OUR FIGHT to expose what the various state and territorial registries have in store for us has taken a huge step – with our intention to FILE PROCEEDINGS with the Federal Administrative Review Tribunal.
The proceedings will aim to overturn the refusal by the federal government to disclose what the registries have been working on through the Firearms and Working Policy Working Group (FWPWG).
Our argument is that the federal government cannot rely on FOI exemptions because they do not administer the nation’s gun laws, other than at the border and on Commonwealth property.
The fact is the government is simply trying to hide this information from us because disclosing what crazy new policies they have in mind would be embarrassing for them to have to defend in the court of public opinion.
The costs of this fight start with the filing fee of well over $1k plus the specialist lawyer we need to hire to run the case.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
