Hey, and I don't want you to be

I've got my RO here, and it's absolutely
delicious.
All right, guys, without any further ado, I'd

(01:27):

off, if that's okay with you guys, because
there is a lot that we need to

All right, guys?
Definitely, definitely a lot to do here.
So, with that underway, hopefully you guys will

(01:49):
appreciate the show, and we can go from
there, guys, because it's pretty amazing, all this
great stuff that we're doing here.
A lot of times, people don't realize what's

(02:11):
happening or what's going on, and I think
sometimes when we can think about how we
fit in the world, how we can make
a difference or a change, that's really powerful.
So let's just kick off and get this
show started, all right, guys?
So welcome, once again, if I didn't say
welcome enough to you.
Welcome to the ever-popular Inspirations for Your

(02:33):
Life.
But do you know, guys, that at the
end of this year, we will be on
the air, no joke, four years.
We're going to be going into Series 5,
January 1st.
That blows me away.
So welcome, everyone, to Inspirations for Your Life,
hosted by myself, John C.
Morley, serial entrepreneur, engineer, marketing specialist, video producer,

(02:58):
podcast host, podcast coach, and passionate lifelong learner.
In every episode that I put together, I
bring a very diverse set of my expertise
and my contagious enthusiasm, if you haven't been
with me before, to help you explore and
unlock your full potential that is laying dormant

(03:20):
inside you.
Through practical wisdom and motivational storytelling, I reveal
how harnessing the power of moving memories can
ignite creativity, resilience, and success.
Oh, you're wondering about the show and the
topic?
Sure, I'll be happy to share that with
you.
So actually, the master topic for the entire

(03:42):
week, you guys know how we do this,
for those of you that have been with
us, but if you've not been with us.
So every week, we start on Saturday with
a brand new master topic, and then each
day, we have a granular topic.
So our topic here, guys, for the week,
powerful mindset shifts to create real change.
And the granular topic is, the memories that

(04:03):
move you are the ones that fuel you.
Series four, show 39, episode number five.
Yes.
Are you ready, guys, to turn your life's
most inspiring moments into the fuel that carries
you higher?
Sure you are.
Well, as I said, you can connect with
me anytime after the show by visiting BelieveMeAchieved
.com.

(04:23):
I encourage you to do that.
You can even do it while you're walking,
you're hiking, you're in the car, you can
listen to the podcast.
Number one, the memories that inspire us drive
our actions forward.
I think that's an important thing to really
understand.
Maybe you're like, John, I don't get that.

(04:44):
I don't understand how that's even possible.
But I want to tell you, it is
very, very, very possible, very, very possible.
And it's important to understand this.
The most vivid memories shape your daily choices.
Whether they bring joy, challenge, or reflection, these

(05:08):
moments become the inner compass that guides your
ambitions and fuels your persistence.
When you tap into the inspirations of your
life and the past, you unleash this new
energy to propel you forward, that is yourself,
toward your goals and your lifelong aspirations.

(05:30):
Number two, guys, let each moving moment create
a spark.
Let it be a new motivation in your
life.
It's not enough to remember, let's use meaningful
experiences to ignite your drive each day.
You know, our world has a way of

(05:50):
sometimes getting us to go stagnant.
So it's our job to make sure that
we are staying at the top of our
game every single day, every moment.
Every touching event you can revisit can reignite
your desire to grow, reminding you that why
your journey matters in life, okay?
Let those sparks turn into a steady flame

(06:12):
that pushes you to achieve more each day,
new heights, new levels.
Number three, guys, your most powerful fuel most
of the time comes from your most emotional
memories.
So use those emotional memories to help be
a, let's say, a rocket fuel for you,

(06:35):
as we said before.
Profound emotions linked to key memories become a
source of strength, encouraging you to push through,
well, obstacles and never give up.
I think it's that momentum.
It does something with us chemically, you know,
with our dopamine and our serotonin, which makes
us just want to keep going, going, going,

(06:56):
and going.
So I think that's an important thing.
So channel these emotions, guys.
Don't waste them as motivational fuel, turning every
challenge into an opportunity.
Number four, guys, growth starts when you let
the memories you have energize your ambitions.

