that Love Island announced theircasting?
I did. I saw there was this.

Paralympian, A Paralympian yes, she OK, so we got the casting.
There was a cast reveal. Love Island USA dropped for
season 8. The season is premiering on June
2nd. So like right around the corner
before they announced the cast, they released a like statement,
right? Like, please be nice, kind.

So like I wonder it. Because of why do you think that
was? Because of how everyone acted
last season. Yeah.
Like the mental health of like the casts, you know, before,
like no matter who you are, no matter who you support, like
it's got into a yeah, it's disgusting.

don't like that person the way they've come at us and messages
and things and threats on our lives and think it's so it's

someone down for the sake of taking them down.
And then it just gets like, so dangerous for people's lives.

I did hear that they were tryingto make it more like real for.

I want to see different types ofbodies, like different
ethnicities. I want to see a mix of people.

like no matter who you are, no matter who you support, like
it's got into a yeah, it's disgusting.
People are vicious. Even our podcast like just for
like if we have somebody we support and like the people who
(41:10):
don't like that person the way they've come at us and messages
and things and threats on our lives and think it's so it's
really like. So I cannot imagine.
Yeah, what they get a part of the cast.
Yeah, what they get. And I also think too, like, they
will dig and go to another degree, like to find anything on
(41:31):
these people. I can't.
And I think, yeah. And it's like cancel culture
has, like, we've lost the plot here.
Like there are things that, like, that exists for that are
so crazy and horrible that, like, people should deserve to
answer for them or be punished or not get certain
opportunities. And then there's this other side
(41:51):
of it where you're just looking for something just to take
someone down for the sake of taking them down.
And then it just gets like, so dangerous for people's lives.
And yeah, so they announced the cast.
I did hear that they were tryingto make it more like real for.
Like should. Yeah.
I want to see different types ofbodies, like different
ethnicities. I want to see a mix of people.
(42:14):
I love that she's doing this. I think that that is so cool.
Yeah, like she's an amputee. Her name is Beatrice, and I'm so
excited to see her. Yeah.
And I did notice because like last year was a lot of more
influencer types. So now it's more like there's a
really awesome, there's some nurses.
Yeah, I love that. So one of the girls, her dad's
(42:36):
an NBA player. I wonder who he is.
She stayed in her intro and thenCharlie, do you remember Greek
Charlie, his brothers on it, hisbrother Zach.
Yep. So that's exciting.
So and I thought we were like the amputee is an amazing like I
just think it's such bomb representation.
(42:58):
I wish we did see a little more diversity in bodies.
I agree. I thought that's what we were
going to get. I think maybe in the like, maybe
in the coming. Season, yeah, or maybe some we
get a little. Bit of that, yeah, maybe the
bombshells like yes, I bet they're they're headed in the
right direction. Like, I think that that's great.
Yeah. You know, I feel like they don't
really like there's usually a good mix of like white, brown,
(43:23):
black. They never really hit the
Asians. Like I always wonder.
That's a good point. I don't think they have like
Zach. Oh yeah.
Zach who was like in Casa Morris.
And then there was Belle, Belle,Dasha, Bella, she but not like,
I feel like there's no like we haven't seen.
(43:44):
I mean, I don't, I can't recall that we've seen someone like
fully like like Korean, Chinese,like certain.
I I feel like that is always like missed.
Yeah. I didn't see on this cast yet
anyone in Middle Eastern, but there was some, definitely some
diversity, but I thought we weregoing to get more diversity in.

Bodies like you said, yeah. But yeah, we'll see.
Yeah. Yeah.
