I feel like I don't think I'm like the
brightest bulb ever, but like I love when I can't get something

(59:59):
right. I hate when I watch something
and I'm like I. Fucking knew it.
Yeah, yes, no, that's great. I love to hear it.
And I thought I felt that. And I will say like All Her
Fault is still like a 10 out of 10 to watch that if you haven't,
which I think everyone pretty much has at this point.
That's another book to show 6 episodes.
And it was one of those where like you think something and

(01:00:22):
then it just keeps turning and everything else makes sense
later and you're on the edge of your seat.
And I feel like I've been craving that since I finished
that. And to know that there's
something waiting for me that could be even better or just as
good is amazing. You can't turn it off, you're
gonna have to, and I'm so happy It's only 6, but it's done so
well. It's not rushed, it's right to
the point it was just, yeah, 10 out of 10.

(01:00:45):
Yes I love that I'm so excited. Also I'm watching traders for
you guys and I didn't watch all the episodes.
I'm pretty sure they dropped four in the first like batch.
I've watched the 1st. I'm almost done with the second
episode so I've pretty much watched the 1st 2.
Something that they've done different this year in Traders

(01:01:05):
is so the audience. No, the way the show works is
like in the beginning episode, you find out who the traders are
and meaning the audience finds out who the traders are.
And obviously the the premise ofthe show is for the people in
the house who are not traders, they're called the faithfuls to
figure out who among them are traders.

(01:01:26):
And what usually happens is there's a round table, and the
host Alan, goes around and everyone's blindfolded.
If he taps you on your shoulder, you're a traitor.
So as the audience, everyone in the room is blindfolded.
They don't know who's being tapped on the shoulder, and
you're watching who's getting tapped on the shoulder.

(01:01:46):
But the show opened before that scene even happens, and Allen
says I'm going to choose my first trader in plain sight and.
That's how far I made it you. Guys can see you that's.
I've I've seen I saw the first episode of the House of season
3. So I know the tapping on the

(01:02:07):
shoulder. Yeah.
And then I know this one that heit starts off because of I only
watched the first episode. I won't talk to you.
SO Alan is like, I am going to take choose my first trader in
plain sight, which has never been done before.
So what he does is like he's everyone's watching him, like

(01:02:29):
he's facing away from everyone. He's opening a box.
If there's a trader card inside the box, you are a trader.
If the box is empty, you're not.So all you can see is the
people's reactions to what's in the box.
But you don't the people. Yeah, we don't know either house
don't see what's in the box and we don't see what's in the box.
So everyone's guessing like alsoI don't know how I would be able
to keep a straight face like how?

(01:02:50):
Some of the faces I was just like, I don't know how.
To I would be so uncomfy like I would probably laugh like
whether it were empty or not. Like I don't know what I would
do. So now everyone's like guessing
whatever. Then they go into the normal
situation where the just the tapping on the shoulder.
Rob is a traitor from Love Island.

(01:03:12):
Rob AKA Leah's Rob from season 6Lisa Rinna, iconic housewife is
a traitor. And then I didn't recognize that
other woman. K is it Candace?
It's spelled IA so I don't know if it's Candias or Candace how
you pronounce. That from Housewives.
She, I think she's a housewife, Candace, like, OK, Yeah.

(01:03:33):
And she's the black woman, curlyhair.
Yeah, that's who I think it's Candace.
I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure it's Candace,
even though it's spelled differently.
And so we know that Candace, Roband Lisa Rinna, are you looking
it up? Yeah.
CANDIACE. Yeah.

(01:03:58):
But yeah, so. This one that's.
Not a picture of her, she's justlike pretty lady.
Yep, Yep, Yep. That's her beat down her face
looks via she. Cracks me up on the show.
She's funny as fuck, like she's killing it.
Her and Portia were just. Everything in her mouth cracks
me. Up.
Oh my God. So it's good.

(01:04:21):
So Candace, Rob and Lisa Rinna are the traitors that are tapped
on the shoulder. So then what happens is like,
obviously you're going through the day, things are happening,
you're going on missions at night, the traders all meet and
that's when they find out for the first time who their fellow
traders are. Thank you TikTok for letting me
know who. Yeah, so then now all the

(01:04:42):
traders are in their in the room, Lisa, Rob and Candace, and
they are all talking to each other and they're like, oh,
which one of you got the card? Like in the box instead of being
tapped on the shoulder? And they were like, not me, not
me, not me. And they were like, Oh my God,
there's one more of us. So then Alan comes in and
they're thinking it's going to be the the last, the 4th trader.