(07:21):
You know, a lot of people in their
life, what they do is they're not getting
what they want.
You know what they're doing?
They're taking their negative memories, and it works
that way too, and it's decharging them from
life.
So let's make sure we do this in
the right direction because it works both ways.
So it'd be much better for us if
we use the positive one so we can

(07:42):
be pushed forward instead of pushed backwards.
So guys, personal growth isn't only about knowledge.
It's about harnessing your history to empower your
future.
When you revisit impactful memories, you know what
you do?
Well, you spark fresh ambition and open new
paths to success.

(08:03):
Number five, guys, past experiences can be your
strongest launchpad, okay?
Use them wisely.
Your past holds the secrets to future achievements.
Wise reflection turns yesterday's lessons into today's strategic

(08:24):
moves, launching you further than you ever imagined
possible.
Number six, guys, as I said, channel the
energy from your best memories into chasing your
dreams.
This could be things from your childhood.
These can be special, you know, amazing moments

(08:46):
in your life that have only happened once.
Instead of staying stuck, which a lot of
people do in the nostalgia, right, reign, use
it as a platform to dream bigger.
When you tap into the positive energy of
you and your best moments, you build momentum
to pursue new heights.

(09:06):
Let me explain this for a moment.
So if you ever wanted more money in
your life, okay, a good thing to do
is I've told you you can do the
breath exercises.
We've talked about that.
But when you close your eyes and you
get to a relaxed state and you picture
money in your account, whether you see money
on a ledger sheet, whether you see money
electronically online, whether you see checks coming in,

(09:28):
whatever it is.
And so when you notice what you're getting,
I want you to take that and I
want you to imagine that it got 10
times more, let's say it's 10% more,
okay?
So it was $100, then you could basically
make it $110.
So what happens after you do that enough
times?
Well, if you get to the point where

(09:49):
you've done that several times, you're eventually going
to get to a thousand.
When you get to a thousand, I want
you to 10 times that.
So now 10,000 is coming in for
every thousand you see.
And just keep doing this and have this
go on overload in your brain.
And it's like, oh my gosh, it's like,
I can't take it anymore.
And when you get that, I can't take
it anymore.
That's when your body says, okay, I've got

(10:10):
to now make the outside world equal the
inside world.
It's a feeling.
You know, you feel rich inside and then
richness comes outside of you.
A wise person once said, you know, John,
you have to live rich every day.
And I didn't know what he meant many
years ago.
It means you need to live rich.
Even if you don't have the means to

(10:31):
live rich, you have to feel and be
rich.
That's very important.
Number seven, guys, those unforgettable moments are the
ones that will shape your success.
Defining events don't just stick.
They mold your journey and your mindset.
So I urge you guys to recognize and
to honor these moments, letting them guide your

(10:54):
vision of what true success means for you.
Now success is going to be different for
every single person.
I mean, I think that's a, I think
that's probably a given, right?
It's going to be different for every single
person.
And if it's different for every single person,
then you obviously know that you're going to
have your own blueprint, right?
I think that's an important thing to, you

(11:17):
know, to understand is to realize like, you
know, what, what that's about, right?
So what does true success mean for you?
Right?
What does it mean?
Think about that.
Because if you don't know where you're going,
you can't get there.
I'm not saying you have to know how
to get there, but you have to at

(11:39):
least know where you want to get to.
Number eight, turn the heartfelt memories that you
have into, well, momentum for your next big
step on the journey.
Don't let the beautiful memories fade away into
the past.
Convert them into positive energy to empower your
next bold move.

(12:00):
Use that impact to supercharge your progress and
elevate your aspirations.
So what you're basically doing is you're taking
the energy you're getting and you're reinvesting in
yourself.
Kind of like taking money and reinvesting it,
keep making it so you get more and
more and more and more.
Well, you're doing that with your energy.
You're taking your energy and you're reinvesting inside
yourself, taking energy, reinvesting yourself.
And you're like doing that over and over
again.

(12:21):
And again, you're raising your dopamine, your serotonin
level, and you feel amazing, guys.
And it's just a great, endless loop that
you get yourself in.
Get yourself into a positive success loop is
the best thing.
I always say you don't want to be
in loops, but if it's a success loop,
that's different.
Number nine, don't just remember.
Let your memories push you to excel.

