Phil served as Director of Music Ministry and worship leader of Valley Kingdom Ministries International’s praise team, “Shekinah Glory Ministry”. New songs and prophetic proclamations were released in the weekly worship services, which opened the doors for Phil to record three solo projects: Be Pleased, Draw Nearer, and Place of Worship. The CD/DVD Draw Nearer is known for the chart-topping song, “Better Than That,” along with “Sweet Spirit,” and “The Psalmist Prayer.” The CD entitled Place of Worship which contains the single, “God is Able” debuted number four on the Billboard Gospel charts.
