Kurz vor der Abgabefrist am 15. Mai stehen viele Betriebe vor einem Problem: Wichtige Regeln fehlen – vor allem beim Ackerstatus. Obwohl die EU Vereinfachungen beschlossen hat, lässt die nationale Umsetzung weiter auf sich warten.
👉 Die Folge: Landwirte wissen nicht, ob sie Flächen vorsorglich umbrechen müssen, um ihre Förderfähigkeit zu sichern. Mehr Arbeit, mehr Unsicherheit – und das mitten in der Saison.
🌱 Besonders brisant: Die geplante Stichtagsregelung (01.01.2026) soll eigentlich verhindern, dass Acker automatisch zu Dauergrünland wird. Doch ohne klare Verordnung bleibt alles offen.
📱 Zusätzlich wächst der Aufwand durch die Foto-Nachweispflicht: In vielen Bundesländern heißt es jetzt: App nutzen, Fotos liefern, Fristen einhalten – sonst drohen Prämienkürzungen.