(12:44):
All right.
Memories aren't only for reflection.
They're catalysts for excellence, if you guys didn't
catch that yet.
Let your most impactful recollections drive your dedication
to higher standards and relentless improvement.
Number 10, the moments that move you are

(13:08):
the ones that build your resilience and shape
your character.
Each emotional memory adds a new layer of
strength and perseverance.
So take the time, guys, to revisit and
learn from them, letting your experiences be the
foundation of your resilience.

(13:32):
That's right.
The foundation of your resilience.
Number 11, make inspiration from the past your
driving force for the future.
Look to your inspiring history, not just for
comfort, but for motivation to set bigger goals.
Your past successes and meaningful milestones can become

(13:54):
the engine powering your next achievements.
That's pretty powerful, guys.
Powering your next achievements, that's a very important
thing to understand how that works.
And I think sometimes people don't quite understand

(14:16):
like what that means.
And I know that you're probably saying to
me, John, like, uh, I don't get it.
When you start to understand what's going on,
that's when you can make a difference in
your life.
All right.

(14:36):
Number 12, guys, let yesterday's emotions boost tomorrow's
achievements.
Okay.
I'm saying a lot of the same thing
over and over again, but I'm saying it
different ways to hopefully it sinks in.
Emotional memories aren't just reminders, they're the resources,
they're tools.
So if we harness the feelings attached to

(14:57):
each meaningful experience to fuel your pursuit of
new accomplishments, we will.
If we use the negative ones, well, guess
what they're going to do?
They're going to pull us down and nobody
wants to be pulled down.
But by default, a lot of people just
go to these, okay?
They go to these for a reason.

(15:19):
And the reason they go to them is
because they don't know that they can go
a different way.
Okay?
They don't really understand that.
I mean, that sounds like pretty amazing, right?
But how?
I think what we have to realize is

(15:45):
that the potential to go further, to be
that success lies within us.
And it's not as far as you think
it is, it's right there.
You just have to harness it.
Number 13, guys, meaningful memories can spark courage

(16:07):
when you need it most, right?
When you're faced with uncertainty, summoning the memory
of an overcoming moment can fill you with
courage and give you the stamina and the
perseverance to go through this one.
Let your past victories show you that you
have what it takes, the strength and the

(16:31):
mindset to persevere and achieve this next victory.
Number 14, guys, let each vivid memory ignite
action, not just reflection.
So in the past, we were always taught
that memories are supposed to help us reflect.
And yeah, that's a good thing, guys.
But we want our memories to give us

(16:53):
action, action.
You want it to give us action, action.
You want it to give us action.
That's pretty powerful.
So action begins with inspiration.

(17:16):
Inspiration comes from our core values.
But it doesn't just happen like that.
It happens because of a domino effect that
causes our emotions to cause a chemical change
in our body to repel us forward or

(17:39):
to retract us, depending on what thoughts we're
thinking.
Use your vivid memories to turn attention into
movement, forging ahead with clarity and purpose.
See, I said vivid.
So what's a vivid memory?
That's a memory of things that you not
only saw it well, but you heard it.

(18:00):
You could smell things.
You could touch things.
It's as though the memory is right there.
It's happening again.
And that's what we do when we condition
people to make more money, is we get
that feeling in their head to keep making
the money.
And guess what?
The body just has to do it, right?

(18:20):
The body's got to prove you right.
If you're not making anything right now or
not making enough, it's because you're telling your
body that you can't do that.
Your body's like, OK, I'll just keep making
sure that you don't have enough.
Number 15, guys, tap into those memories that
move you.
They're your secret fuel.

(18:40):
Your why often comes from the experiences that
moved you deeply.
Tap into that secret fuel as motivation to
keep pushing, even when the path gets challenging.
And you know, guys, when the path is
challenging, that's when we all learn.
You know, some people go home when it

(19:01):
gets challenging, but that's when the learning happens.
And right after the learning, that's when transformation
happens.
That's when success happens.
Turn number 16, turn your sentiment into strength
for every challenge ahead of you.
Sentiment isn't weakness, guys.
Nope.
It's strength in disguise.

(19:21):
Use your emotional connections to memories to become
more adaptable, focused, and resilient in any situation
that you're in.
Number 17, let the past give you the
energy to outperform your own expectations.