(01:05:03):
And Alan is like, oh, by the way, that trader, because
they've never done this before, is a secret trader.
So you guys don't know who the 4th trader is.
And they're like, what the fuck?Like we don't even know who got
the card. And so like they're that person
is still working with them, but they don't know.
And so then it usually the traders meet every night in

(01:05:25):
their little cloaks to choose who they're murdering, quote UN
quote at night, like who's beingeliminated each night.
That's what their power is basically.
And instead of being able to decide, they're given a short
list from the secret trader. So like the trader narrows it
down to like 4 people. That's a nice.
And the secret trader is like, you can choose between these

(01:05:46):
four people to to eliminate. One, but the secret traders are
so they know who the other traders are.
I don't think. Like does that person know the
other? Thing I don't I'm not sure.
Cuz what if they put someone on the list as a trader?
How would you know? Oh.
Actually, they did that. They did that, so they don't
know who the. Trader.
Is that OK? OK.
They did that. The secret trader in one of the
rounds put Rob down in so yeah. So they don't know who it is,

(01:06:08):
Yeah. Yeah, you're right.
I forgot about that. So, yeah, the the secret trader
doesn't even know who his fellowtraders are or her fellow
traders are. So we really do not know.
Everyone thinks Donna Kelsey as a trader, they tried to vote her
off. She made it by one vote.
She almost got voted off. And then everybody was so funny
because they're like, we're afraid of the Swifties.

(01:06:30):
Like we don't want to vote Donnaoff.
But like, she's mad sketchy. She's so quiet.
She's not giving any. Empty.
She would be a good trader. I If I were on this season of
Traders, all exceptions would bemade for Donna Kelsey.
I know of that for you, yeah. I would be like, I'm going to be
this. I'm going to play strategy this
whole show, but I'm going to play strategy for myself and my

(01:06:51):
life and set myself up and become best friends with Donna
Kelsey so that I can be invited to Taylor Swift's wedding and be
Taylor Swift. I always just.
Feel bad like, you know, trying to kick off for like a mom.
Donna Kelsey is America's mom. She's royalty, she's a
sweetheart. She's she raised amazing boys
like she would be I'm I I would care about the game but every

(01:07:13):
exception would be made for Donna.
Like she would be my BFF in the house if anybody tried to cross
her or say anything or said she's sketchy.
Donna. Who?
Donna. No, she's amazing.
She's a star. Call me Donna.
I wouldn't never put your name out at the round table.
Listen to me. Me and you, Donna, we're going
to be best friends. I'm telling you right now, I,

(01:07:34):
when I literally was watching them, you know, read off who
they wanted to send home and whothey thought the traitor was.
Every vote for Donna. I was sick.
I was pacing. I was like, don't you dare.
She's got to be the star of the season.
Leave my Donna alone. I'm like, send her home.
I'm kidding. No, Donna Mama, like no, like

(01:07:54):
let her. And she's so cute because she's
like, I'm just fangirling. Like there's all these who
wasn't. She's like, there's all these
celebrities here. And then she said something that
was so sad. She's like everyone has like
their people because like the housewives are together.
The people that were on the competition shows are together,
Love Island people. She's like, and then I have no
one. And I was like, you have me,
Donna. So funny.
You have me. What were you gonna say?

(01:08:18):
No, I'll wait till you're done. It's no go ahead topic.
Go ahead. It's another show.
I'm gonna. Finish watching traders catch up
for next week all y'all watch itwith me.
We'll get into it next week. So there's a show, I want to say
it's on Hulu and it's like worstcooks of like America, like some
like cooking show of like peoplethat can't cook.
Oh my God, that's amazing. And there's a girl on it from
Love and Hip Hop Miami. I don't remember her name, of

(01:08:39):
course she's the one that. Very on brand for you that you.
Do you watch it or no? No, I.
Don't even know the show. But basically you want to like
win like they teach you to cook and like the winner like whoever
like can cook a little better like wins I.
Would fake it. I would be like I know how to
cook. You win money and the money goes
to a charity because they're allcelebrities.
OK, OK, OK. So she's in like confessions and
she I, I don't remember her name, but she's literally like,

(01:09:02):
yeah, I'm going to win this money.
She goes, I'm going to buy my mom like a restaurant.
And then that person's like it goes to charity and she goes I'm
not going to buy it. That's hilarious.
It was so sounds like I can't sofunny.
Wait, that's actually hysterical.
And then she's making a meal. And then the cook lady's like,

(01:09:24):
oh, what are you making? Like John Blair, she goes, I
guess I thought she's making something.
Look it up. Look up who this woman is.
That is so funny. Well, the traders money goes to
the people who win. You know who won last season?
What was the name of Nicki Minaj's man that like wasn't
loving hip hop? That like she doesn't date
anymore, no. Safari Safari I'm like SSS cuz.

(01:09:50):
He dated her. Or he dated the girl on that
show. That's OK, we don't have to find
her name. This is your favorite game to
play? I hate Amanda's favorite game is
What's her name? Hold on.
Hold on. OK.
Thanks for. That.

(01:10:12):
I'm spelling Miami. What if I started singing Taylor
Swift? Would you find it faster?
Amara, is that what it is? You know what?
Tomorrow. Next week.
Love you guys, watch the show. Amanda, why don't you let We're