(19:42):
Your memories can become a source of boundless
energy.
Lean on them to set higher goals and
exceed them again and again.
Number 18, your emotional memories are, well, the
magic, the engine for unstoppable progress.

(20:04):
And progress, guys, is fueled by emotion and
motivation.
So embrace your powerful memories as the force
that repels you steadily forward.
I know you might be saying, well, John,
I don't know what to think about.
When did you have a great time in
your life?
When did you want to share or, you
know, get on the rooftop and just share

(20:26):
to everyone, like, what you did?
That's pretty amazing, right?
And I think that's interesting to understand.

(20:52):
I think if we understand how we are
in our life, then we can start to
realize how change can happen.

(21:14):
How change can happen.
How change can happen.
And change does not happen all at once,
guys.
It happens with an aha moment.
Number 19, use moving memories to light the

(21:36):
fire within you.
Let each recollection fan your inner flame.
Stoke it, keeping you passionate and driven no
matter what obstacles you face.
Number 20, guys.
The memories that move you are meant to
repel you.

(21:56):
Let's take them to a higher level.
Elevate yourself by always keeping the most moving
memories at the core of your journey.
Using them as wings to soar above challenges
and reach new personal heights.
A lot of times, we don't achieve because
you're saying, well, you know, we're not focused
on memories.
But actually you are.

(22:18):
You're focused on negative memories.
And by default, everybody seems to gravitate to
negative memories because that's just what happens.
And that's what everybody else is telling them.
But this is what I talk about negative
energy, right?
Okay?
And I think if you understand these things,

(22:41):
you can make a big difference.
Okay?
You can make a huge, huge difference.
And I will tell you that it's about
what it is you're doing.

(23:06):
Okay?
And what you're doing happens from what you
think.
And what you think happens because of your
core values.
And your core values, sometimes they morph.

(23:29):
Sometimes they change in life.
But we have to understand what they are
because that's going to be what pushes us
forward.
It's going to be different for you.
It will be different for me.
It will be different for lots of people.
What is it that I like to say
gets you up every morning?
You might be saying.
And I ask a lot of people this

(23:50):
when I go network with them.
I'm like, I got a question for you.
What gets you out of bed every morning?
And they look at me like, what are
you talking about?
I want to know what makes you get
out of bed.
What do you live for every day?
And some of you are like, I have

(24:11):
no clue.
I have no clue.
Have no clue?
I mean, that's something that I think a
lot of people, they just don't get it.

(24:32):
They don't understand what that means.
A hard thing for some people to realize.
I'm here to tell you that you can
make all these changes in your life.
You can make these changes, guys.

(24:55):
Okay?
And it's a choice.
It's a choice.
Letting go is not weakness.
I said this before.
It's wisdom.
Incorporating these practices consistently can create a culture
where acknowledgement, gratitude, and celebration fuel growth, satisfaction,

(25:18):
and high performance.
And you might be saying, John, I don't
quite understand this.
Well, even if you don't understand it, guys,
it's still going to work.
It's still going to work.

(25:39):
And that's probably an amazing thing.
Right?
That that's going to do that.
I think that's something that a lot of
people, like, they don't understand what it means,
but they kind of get it.
Kind of get it.
Right?
And that might be something that maybe makes

(26:02):
it hard for some people.
Right?
They don't understand, like, why something is a
certain way.
But it's because of your core values.
Pretty powerful, guys.
You know, I invite you guys to tune
in, to watch these shows often, and to

(26:23):
watch them again and again, because there's information
that you'll pick up the second time.
You know?
My goal, ladies and gentlemen, is to guide
you toward a more engaging, fulfilling, and an
impactful experience in your life.
Now, don't get discouraged if you're not where
you want to be tomorrow.

(26:43):
Don't be discouraged about that.
Because that can happen.
That can happen in your life.
But you have to keep plugging along.
Plugging along.
Plugging along.
That's the key, guys.
That's the difference between somebody who is successful

(27:06):
and somebody who is just kind of sitting
on the bench for life.
Right?
That's a big, big thing, guys.
A very, very big thing.
And I hope that you understand, you know,
what that means.
Ladies and gentlemen, I'm John C.
Morley, serial entrepreneur.

(27:27):
